Reviewed Sep 15, 2026É um hotel que responde razoavelmente na relação custo x benefício, mesmo sendo quartos antigos, está bem cuidado, é relativamente silencioso e tem um bom café da manhã. Está super bem localizado ao lado da estação de trem central de Gênova.
O quarto em que fiquei é um pouco estreito.

Algo datado, a necessitar de algumas melhorias. Elevador com porta de segurança a ser revisto para não ficar bloqueado se alguém esqueceu de fechar a porta. Difícil de chegar a pé, com malas. Algum mau cheiro a mofo no corredor de entrada. Falta de pão fresco no pequeno almoço.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Am Vorplatz zum Bahnhof war auch eine Haltestelle für den Hop-on, Hop-off Tourbus. Eine Schöne Blick über den Stadteil.
Die Fussweg zum Hotel war sehr steil aber auch eine kurze Weg. Leider es war keine Handgriff in die Treppen im Erdgeschoss. Ich benutze einen Stock und hatte Angst vor einem Sturz.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Gemütliches und günstiges Zimmer in Genua, in der Nähe der Piazza Principe und des Bahnhofs. Viele Restaurants, Bars und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt.
Ohne Klimaanlage, dafür zu einem günstigen Preis mit Frühstück.

Bad mould smell that gets you when entering the reception area and along the corridors and lift area. Location is close to Genoa station but getting to the hotel in quite a lot of stairs especially when carrying luggage. The area around the station has some bad elements

L'hotel è una struttura vecchia, la pulizia lascia a desiderare, è mancata totalmente l'acqua in bagno per circa 2 ore... in questa calda stagione! La colazione è veramente basica.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Une belle surprise... Chambre spacieuse pour 5, qui sent le propre. Une terrasse extraordinaire au-dessus de la ville. Tout est accessible à pied. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir réserver en avance le parking, la climatisation et les espaces séparés. La salle de bain est spacieuse. Le français est parfaitement parlé par certains à la réception. L'accueil est agréable et souriant. Il est atypique, chaleureux et assez cosy. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour 2 nuits. Une superbe étape génoise ! La proximité de la gare n'a pas été dérangeante. La fréquentation des ruelles à proximité nécessite un peu de vigilance mais sans plus. Le passage quotidien pour le ménage et les lits faits ont également été appréciés. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais avec du choix pour tous les goûts, nous y avons tous trouvé notre bonheur.
Concernant le parking, indépendant de l'hôtel, le partenariat semble complexe puisque le garage nous demande de payer sur place et l'hôtel nous fait régler au départ. Évidemment, les prix différent selon l'interlocuteur, donc départ un peu houleux. Certes, l'hôtel n'est pas de première jeunesse, quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées mais une super bonne 1ère impression. Quelques peintures, la poignée du volet, les portes de placards,... pourraient être revus mais ce ne sont que des détails.

The front desk staff was horrendous, there is no elevator and the rooms are up 5 flights of stairs. The city is extremely dangerous especially at nighttime. The shower head is broken. The mattress was filthy. No parking

Old, tired, with an overall seedy look, dirty carpet at the entrance, the fridge was so loud I had to literally pull the plug, same for AC. Also noise from the street. Bed spread must have been washed years ago. The rooms are tiny, basic, frankly for 90€ one should be able to find something better. This is barely a two star hotel

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Hotel Bellevue w Genui ma kilka wyraźnych zalet, jednak ogólne wrażenia z pobytu zależą od tego, do jakiego pokoju się trafi. Położenie: Kluczowy plus to bliskość dworca oraz całodobowa recepcja, co ułatwia zameldowanie. Do portu i centrum miasta można z łatwością dojść pieszo. Pokój na 6. piętrze: Po zmianie pokoju komfort zdecydowanie wzrósł. Pokój był jasny, zadbany, odnowiony, z ładnym widokiem na port. Łazienka była duża, czysta, a obsługa sprzątająca wywiązywała się ze swoich obowiązków bez zastrzeżeń. Taras: Dużym atutem jest taras na najwyższym piętrze z widokiem na port – wieczorami było tam cicho i spokojnie. Tutaj Wi-Fi działało dobrze. Stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo dobry. Co ważne klimatyzacja była nowa i sprawa w obu pokojach.
Pierwszy pokój (1. piętro) i Wi-Fi: Mimo wcześniejszej prośby o pokój na wyższym piętrze, na start otrzymaliśmy pokój na 1. piętrze. Był on wykończony w przestarzałym stylu i wymagał odświeżenia. Dodatkowo Wi-Fi w tym pokoju w ogóle nie działało. Obsługa na recepcji: Kolejnego dnia trafiliśmy na pracownicę nieznającą języka innego niż włoski, a pan L., który do niej dołączył, odniósł się do naszej prośby dotyczącej zmiany pokoju niechętnie. Nie chciał sprawdzić braku sygnału internetu w pokoju i dopiero po dłuższej rozmowie zgodził się przenieść nas do zapowiedzianego wcześniej pokoju na 6. piętrze. Nie był on w ogóle sympatyczny, jak to duża część Włochów, ani w ogóle zainteresowany rozwiązaniem problemu z Wi-Fi. Raz winda zatrzymała nam się w połowie drogi na górę, jednak po czasie ruszyła, typowa stara włoska winda.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Great location: was close to the train station as well as the historic city center. We were only a 5-10 minute walk from everything we wanted to see. Good AC and fast WiFi which is very important to us Americans. The terrace was beautiful and private. Would 100% book again.
We couldn’t get ahold of anyone when we messaged: we had specific questions and they went unanswered.

Bastano circa 40 gradini per raggiungere la stazione di Genova Piazza Principe , per chi come me ama dormire sino all'ultimo e non essere di fretta è l'hotel ideale ! Nella mia stanza singola c'era anche l'aria condizionata ben funzionante . Ho trovato kit di asciugamani e bustine di shampo.
È un abbastanza datato come hotel . Ma perfettamente funzionante.

Henkilökunta ei ollut ystävällinen eikä avulias. Passini jäi vastaanotolle sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vahingossa eikä kukaan ollut yhteydessä minuun missään vaiheessa. Eivät osanneet englantia tai vastanneet sähköpostiin tai viesteihin kun monen päivän päästä huomasin että passini oli kadonnut.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Handy for the Railway Station, room clean and tidy, good breakfast. Nice view from the room terrace. Good restaurant “Bar Cavo” near by, can highly recommend. Up hill walk to the Hotel, so take into consideration. Would recommend for overnight and short stays.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Il Bellevue si trova in una posizione strategica a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Principe e dalla metropolitana. La vista panoramica è eccezionale ! Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare nella grande stanza familiare (molto ampia, pulita, con doppio condizionatore e terrazza enorme). Staff gentilissimo, buona la colazione ed ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nella zona sono presenti bar, ristoranti e negozi. Vivamente consigliato :)

Chambre 555 la salle de bains pas bien douche: le tuyau et le pommeau défectueux et l'eau sortait du tuyau et moins de pression dans la douche. Lavabo: bouché . Une 1ère chambre nous avait été attribuée au 1er étage, l celle-ci puait le tabac froid! Notre 1ère expérience du 9 au 10 juin était meilleure.
