it is the worst hotel ive ever ever stayed in please folks do not go staff are rude rooms are shocking food is disgusting we checked in and checked out within 10 hours and ime not a hotel snob but was cleaner to sleep on the beach with the locals pl;ease please avoid at all cost the picture you see to sell the holiday aint the reality when you arrive

The Mersoy Bellavista enjoys a great location. Very close to the beach. Food is edible. However they do not serve British food but Turkish which is fine since we were holidaying in Turkey. However there are many bars & restaurants around the hotel if you wanna have British food. Staff is very friendly and they cannot do enough for you. Check-in was OK. The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 but not 5 is because I was woken several times by drunk people arguing, partying or slamming doors. We had a very nice holiday and hope to return next year.

This hotel should not be advertised I am a chamber maid my self at a primer inn and was shocked to see what I had booked the bed had no need a protected and only had one sheet that you lyd on and a rough like blanket on the top they was no tea and coffee facilities in room , They was a.dirty.towel left.on back of door.the room was a disgrace telly didn't work and lamp shades were hanging off the wall. Went down to breakfast there was no cutlery spent 10 minutes looking for something to eat with. We eat out.most of the time which was lovely I came home with about 14 bedbug bits that I had to cover as I was sgraching my skin off never again we I go back to this hotel but loved the resort the photos you put on are not this hotel,went in the lodge area and the sofa was full of cat poo and that sums it up

We had a pleasant stay at Mersoy Bellavista. The location of the hotel is fantastic. 5 minutes walk to the beach and almost at the center, very close to bars & restaurants. The food was OK even they cater mostly for Turkish. Not British food but anyways we are in Turkey. Always found something to eat. Room was spacious and we booked a room overlooking the pool with a little bit of extra. beautiful pool area btw. Sorry to hear that the hotel will not be Adults Only any more and will be open to children as well. Overall a nice holiday.

We arrived late and hungry from travel all day. The guy on reception asked if we was hungry then tried charging us £60 for two kebabs and two beers. We paid for the 4 star and they put us in a two star. Room was filthy with human poo over back of toilet when I complained they want to send cleaners in but charge me for the clean. I had to keep asking for toilet roll and clean towels. The guy on reception is a very rude man and loveholidays rep wasn't much help either. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL ITS AWFUL

Absolutely shocking hotel, these reviews must be made up, the place is shocking, rude staff , dirty dirty rooms, tried to put us in the wrong hotel which was horrendous, didn’t tell us there was a sister hotel next to it just tried palming us of, we new it wasnt the right hotel from arriving, staff are rude and non helpful, every person we spoke to had similar issues, house keeping only came 2 times in 8 days, considering there were so many English guests there was barely any food catered for English guests, should have Atleast one thing that’s familiar, we were told by someone also that we should keep our belongings locked and passports woth us as the hotel is known for sharing room keys with not just the staff, will never go there again and has actually stopped from wanting to go to Turkey again, worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, don’t know who rated this from trip advisor but they was either blind or paid of because the place is shocking, said we were told not have entertainment every night, there 8 days and nothing on any night, they barely made conversation with us let alone entertain us, bar shuts at 10:30 in an all inclusive adults hotel , that’s shocking we paid for nothing, couldn’t eat, couldn’t drink was just all round shocking!!

Where do I start this was a holiday from hell. We arrived at Mersoy Bella Vista Hotel, Icmeler Saturday 04.10.2025 around 19.00pm. We checked in, reception staff showed us to our room, first impressions, dirty, dark and dingy. We paid extra for a pool view this room was NOT a pool view. I explained to the man we had paid extra but then all of a sudden, there was a language barrier, he was fine up to this time. The room hadn’t been cleaned, there was dirt on the floors, broken furniture, there was a dirty ashtray with stubs in it, the toilet seat was hanging off and the toilet roll holder was all rusty. He placed our cases in the room and stated ‘Have a nice holiday’. There was no way I was staying there. We went back to reception to see the Manager. The manager stated you can upgrade to a superior room for extra cost, we took a look at the superior rooms with the manager, which again wasn’t a pool view, this was over looking a run down street with trees hanging over the balcony and he wanted £300 extra. I explained I wasn’t happy as I am not getting what I have paid for. He said we could look at the Mersoy Exclusive which was the same complex, I decided to take a look, its now 21.00pm and still no room. The room he showed me was slightly bigger, bigger balcony, 1 wardrobe with 1 hanger in it, no drawers and not very clean. We decided we would take it and deal with it tomorrow. The Manager said, if you take that room, he wanted £150 upgrade fee, he requested cash only, we had no choice but to take it and deal with this the next day. We woke the next day, to start the day with me cleaning the room as this had not been cleaned, I was mortified. I went to reception, they are stating they couldn’t speak English, I used Google Translate and they still said they didn’t understand. I requested to speak with the Manager, they just kept on saying ‘Later’. I cleaned the apartment the best I could, to make it enjoyable, we were supposed to be All Inclusive, With a Nice Hotel, Pool View and a nice chill for a week. This is day one and really not acceptable. The holiday just got worse and worse. I’ll do a list of all faults, instead of going into detail:- Poolside – Filthy, cups and glasses still there from the day before Pool / Poolside – Not cleaned once in a week Ashtrays - cig butts from the day before Poolside – Dirty towels left behind Children Pool – Was filthy, no child should have been allowed anywhere near this Poolside bar – Was filthy, not been cleaned In months Sunbathing Area – All the tiles were missing / Loose, trip hazard The poolside, pool bar and eating area outside was NOT cleaned once in a week Drinks – Beer, Gin, Wine, Vodka, Soft Drinks Ashtrays around the ground – Always dirty Room – Not once cleaned in the whole week, towels not changed, I had to go to their laundry room and get my own towels, bedding and change myself. Outside balcony – Never cleaned, I did this myself Towels – Disgusting, grey in colour instead of white Cobwebs - around the door and on the ceiling Balcony – massive gap where the rain came through and into the room, I had to mop up with towels and leave some on the floor as it was flooding Balcony – The drain was blocked with debris and cockroaches, this was horrific, I brought this to the housekeeper attention – Her words were, she was the only house keeper who was trying to do all the hotel, she stated ‘she had had enough’, all the staff have left, and she was going to leave’ – This was not good, we still had days to go Restaurant – This place requires closing down, its filthy, the tables are disgusting, we had to drink our coffee out of a paper cup, the food was warm, some not even cooked properly, same meat every night,,,,,chicken, chicken and more chicken The bins around the hotel – Never emptied Kettle in the room – Broken, had no lid, so when it was boiled, it burnt your hand Drinks machine – Disgusting Curtains – Sheets were use Bar Area – They used a bucket to capture the water, no wet floor signs out for safety and just left it wet – Massive slip hazard. Towels were used as doormats. I saw the manager the day before we were due to leave and stated ‘I want my £150 back and I’ll collect it on ‘check out’. I explained all this to him, he didn’t seem interested, I told him I have never ever stay in a place like this before – He needs closing down Even though we were All Inclusive, we literally slept and showered in that room. I became really ill on Wednesday 01.10.2025 and still am, I will be seeking medical advice tomorrow with my own GP

