Staff was great! Kids enjoyed the big spacious pool. Breakfast was excellent. Our suite was very spacious and free mini bar. Beds were comfy. They brought my son a birthday dessert plate! They offered us late checkout because we were an IHG member.

洗濯機の台数が少なく、前の人がなかなか取り出さなかったりで回転が悪く不便だと感じた。 あと、洗濯後のニオイが気になった。 施設内の食堂は少し高めだと感じた。

餐廳員工皆很親切且細心。早餐很美味多樣，風景超美。

房間榻榻米區的遮光幾乎沒有，一早就被熱醒亮醒。

スイートでしたが大変満足できました。

喫煙所が外ですが夜、虫が多めでした。

宿泊前の要望コメントさせていただいだのですが、対応できない内容との回答をもらっていましたが、当日ないものだと思って迎えましたが、できる限りのサービスを頂いでとても良かったです。びっくりさせられて嬉しかったです。

Fantastisk opphold, med store, romslige rom, superhyggelig personale, meget god frokost og hærlig utsikt! Absolutt verd. Basengområdet er også meget avslappende og fint. Japansk bad med varme og kulde var også helt nydelig. Ville absolutt bodd der igjen. Men, du bør ha bil under oppholdet eller belage deg å farte rundt med uber/taxi.

I enjoyed the pleasant staff and variety in breakfast choices. More so, the room was spacious and comfortable.

I noticed a lot of small beetles around the room - Mealybug Destroyers I believe. More so, the AC began to drip and we had to request a towel to cover the surface from getting too damp.

The view was beutiful and it was a great location.

洗濯しょうとして、5000円札しかなく、コインランドリーにも1000円札から100円玉への両替機しかなかったので、5000円札にも対応した両替機も設置してほしい。

Really nice people working there, I enjoyed my time there and the breakfast was great. Definitely need a car to go there but overall I had a really nice stay. And big +1 for the check out at 12:00.

The bathroom is a bit old, and had a weird smell but it wasn’t really a big problem for me.

プールが４月からとブッキングには書かれていたのに4月末からだった。初日に揃っていたアメニティが、2日目、3日目、4日目は補充されずに抜けているものがあり、フロントに言って手に入れないといけなかったので大変困った。

1、市内から遠く草の繁った細い道を辿って行くが道中案内もなく不安になる。本当に辿り着くのか、ホテルは有るのか？ 2、連泊ミスを行い、更に連泊したがタオルや飲料水、お茶の補充も無く気分が悪かった。部屋にフロントが来たが、その際に自分の伝えたい内容を伝え終わると部屋の状況も確認せず満足して帰って行った。サービスを売り物にするホテルであり得ない。 3、浴場で、学生らしき一団が入浴していたが芋を洗うかの状況でロッカーも使えず、あちらこちらに脱いだ物が無造作に置かれていた。すべからず全てを察して欲しい

房間很大，一定可以打開行李箱。不確定入住期間隔壁房是否有人入住，但沒有聽到任何的噪音，這點不錯。前台的應對也非常順暢。

免費游泳時間有限定，但通常都是大家在外活動的時間，除非是單純去渡假才會用到游泳的設施。另一方面不確定是什麼問題，棉被和枕頭都會散發出一種難以言喻的氣味

ホテルへ行くまで看板が少なく、裏道をGoogleが指示し、農道に迷いこんでしまった。 少しだけ、部屋がカビ臭い。

山の上の方にホテルがあります。道中はこんなところに？と不安になりましたが、高台にあるホテルで景色が最高でした。お部屋も綺麗で遠くで花火が上がったり、プールも綺麗で最高な旅行になりました。

お部屋もひろく、朝食もおいしくてよかったです。

Location is ok if you have a proper transportation. Very spectacular view from my bedroom.

The coined laundry. They are placed at a very secluded place, far from other facilities, and the dryer is not working well. My washed clothes were not dried at all even after I ran the dryer for 30 minutes. Please do better for this facility.

Nestled on the top of hill, fresh air and breezy wherever you’re taking a walk surrounding the hotel. Staff were superb! Had a minor issue where one of the bed corners caused a deep scratched and room changed were offered immediately, we saw staff members who went to fix the corners of the bed where incident took place at the same time when we were moving out. Pool was kids friendly too, we love the hot tub (onsen) within the hotel too.

Great hospitality by hotel staff, friendly and prompt in responding to our needs. We had a minor setback with the room fixtures, sharp corners of our bed frame scratched one of us and they immediately changed our room after receiving feedback.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast/lunch was a yummy buffet with a huge variety.

Staff at ANA were fantastic. They were always very pleasant and helpful during our week long stay. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, and being in a remote area it was good to have this included in our room rate. The property is a bit remote which was nice being away from the hustle and bustle, but it made exploring the area a little trickier - we had to plan our days carefully and there wasn’t the ability to just go for a wander as we’d do if staying in a more central location. The gym facilities and sauna were also really well equipped. The pool was clean and relaxing (although VERY shallow - do not dive in!) and the lifeguards by the pool were very attentive to pool users. The lobby area and dining areas were always very clean, and check in/out was easy. The room itself (1 bedroom with tatami area) was an ok size for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) but we probably would have been more comfortable in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room appeared clean and well stocked.

