朝早くのチェックアウトだったが、お弁当を用意してくれたり、タクシーの手配をしてくれた

L’hotel è molto bello e curato, così come le camere, che abbiamo trovato spaziose, accoglienti e soprattutto molto pulite. I letti sono confortevoli e abbiamo riposato bene. La reception è efficiente e il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Anche il ristorante è complessivamente buono e abbiamo mangiato bene.

Durante la colazione, alla semplice richiesta di Nutella, una delle ragazze del personale si è mostrata un po’ scortese e si è alterata perché uno di noi non riusciva a comprendere bene ciò che stava dicendo. Si trattava di un cliente sordo con difficoltà di comunicazione e, in una situazione del genere, ci saremmo aspettati maggiore pazienza e sensibilità. Inoltre, nelle camere il riscaldamento era spento e la temperatura risultava un po’ troppo bassa, considerando che all’esterno c’era circa 1 °C. Nel complesso, comunque, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la struttura ci è piaciuta molto.

Hotel molto bello e ben tenuto. La camera era accogliente, pulita con grande attenzione e con letti davvero comodi. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale della reception, sempre efficiente. Il ristorante è discreto e nel complesso abbiamo mangiato bene.

Aspetto da migliorare è la temperatura della camera: il riscaldamento era spento e l’ambiente risultava piuttosto fresco, soprattutto considerando che all’esterno c’era il ghiaccio. periodo settembre.

Hotel molto bello, curato e accogliente. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e con letti davvero confortevoli. Il personale della reception è stato efficiente, disponibile e gentile. La colazione era ottima, con prodotti di buona qualità, anche se la scelta non era molto varia. Anche il ristorante ci è sembrato complessivamente buono. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il fatto che il bagno fosse ben riscaldato e piacevolmente caldo.

L’aspetto principale da migliorare riguarda la temperatura della camera. Il riscaldamento era spento e l’ambiente risultava piuttosto freddo, soprattutto considerando che all’esterno la temperatura era di circa 1 °C. Il contrasto con il bagno, che invece era caldo, si sentiva ancora di più. Nel complesso, comunque, il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e la struttura merita sicuramente una valutazione positiva.

Alt var på høyeste nivå, unntatt frokosten.

Frokosten. Varmmaten var ikke varm, all drikke fra en moderne dispenser med touch-screen (puke), kaffe fra automat som smakte dårligere enn pulverkaffen på rommet. Ikke verdig et firestjerners hotell.

A beautiful hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent close to everything, including malls, restaurants, and tour offices, which saves a lot of time and money on transportation. The hotel has a lovely view overlooking the lively city center while still being peaceful and quiet. The breakfast is varied, although adding an omelette station would be a great improvement. The room has a modern design, but I personally felt it could be a little warmer and more intimate to match the charm of the small city. Room requests were also a bit slow. One wonderful detail I really appreciated was the bidet spray next to the toilet, which was a great and very convenient addition. Overall, a lovely stay with a fantastic location and welcoming staff.

Nukkumatyynyjä olisi voinut olla muutama, josta olisi itse saanut ottaa mieluisan. Aamupalalla olisi voinut olla esim. Vesimelonia tai riisipiirakoita.

Es ist nicht leicht hier etwas positives zu finden, da könnte man den Duschstrahl erwähnen der durchaus stark war. Der Balkon war ganz ok, wenn auch ohne schöne Aussicht.

Im Namen steht Santa, ist aber weit von dem Dorf entfernt und hat ansich gar nichts mit Santa zu tun. Das Frühstück wurde wohl hingestellt und fertig, man musste sich was zu Essen suchen. Kaffee gab es auch keinen, mal abgesehen von Filterkaffee.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast and great location. Would love to stay here again.

Das Hotel biete alles, was es braucht. Die Zimmer sind großzügig bemessen und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Alles io!

Hotel liegt im Zentrum.Personal sehr nett.

Sauna sehr klein kein Wasser zum trinken keine Möglichkeit zum ausruhen. Leider wurde der Frühstücksraum renoviert und wir mussten im Keller Frühstück essen.Alles sehr lieblos.

