Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Ottimo soggiorno all’Albergo Posta! Ho soggiornato per tre notti in questa struttura e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. Appena arrivata, ho contattato lo staff, in particolare Alessio, per chiedere se fosse possibile anticipare il check-in e si è subito mostrato disponibile, permettendomi di entrare in camera in anticipo. Ho apprezzato davvero molto la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Ho scelto la camera Economy e l’ho trovata fresca, accogliente, profumata e pulita con molta cura. Anche il bagno era super pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, inclusi asciugamani, sapone e bagnodoccia. Il letto era inoltre molto comodo. La camera dispone anche di un armadio con grucce e di una scrivania con lampada, molto utile per chi ha bisogno di lavorare. In generale, ho trovato tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è abbastanza centrale e comoda, a circa 10 minuti dalla Stazione Principe. Ottima esperienza, sicuramente consigliata!

From the balcony, people from other rooms can get into ours. I was with a baby and had no accommodation for the baby, but Booking.com said it was possible. The elevator is super small and takes a long time.

Personnel très accueillant, chambre irréprochable, propre et confortable avec un petit frigidaire et un lit king size!!!! belles surprises!!! Restaurants, commerces dans la rue et à proximité de la gare. Nous ne pouvions pas trouver mieux à ce prix. Nous recommandons cet établissement à100%

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026eccellente! albergo piccolino ma molto carino ed essenziale , posizione super , attaccatissimo alla stazione di principe e al centro. ci sono stata solo una notte per prendere il treno la mattina, ottimo per un "pit stop" di poca durata ma anche per più giorni ! pensavo vista la zona e conoscendo già un po' Genova che fosse un po' più caotica (visto comunque che è vicino alla stazione), ma in realtà è super tranquilla e c'è sempre abbastanza silenzio nonostante il via vai di gente! il personale molto gentile

Ho incontrato tre diverse persone alla reception durante la mia permanenza e sono state davvero gentili tutte. Le camere, e la struttura in generale, erano molto pulite.
L’estetica dell’albergo è rimasta a qualche tempo fa, però si tratta di una considerazione superficiale. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026More unique plan of room within more authentic building, clean room, very attentive personnel, helped however they could, comunicated weĺl, helping with consernung questions in pretty good timing, that helped and calmed when traveling got some issues. Nice little red elevator. Perfect with air conditioning, about 7 minutes walking from the Piazza Principe (train station) convenient when traveling, close to Aquarium, but futher from the beaches. The public transport is prety close and some stops next to hotel. There are close amall souvenir shops, grocery stores, cafes and Genova's university buildings. You feel welcome by the staff.
A small continental breakfast. Not an issue for everyone.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026L'esagerata gentilezza del personale, il fatto che tutto corrispondesse alla descrizione presente su Booking, purtroppo, molto spesso non è così. La posizione è eccezionale: a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe e a tre passi dall'Acquario e dal centro della città. Mi ha fatto molto piacere vedere che l'hotel è 'green', quindi non saponcini usa e getta, ma dispencer fissi di sapone e bagno schiuma di una marca 'green', che denota una attenzione all'ambiente. Mi è piaciuto molto, se torno a Genova, andrò in questo hotel.

C'è una fermata proprio di fronte all'albergo molto utile e comoda per quando si rientra la sera. Camera piccola ma pulita. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
