Great location, bus to intramuros five minutes away, and 10 minutes to Brittany ferries… excellent boulangerie a minute away and plenty of parking… did the job perfectly.

First time at this hotel and it was exceptional. Lovely room and comfortable bed and the staff were lovely. A couple of minutes walk to restaurants supermarket and bakery. Great location for the port too. Will definitely stay again 👌

The bed was comfy and good parking that was about it.

The bathroom was very dirty, shampoo and soap was empty, room was cramped for a family room. Bathroom sink leaked everytime we used it. Staff were rude. If you wanted food it came in a jar and is heated and for that it was over priced. Breakfast area was very dirty and needed a deep clean. It was defo not worth the price we paid and was over priced fot what you got. The rooms didnt even have a kettle or anthing.

Parking and location was good for me.

As the ferry didn’t run we never got to the hotel . After attempts to change the stay to the next day we were told it wasn’t possible and we were still charged

Clean and comfortable

Location meant we had to get a bus into the centre. It is located on an industrial estate. Nowhere to get a bite to eat.

Very comfortable room, very helpful staff, well placed hotel on outskirts of St Malo and easy access for the ferry port.

No restaurant on premises or nearby to access on a Monday early evening, altho the hotel does have the option of microwaved ready meals of a good standard

Just the location was convenient, for shopping, bus to the centre and the ferry.

Being sent an email saying our room would be cancelled if we didn't guarantee it by card by 6pm on.the day. We had guaranteed the room by card on booking a few days before. Rather indifferent staff who ignored friendly greetings. Thin towels, no hand towels.. No kettle in room. Cramped space.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was small, but I really appreciated how well every corner and detail was designed and optimized. The space was used very efficiently, making the room feel comfortable and practical despite its size. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything I needed was available. Overall, a very good experience and a great example of making the most of a compact space.

There wasn’t anything in particular that I disliked. If I had to mention one small downside, the room was quite compact, although the space was so cleverly designed and well optimized that this didn’t really affect the comfort of my stay.

On .nous a attribué une chambre avec un lit d appoint supplémentaire dans notre chambre. Sans aucun motif. Ce qui nous a donné une impression d oppression et de manque de place.

On site parking was good. Felt secure. Good location for early ferries.

The room while large smelt damp. While clean on the surface, the edges of the room had some questionable marks. Air conditioning was ineffective at keeping room cool enough for a room of the size. Poor value for money when compared to other chain hotels in the area eg. B and B hotels.

Ottima esperienza di relax nella campagna bretone. Per noi questa struttura è stata il punto di appoggio ideale per visitare diversi luoghi di interesse durante la giornata. La proprietaria è molto attenta ai dettagli e ha creato una struttura estremamente accogliente, dotata di servizi eccellenti. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione a chi desidera vivere l’autenticità della campagna della Bretagna, senza rinunciare alla possibilità di raggiungere numerose attrazioni situate a 30-60 minuti di auto.

I prodotti della colazione non erano proprio di alta qualità (uova sode terribili e brioches insomma).

Très bien situé, personnel accueillant, petit correct pour un ibis. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking cependant attention si vous avez trop tard plus de place. L’hôtel étant situé dans une zone commerçante vous pourrez tout de même trouver de la place sur les autres parking

Hotel accogliente con una reception ottima anche per chi non parla né francese ne inglese.

Essendo un po’ decentrato rispetto al centro( 10 minuti di moto) l’ho trovato un po’ troppo caro.

The room was basic. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. The bathroom was utilitarian.

Great location and facilities for a one night stay. The EV charger worked well and is in the hotel car park. It was clean and functional and the breakfast (which we didn't have) looked good.

Somewhat cramped with the third bed in the room. This was a very substantial fold up bed added to a double room, not exactly a ‘family room’. Fine for just one night.

L’établissement est bien situé avec une proximité d’un magasin qui permet de faires quelques courses.

Le personne étais sympathique mais les saisonniers engagés ne disait pas bonjour et regarde très mal les gens. Je pense qu’il faudrait faire un effort au niveau saisonnier.

The outside sitting area is used heavily for smoking, including staff. This made it not such a pleasant area unfortunately.

Dommage que l'hôtel soit caché par le Carrefour.

Literie correcte ; la climatisation est fonctionnelle et permet de laisser la fenêtre fermée (sinon on respire directement la pollution émanant du parking et de la route à proximité)

La salle de bain mérite un rafraîchissement sérieux, cf photos. Personnel au téléphone bien peu aimable. La communication se résume à un ultimatum : "transmettez votre carte de paiement sinon on annule votre réservation". La carte était validée par Booking néanmoins lors de la réservation.

Difficult to find when driving up from the port. Apple Maps had trouble locating it and directing. That’s probably their fault though.

As a last minute solution for the ferry it works well. Only around 10 mins drive to the ferry Terminal. The bar area was comfortable. They were very chill with us ordering food from Uber eats which was good as not a lot of restaurants in the area. Room was basic but more or less had the essentials.

Shampoo in shower was empty (thankfully they use the same soap as handwash so we used that). Toilet paper was not full. Only two towels (no smaller towel for hair). Window curtain does not block out all light. Aircon is making a lot of noise when on. Carpark not lit during the night which leaving at 4:30am for morning ferry was more of an issue. Would have been nice to have a water fountain (container) in the lobby as the tap water was very hard.

Very comfortable room and was close to ferry terminal. We also had an early start and able to get breafast earlier do that was fantastic.

Albergo situato a dieci minuti di auto da saint Malo. Le stanze sono molto piccole, vanno bene per due persone, noi abbiamo preso due stanze comunicanti.

Stanze molto piccole con poco spazio per le valigie

Pur essendo un po’ in periferia, permette di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti di auto. La stanza era pulita e silenziosa.

Si trova nell’area di un centro commerciale che però di sera è chiuso. La struttura è un po’ anonima.
