Hotel Torretta

It’s very easy to navigate and the staff were really helpful. The rooms had some nice AC and were very clean, the decoration also felt very authentic. We could immediately tell that the purpose was to make you feel comfortable and at “home”, rather than just a hotel room. It’s quieter than the other hotels in the area which is perfect for when you want a holiday to relax.

The only issue we had was the doors felt a bit difficult to open and close at times. It’s not like most hotels with a keycard, it is a lock and key. Door often had to be slammed shut which was quite noisy and there was a specific way to get it open.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en la compagnie de toute l'équipe de l'hotel. Ils ont réussis à nous faire sentir en famille. L'hotel dispose de plusieurs espaces intérieurs et extérieurs dans lesquels on peut se poser au choix, selon l'humeur et l'ambiance. La chambre était vraiment bien, l'air conditionné durant les fortes chaleurs est vraiment appréciable, la salle de bain impeccable. La piscine est parfaitement exposée, à l'ombre la moitié de la journée, ce qui permet de choisir le meilleur moment pour se baigner. Mais, le plus important a été l'équipe de l'hotel. Un grand merci à toutes et à tous pour votre disponibilité, gentillesse et professionnalisme. Merci à Dante, un hôte raffiné et discret. La localisation était juste parfaite. L'hotel est entouré de très bons restaurants et tout proche de Montecatini Alto où les soirées sont agréables.

Das Hotel kann mit seiner guter Lage punkten. Pisa, Florence oder das Umland sind gut mit Auto oder Bahn erreichbar. Das Frühstück ok....Brot,Brötchen, Croissant, Obstkorb, Tomaten, Joghurt, Müsli, Käse, Wurst,Marmeladen, Ei, Ham waren jeden Tag schön hergerichtet-Für 3 Nächte ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Sprachen mit uns Deutsch und Englisch. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und erholsam.

Ein tolles Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber mit sehr viel Charme. Die Zimmer sind super sauber man hat sehr viel Platz. Die Betten sehr bequem.Das Essen war auch gut. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Aber für uns absolut super waren die Besitzer und das Hotelpersonal, extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend vor allem Fabio und die Dame die Morgens im Service gearbeitet haben sind super freundlich.

Einziger Nachteil aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts die Strass vor der Tür ist sehr stark befahren und manche denken es sei eine Autobahn.

Colazione appena sufficiente (scarsa varietà dei cibi); l'immobile, si vede bene, è abbastanza datato, certo risale ai tempi della grande Montecatini nei quali fu sicuramente un bel luogo dove passare qualche giorno, ma non lo hanno ammodernato: le porte delle camere hanno sempre la chiave di metallo... La camera, nonostante mi abbiano dato un upgrade gratuito da singola a matrimoniale, era piuttosto stretta; fortunatamente il bagno era stato rifatto ex novo (si vedeva proprio bene) e quindi funzionava tutto a perfezione. In quanto alla pulizia, per esempio, mi sono soffermato sulla moquette del mio piano e lasciava un poco a desiderare, inoltre il riassetto giornaliero della stanza non era proprio il massimo. Comunque, ho dormito in posti assai peggiori e quindi un sette e mezzo glielo do.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. La formula di mezza pensione è ottima: tutto delizioso, con una colazione ricca e di ottima qualità e cene curate nei minimi dettagli, davvero eccellenti. ​Un plauso speciale va allo staff, di una disponibilità e gentilezza rare, con un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario, sempre premuroso, cortese e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. ​Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia sentirsi coccolato e trascorrere momenti di puro relax.

La posizione., zona tranquilla. I proprietari gentili e disponibili, al nostro arrivo ci hanno riservato una camera con balcone senza extra, eravamo al 4° piano con una vista stupenda. Personale di sala carinissime/i , idem personale addetto alle pulizie delle camere. Colazione e cena ottime. L hotel dispone di una piscina , .molto curata, e di una vasca idromassaggio piacevole e capiente , si hanno anche a disposizione i teli da piscina. Soggiorno per 14 notti davvero tranquillo e piacevole. Speriamo di poterci tornare anche il prossimo anno. Ringraziamo ancora la famiglia Simoncini per l" accoglienza, la gentilezza e la simpatia.

The staff were so friendly, always very smiley and greeting the guests. They seem to genuinely care about the guests staying and will do their very best to make sure they are happy!! The breakfast was lovely, so many options and very delicious. The restaurant staff were very attentive, making sure to get you a drink when you sit down and checking if everything is good! Loved the pool, so relaxing and a gorgeous area. It was never too busy and could easily get a sun lounger and space to swim! Gorgeous views of the area from balcony also!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Torretta. Our room overlooking the pool was spotlessly clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and clear traditional values were apparent. We enjoyed the pool area, and the town was very accessible on foot via a lovely walk through the park. Breakfast was varied, tasty and constantly replenished. We ate in the restaurant one of our two evenings and enjoyed the food on offer. The menu changes daily and in hindsight we might have eaten in the hotel both nights! The different areas of the hotel were thoughtfully presented - lounge complete with grand piano and the library, table football and TV area on the lower ground floor.