When arrived told room not available due to water and electric. Had booked adults only pool view shown family area my sons room okay but i was put in the roof,which eas very hot, dirty plug sockets hanging off the wall and curtain rail broken so went back to reception to tell them i would not be taking that room was put in another roln but told it was only for the night and would be chamged in the morning come back at 10am. Went back next morning told there was no rooms on adult side with pool view explained thats what i paid for thats what i want. Told comeback at 11 to speak to the manager. At 11 met the managerwho is very rude said nothing available sent me to look at other rooms which we would not accept, told could move to the hotel that i booked for an extra charge £80 each room but stood my ground and got what we booked. Moved to our rooms at 2:30. Rooms very dated could do with a good clean. Shower leaked was an over the bath shower so leaked from drains had to keep a towel on the floor to stop flooding. Plus cockroaches in bathroom. Did report it several times but nothing done. Food was awful only chicken and meat balls on offer lunch and dinner served luke warm so ate out most days. On the only time i ate there ended up with upset stomach. Resturant was dirty with poor food hygiene, cats wandering about using planters for their toilets. Bar area offered gin vodka raki or beer that was it. Pool area was dirty not cleaned at the end of the day so old drinking cups lef. No ashtrays so people using cups with water in again not cleared away with lots of ants on larger sunbeds. Sun loungers old and several broken same with sun brollys. Hotel sold as 4 star would not give it a one star. Only plus side is that it was close to everything, beach shops and bars. Love Icmeler but stay away from this hotel.

Stay away, dirty, wrong room on arrival like most guests you don't get moved to the hotel you booked until you complain, we booked mersoy Bella vista adult only and was put in mersoy exclusive no pool view that we booked, all inclusive??? No snacks bar set times tk eat food always cold limited choice always chicken, limited drinks vodka, gin, wine, beer thd adult hotel across tge road bar closed at 7pm so had to go otherside of toad eccvery night same for meals, rooms are dated falling apart, jaccuzi bath ha ha not working just flooded bathroom, air con not working in bedroom they came yk it said there's a problem. And left not the experience we wanted never again, stay away please.

This hotel was absolutely dreadful the first room we got had mould all over the beds so then we went down to complain to get a new one then all we got off the staff was no English we finally had our room changed we paid for pool view and we got a view of the street the food was horrible and was loads of broken stuff around the hotel we had 3 rooms what was meant to be near each other and we was all in complete different blocks

Just don't bother, we paid for three rooms. Only got provided with two after arguing for two days we were offered a third room covered in mold. One of the rooms we did get had a broken bathroom door, shower and Aircon all of which was eventually fixed after constant moaning. The food is fine but so repetitive, drinks are ok. The hotel has potential but needs a refurb desperately, beds are really uncomfortable, sunloungers are mostly broken. Kids allowed in the adults only area. The only positives I can think of is the pool is nice and clean and the bread is nice. We ate out most of the time, breakfast was a waste of time here we lived off bread and jam.

Where to start booked hotel with a friend two different rooms pool view paid single supplement for both . First night landed 4am and told no rooms ready only family room . No pool view . And would be given our rooms after 10am . There after was told stll no rooms .where I complained the person behind the desk started swearing in Turkish . After a good ten minutes complaining got my room pool view room adequate .my friend however was thrown in the Mersoy exclusive for the full ten days .his room was mouldy dated and extremely dirty .spoke too other guests and same had happened to them . The staff was heard reselling the Mersoy bellavista to new arrivals . Absolute scammers

DO NOT STAY HERE, this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It's filthy, there is no all inclusive, the meals are set times, only drinks are Efe beer, vodka or gin. No snacks throughout the day, people were kicking off with reception everyday, the rooms aren't cleaned, the towels were stained and grey, it's so run down and not maintained. Even the receptionist told me it was a horrible hotel. IT DOES NOT RESEMBLE THE PHOTOS IN THE BROCHURE.not even fruit juice, no safety lights, no light in the lift. Wet bathroom floor constantly. I could go on.

Very dirty apartment and it wasn’t cleaned once in the 2 weeks we were there. We did have fresh towels everyday. Everything in the room seemed to be falling to bits. The shower pipe wasn’t long enough so no water came out, we did complain but nothing was sorted, cockroaches in the room it was discusting. The food is very repetitive and not much choice so we ate out most of the time, the pool area is nice enough but most of the sunbeds were broke. Not much choice in drinks, beer, wine, vodka, gin, raki. No snack bar, no entertainment, would not go back to this hotel. The best thing is it’s in a fab area and close to shops restaurants and bars and close to the beach, I’d definitely return to Icmeler but in a better hotel

You get what you pay for. Cheap accommodation, even cheaper food & drink. Populated by the kind of people you’d run a mile from back in the UK

Hotel is awful. No remote for air-conditioning. Many loungers were broken. All inclusive finishes at 10.30 pm. Bed was hard. Room not always cleaned or given fresh towels. Food choice is very limited and not very warm. Only good thing was the location for beach and shops.

