Terrible condition. Battered and dated. Doesn’t look anything like the photos. Also glad I was with my son to make me feel safer. I wouldn’t have stayed alone. Thank goodness it was a few hours to get sleep before a ferry.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026We liked the easiness of check-in, staff are on reception 24 hours a day which is ideal for the ferry terminal. The location is great, maximum 15 minute drive to the ferry terminal and it is just off the motorway so ideal for car drivers. Easy parking directly outside. The rooms were of good size, clean, comfortable beds, plugs by the bed.
The shower is not powerful therefore makes washing hair difficult to wash shampoo/conditioner out for women.

Lack of parking. The night we stayed they had a coach party staying. The Coach was taking up a good amount of the car park spaces so left very little for other residents. Also the hotel restaurant was closed to other guests to cater for the coach party which caused inconvenience.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Prima stop-over hotel met airco, op terrein aan de rand de stad. Receptie 24/7 bezet. Gemakkelijk aan de route naar de haven. Eenvoudige faciliteiten, schoon maar wel wat ouderwets. Vriendelijk en behulpzame receptionist. Wij kwamen na het avondeten aan in het hotel en moesten voor het ontbijt de boot naar Jersey halen.
Verouderde faciliteiten: kamer deur met sleutel ipv pas, lambrisering en tapijt in oude kleuren, verouderd type personenlift.

È andato tutto bene, tranne la distrazione di una delle dipendenti che ha erroneamente messo in freezer un farmaco che andava in frigo, nonostante fosse stato spiegato e riconfermato. Il farmaco ha perso di efficacia, ma per fortuna era fine vacanza e quindi non ne ha compromesso troppo l’andamento.

Le deuxième lit pour adulte n’avait même pas les draps adaptés et obligé de dormir quasiment sur le matelas en direct. La moquette sent mauvais. N’est jamais aspirée visiblement car il y avait encore des papiers au sol. Tout est vétuste et notamment la salle de bain ! Bref un hôtel deux étoiles serait plus approprié au classement et non pas trois ! Qu’est-Ce qui justifie la troisième étoile ???

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Le stanze dove abbiamo alloggiato si trovavano nella zona nuova dell’hotel quindi erano dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione molto abbondante e con prodotti locali. La struttura fa parte di una catena ma è molto ben curato e a soli 10 minuti in macchina dal centro Saint Malo, perfetto per il visitare sia la città che i dintorni.
Suggeriamo solo degli asciugamani più grandi.

Estaba sucio, tenía hongos, no hacían bien el aseo y el desayuno no era bueno, pagué 4 días el desayuno y me bastó para no ir más. Adjunto imágenes de los hongos en el baño y la mugre en el pasillo. Al llegar habían colillas de cigarro en el suelo de la terraza y el aseo lo hacían muy mal. Adjunto una foto de la cama sin terminar de hacer uno de los días y una almohada sin funda que dejaron. Pésima experiencia y no correspondía al precio que cobran.

L’accueil de certains agents était un peu froid, le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le coup, pas de fruits de saison, le pain n’est pas renouvelé, pas assez de variété de fromage…..j’ai vu mieux au même prix Le premier jour, on a changé de chambre à cause de l’évacuation des canalisations de la douche, une odeur dans la chambre à cause de la moquette et le manque d’aération

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage. Es war sehr geräumig und hell. Die Matratze ist super, Zimmer lässt sich super abdunkeln und es hat eine super Klimaanlage. Lage sehr gut, man benötigt jedoch immer das Auto. Tw sind PP in der Nähe der Altstadt sehr günstig. Einkaufscenter 5min entfernt, falls man etwas braucht. Beim Hotel genügend gratis PP. Bis auf eine MA waren alle Mitarbeitende sehr nett. Grundsätzlich ist es ein gutes Hotel...wir würden wieder herkommen...
Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es mit renovierten Zimmern geworben hat. Unser Zimmer in der 4. Etage war leider noch nicht renoviert, wär bald auch mal nötig. Wasserdruck der Dusche nicht so stark, genügend Zeit einberechnen um Haare zu waschen. Frühstück war genügend, aber mit 14 euro zu teuer für das Angebot. Kaffee naja... Eine MA war wirklich unmöglich, als es kein Brot mehr hatte, sagte sie erst...es hat kein Brot....eine andere MA kümmerte sich dann.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026It was ok. I had stayed at another Brit Hotel the night before, one which had the advantage of being very new.
Check in didn’t happen on time rooms weren’t ready. When I got to my room the floor had no been vacuumed. Shower slow to drain, shower door leaked.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026As a biker touring the underground garage is a massive bonus to keep your bike out of sight. Loved the fact that a short walk and a bus got you into st malo old town really easily. Breakfast @€14 good value
We stayed in the original building, it's starting to look tired. We had black mould in a corner of the room on the ceiling, didn't bother me but it would some.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026There is a shopping centre next door which has cheap regular buses to the city centre. The air conditioning was excellent during the June heatwave and there are restaurants,fuel and boulangeries within walking distance.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Booked last minute, got a lovely room in the annexe, very quiet, powerful AC, super clean, good size for the price, separate toilet, large and powerful shower with rainforest shower head as well. Very good value for money and we got a warm welcome from the front desk which is manned 24hrs. Very good sound sleep.
