Reviewed Sep 18, 2026I love the location, it is central yet because it is surrounded by paddy field so it was so quiet and full of privacy. I was not worried about my kids making noise while they swim in the private pool.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent chacune de leur propre salle de bain. La piscine est magnifique. La villa était également très propre, bien équipée. La communication avec l’hôte a été très facile. À noter que la villa est assez isolée, donc avoir une voiture est vraiment un plus pour se déplacer facilement.

The villa itself is in excellent condition; however, its location is extremely remote and far from the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and other activities. It is situated among local farms and is surrounded by a significant number of cows and stray dogs. As a result, several taxi drivers experienced difficulty locating the property, despite using both Google Maps and Grab Maps. In addition, the surrounding environment has a noticeable presence of insects and lizards. While we understand that this may be a natural consequence of the property’s rural setting, the issue significantly affected our comfort during our stay, and unfortunately, the staff were unable to provide an effective solution to address it.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Beautiful pool. Very private and peaceful. Regular visits from a range of gorgeous birds, some of whom were quietly and discreetly nesting in the greenery in the patio area. Fantastic bathroom, modern with a great shower and direct entry from the pool terrace. The most comfortable huge bed with a range of pillows. Large fridge freezer and ice cold filtered drinking water on tap. Only a short grab drive away from the airport, Cenang Pantai and good bars and restaurants. Had no need to call on staff, but the owner was very responsive to our queries prior to arrival.
No dislikes. The villa could have been even better with a small coffee table by the living room sofa. We managed ok with grab eats for breakfast, as the nearest places to sit and eat, were not necessarily open and the food was not particularly for us. Breakfast tiffin boxes advertised were vague in content and pricey. A delivered in villa simple breakfast option would have made our stay even better. For example a choice of eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, french toast, fruit, bread/croissants, yoghurt, granola, fruit juice. We would have been very happy to pay the extra.

Man müsste generell mal alles bis auf Bad auf den aktuellen Stand bringen

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026It’s a high end property and everything is quality. It’s in a remote area but still not far from Pantai Cenang. No traffic noises here just bird song and the occasional moo from the cows in the surrounding fields. All of the rooms are equally as nice, beds are comfortable and air con good. Lovely little pool to cool off in.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Erittäin siisti kohde. Sisäpihan siisti ja kutsuva allas erottaa kaksi asuintaloa. Allasalueella 6 allastuolia. Villassa on yhteensä neljä tilavaa makuuhuonetta joissa jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone/WC, sekä erikseen keittiö ja olohuone yhdistelmä. Piha-alue on aidattu ja sisäänkäynti alueelle sähköportin kautta, esim. vuokra-auto voidaan säilyttää aidatun alueen sisäpuolella. Pyykinpesu onnistuu, piha-alueella myös iso kuivausteline. Villan omistaja vastaa nopeasti kysymyksiin, esim. Booking sovelluksen kautta ja auttaa tarvittaessa.
Vuokra-auto tai Grab kyyti on välttämätön kun haluat siirtyä asunnolta keskustaan. Grab sovellus ei täysin paikanna oikeaan kohteeseen, joten sen kanssa kannattaa olla tarkkana. Villassa voisi olla astioita hieman enemmän, varsinkin jos majoittujia on kahdeksan samaan aikaan. Lisäksi käsipyyhkeitä voisi olla.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Very cozy and well maintained. We had a great time enjoying the facilities - pool, kitchen, washing machine, washroom. Everything was good. We asked for an extra blanket and the housekeeper came in no time. We even received a complimentary cake from the owner. Overall a very good experience for us.
If there is one thing to improve is the road leading to the homestay could be made a little bit wider for driver's comfort.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025We love the room, its spaceies Good for a family of 12. And elderly They prepare for us a brand new wheel chair. Thumbs 👍 It's away from other neighbours which i like. Cause my family gathering is the loudest. 🤣
- they should provide a dry cleaning floor/mop As the side of the pool is slippery. It's not really safe for elderly and kids. Who loves to walk by the pool. (Precautions) - TV not all channel they provide. Should work on that, too.

It is very difficult to find any flaws , they can add a few board games , a few more lights in the garden area, and a BBQ pit , though we managed to to BBQ on a makeshift bbq pit.

The place could really use a deep cleaning. There was also no sunbed, which in my eyes are essential when you book a place with private pool.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2023We stayed 3 days at 2 bedroom villa with our 2 kids. The villa is very good for people who love privacy. Good central location, near by Cenang beach, 10 minutes driving by car. But at the same time very quite location. Kids enjoyed the private pool. The Villa has 2 separated bedrooms with bathrooms which is very convenient and a living room with kitchen at the middle. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Good management and very easy and smooth self-check in and check out.