The hotel is in perfect location and walk to the beach 5 minutes, staff were friendly and helpful, room and pool were clean. See you next year Mersoy family.

It was so dirty having to go to hotel other side of road even it was adult only .Bar was across road too adult side bar was only open at afternoon closed at night .Staff not friendly only spoke when someone tried to cause trouble with my friend never go again .can’t believe it’s on Hays Travel boycott this hotel

We book this hotel thinking was 4* but more like 2* hotel room are bit dated bed uncomfy very hard bed. Aircon work nicely in room The food was warmish if you like chicken plenty of it. Adults only pool was nice sun trap dont get no bottle water on arrivel little water menchine fill water bottle up rooms dont get cleaned everyday no alcarte restranted as stated on booking get 12 and half hours drinking after half 10 have to pay i will not come back to this hotel price we payed did not get half what was stated on the beach Location you are close to bars and shops 40% off sun beds are broken dont book but after just a cheap hoilday and not fussy then for you

The worst all Inclusive hotel experience. The room electric system look unsafe. The room on arrival did not have a fridge as stated. Had room change the following day as was put in family side of hotel not the adult. The rooms was visible unclean standard on arrival had another guest hair strands on balcony. The bathroom lighting was poor and not modern in any way.The restaurant food hygiene was poor tables not cleaned after use. Poor range of food and not covered from bugs. Struggled to find clean table. Staff on communication talking was unfriendly and made the holiday not enjoyable. The house keeping staff often sat outside the room storage placed in inconvenient place. No camera covering rooms which did not make us feel secure. No entertainment in hotel due to low occupancy and minimal on the family side.

Well what can I say ! Took a late deal to this hotel with friends. Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in !. Positive thoughts first. This when it was built was obviously “state of the art” in its day. Rooms clean enough with good AC (well was in my room anyway !). Good position for beach/shops/bars etc .No hot water to shower throughout my 5 day break but ok as 40 degrees heat. Shower doors never fitted in the middle and also weren’t fixed during my break. Safe in the room advisable as holidaymakers I did speak to had money and valuables taken from their room. We were on an all inclusive basis but food was so bad we ate all our meals out. No pork served at all which I thought it was for religious beliefs but no, purely down to the expense. Chips, boiled eggs and brussel sprouts for breakfast lovely ! In fact chips were served up every meal time. Wine passable but no rose. Forget tonic water they just don’t have it ! There is a refillable metal water tank for your bottles by the sister hotels swimming pool. Keep well away and stick to bottles from the local supermarket. A few holidaymakers suffered food poisoning and at least one spent a couple of days in the local hospital. Signage around the hotel was out of date and still included old TUI info who no longer go to the hotel. I will revisit this hotel within the next 2 years to see what has been improved. The family management team were lovely and I appreciate times have been hard and I’m sure they will turn this around.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. CHECK IN. On checking in at 1am we were taken down the street to another hotel without a word of explanation, next day we returned & reception staff refused to help & told us to come back to see the manager at 8,9,10,11 & 11.30 before he actually turned up….the refused to speak to us & went to his office. Asked staff for refund which was refused, asked for printout confirmation of our booking which was refused. All requests for help refused. ROOM so basic, 2 star max. Not cleaned at all during our 5 days. Cleaners turned up to empty the bin & replace towels 1 hour before we were checking out! Bathroom door seal was hanging off so the door wouldn’t shut, toilet lid broken & hanging. Mould around the bath. FOOD is awful, severely overcooked & inedible. They serve chips at breakfast. I’m not a fussy eater & have never had an issue with any All Inclusive hotel. ADULTS ONLY, restaurant is across the road in family hotel so not adults only. There were children bombing in the pool & babies poolside & heard screaming at night so not adults only. Obviously I did not photograph the youngsters as proof but have included a photo of some baby floats & changing bag at the adults only pool. SERVICE is appalling, everything is too much trouble. I asked for an iced coffee which was refused. We asked for fresh towels & no-one came. My friend took some from a cart. Our bathroom locked itself on our last night, we asked for help at reception. A young boy came upstairs & tried the door as we had. It needed a key which he said was in the technician’s room & they would come in the morning. We asked for another room & were told no. We asked for access to a bathroom & were told the only option was the toilet in their hotel ACROSS THE ROAD. No technician came to help the next day. Thankfully my friend was able to pick the lock herself. BOOK A NICE CHEAP HOTEL, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DUMP

