Que des petits détails en fait Il manque une petit frigidaire dans les chambres. Par les fortes chaleurs ce serait bien. On ne peut pas allumer une lampe de chevet indépendamment de l’autre. Dommage. La cuisine du restaurant pourrait être meilleure et plus rapide L’eau de la piscine est très chaude ce n’est pas rafraîchissant mais ils NLU peuvent rien.. c’est normal quand il fait très chaud

L’emplacement exceptionnel en bord de mer, la beauté de l’extérieur avec les palmiers partout, les chambres confortables. Hôtel intimiste avant une dizaine de chambres seulement, bien équipé.

J’ai trouvé que le petit déjeuner inclus était très simple (œufs brouillé, 3 biscottes pour 2 personnes, boisson froide et chaude), sans jamais aucun changement ce qui est dommage quand on reste plusieurs jours. Quelques fruits auraient été apprécié par exemple (dispo mais en supplément). A 200 euros la nuit, on s’attend à un petit déjeuner plus varié et raffiné (ils emmènent le pot de confiture sur la table, on aurait apprécié que ça vienne dans des petits jolis petits pots). Sachant qu’il y a plein de bonnes choses à la carte. Un sèche cheveux dans la chambre aurait aussi été apprécié. Ce sont des petits détails mais qui font la différence pour ce prix.

Beautiful location, wonderful views from everywhere - the rooms, the pool, the restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff, we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, and they were really helpful in finding us a taxi to take us to the next place when we left. Thank you for such a great stay.

At one point the door to the balcony locked which left us stuck outside. Someone quickly came to help us though, so it wasn't a big problem.

Un paraíso, en primera línea de playa, una piscina increíble escuchando romper las olas del mar en la playa. Un personal atento para hacerte la estancia más cómoda. Las habitaciones amplias, cuidadas, las hamacas en el balcón son un acierto. Ducha muy amplia, sin ningún ruido. Tiene aparcamiento y a la calle de los restaurantes se tarda 5min andando. Cet hôtel est fabuleux: des chambres spacieuses et extrêmement confortables donnant toutes sur la mer, un emplacement de rêve sur la plage et un peu à l'écart de l'agitation de Mazunte mais à distance à pieds de tous les restaurants, un personnel adorable et aux petits soins, une vraie piscine rafraichissante entourée de transats et parasols, et un établissement de taille familiale loin des gros resorts. La Casa Lu pourrait aussi s'appeler la Casa Paradis✨

Overpriced Dont stay on ground Level. If you are on ground Level you will Heat everything that Happening above you. Very Poor isolated. For the Money they charge you should get a quiet good sleep.

Such a beautiful place! The hotel is right on the beach, incredible sea views from the room. The room was very nice and big, and the common areas are great as well! Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet but just a short walk away from the main street with restaurants and places to go out. Definitely recommend for a luxurious stay in Mazunte!

Casa Lu is SUCH a gorgeous location - right on the beach in Mazunte. I loved the pool, which was just steps to the beach, the delightful staff that did their best to go above and beyond to accommodate what we needed, and the lovely room - where I could hear the ocean waves at night. I also loved that the hotel was an easy walk to shops and restaurants, too - so I didn't need a car to get out & about beyond the hotel. I felt safe, happy, relaxed, and deeply enjoyed my time there. Thank you!

The hotel is very good! Extremely friendly service, clean and modern rooms, an incredible view of the sea, a very nice pool, and excellent Wi-Fi.

Given the price of the hotel, I would have expected at least the following small things. They are not expensive, but would make the stay much more pleasant: A free water dispenser so you don’t have to carry 4–6 bottles of water into the hotel every day. Free coffee in the morning. Additionally, we found the bar and the restaurant to be quite expensive, even though the hotel is of a very high standard.

We love this place so much, that we're going back! It's on the beach, super private and has the most wonderful pool. The staff so sweet and accommodating. The furniture and beds are so comfortable. The shower and bathroom are big and very clean with nice amenities. The bar and food are convenient and serve the best cocktails and food. We can't wait to get back to Casa Lu!

Mazunte is a beach town, so having a mini-fridge is not just a nice feature, for this level of a place it should be a must.

Super schöne Lage an einem absoluten Traumstrand. In Mazunte bestimmt das beste Hotel. Perfekt für einen paar Tage relaxen und nichts tun. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem Rene der uns auch die Freilassung von Turtle Baby organisiert hat.

Es un hotel muy bonito con acceso directo a la playa y una alberca con vista al mar. Es pequeño y privado con todas las habitaciones con vista al mar, regresariamos con gusto.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en Casa Lú. El hotel está muy nuevo y las habitaciones son muy bonitas y tranquilas, se oye perfectamente el sonido del mar. La ubicación perfecta y el trato del personal excelente. Especial mención a René y al chico encargado del bar.

