Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Op redelijke afstand van de la Jacques-Cartier park. Fijn dat er een extra matras voor één van onze kinderen beschikbaar was.
Extra matras lag niet klaar bij aankomst zoals gevraagd. Vervolgens zelf matras en beddengoed moeten halen (personeel kwam dit niet brengen) en bed opgemaakt. Niet fijn omdat we laat aankwamen. Daarnaast veel geluidsoverlast in kamer door onbekend brommend apparaat of airco. Personeel kwam kijken, maar konden dit niet oplossen.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The receptionist who welcomed us was very nice and kind. We love the location especially the mountain view.
The coffee maker was very dirty. And the toilet was clogged. The water doesn’t go down. We couldn’t use it the whole night. In the morning I told the staff in the reception and she just gave me a plunger. (I have to do it myself lol. No maintenance to fix the toilet???)

this is a ski resort, "sort of" open for the summer. restaurant was closed. staff were friendly but minimal and a bit inexperienced.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026La station de ski est très intéressante pour s’y promener l’été. L’hôtel était pratiquement désert, extrêmement calme donc. le restaurant la souche est la boulangerie Pascal le boulanger sont des repaires de grande qualité dans la station.
Nous n’étions pas vraiment avisés qu’il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner sur place. Pour déjeuner et/ou dîner, il faut prendre la voiture et faire 8 kms aller retour. Un distributeur automatique serait intéressant pour un minimum de petit déjeuner avant de partir.

Quand la douche est en fonction, beaucoup d'eau coule du robinet. Le bruit des tuyaux quand les autres chambres utilisent la douche. Le manque de restauration sur place.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026J'étais supposé avoir une chambre confort avec 2 lits. J'ai eu la chambre # 102 qui contient 2 lits, mais n'est certainement pas la chambre confort. On n'avait pas de table comme dans la chambre de nos amis. et on avait seulement une chaise fauteuil au lieu de 2. Il n'y avait pas de divan non plus. Ni de porte patio. Tout est en vieux tapis, j'ai eu le nez bouché tout le weekend. 218$ pour une chambre tel que ça je trouve cela cher. De plus, lors de la réservation sur Booking, c'était inscit que nous serions au rez-de-chaussé. Mais ils nous ont placés au 1er étage. De plus la piscinie était fermé (en plein mois de juillet)

Grosse Clim bruyante toute la nuit, et si on éteint on entend celles des chambres voisines Pression du jet de douche très très puissante sur la peau et le matin la température de l’eau est seulement brûlante ou froide Entre deux grosses journées de dur travail, aucun repos… Rien pour déjeuner le matin. Pas de dialogue avec personne. Le prix ne correspond pas au produit, on paye seulement du « Stoneham »

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026The staff were very friendly and helpful. You couldn't beat the location, being so close to the hill. We were able to bring our dog with us which was a non-negotiable for our trip. Having a room to come back for lunch and take our dog for a walk made it a real treat.
The facility is rather dated. The walls are paper thin. And you can hear the water running if neighbours are using the facilities or shower. Having access to a full kitchen would be nice, but we knew what we signed up for, so were prepared