This was a disappointing experience as I love Turkey and have been to this area 7 times staying in hotels ranging from 3 - 5 star. We booked last minute and did read some reviews, and as all usually have some negative reviews, we gave the Mersoy Bellavista the benefit of the doubt….but seriously wish we had gone with one of our other choices. Brace yourselves as it’s a long one… We arrived in the early hours and were booked in at reception, they seemed friendly enough, but at no point were we told there was a problem. We weren’t given any keys, but one of the staff showed us where the pool was and reception and proceeded to take us down a side street - to what I thought was the adults only building. We passed that building and carried on down the road where we ended up at the 3 star budget hotel Oylum garden. The lovely lady there told us that we could stay there as the Mersoy had no rooms and we could sort out in the morning. The following morning we headed to the Mersoy to get into the room we had booked, reception said there were no rooms and we tried to sort this out. They said they couldn’t help and to come back at 10 when the manager came in, then at 10 it was 10.30. To cut a long story short, after trying for hours, along with 5 other unhappy bookings. It was very frustrating as they just kept lying to us and giving us no resolve, until eventually we got a key. No apology, no direction of where the room was, no information at all. By this point I was almost distraught at the thought of being in Turkey with no accommodation as they would also not give us a refund. We were among 5 other bookings that experienced this on our first day so it wasn’t just a mix up or a 1 off and had it dealt with in another way it might have made our experience slightly better. Our room was very run down, it was clean, when we arrived and the air con worked (sometimes). It was just somewhere to get ready so I don’t get too hung up on room decor but certainly wasn’t reflective of a 4 star hotel. We were there for 5 days and I had to ask for clean towels on day 2, the room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there. The food was actually awful. We booked all inclusive and did try to eat there. Breakfast probably had the best selection. Lunch and dinner were awful for the most part, although there was always salad and water melon. I had a decent lunch on the last day. We ate out 4 of the 5 nights after queuing outside on night 1 for what I could only describe as ‘Slop’. The pool area was ok in the adults only area and we always managed to get a seat or sun-bed at some point. It’s a shame, as the hotel looks like it had the potential to be really good back in the day. Everyone we spoke to around the pool (over 20 people…I think we bonded over our displeasure of the hotel) felt that the hotel was no where near a 4 star or even a 3. There were no snacks between meal times or ice cream like other places I have stayed in Turkey. The whole place seems run down and dated, the pictures are old on the Love holidays website. I have since looked at some of the good reviews and I’m dubious of their authenticity - most are from reviewers with one review and only just joined, so I’m delighted if they had a good experience but if you’re looking at this and reading of this 4 star sophisticated hotel with culinary delights then you will be disappointed. We actually chose this and paid a bit more because of what we thought it had to offer but in reality it was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Even locals around the hotel and Brit ex pats said they have heard it’s awful. I hope they take these comments and improve the place for their sake. My friend and I made the best of our break but we’re happy to go home to be honest.

Makes faulty towers look like paradise! Definitely not a four star - stayed in much better hotels in and around the area for a similar price. I’ll start with the worst… Large planters in the dining area were filled with cat poo! This was disgusting, as we only realised a few days into the trip. Needless to say we sat on the opposite side of the dining room the other days we ate there, which wasn’t many Horrendous food! Had pink chicken a few times , and undercooked meatballs that were, not just pink, but still raw and mince like inside , also very little selection , we stuck to salad and chips or ate out. I used to work in kitchens, I can tell you the oil, that even the chips are cooked in, was filthy Bad wifi - if you’ve already booked to come here, make sure you at least get a data package for your phone No coffee, tea or kettle in room - I think you can ask for this (after reading other reviews) but I personally believe this should be in your room on arrival for a “four star hotel” There is zero entertainment (no music around the pool, no games or pool table, and the bar closes at half ten) It’s not an adults only hotel at all! One of the two pools is adults only - but children were frequently in there anyway Alcohol was so watered down you could easily drink the vodka straight, the “cocktails” tasted like chemicals, no wine, and the juice and coffee machines were often limited to black coffee, or one type of juice (sometimes only water would come out) Broken balcony door (top opens, bottom doesn’t - accidental finger trapping inevitable) Spring sticking out of mattress, which actually cut into my fiancés back Extremely uncomfortable, old, stained, dirty mattress (with no topper,) that we had to flip ourselves after nothing was done about it when we complained about the spring sticking out The actual bed base had a massive dip in it, which made the bed even more uncomfortable, and forced my fiancé to sleep on the spare single bed, as it was too bad for his back Shower didn’t drain properly- nightmare when trying to wash your hair (had to keep turning the shower off so the water could drain) Shower head holder not attached to the wall properly - it literally fell out and landed on my head mid shower. They also knew this was broken as the shower head was on the floor of the shower when we first arrived in the room (with three previous attempts at mounting it into the wall visible) NO hot water or plug in the sink Lukewarm/cold shower water nearly every shower (even when fully turned onto the hot side) OR it would fluctuate between boiling hot and ice cold the whole duration of the shower Room wasn’t properly clean on arrival (dirty mirrors and a toilet that has never seen a drop of bleach). The toilets at the pool were also a cocktail of bacteria, filth, and wee. TV in room was laughable - one English channel (to be expected) but on a TV from the 90’s We struggled finding anyone to actually complain too, there was never anyone on reception. When we did eventually bump into a member of staff, we complained about the bed/mattress and shower on the first day and NOTHING was done about it, they didn’t seem interested in what we were saying at all, made a quick note on his phone and hurried off. When we checked out the man on reception bluntly said “give me your key card” and snarled. Didn’t wish us a goodbye, ask us about our stay … nothing. I was also “hit on” by a male member of staff, which is not only extremely inappropriate, but also very rude and disrespectful, as it was obvious I was there with my fiancé. To add insult to injury , every time we mentioned where we were staying to any of the locals, they laughed and told us what they thought about the hotel - based off what other tourists had told them about their stay (which is too rude to write on a review sadly).

Had a long weekend at mersoy bellavista never have I experienced what I have when arriving there we arrived late evening and was stood at the reception as they had no available rooms even though I booked months prior to visiting to be placed in another hotel and told to walk back and forth from the hotel to use bellavista amenities ie food drinks & pool staff didn’t care in the slightest they were not helpful infact told me if I’m not happy I can sit and wait for the manager to arrive at 8 in the morning to sort this they refused to even acknowledge the problem and just said they cannot help. The manager arrived there at 10:45 asked what the problem was then walked off and refused to come out of the office we was not the only people with this problem the whole lobby had guests with the exact same problem to top it off food was discusting and unedable don’t book absolute rip off!!!!!