Como sugerencia, incluiría una neverita en la habitación para poder mantener las bebidas frías.

Daré mi opinión de forma objetiva: viajé sola y me hospedé 4 noches. En general, el lugar me encantó. Es tal como se muestra en las fotos: muy lindo, con instalaciones cuidadas y un ambiente relajado y tranquilo. Fue justo lo que esperaba. Durante toda mi estancia encontré unos bichitos en la cama, lo cual fue incómodo. Me comentaron que eran parte del ecosistema natural del lugar (espero que así sea). Me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación asegurándome que no era un problema común, y como gesto de cortesía también me ofrecieron un desayuno (aunque no lo tomé por tema de tiempos). Al final decidí no hacer el cambio, pero sinceramente creo que podrían mejorar el control dentro de las habitaciones, sobre todo por temas de descanso y comodidad. Otro detalle a considerar es que el restaurante tiene un horario muy limitado, lo cual me complicó un poco la logística. Si no planeas tus comidas con anticipación, es probable que necesites pedir a domicilio o salir en coche a buscar opciones. Pero, si estás buscando un lugar estéticamente bonito y con un ambiente tranquilo, Casa Lú es una excelente opción para desconectarte y descansar.

El hotel es excelente, la ubicación privilegiada, la comida es excepcional, el personal super amable... están pendiente de ti en todo momento...regresaría sin pensarlo

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Lu. Despite some local infrastructure upgrades taking place, they honoured our booking and made us very welcome - Lucia was particularly helpful. The hotel is lovely - fantastic location right on the beach, and the rooms are large, clean and very well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

There was no staff, for a hotel with that price it’s unacceptable. The bar next to the hotel does not belong to them and it was impossible to order anything so this was a downside. The pool was boiling while we were at 35 degrees celsius so it didn’t refresh at all.

Didn’t get to experience anything as it was closed. It was still available for some reason on booking. Still trying to get my money back. There’s also no cell service there so that was a hassle trying to find something else.

The whole experience was so lovely and the staff in particular were so welcoming. We had a friend come visit for a drink who had a medical emergency and the staff was calm, kind and helpful! I can’t recommend this place enough. Also the pool is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.

We paid the same to stay at an all inclusive resort but there was no mini fridge in the room for drinks or snacks and at the pool we HAD to order drinks and food from the restaurant attached. You could not bring your own. For the price we paid we should not have been forced to spend more money and I would have expected a mini fridge.

Gorgeous location and fresh water pool. Lovely beach bar restaurant right there. Right on the beach. Easy to walk to the Main Street of restaurants. Comfy huge bed and nice balcony.

For the price they charge there should be a mini fridge. It’s a hot + humid location and it’s crazy there is no little fridge to keep drinks cold in your room. It would not cost much and make a big difference. Also there wasn’t a single chair in the room. Skimpy on towels. The bathroom should have a dimmer switch or second light as you walk in there in the night and it’s like floodlit football pitch. Crazy bright. All of these things are so small and not expensive but would make it a much nicer stay. For what they charge it should have these things.

Very nice set up on the beach with tiki bar/food beside. The unit was modern and comfortable. Staff were nice, helpful and accommodating.

The units had no bar refrigerator which was inconvenient even though staff would put in their refrigerator. The pool surface was green patches/moldy and unappealing which was a real shame because it was nice otherwise.

Location was amazing, steps away from a pristine swimmable beach and a incredible clean and refreshing pool. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant affiliated served cappuccinos and breakfast to order. Amazing place to end our trip.

the food was fine, We loved the location. The manager was fantastic!!!!!

We were very disappointed that there was never any coffee in the morning. The first day there was coffee but the rest of the time there wasn;t any which required us to walk to find it. it seems like a small thing but most people like to start their day with coffee.

The most amazing and helpful staff! It’s so peaceful and beautiful I would absolutely recommend this stay and I would come back in a heartbeat. The staff helped us book reservations for dinner, massages and whale watching. All were amazing.

The restaurant is incredibly overpriced and not good compared to all the food I’ve had in Mexico in other places (and a 1/3 of price). The service is good and staff are nice - it is separate to the hotel but obviously on the grounds.

It’s right by the beach and have a nice swimming pool. Very private and with parking (rare in Mazunte) close to all the spots near by downtown.

The restaurant was owned by someone else and was a very limited menu. The room doesn’t have a mini fridge. That will make the hotel make me stay more time if food service and fridge where provided.