We were very happy with everything!

zona ottima per chi proviene in macchina, vicino al parco delle terme. Accoglienza incredibile, quasi da preservare . Personale serio ma al contempo gentile ed ematico. CI hanno anche offerto una stanza migliore e l'abbiamo apprezzato molto. Ottima colazione, Piscina pulita e ombreggiata con alberi. Dotazione asciugamani per la zona esterna.

seppur non è stata colpa loro , la presenza di un gruppo di adulti estremamente rumorosi e maleducati, con alcuni bambini, ha tolto la serenità di chi avrebbe voluto soggiornare a bordo piscina in una zona termale in un modo diverso dal parco giochi, al punto che ho preferito passare qualche ora in camera, per leggere. Comprendo non sia facile dire a chi è maleducato, di comportarsi da civili, non urlando dai balconi per chiamare l'attenzione di chi era in piscina, non urlare vicino a chi dorme, non occupare la piscina per far giocare i bambini, però neppure evitare di ricordare le basi della convivenza. La mattina seguente , a colazione, stessa confusione e quindi credo non sia stato detto loro di abbassare la voce. Forse ho sbagliato e non ho compreso che fosse una struttura per famiglie rumorose.

We love this hotel! It’s classic vibe, great staff, wonderful breakfast and dinner, the pool and the excellent air conditioning in the room. Buy olive oil from the front desk. The family has its own olive trees and makes the oil. It is fantastic.

Beautiful family run hotel in an excellent location. Close to the funicular for trips to Montecatini Alto and to the stunning Tettuccio Terme and the beautiful, shady park. Also a short walk to the train station for trips to Pescia, Pistoia, Lucca and Viareggio. Lovely, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Delicious meals - authentic Tuscan food. Lots of choice. Great pool and jacuzzi with pretty flowers and shrubs in the garden. My room was upgraded which was great. Overall a lovely experience and would not hesitate to recommend Montecatini Terme and Hotel Torretta to anyone. Fantastic value as well!

Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Een 4- gangenmenu met telkens keuze uit minimim 3 verschillende gerechten aan democratische prijs in het restaurant is echt top. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. Wij waren 3 dagen in het hotel en zullen niet aarzelen om hier terug te komen. Gratis parkeermogelijkheden zonder problemen. Wifi zonder probleem en netheid overal. Een voorbeeld voor zeer veel andere hotels. Daarom voor ons een score van zeker 10. Echt proficiat aan iedereen in dit familiehotel.

Hyggeligt ældre hotel, men rent og velholdt, venligt personale, god service, gode senge. Vi havde et værelse med 2 rum, rigtig fint med en voksen datter. Det ligger op ad en vej, men det forstyrrede os ikke.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond!

The bed was too hard and I could hear the flushing of toilets and the running of shower water through the night and in the morning, so I did not sleep well.

Great little hotel with very friendly staff. Couldnt do more for us. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast nice with very good coffee. Very helpful with sharing where is good to good with great recommendations.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, although they could benefit from some renovation and modernization. The breakfast is decent, and the à la carte dinner could offer a bit more variety. The location is good, and free parking is available. Overall, it offers good value for money

The hotel is very nice. The staff was extremely nice. Especially Annalise who works the front desk and a kind blonde haired woman who worked the breakfast and evening dinner.

We had a great time at Hotel Torretta. The hotel is very clean and has style. The large pool is cold in October, but the jacuzzi was nice. The staff was very nice and attentive. They prepared a special dinner for us according to our diet. That was very kind of them. Thank you

Das Hotel hat Charme (man sollte den Stil aber mögen), ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und mit ca. 50 Zimmern auch recht ruhig. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Hotelanlage mit dem Außenbereich incl. sehr sauberen Pool. Vor dem Hotel ist ein großer öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz und in 10 min. ist man zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche, zuvorkommende und zum Teil deutschsprachigen Personal. Montecatini Terme selbt hat die besten Jahre hinter sich, aber als Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der nördlichen Toskana mit den Touristenzielen Florenz, Pisa, Lucca ideal gelegen.

Am Hotel hat alles gepasst, aber die Stadt Montecatini Terme ist bis auf das Zentrum nicht besonders sehenswert.

Het is een fijn, rustig en authentiek hotel. Je kan altijd voor de deur makkelijk parkeren. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor tripjes in Toscane. De staff is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het buiten zwembad is erg fijn. Goedkoop prima diner in het hotel. Prima prijs kwaliteitverhouding en schoon. Dit hotel is een aanrader! Een klein stukje lopen vind je de Funicolare en kan je de berg op naar Montecatini Alto.

De bedden zijn een beetje te hard. Voor het centrum of een supermarkt is het wel een stukje lopen.