Rooms are very run down and in need of alot of maintenance. Food is typical turkish, so chicken, chips, pasta, salads, watermelon for dessert!. Drinks are very basic, weak beer they offer 2 cocktails both are just weak vodka. Pool is fine, but again needs some attention. staff are friendly enough. I would pay the extra and stay somewhere else. Icemeler eating out and drinking is expensive. 8 quid for a run and coke, local beers are like water. All imported drinks are expensive.

Apologies for the long post....Just back from a week at Mersoy Bellavista, can honestly say it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Most definitely not a 4 star Hotel, would argue with a 2 star!! Changed room 3 times, 1st room the aircon didn't work, sink & toilet leaked and the room was filthy. We arrived late at night, it looked like someone had been sleeping in the room as the bed covers were pulled back, rubbish on the floor. which hadn't been cleaned, it was disgusting. Eventually got room changed after 2 nights but the second room didn't have a balcony and overlooked the street and we had paid extra for a balcony & pool view. Back to Manager again, who said he had no rooms available until tomorrow and to come back again at 10am. When we arrived at 10am the next morning, there was a whole queue of people waiting to speak to him. When we got to speak to him he was very stressed and got quite shirty, I pointed out that by this stage we had been there for 3 nights in rooms that were inadequate and not what we had paid for. Moved to another room which still wasn't what we paid for as overlooked the street still and only had a view of the pool across the road but by this stage we decided to just let it go as it was starting to impact our holiday and we hadn't unpacked after being there for half our holiday. That was a mistake, as the room was opposite the cleaning cupboard and lift so every morning the cleaning staff would be making a racket, chatting and laughing and every time the lift was called it made a clicking noise and the worst thing was the person staying in the room next to us wasn't very stable to put it politely. She would come back in the early hours and make so much noise, shouting, swearing, playing music all night and talking on the phone all night. The second night she didn't sleep at all, was coming and going all through the night, up and down in the lift constantly, which was constantly clicking every time it arrived, then when she'd try to get in the room she'd set some alarm off. We didn't sleep for 2 nights. The manager had lots of complaints about her. Our last night she'd obviously been warned to be quiet as she only made a little noise when coming back. We paid for all inclusive but I had 1 breakfast of toast, mt husband had 1 breakfast and 1 lunch. Food was horrible, very limited and nothing labelled, not good for a vegetarian like myself. The pool area stunk of sewage, we couldn't sit round by the pool so went to the beach everyday and ate at the lovely restaurants outside of the Hotel for lunch and dinner. We paid for all inclusive and unfortunately did not benefit from that at all. It ended up costing us at least another £1000 to eat and drink outside of this awful hotel. Icmeler is a beautiful place and we will definitely be back but it most definitely will not be at Mersoy Bellavista

The hotel was very great the staff were friendly, the food could’ve been better but it was still decent so one star down for the food. Supervisor (Hamdi) was very organised. Room was clean with air con had a great view with balcony. Location is great only 5 minutes away from beach all the supermarkets, bars and restaurants were close by aswell.

Great location walking distance to beach shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Hotel not so good put in wrong area of hotel we were adult only put in family area . The hotel did move us twice without any trouble but be aware some people we spoke to were charged extra to be moved do to pay if you booked adult only . Food not to good not a great choice I am not a fussy eater but did go out to eat most days . There are no snacks just breakfast lunch and dinner. No entertainment and bar shuts a 10 . Rooms were comfortable but not cleaned the whole week we were there beds were made and clean towels daily though .Staff not very cheerful. Management not approachable very rude and no people skills . Hotel could be a great hotel if it had some tlc and maybe better staff . Holiday itself but great we did go to the beach most days and it was lovely. You just have to make the most of it .

It is close to beach, location is good, staff is amazing, room is very clean and hamdi,sukru go above and beyond to help and very friendly, also lots of respect, food is not very good but it’s ok, thank you guys, I will return in future

Friendly staff comfy beds food could be better would come again. Resteraunt and Bar staff are so so friendly helpful cannot do enough for you. Supervisor Hamdi best man and very hospitable. The room was cleaned and changed every day staff were friendly the adult pool was kept clean and everyone I met was friendly. Was worried when I arrived due to some bad comments but overall it was a good holiday food was ok no different to any other hotel

We were placed into the wrong bedroom, apparently its common, as there are other reviews mentioning the issue. When we finally managed to get into the room we had booked, the air conditioning and mini fridge were working fine, and the room was clean. The food is very good — not a lot of variety and not english food, but everything is well prepared. As for drinks, if you’re like me and don’t care much for cocktails, the beer is good. There are no snacks available during the day, only the main meals. The hotel isn’t as bad as some other reviews claim. I believe the only real issue is that the staff need better training.

On arrival the hotel looks tired, we were placed into the mersoy hotel not the adult side which is the Mersoy Bella Vista which we booked so after a kerfuffle at reception this was resolved. Its a common issue as when we were checking out 3 couples checking in had the same issue. The hotel doesn't run with enough staff it is basic and in need of updating. That said, our room was clean, the food was great and if you are expecting english food this is not the place for you. The area around the hotel is lovely, lots of shops, bars and the beach is a ten minute walk away. If you are using this as a base its great. Would i stay again, honestly its maybe. Not the greatest, but worked ok for us. The staff are all hardworking and helpful and honestly cannot do enough for you.

I have travelled all around the world and I am yet to find a hotel staff less friendly than here. They literally do not speak, not a single word sometimes. The place is shabby and no one seems at all interested in their jobs. There are literally fish skeletons in the flower bed by the restaurant tables, glass and blood on my bathroom floor. Food is edible but uninspiring, drinks are very limited but the beer is nice. Woken several times every night by drunk people arguing, partying or just slamming doors. This place could be so much better with a little bit of effort but no one seems interested in putting in the work. Please do not take the 4 and 5 star reviews at face value, you will be very disappointed.

