Très bon hôtel, Deux belles piscines et la plage était impeccable. Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous , surtout la responsable clientèle Madame Oumayma. Choix varié pour les plats, très satisfait de la qualité de la nourriture..

I had a very good experience at Marhaba Hotel. The room was spacious, the view was lovely, and being right on the beach made it ideal, while still close to Sousse for cultural exploration. A special thank you to Rafika at the reception—she was exceptionally kind, professional, and friendly, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks as well to Oumaima, the Guest Service Manager, for her great support. I also want to mention the kitchen staff and everyone else who made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Personnel sympathique Chambre propre, confortable et très belle vue Bonne cuisine , tous les jours grillades viande et poisson. Varier un peu plus les desserts Petit déjeuner fabuleux surtout les viennoiseries Matinée mousse dans la piscine 👍

Transats sur la 1ere ligne de la piscine réservés des 6h30 Obligation de réserver toujours la même table pour le dîner pour la durée du séjour . Pourquoi ? Animations en soirée moyenne

Tout le personnel est professionnel, à l'écoute et au petit soin. Spéciales remerciements à Mme Rafika (réception) et Mr Adel (restaurant) qui ont su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'animation est très bien, l'hôtel est très propre , on y mange bien. L'emplacement est pas mal, à deux pas de la marina. La plage est magnifique... Rien à dire!!!

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, accueillant et à l’écoute. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réactivité de l’équipe : après avoir échangé avec le responsable sur quelques points à améliorer, des changements ont été faits dès le lendemain. Le service est clairement le point fort de l’hôtel.

Super séjour passé au Marhaba Palace en famille. Personnel aux petits soins, propreté impeccable, chambre très confortables, salle de sport et terrains de tennis à disposition, super plage et nourriture très bonne et variée. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour de farniente

J'ai réservé ce séjour pour ma mère et ma sœur, qui sont revenues ravies de leur séjour. Personnel chaleureux, attentionné et très professionnel. Chambre spacieuse et impeccable avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Plage superbe, animations variées et buffet de qualité avec un large choix. Le Marhaba Palace est un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles qui tient toutes ses promesses. Merci à toute l'équipe, j'y retournerai avec ma famille avec grand plaisir !

Upon check in, the staff were very helpful Nizar and Mehdi. They were very sweet with our toddler too. The property was very clean, we only had breakfast included as we were only there for a couple of nights. The breakfast was really nice, the omelette lady was very pleasant. Our room was big, it was a family room and had two balconies one very spacious. The pool was big and the beach was really nice. There was a guest relations lady called oumayma who kept coming to check if we were enjoying our stay.

Although we had a lovely short stay, I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a week long holiday with children. Although the animation team were clearly doing lots with the few kids that were there, the atmosphere was quite party like with most of the clientele being adults and older adults in groups or couples. The grounds are really nice and if you like a very lively hotel with your children then it could still work for you, for us personally we prefer a more chilled and relaxed hotel with our toddler.

I had a very pleasant stay at Marhaba Palace in Sousse. The hotel is very clean and well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my whole stay. The room was comfortable with a nice view (sea view), and housekeeping kept everything tidy. The location is excellent. The swimming pools are beautiful and well maintained, and the atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxing. The food was good with many choices. I also liked the hotel facilities such as the gym, the large pool area, and Tennis Club... Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Marhaba Palace to anyone visiting Sousse. I would be happy to come back again in the future ( In fact, I initially booked the hotel for only 5 days, but because I really liked the hotel and felt comfortable during my stay, I decided to extend my booking for another 7 days)...... I also really appreciated two small gestures from the hotel staff. Yesterday, after breakfast, one of the staff members kindly brought some sweets to my room because I was fasting for Ramadan. I found this to be a very thoughtful and respectful gesture. Another small detail that I truly appreciated: I had brought a small flower to my room and placed it in the cup with some water, but the cup was quite short. After housekeeping cleaned the room and I returned later, I noticed that they had placed the flower in a tall glass of water specially for it. Thank you very much for this lovely gesture and for paying attention even to the smallest details.

