tension palpable entre les personnes de la salle à manger surtout entre le serveur et les autres membres. Je reste encore surprise de l'utilisation d'un balai à frange pour le nettoyage de toutes les chambres et salles de bain au lieu d'utiliser des balais avec gaz à usage unique pour chaque chambre pour le balayage et un balai plat avec bandeau pour chaque chambre pour améliorer l'hygiène.

La finestra del bagno era proprio dentro la doccia e non aveva né tenda né tapparella, quindi quando facevi la doccia ti vedevano dall'esterno... disagio!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Ontbijt was heel goed. Veel diversiteit. Welke elke dag hetzelfde, maar dat vind ik persoonlijk prima. Het personeel in het restaurant was heel vriendelijk. Aan de receptie was het overgrote deel van het personeel vriendelijk. Heerlijk zwembad en je zag dat ze iedere dag de hele dag overal aan het poetsen waren. Het was er zeer proper.
De badkamer was sterk verouderd. De wastafel kwam halverwege mijn bovenbeen en het bad was heel smal met een douchegordijn. De douchekop was wel prima en ook de temperatuur van het water. Het bed was keihard. Heb veel last gehad van mijn rug en mijn man ook.

Pokój był czysty, zadbany, a hotelowa atmosfera sprzyjała wypoczynkowy. Dużym atutem było również smaczne jedzenie oraz dbałość o szczegóły. Zdecydowanie polecam go innym. .

La poca chiarezza nella richiesta del lettino aggiuntivo. In più mi hanno fatto pagare in più rispetto al loro listino prezzi, e se non avessi controllato non avrei mai saputo che per i bambini da 0-2 c’è un costo e da 12 anni ce n’è un altro.

L'uni cosa non troppa organizzazione nella cena di ferragosto.

Nella pensione completa non sono comprese le bevande, nemmeno l'acqua naturale, sembra una follia pagare la pensione completa e dover pagare a parte per ogni sera le bottiglie di acqua. Personale di sala un po' troppo invadente e i primi con pasta sempre troppo al dente al limite del crudo, per il resto tutto ok

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Hotel bello, ma un po' datato. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la pulizia in generale soprattutto nelle camere. Noi abbiamo fatto cena e colazione molto buoni.
Devo dire che ci sono purtroppo un po' di pecche, siamo stati in piscina e abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare uno sdraio perché i clienti li vanno a occupare già dalla mattina presto. Cena: da fare calmare il cameriere! penso che si chiamava Nicola, un signore super agitato, ha risposto male anche a noi perché avevamo chiesto il menù alla ragazza Giulia invece che a lui. Servizio di presentazione orrendo, non ci ha spiegato niente ma per fortuna che c era Giulia che con la sua calma ci ha spiegato tutto. Cibo molto buono, colazione abbondante.

Not a long walk into town. There is a nice restaurant up the road and also a great local bar if you wanted a change from the hotel.
The gym was quite hot with no obvious fans, though as we were cycling everyday we didn't use the gym.

In de kamer: badkamer redelijk wat gebreken - scheuren in de voegen, kapotte lamp boven wasbak, afgebroken beugeltjes aan de muur. Ontbijt: erg warm in de ontbijtruimte, als iets (bijna) op is wordt het niet (of heel laat) bij gevuld. De lift is erg langzaam :-( Bar: Daar was niets te doen, er was niemand of in beste geval iemand die er niet veel zin in had.

The hotel is in a quiet area, like another world, with a typical Italian atmosphere. The hotel has a clean pool, inviting you to take a dip. The hotel prices are very good, as is the food. The hotel is in a good location between Florence and Pisa. Montecatini Terme itself is an old spa town—beautiful. I recommend it.
Breakfasts could be more varied. Staying there for a week could get boring.

Dat er geen toezicht is ivm het vroeg handdoek leggen bij het zwembad op de ligbedden. Bijv. de ouders van een familie, bestaande uit 7 pers, gingen iedere morgen vroeg in de ochtend handdoeken leggen op 7 stoelen naast elkaar. Wat vooral opviel was dat deze stoelen gedurende de dag nooit allemaal gebruikt werden. Jammer toch en vooral asociaal!

Leider sehr hellhörig - es wurde auf den Balkonen gefeiert, was den Schlaf bis 3 Uhr früh unmöglich machte. Die Poolzeiten gelten nur für diejenigen die nachfragen - alle anderen poolen auch nachts. Das Bett war für uns zu hart.

Kényelmes közelségben van Pisa, Siena, Firenze, Lucca, stb. városa, de akár a nyugati part strandjai is 1 órán belül elérhetőek. Mi félpanzióval foglaltuk a szállást. Hát mondhatom, hogy nem bántuk meg. Elképesztően finomakat ettünk. A reggeli svédasztalos rendszerű, a vacsora 4 fogásos. (előétel választható a svédasztalról, illetve menüről választható leves, vagy tészta étel első fogásnak, főétel főfogásnak, illetve desszert is jár). Az adagok pedig bőségesek voltak. A személyzetről csak jót tudok mondani, nagyon kedvesek voltak. Plusz pont, hogy annak ellenére, hogy jóval korábban érkeztünk a szállásra mint ahogy elfoglalhattuk volna azt, szó és mindenféle felár nélkül rendelkezésünkre bocsátották a szobát.
Ilyen nem volt.

Le restaurant étant pas disponible il nous à était conseiller un pizzéria à 5 minutes à pied où nous nous sommes régaler. Le petit déjeuner sont copieux et nous avons tous dehors profiter de la fraîcheur du matin pour nous restaurer avant de repartir.

Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Расположение тоже порадовало: совсем рядом находится фуникулер на гору и термы, что делает отдых еще более комфортным. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!
