Very good. In India, we were not always satisfied with the hospitality in many places, but compared to a decade ago, it has improved significantly. The overall standard of hospitality is now far better than it used to be.

Reception staff was not welcoming. All the basic information including wifi password was told only after asking.

I bought a buffet breakfast on Sunday (14.06.2026) for one person @ Rs. 700+ (After 15% discount) .The morning breakfast was dissapointing. There were limited options. Only Idli Vada , Pakode, Puri Bhaji... Etc.. Healty breakfast options was only fruits & milk cornfleks... The Chicken Sausages & Boiled egg was stale & smelly. I spoken to the staff. Hope it will be improved in future.

Morning breakfast & Rooftop Pool. Open Shower was not working properly. There are lot of birds (Peogion) hover over the pool & makes it dirty. The Pool attendent was nice guy.

Transparency in selected package, and communication from the staff on selected package is very disappointment. Very poor communication and there is no intent that to resolve the guest issue. I don’t select Lemon Tree again.

Diner is very tasty and healthy good for healthy and Naveen Sharma is very good staff in hotel very helpful and good nature and behaviour was is amazing and also hotel was is amazing.

Great service by Naveen and Pankaj in the restaurant. Good room and other amenities. Wifi was not having any network on the day I stayed hence 1 rating less but otherwise great experience.

Unfortunately I did not had a chance to enjoy breakfast. My suggestion is to include the Breakfast rares among with the room rent

The hotel ambiance was pleasant, the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for a family stay. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall service was excellent. What made our stay even more special was the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Satvant Singh Dhariwal and Mr. Narendra. Both of them were extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication and positive attitude really made a difference and ensured our family felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. Thank you to the entire Lemon Tree team for making our family trip so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

Rooms are very clean and the staffs are also very helpful. Great ambiance and it give very cosy vibes. Food is also very good.

Upon arrival we were welcomed with sweet and humble persons at the reception. Overall experience was very nice and good.

Overall the stay was nice and comfortable Diksha and Narender were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was also good.

Good for bussiness travllers Diksha and sumit at reception are quite good and humble people. The area has better oxygen then other parts of gurgaon

Very good property. Room was reasonable size. Washroom clean and well equipped. Located at CITY CENTER GURUGRAM. Breakfast spread is good, especially Indian food variety is wide, includes healthy options. Reasonably spacious seating. The staff at breakfast is very efficient, clear in communication and courteous. Special mention for Gunjan who helped me. Prashant and Naveen also came up when needed. Over all very good experience with peaceful vibes.

Our stay at Lemon Tree City Centre has been quite amazing. Living outside of India primarily, the hospitality we got is something we are usually not used to. Special call outs to Chef Rohit and Vishal on the delicious offerings in the breakfast buffet and impeccable and affable services provided by Gunjan Sharma and Naveen Sharma. Many thanks to Narender at the Front Desk for the welcome. Culinary Recommendations- Do not miss having the Chilli Chicken. Worth coming back for.

Naveen was great..took care of our breakfast requirements. The stay was good as well. Room was clean. Would have preferred a double bed but got a twin bed room.

Very comfortable stay in the heart of gurugram as well as the approach from the highway. Nearby metro station works fine and specially Ms. Diksha on the front desk will make sure you visit the hotel again for the comfort and style.