Advertised as a 4 star, more like 2 star. If you're expecting a luxury all inclusive experience, then this isn't the place for you. Food not labelled with limited choice, the out side food court was situated near drains which very often came with the smell of sewage whilst eating. limited to 3 cocktails on the all inclusive and all made with lemonade, not fresh juice. All the staff seemed miserable. Make shift rooms, needed a good lick of paint and could do with some basic maintenance. We stayed in a double pool view, bed was rock hard with no furniture to sit on in room other than bed or chairs on the balcony. Fair bit of noise over night with disturbed sleep. Fortunately for us we were prepared to leave the hotel and explore. We also ate out every day due to the bad food, if you're on a budget then this is the place for you but don't expect the red carpet to be rolled out. Best part about the hotel is the pool, but be warned it's a sun trap with limited shade. Hotel location was a 5 minute walk to the beach, local amenities all very close. We Won't be visiting this hotel again but Icmeler is a yes from us!

Our experience at the hotel: We were pleasantly surprised — the hotel and our room were not nearly as bad as some of the reviews made them out to be. The room was clean, functional, and towels and bed linen were changed regularly. The hotel is definitely showing its age and could use a bit of care, but overall it did the job. The view from the adults-only pool area is absolutely stunning — a perfect spot for a peaceful holiday. That being said... the poolside bar is a bit of a heartbreaker. If you're dreaming of fancy cocktails and an energetic bartender with even basic English, you'll be disappointed. The drink options are limited to beer, vodka, gin, and red or white wine. Let's just say the bar has the personality of a closed minibar — quiet, basic, and not very exciting 😅 The food is typically Turkish and quite minimal, but if you're into simplicity, it might suit you. Honestly, booking just the room and maybe breakfast would have been the better choice instead of going for all inclusive. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and prices are very reasonable. The area itself is truly beautiful — gorgeous views, with beaches that are a bit pebbly but still charming and inviting. All in all, we had a nice stay and tomorrow we head back home with some good memories.

Staff so lovely and helpful, helped us with any problems quickly and provided excellent information for our trip. Umut at the bar was especially nice, providing excellent service throughout and even going out the way to bring our drinks to us at the pool.

I know there are mixed reviews on this hotel, some saying they had poor experiences and some saying they had great experiences. We however had a poor experience. Food & Drink - We paid for an ‘all inclusive’ package but ate out every day of our trip as the food wasn’t good. The main concern is that nothing is labelled so if you have allergies or tolerances, you wouldn’t know what to eat. If you haven’t been to Turkey before like myself, it’s hard to tell what’s in each dish. Breakfast was the worst meal of the day consisting of only 5 hot items to choose from. Everything else was olives, cheese and bread. The drinks were just as bad. You could have beer, plain gin, plain vodka or red wine. There’s a handful of ‘cocktails’ on offer but none of them made properly. What they also fail to mention on the website is that the hotel is split into two different hotels across the road from each other. If you opt for the ‘adults only’ hotel, you have to walk backwards and forwards to get food/drinks from the other hotel. Paying for an adults only hotel to then have to sit and eat meals with kids running wild isn’t fun. There was a pool bar in the Bellavista that was only open until 6pm and there wasn’t usually anyone behind the bar to serve. There wasn’t a snack bar throughout the day so if you missed lunch at 12, you then had to wait until 7 for dinner. Rooms - Our room was very dated and dirty. We had to ask for new towels as the ones we were given were stained with brown and yellow patches. We asked for our room to be cleaned twice upon arrival as it was dirty and we got told that it had already been cleaned. I ended up wiping down surfaces with a makeup wipe. I’ve attached a picture below of what our bedroom door looked like. It was broken and didn’t close fully, the locking mechanism also didn’t work. There was a mini fridge in the room that was filled with flies so we didn’t use that either. The only positive thing about the room was the air con, it worked well and kept the room cool. Staff - The staff weren’t very helpful or friendly. They were stand offish with complaints and didn’t want to rectify the problems we had. They spoke little to no English which when you’re running a hotel that’s full of British tourists, isn’t helpful. Everyone else we spoke to throughout the course of the holiday all said the same thing about the hotel. No one would return. Most people tried to get refund from their bookers and even tried to move hotels. Location - The hotel is a short walk from lots of bars, restaurants and shops. We had a lovely evening meal at The Waterfall Restaurant which was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a bar at the front of the hotel called ‘BistroMed’ it’s attached to the hotel but isn’t run by the hotel. It’s run by a guy called Speedy. He’s great and very helpful. The food a drink in there is cheap and far better than the hotel. We also had lunch opposite the beach at a place called ‘Tiki Beach’, the food a drinks in there were beautiful and you also get a free sunbed on the beach after eating. Excursions - We booked a few experiences through our rep and there’s definitely a couple we would recommend. The Turkish Baths were fantastic and only £25 pp for a 2 hour trip. You can add things on once there which we opted to do but even without the added extras, the experience would’ve been great. We also did a ‘Big Boss’ boat party. We had a bit of a faff with the rep trying to put us on a different party boat to start with but we stood our ground and got on the correct boat. If you’re going to do a party boat, I’d recommend booking directly with the boat on the evening you want the trip. We paid £35 pp for all inclusive drinks on the boat trip. Overall, I obviously wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. There’s plenty more hotels surrounding which were far better looking and more appealing.

Definitely not a 4 star - the food was terrible - had to eat out every night. Staff apart from the receptionist Eylip were not engaging. Also one of the staff thought it was okay to enter rooms of an evening!! I would 100% avoid this hotel. Great location but spoke with people in other hotels and they definitely got a better deal.

I want to say my husband and I had a great time here . Feel sad that the hotel is still getting bad reviews . We stayed in 3209 adults side , aircon was great and free , room was perfect , didn’t have a kettle asked for one a was there in a minute , has a fridge . We were there 10 days and we ate out once . The all inclusive we enjoyed , plenty to choose from and the staff work hard . We met really nice people around the pool who have either been there before or would go back , so 10/10 from us !!