Upon arrival into our room I noticed a very strong damp smell. I understand in a humid climate it would be difficult to avoid this. However the smell was very strong. I couldn’t really see any obvious signs of mildew or mould so didn’t think much of it. However, over the first few days I noticed when I was in the room my skin felt really hot and my sinuses and lungs would become irritated. I would often wake at night feeling tight in the chest. When I would go out for the day I would gradually improve but upon returning to the hotel I would become irritated again. I get this same irritation from a damp workshop in my workplace and have had to install air purifiers. After 3 or 4 days of this I wondered if it could be a mould issue causing the irritation. I then started noticing the build up of moisture dripping from the air vents in the room, the condensation on windows was insane and there were definitely black mould spots on the ceiling right above the bed. I considered asking to change rooms but didn’t as I figured it would be a problem throughout the hotel. I also considered moving to a different hotel, but being Golden Week everything that was available was super expensive. So we stuck it out and just tried to be out of the room as much as possible. By the last 2 days I was coughing a lot, skin still burning and itchy eyes. 6 days later I still have a terrible chesty cough and sinusitis. I don’t have any other symptoms of cold or flu and I’m pretty confident this is from the damp in the room. I am more susceptible to respiratory issues so this probably doesn’t help. If you have asthma or respiratory issues I’d suggest not staying here. Just in case. The rest of my family were fine, although they don’t suffer from the same health conditions as me, so they thought it was pretty good and enjoyed their stay. Their main complaint was the remoteness of the hotel - we had a hire car and I was the only licensed driver.

This new IHG property in Okinawa was complete surprise! Located away from the hustle and bustle of Naha, the ANA Crowne Plaza Resort Uruma Hills is an oasis in itself. Some other reviewers have mentioned that it is out of the way and not close to anything, I think if you have access to a vehicle you wont find this an issue at all. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and I slept so well. All the staff I engaged with during my stay were extremely helpful and accomodating. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. As summer is coming the swimming pool looked really inviting. I have to say, the onsite gym was outstanding!! Perfect for my long stay.

On the last night they started to renovate the room below at 23:00 I called the desk a few times and they said deal with it. It was only after I pushed strongly that the gave me a different room... To get some sleep!

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, offering both Japanese and Western options.

The location is beautiful, but it’s a bit remote. It takes at least a 20-minute drive to reach the nearest towns for dining out since the hotel is situated on top of the hills.

観光してホテルに戻って、大浴場にサウナがついてたので水とサウナの往復が出来とても満足でした。

The twin room was spacious and there was a fantastic view from the balconies overlooking both the next door golf club, but also the scenery, unobstructed from anything else - I was on the fifth floor. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the pool was nice. The breakfast had a fair selection despite the buffet being moved to a separate room due to a school fieldtrip staying at the same time (the regular restaurant area was closed off).

My specific room seemed outdated, and had not been maintained properly. It looked like there was mold on the roof in some parts of the room, and some of the roof corners were dusty. The bathtub in the toilet had a large gap so water could fall down during showering, and there didnt seem to be any plumbing under the tub. The place is also quite desolate since its a resort. Not sure if the hotel offers shuttlebus service, but I would definitely recommend getting here by car. For the price I expected more.

The staff was really nice to us. We had to change our plans due to a flight cancellation and the staff helped us a lot. The hotel is in a nice location, with pretty much nothing in the immediate surroundings (remote), but with access to pretty much everything if you have a car.

The pool looked nice but was closed... Apart from that, we had no complains whatsoever!

Spacious rooms with balcony overlooking Ishikawa. Only downside is the step up and down to get in and out of the elevated bathroom. Great on-site gym and onsen/spa. Really good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Google translate came in very handy. Nice swimming pool. Reliable WiFi. Free bottles of water in the room every day. The hotel is a bit out of the way, it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere, there are no shops within walking distance, but if you rent a car, it’s ok. You can also order taxis via reception, but they can be a bit pricey depending on how far you want to go. There’s a free hotel shuttle (only on request and pending availability) that can take you to the nearest bus stop. Ishikawa itself is not amazing, but there are some really good restaurants/food options like Hungry Tacos, K’s Pit and Peri Chicky Jr, and some very nice beaches near Nakadomari (towards Madea).

Staffs are nice, they have Chinese speaking staff at front desk, a pretty girl, Lora with passionate. Even simple facilities enough for a leisure trip, night view so release, I think all rooms has sea view. 6/F rooms are great. Advise to stay 3 or 4 days you could explore more.

Originally I am looking for the bubble like coffee from the website and reserve this hotel, but finally, they say don’t have it…. I am wondering how come they could post a photo but not have this item……. Cleaning could be more in details, waiting for improvement.
