- les chambres confortables et très bien nettoyées. Les femmes de ménage étaient très serviables et super sympas aussi - la nourriture excellente rien à dire sur la restauration - la mer devant était aussi très bien surtout le matin bébé adore - le personnel ainsi que le service des bars

- la climatisation horrible à la réception et dans le resto en journée. Notre Check in était vraiment un hamam tout le monde suait et bien entendu étaient sur les nerfs, même si le personnel faisait vraiment de son mieux. Les déjeuners étaient catastrophiques en termes de chaleur à l’intérieur c’était du n’importe quoi pour un 5 étoiles et pour €400/nuit - la propreté de la piscine et des espaces autour aussi catastrophique. Le matin personne ne nettoyait à part les pauvres maître nageurs qui faisaient de leur mieux. Mais clairement il y avait un manque de personnel pour nettoyer. La piscine je pense n’a jamais été nettoyé de tout le séjour et l’espace autour était tout le temps sale le matin - l’animation aurait pu mieux faire. Il y avait une soirée tunisienne et orientale on s’attendait à danser tunisien mais pas du tout c’était principalement des spectacles orientaux Si on n’avait pas payé autant on aurait mis une note supérieure mais là c’est catastrophique

We stayed here for a company team building trip and everyone absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, staff were amazing and helpful, and the food was really good. I’d say this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to in Tunisia

Le lit dans la chambre ainsi que les piscines la plage la seule personne à qui je souhaite spécialement remercier il est d’un professionnalisme et d’une gentillesse c’est Mohamed l’agent qui travaille à partir de 15h au soir à qui on peut demander n’importe quoi à n’importe quel moment pendant son service il circule dans les étages pour voir si l’on manque de rien.

Pas de climatisation ni dans le hall très peu on suffoquait ni dans le restaurant alors que le critère premier dans un hôtel en été c’est la climatisation si j’avais su j’aurais annuler mon séjour dommage

Les deux piscines sont petites. Il n'y a pas assez des arroseurs de rinçage au nivaux des piscines.

Excellent séjour, un accueil chaleureux de la part de l’ensemble du personnel. Tout était très bien, propreté, confort impeccable, disponibilité du personnel, service excellent des serveurs en bord de mer. Animation au top. Buffet variés. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

La piscine pour les enfants , l’emplacement

L’eau du robinet qui n’est pas bonne qu’on doit chercher nous mêmes , sous prétexte que les bouteilles en plastiques sont bannies des iberostar par contre ils donnent des bouteilles en plastiques pour les boissons sucrées ????! Le buffet était moins varié que l’année dernière et le service moins accueillant que les années passées c’est dommage …. Prix excessif par rapport au produit . A ce prix là tout doit être irréprochable

Voyage de noces Voyage hyper romantique hyper confortable hyper amusant et les ruines romaines de carthage sont exceptionnelles J y reviendrais inchallah très très souvent si le bon dieu me le permet. Pas de discothèque endroit assez familial pour les musulmans qui sont pas extrémiste ❤️❤️❤️❤️

La chambre n'est pas propre du tout. L' odeur d'humidité dans la chambre est mortelle notre fils de 6 ans à étouffé à cause de cette odeur et on a quitté l hotel le jour de notre arrivée ( à 1h du matin) car on n'a pas pu dormir et on a finit par notre fils à l'urgence et l hotel n a même pas nous a appelé le lendemain pour voir qu'est ce que c'est passé avec nous.maintenant on demande le remboursement v raiment c est le pire des hôtels vraiment c est une scandale pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles.

Fantastic beach front location. The star prestige areas, especially the roof top, were brilliant, as was the member of staff here. Cocktails were great!

The property is run down in places (broken wardrobe door, chips in sink, mould in bathroom), also a lot of cigarette butts on the beach. They ran out of beach/pool towels (not ideal when it’s 34 degrees+ and the sunbeds feel like fire without them!) The buffet is poorly laid out, and always feels incredibly crowded, with dirty plates Tried to book 2-4 nights ahead for the à la carte and couldn’t get in Poor air con throughout, in common areas and in the room Sea view room had a spec of sea in the distance, but really shouldn’t have been marketed as a sea view Poor communication (called about the air con and someone came to fix the safe (not broken), asked at reception for new batteries for the tv remote, someone came to fix the TV instead (not broken)) Unfortunately poor front desk service for every request/question, and guest relations always absent so couldn’t ask anything It’s a cheap hotel, so you get good value for money, but if you go in expecting a 5 star hotel you’ll be disappointed. We had a good holiday but hotel was comparable to other 3 star resorts we’d stayed at and miles from other 5 star.