I appreciate the mixed reviews and experiences of many who have stayed, I can only comment on my own experiences here as we enjoy our last day. The room we had was clean and functional for the time spent there. Bedding and towels seem to be changed on Monday and Thursday which I think is reasonable from a sustainability point of view. I think if we asked for a change in the interim this request would have been accommodated but we didn’t need to. The air conditioning worked however was positioned above the bed which would be my only gripe. The food was mass catering as we expected and we found something to eat daily, the drinks are limited and I think bottled water would give piece of mind to visitors ( I have previously on another holiday had a bad experience with local water served instead of bottled). However it costs around 40p to get bottled from the shop so that’s what we did. On the whole we had an amazing holiday and this is a great base to explore.

This is definitely not a 4⭐️ hotel, at the very most it’s 2⭐️! I would avoid this hotel at all costs! We stayed for 7 nights, 2 of those nights were spent moving rooms as every room is appalling. We finally ended up with a superior suite, sounds fancy right? Not at all! The hotel is dirty, unhygienic & unsafe! The pool pump stopped working so the water was murky & stagnant! The food choices were the same every day and hygiene standards were dreadful! There wasn’t a snack bar or access to clean drinking water! The rooms stunk of smoking and were dirty, cigarette holes in furniture and smoke alarms disconnected! We spent most of our time (and money) outside of the hotel, which defeated the objective of an all inclusive holiday! Never again will I book through Thomas Cook!

This hotel is not 4 star it is no more than a 2 star, Absolute in dire needs of repair, all rooms dated and dirty, smelling of smoke, no smoke alarms only holes where they once were? Food, a joke, same food every day and quite frankly not edible, standards of hygiene were no where to be seen. No drinking water anywhere within the hotel, for several days there were no tea bags, my basic human needs were violated on a minute by minute basis. The pool!! Well…. For several days it was cloudy and stagnant, not fit for purpose. The whole complex is a disgrace, needs a complete refurb. Please be aware your basic needs will not be met.

!!!!NOT A 4 STAR FULSE ADVERTISEMENT PLEASE AVOID!!!! Where do we begin ?? From start to finish our visit was pretty terrible. When we arrived we were taken all over the place with all our luggage with staff that were clueless and unorganised, we got given our room that had no working air con and no pool view that we had paid extra for. The next day we asked to change rooms to which we had to wait until later on in the day to which again we got taken to the wrong room 3 times!! The staff member even tried to let us in a room that was occupied!! The cleanliness was not great at all, everything covered in dust and corners off the rooms were disgusting we also had days where the rooms were not cleaned at all, water pressure was also terrible.The food, well it was awful the options were very limited nothing was labelled, most things were not cooked properly we had to eat out every night because we did not feel it was safe to eat the food, the only nice thing was the bread in the morning. Luckily we met some amazing people whilst being here as we all had something in common (we hated the hotel) the area is lovely and we would definitely come back but we would NEVER come back to this hotel. We don’t like to moan but this place was a mess, uncomfortable beds, bad food, bad service, unhygienic, lots of health and safety hazards, no filter in the pool, the list could go on. Finally the last day was a disaster, we paid £25 for late check out, we was told we had to change rooms which was fine however we got to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned at all, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, cups everywhere bin over flowing, we went to reception and asked it to be cleaned as we paid for it, we got told it would be, we went out for lunch and come back and the room was still how we left it! So again we had to go to reception the staff member saw us and started tutting and sighing at this point I’m getting really upset as no one was listening or understanding us, they said they were going to move our room again!!! This was our last day being wasted all we wanted was them to clean the room we had paid extra for so we could shower and freshen up before we head to the airport. In the end they listened and said they would clean it so we went back a little while later and yes it was cleaner but not great, we went to shower and the water smelt like urine so after all of that we didn’t even shower we just wanted out. We couldn’t contact the owner to make a complaint, the staff admitted to us that they are fed up with dealing with so many complaints and that they were sorry but their was no manager to talk to no one wears uniforms so you have no ideas who’s who, they said the owner is useless and they all want to quit, we are going to take this further because this is so misleading and no way a 4 star hotel it’s a 2 if that. Please don’t book here, spend a little more for a better time, we didn’t let the hotel ruin our holiday we was just grateful to meet others around the pool who we got on with which made the holiday great. Please don’t listen to the good reviews take your money else over. Rant over

This hotel should be condemned the food I discusting staff are terrible rooms are filthy management at hotel are non existent and I feel that it should be shut done as I travel a lot and I'm thirty years of travel I've never stayed in such a shambolick place Gross!!! I wanted to add videos and pictures but didn't want you all to feel Sick?!!!

1. Staff at the hotel were very unhelpful and surly, with only a couple of exceptions. Did not help that there was not anyone that spoke good English only very basic (OK I know it is not their language and we can’t speak any Turkish). 2. We were put in the wrong room type for the first 3 night it was only after much complaining that we were moved. 3. The hotel was in a very poor state of maintenance: a. Concrete stair ways crumbling and bits falling off. b. In the first single room the Air Conditioner leaked and flooded the floor. c. The second room (the one we had booked) the handrail in the bath/shower fell of the wall as soon as I touched it! A very serious safety hazard. Hotel did sort this. d. The Shower rail had fallen off the wall but I was able to repair that myself. e. The Jacuzzi bath could not be used as the pipes had come off (we saw this when the maintenance came in to try to fix the leaking shower and bath as they both flooded the floor when used. f. Handrails on stair way/ramp not safe or secure especially the one by the ONLY restaurant g. Lights on walkways often not working at night. h. Public toilets lights do not work, Hand towel dispensers do not work, Toilets not clean, no flush water in urinals and doors do not close properly. i. On the last day before we had actually checked out someone had entered our room and swapped the working fridge and replaced it with a non-working fridge. j. The room was not serviced every day. 4. The food in the one and only restaurant was revolting with very little choice, deserts all the same everyday just different colours. 5. The 2 bars had a very poor choice of drinks – Gin, Vodka, Raki (if you were lucky) and one sort of beer 6. Their website is well out of date as it stated there was an al-a-carte restaurant which did not exist.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Please do not book this hotel, it will ruin your holiday. The food is not suitable for human consumption. Its freezing cold and they have a filthy microwave to warm the food up. The microwave has never been cleaned. The staff are rude and confrontational, one waiter started shouting at a man after he asked him not to take his plate when he was out his seat getting a drink. The bar is so understocked it's unbelievable. They must do it on purpose so you go out to get a drink. The pool was murky and very small. It's advertised as an adults only however there was children in and out all day and night. This has been the worst holiday of my life and I will not be returning.