We are so glad of having chosen Santa Klaus Hotel, especially because the kindness we received by Hanna Taipale. She patiently solved a problem we had with breakfasts the morning we had to go to our country. She managed to arrange some boxes with snacks and sandwiches for us. We are so grateful that this hotel chooses caring and hard-working people who don´t mind going the extra mile to make guests as comfortable as possible. Undoubtedly, we will recommend this hotel. Avevo scelto questo hotel per la presenza del ristorante. Purtroppo era chiuso per ristrutturazione. Queste informazioni devono essere fornite ai clienti prima della prenotazione.

Localização, simpatia do staf e ótimo pequeno almoço.

Um de nós apareceu cheio de mordidas. Inicialmente julgou-se ser dos mosquitos abundantes em Rovaniemi na época. Depois, dado ter-se usado repelente, as zonas mordidas face ao tipo de roupa usada, conclui-se que as mordidas foram no quarto do hotel, provavelmente na cama. Teria ácaros ou pulgas.

Selve rommet var helt nydelig. Aldri hatt et hotellrom som har vært så stort..

Frokostsalen var under renovering så gjester var sendt ned i -1 floor.. føltes litt innestengt og stressende rundt selve hentingen av frokost..

Einladende Atmosphäre im Foyer, schönes Zimmer. Absolut zentral gelegen, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Frühstück im Untergeschoss ohne Fenster, Tiefgarage 18 € pro Nacht, wir haben auf der Straße geparkt, gebührenpflichtig 8 - 18 Uhr, je nach An- und Abreisezeit etwas günstiger als die Garage.

・お部屋が可愛い ・綺麗 ・サウナかあり面白い ・チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえた ・チェックアウトの際、私の辿々しい英語でも、ベテランスタッフさんが笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれた。

・チェックインの際に、英語があまり理解できない私に、捲し立てる感じで説明されてて、心が折れそうになった。

Frukosten får ett sämre betyg då urvalet var sparsamt samt mycket var inte dagsfärskt. Laxen var smaklös, brödet torrt, kaffet inte gott och de mjuka fikabrödet var torrt och hade stått framme några dagar. Rummet helt ok men inget mer. Personalen i receptionen var trevlig likväl som de på frukosten.

Se ovan. Priset alldeles för högt för den standardem!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Parking was a bit expensive, but appreciated. Location was walking distance to everything. The hotel restaurant menu was limited, but the food was great and the server was very nice.

Hyvä aamiainen, kaunis, viihtyisä ravintolasali. Hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla, kävelymatkan päässä kiinnostavista kulttuuri- ja taidekohteista, joista olen kiinnostunut. Samoin joki ja hienot kävelyreitit sen rannoilla ovat lähellä.

Erittäin hyvällä paikalla äänet eivät kuuluneet yölläkään, vaikka oli ihan keskustassa. Erinomainen palvelu. Vovheleiden paisto mahdollisuus aamupalalla oli plussaa.

Huoneessa erittäin huono ilmanvaihto! Ikkuna oli oltava auki kun huoneessa oli päiväsaikaan. Huoneessa oli kuuma, ei mahdollisuutta säätää lämpötilaa

Älyttömän kuuma huone huhtikuussa, vaikka verhot oli kiinni niin oli varmaan 28 huoneessa. Naapurit valitti samaa. Koko yön piti pitää ikkunaa auki, että pystyi nukkumaan edes jotenkin.

Excellent hotel, allowed for early check in and had a baggage storage area when waiting for my departure time. Room was a good size, bed very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with good range of choice. Location was jn the heart of the city jusf off the main street mall.

The shower / bath design is a little outdated, but it worked fine.

Great central location, and our room had a lovely outlook over the ice skating rink. Our room was quiet. The room was spacious, bathroom also roomy with a shower over the bath and heated floor. Room included a safe and kettle (which could only be plugged in on the floor!) I like that there are recycle bin options provided near the lifts. Breakfast was chaos at all times (we went at various times.) The staff did not seem happy antbreakfast, and no plates were cleared from the tables until guests left. Perhaps this is their policy, but tables get crowded with used plates and bowls. I would suggest if they spread the buffet spread out into the adjacent vacant room, it would feel less chaotic and crowded. Overall an enjoyable stay and loved the location.