I loved everything, especially the food. There was so much variety, and it was available throughout the day, which was incredible. The facilities were excellent, and the service at reception was outstanding. A special thanks to Anis for his support and kindness. The hotel itself is outstanding. We especially enjoyed the live singer on Friday evening, it created a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The food tasted amazing, the views were beautiful, and the location was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived at Iberostar Andalous Tunisia, our week‑long stay was nothing short of exceptional. Our garden‑facing room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful — the perfect place to unwind each day. What truly made this holiday unforgettable was the incredible hospitality shown by every member of the team. The staff consistently went above and beyond, and their warmth made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to Aziz, whose kindness set the tone from the very beginning. His warm welcome — and even warmer goodbye — meant so much to me and my wife. The thoughtful gifts he surprised us with were deeply touching and something we will always remember. We also want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Sameh, Arij, and Moussa, who played a huge part in making our stay extraordinary. They organised a beautiful baby gender reveal for us — complete with a specially baked cake by the chef, coloured to reveal the gender. It was such a personal, emotional moment, and we will cherish it forever. The animation team were fantastic, bringing energy and variety every single day. There was always something new to enjoy, and they kept guests entertained from morning to evening. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options at every meal. The pools were spotless and inviting, and we never struggled to find sun loungers — a small detail that made a big difference. Overall, this was a five‑star stay in a truly five‑star hotel. Iberostar Andalous Tunisia exceeded every expectation, and we left with beautiful memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. We will definitely be returning.

The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay after not being happy with the first room. We were upgraded to a junior suite free of charge. I cannot fault the staff on anything but this doesn’t make up for the short falls of the hotel. Aziz and Imed cannot be faulted. 10/10 service from them both. The service in the star prestige sections of the hotel were amazing too. Great selection of desserts. Ice cream was very nice too. Decent equipment in the gym. Had a good selection of entertainment as well as a shisha area near the reception.

The furniture in the some of the lounge area of the standard suite rooms in the star prestige section were very dated. Old chipped varnish tables and large visible stains on the couch. This is why we moved to the large junior suite as I requested to move to another iberostar hotel that was more recently built. The hotel is very dated in the decor throughout and would really benefit from refurbishing. Reception area is nice but snack bar and interior of the hotel landings needs updating as well as the furniture. The snack bar desperately needs refurbishing. The food options were very large but the majority of the things lacked taste and the quality of a lot of the food was bland and tasteless. Even the fruits were often very over ripe so were brown and very soft and mushy. I am well travelled and looked forward to the food and exploring some Tunisian cuisine. We ate out on 2 of the 4 nights although it was all inclusive. The gym has no air conditioning so was very hot inside whilst the sun was out during the day. The food in the Italian restaurant was very lacking in any flavour too and we had to wait two nights to get a reservation there. The alcohol was very watered down and not of the standard expected for a 5 star hotel. No branded alcohol either and no option to buy this as an add on. Mint in mojito was dead and browned almost every time and they have no straws there so very hard to drink some drinks without them. I had such high hopes after all of the amazing reviews but was unfortunately left a bit disappointed. I would say this is more of a 3 star hotel than a 5 star in terms of quality in my opinion.

- Pool & Beach. - For a pleasant stay, ensure dealing with these two persons: 1- Mr. Aziz Layouni from Guest Service. Big thanks to this guy for making my stay enjoyable through his OUTSTANDING assistance, warm welcoming and positive attitude. 2- Mr. Hussain the Hotel Director. Big thanks for taking care of my stay in a professional manner with excellent assistance and behavior.

1- Front desk personnel (reception) were extremely very poor in reception and welcoming of guests. I tried to pass on few observations and suggestions to them, rather than accepting it politely, they responded defensively proving hotel rules with ZERO flexibility (Hussam & Ezzat). And next morning while passing near them, rather than receiving greetings & welcoming, they pretended not to see me. Front desk personnel does not deserve even to be in a 2 star hotel (except Ms. Salima). 2- Gym AC was not working at all during my stay, even the technician could not fix it. 3- Second day: my room AC was not working, called the reception 3 times continuously at (09:30 PM) nobody picks up. At the 4th call they responded and the technician came after 30 minutes. However, he could not fix it and I slept in hot air. Next day they got it fixed. 4- Car and Bag inspection upon each entry during the entire stay. If you go out the hotel 4 or 5 or 10 times, you come back and get your car and any kind of bag inspected on each entry. I understand the safety measures, but repeating the process several times a day causes inconvenience to the guest whos aiming for rest and relaxation. 5- Location was not ideal. nothing is within a walking distance. Car is required. 6- Level of hospitality was poor and does not reflect a 5 star hotel.