The only small thing I didn’t like was that when I went to the gym, I discovered that it was not included in my reservation. In my case, I booked half board (breakfast and dinner), and access to the gym was free only for guests who had the all-inclusive package. I wish that hotel guests in general were allowed to access the gym for free.

Very welcoming staff, they organized a beautiful room for me on my early arrival. They also organized transportation from the airport in advance. The hotel was very nice. The food options on the breakfast and dinner buffet were great, lots to choose from.

Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise durch Tunesien eine Nacht in diesem tolles Hotel - wir haben bei der Buchung nicht gesehen dass es ein All Inclusive Hotel ist. Nach einer abenteuerlichen und kalten Nacht in der Wüste war das eine tolle Überraschung... die Poolanlage im Freien war sehr schön - aber leider war das Wetter nicht gut genug. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgate erhalten und das Essen war wirklich sehr gut...

Der indoor pool hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und entspricht nicht den Bilder.

Marhaba Palace is beyond amazing I cannot encourage enough to visit and stay at this resort! Absolutely perfect in every way possible. From the staff. the facilities, the food and the environment it is superb! The thing that stands out to me the most during my time here is the hospitality and loving nature of all the staff. I travelled alone with my 16 month old baby and I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed on a break away with her. She absolutely adores all the staff here and has enjoyed herself so much I am amazed at how fast she settled in to this place. The love shown towards her is so lovely to see and appreciated. I was due to fly home today and I loved it here so much so I extended my stay and rearranged my flights. My first 2 nights of my holiday were at another resort and I did not enjoy I booked Marhaba Palace at short notice and was completely blown away by it! Get booking and see for yourself what I mean when i say absolutely fantastic!! The staff here are so amazing especially the beautiful Oumayma she takes extra care and pride in her job and goes out of her way to check you are happy and enjoying your say and my daughter is obsessed with her and the staff here!

Nothing that I can say negative the only negative I can think of is that we have to check out and go home and we don’t want too!!

Tout tout et tout c’était incroyable, déjà à l’arrivée l’accueil on a été surclassé dans une suite je n’ai jamais vu ça la plus belle suite de l’hôtel qui donnait accès à la piscine directement. Le personnel au petit soin je n’ai jamais vu ça ailleurs et je n’abuse pas j’en ai fait des hôtel et celui là est le top1. La restauration délicieuse très variés tout les jours des plats différent du jus frais les matins tout était parfait . Un grand merci à bassem et rafica qui n’ont pas hésité une seule seconde à nous laisser profiter de notre suite un peu plus longtemps vu que notre vol a été retardé. L’animation au top. La femme de ménage désolé j’ai oublier son prénom un amour ❤️ la literie était Nikel nous avons super bien dormi . L’hôtel en lui même est beau, propre. Et je tiens quand même à dire que tout le personnel était souriant et c’est rare en Tunisie mdr mais je le dit parce que c’est vrai. Je conseil cet hôtel à sousse le meilleur j’y retournerai sans hésité . Merci à toute l’équipe vraiment pour cet accueil. Et continuer votre travail comme vous le faite avec le sourire c’est tellement agréable et merci pour tout🥰

Op een enkeling na, behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Zwembaden werden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Kamer met zeezicht. Loopafstand naar het strand en de zee. Gevarieerd aanbod etenswaar voor lunch en diner.

Onvolledige en onduidelijke informatie bij receptie. Overeengekomen bedrag van 300 dinar , werd 1 dag later 340 dinar. De verouderde hotelaccommodatie. Ontbijt tot 10.00 uur, broodmanden waren om 08.45 uur niet aangevuld .Geen aparte douche, alleen badkuip..

