The location is excelled. Its an apt hotel for solo business travellers especially women. Felt safe.

Nothing really. Just that the property has only one lift. So one does have to wait a bit.

Enjoyed the Indian breakfast and masala chai.

The TV didn't work. Had problems changing channel.

Outstanding service e and property

We stayed at The Place Gurugram for 17 nights and wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent service. All the staff have been helpful and welcoming. The staff at the restaurant have been incredibly helpful and attentive to our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout for Vishan, National, Aman and Rahul who have been especially kind and friendly, chef Bhandari and the chef in white for the soul-healing soups and fresh dishes and the maintenance guy who promptly provided us with an adaptor. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

It's literally in the center, the room is nice, This is my second time staying here noticing that they changed the tv which is way more better than before. Staffs were professional and polite. See you again for sure :)

We had very good stay everything was perfect specially all the staff. They were all very helpful. Chandan restaurant manager he went out of his way to help us all the reception staff was excellent. Thank you to everyone who made our stay very comfortable.

It would be better if breakfast starts earlier. But I’m satisfied with the service and stay. Thank you!

I think this property is a hidden gem. Centrally located. Room was very comfortable. In room dining was very reasonable. Good selection at breakfast. Staff was very attentive and eager to help. Check in and check out was quick and smooth.

I had a leaking flush. I did get it attended to on the first day but the issue re surfaced.

The room and bathroom was very spacious. Good working air condition. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Early Check-In to the room was allowed at arrival. Additional water bottles were provided upon request.

Unfortunately, the gym was closed during my stay.

The AC in the room was a bit tricky to get working and the room windows didn't open so at first it needed a couple of hours to get comfortable

This was our first time staying in a smaller property. We liked the room as it was just like it would be in any five star just slightly smaller but did the job. The staff was amicable and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to drive from most restaurants and malls in Gurgaon. Great place to stay if not looking for a fancy lobby. Nutshell: clean, tidy, helpful staff, good chef, good breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

ordered Alfredo chicken pasta and cold coffee received vegetarian pasta which tasted ao pathetic there was no salt in it. Cold coffee wasn’t even cold. Even after raising the issue there was no solution to this.

The food, all the food, even simple toast, supposidely fresh milk, brewed coffee is just really not worth a single cent as it is really not good. Ot seems it is purposly made.disgusting actually. Hence even the breakfast is not a good moment.

Room, amenities, check in and out, buffet were all good. Appreciate the non skid mat in the shower, that is thoughtful.

My access card kept expiring every night. It was a trouble to keep coming back down to get it changed. Please check your software.

Room service was okay. They was going through some roof work. It made our day hell. They didn't even try to move us. Never going to stay again.

Somebody who needs to needs to travel for a day or 2 , this is a good hotel to stay in. If you plan to travel by metro ( best means of travel ), this hotel is just fine. Issue is limitations in food. But not to worry, sector 29 market is 5mins by walk or approx 700m approx.

Overall comfortable stay