It is 5-star all the way—if I could give them more stars, I absolutely would! 🌟 We actually booked this hotel because the original place we checked into was an absolute nightmare. We checked out immediately, and moving to the Iberostar completely saved the day! It was the start of a very fun ladies-only holiday, and the hotel did not disappoint. It was super clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. 🏨✨ A massive shout-out to the hardworking team: The Animation Team: Tito, Sam, Pika, Mimi, Sousou, and everyone else whose names I can't quite remember. You made our trip so much fun! 🕺 The Catering Staff: A special mention to the wonderful Mr Bruce ("Nice to see you, to see you nice!" 👋) and the rest of the incredible dining team. The staff here deserve massive recognition. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly maintained, exactly the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for. What made the stay even more special was the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff — always warm, attentive and genuinely caring. Thank you for making this trip such a calm and enjoyable escape. I will keep very good memories of it!

Amazing customer service! We were amazed by the all staff, from the animation team, cleaning team to the restaurant staff! They are there for you and really make everything possible for you to have a wonderful stay! A special thank for Hamdi from the restaurant who was always there for us! But also for Sam and all the animation team and Abdelaziz from the restaurant, always smiling and making sure everything was okey during our stay. The infrastructure was good! Amazing beach, good swimming pool and great bars! Thanks to all the staff! YOU make this hotel special!

The rooms are a bit outdated. We were 3 couples and the 3 safes in our rooms didnt work when we checked in. Some couple things could be improved in the look and facilities.

They have a restaurant that serves Tunisian and Italian cuisine but it’s not worth it… it just feels like an extension of the buffet with a fancier environment. Cheap quality of alcohol, The food at the buffet specially the lunch and dinner becomes repetitive after a couple of days… same flavors and types of food.

The property location is good , the hotel is clean , the cleaning lady was really nice (nadjwa) we stayed in Star prestige rooms . It was lovely she was kind and serving . The food was good ( deserts not so much to choose ) but that was fine. However , there is one thing i wanted to highlight about the stuff In general (service stuff , reception… were nice) but there was 2 or 3 men ( one man serving in the restaurant outside area and another one in the snack bar underneath the restaurant) were ( sorry for the word) racist . We noticed they were treating foreign people very nicely but being very rude , very rude to arabs ( the moment we started talking in arabic ) they completely changed attitude (one of them even refused to serve us at the table ) and gave really mean’ looks The hotel is very nice , and it was not the fist time we stay at Iberostar collection ( hopefully not the last) but it would be very recommended to overlook the stuff attitude. Thank you very much for the service we enjoyed it this time (6 out of 10)

En général, je n’apprécie pas ce type de gros établissement mais force est de constater que je m’y suis sentie très bien. La localisation en bord de mer est très agréable, les extérieurs sont bien aménagés, les deux piscines sont très jolies, on peut vraiment se reposer (pas d’ambiance bruyante), les plats du restaurant sont très diversifiés et frais, le spa et les massages sont au top. Une très belle surprise. Cerise sur le gâteau, le personnel est adorable!! Mais le plus beau, c’est le grand Sud Tunisien….! Magique! Alors, ne restez pas trop longtemps dans le Nord!

S’est vraiment un très bel hôtel et avec un personnel exceptionnel. Aucune fausse note, je recommande fortement et ont y retournera. L’emplacement, à côté du golf et de la plage et proche du port est en plus idéal. Un grand bravo

The hotel was spotless, and the pool was absolutely incredible. The food was easily some of the best we’ve ever had varied, fresh, and delicious every day. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the guest manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay of our lives. We’ve traveled to five countries together and stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable experience we honestly didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit.

Maybe due to the season but the animation team could work do more efforts. Also it’s advisable to change the outfits and the blue/white jackets! But they were friendly and nice! ☺️

We had a fantastic stay with our family. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm and attentive, the food was excellent with great variety, and everything was consistently fresh and delicious. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the beach was beautiful and relaxing. What really made our stay special was Mr. Marwan, the hotel manager. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thanks to him, we kept extending our stay because we simply did not want to leave. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and well managed resort experience.