The hotel is amazing, the food is great, and the staff are truly fantastic. I stayed with my mother, who has some difficulty with steps, and the team were incredibly accommodating. They kindly upgraded our room for free, which made our stay even more special and comfortable. A special thank you to Bassam at reception for being incredibly helpful, Hedir from Guest Relations for making sure everything was to our satisfaction, and the lovely lady at security who always greeted us with a bright smile, it really made us smile too. A wonderful experience overall, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

Je voulais écrire quelques mots pour remercier chaleureusement tout le personnel pour l’accueil exceptionnel que nous avons reçu durant notre séjour. Oumaima a une présentation remarquable et un sens du détail vraiment rare. Elle a toujours été attentive, élégante et extrêmement professionnelle. Elle a également pris le temps de me donner de très bons renseignements sur les meilleurs endroits à visiter dans la ville, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de patience. Ses conseils nous ont été très utiles et ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. On sent qu’elle exerce son travail avec passion et sincérité. Madame Rafika m’a particulièrement impressionnée par sa capacité à parler plusieurs langues avec autant d’aisance et de naturel. Elle m’a accompagnée à la salle de sport avec une présence remarquable, beaucoup de classe et une grande élégance. Sa manière de communiquer met immédiatement les clients à l’aise, et son professionnalisme mérite vraiment d’être souligné. Madame Najiba, toujours souriante et bienveillante, nous a accompagnés jusqu’à la sortie avec mes parents avec énormément de douceur et de respect. Sa gentillesse naturelle et son accueil chaleureux nous ont profondément touchés. C’est le genre de personne qui laisse une très belle impression humaine. Je suis désolée de ne pas avoir mémorisé les noms des autres membres du personnel, qui étaient eux aussi incroyablement chaleureux, attentionnés et professionnels. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel où tout le personnel parle autant de langues avec autant d’aisance et d’élégance. La prochaine fois, je prendrai soin de retenir tous les noms, car chacun mérite d’être mentionné et remercié. Je voulais également souligner la qualité exceptionnelle de l’hôtel : une propreté irréprochable, une décoration magnifique et raffinée, une salle de sport très agréable, une piscine superbe, ainsi qu’un calme extrêmement appréciable. Tout était réuni pour rendre notre séjour parfait, reposant et mémorable.

Ci siamo fermati pensando di restare solo una notte sulla via di un tour della Tunisia. Ma siamo rimasti cosi colpiti che abbiamo deciso di modificare il nostro itinerario di viaggio per poterci fermare invece 4 notti. La struttura è straordinaria, dotata di ogni confort con camere grandi e pulitissime e letto king size. La grande gentilezza e professionalità di tutto il personale sono assolutamente degne di nota rispetto ad altri hotel della zona e superiori ad ogni aspettativa.

Séjour exceptionnel au Marhaba Palace ! J’ai passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la mer avec une vue magnifique. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues, avec un service de ménage régulier. Le personnel est vraiment au top : accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Mention spéciale pour l’équipe d’animation qui met une excellente ambiance sans être envahissante. Le buffet est varié et de bonne qualité, avec des plats locaux et internationaux. Les piscines sont propres et bien aménagées, parfaites pour se détendre. Globalement, je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour des vacances réussies en famille ou entre amis. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Mokhtar alla reception, che, come sempre, si è dimostrato cordiale, disponibile e molto professionale, rendendo il mio soggiorno confortevole. Per vostra informazione, ho una profonda conoscenza di questo settore, avendo lavorato nell'industria alberghiera e turistica in Europa per 34 anni. Grazie ancora al signor Mokhtar

Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une variétés culinaires pour tous les goûts. Un Bar avec de nombreux choix de boissons. Un lieu agréable ou le repos et la découverte se rassemblent.

Je suis venu à l'hôtel juste pour une nuit mais tellement que je suis surpris de l'hôtel et du personnel j'ai prolongé mon séjour je suis satisfaite .j'ai adoré le paysage accès direct à la mer. Plusieurs piscines bien aménagé .restauration variées et fraîches les chambres sont propres et spacieuses un grand merci à le staff de l'hôtel