If you're expecting a all inclusive with a touch of luxury, then this isn't the hotel for you!! When we checked in, the reception staff were rude and showed no interest at all. I'm not sure he's in the right job! The guy who carried our case was happy and jolly. (The only member of staff who was). Our room was a mix match of furniture, old and tatty looking but did the job. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was rough. The bathroom needs updating, and occasionally we would get a horrible smell. The pool water looks dirty, but it's not. It's because the tiles aren't blue. The pool area needs lots of work doing to bring back to what I would imagine was once a nice area. (It nothing like the photos you see when booking) It's run down and off a poor standard. The pool toilet made me heave, and the smell and cleanliness were awful. ( I've used cleaner public toilets in the uk). Food!!! Where do you start. I'm not a fussy eater. Breakfast I could cope with. No english breakfast, but you are in Turkey. One day, there was a man cooking omelette. Lunch and dinner if you like salad and bread, you're fine. Food is cold and tasteless. Staff are rude again and don't look like they work there. Be prepared and budget to eat out. Drinks at the bar very limited. Beer flat! Cocktails are very sweet! Gin and vodka and wine. The location of this hotel is great.

What a awful hole. I've stayed in iclemer 20 times but not here. Dirty, rude staff, not adults only after 6pm as only 1 bar open and that's the screaming brats bar. If you've never trusted a review then please trust this one. 26 Sept 2024. Look around and have a great holiday. Out of 10. Food 1, cleanliness 1, politeness -1. WiFi in room, there isn't any. You have to cross the road to another hotel to use theirs. It seriously is a joke.

Wow we gad a room with a pool view,the room was large,and spacious, we laid down exhausted from travelling and the beds were so hard it was like laying on a plank. We asked to change rooms and they did this quickly. We were moved into the family section of the Mersoy .the beds were softer ,but the Aircon didnt work ,the toilet seat was hanging off ,and the lampshade was damaged,the door was sticking and needed a hard tug to open it, when the man came to fix the Aircon he couldn't get out because of the door jamming, and went red ,we went as 4 friends .This Bar was one of the least stocked bars we had ever seen if was empty. Vodka ,watered down Efes was the sum of it . The barman couldn't care less so we had a Vodka with dietcoke fizzing we went out. The following day guess what they had run out of Diet Coke what a shambles .again we went out for drinks and food..remeber this hotel is All Inclusive disgraceful it took him 24 hours to get the difference coke machine working,we are not alcoholics but like a drink before and after dinner,,but even though we paid for all Inclusive we just went out every day .would we go back NEVER ,GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .

Dining facilities were atrocious. Very limited food choice with flies, insects flying about all over the food and dining area. Adults only pool was big with plenty of beds, but the staff allowed children to play in the pool and only moved them on when complaints were raised. Room was spacious and the cleaning staff were in every day. Our maid was excellent, leaving clean towels etc. This was the only good thing about the Hotel I'm afraid, Would not recommend and definitely will not be back! The many other guests who voiced their concerns probably won't be back either.

Hiçbir şekilde tavsiye etmiyorum bir kaç kötü yorum vardi cok dikkate almamistim ama almalıymışım. Günlük temizlik yok, degisen havlu falan yok olurda gitmekte israr ederseniz kendi eşyalarinizi gotürün. Yemekler hergun ayni zaten çesit yok çok birşey beklemeyin fiyat olarak uygun olabilir ama biraz daha fazla verin ama hakedecek yerde kalın tatilinizi ziyan etmeyin. Tek iyi şey otel calışanlari guler yüzlü ama telafi etmiyor. Yetiskin oteli diye gidiyorsunuz ama yemek salonuna gittiğinizde olmadiğini farkediyorsunuz.

Ilk girişte ufak bir sıkıntı yaşasakta sonrasında hızlıca çözüme kavuştu ve rahatlıkla tatilimizi gerçekleştirdik. Yemeklerinde de bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Özellikle +16 otel olması önemliydi. Personel ilgiliydi. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

I just checked out from this hotel yesterday , I stayed for four nights and the condition air was so bad and we asked several time to fix it and they didn’t do anything about it also we had to go each night to ask for toilet paper and towels that we should have them with out any asking About the food and the swimming pool they were okey

Fiyat performans olarak fena değil. Açık büfesi var ama fazla beklentiye girmeyin. Ortak alanlar ve asansorler oldukça kirliydi. Oda temizliği ise yeterliydi. Havlular çok yıpranmış değişmesi gerekiyor.

The hotel needs upgrades... The lobby smells of mold and steam comes from hammam. The bathroom of room needs renovation. The entire bathroom floor was in a mess while using the shower because it does not have any partition between the shower and toilet area. The least expensive way is to install a shower curtain or glass door. When we take a shower, the bathroom floor overflows with a water. Poor drainage in the shower area.... Some of staff was so very rude and not helpful at all. Food quality is very poor and not very fresh too....... Overall poor experience, not expected from a 4 Star Hotel :(

Great location and really nice staff. Good variety of food and I was impressed that outside of the designated meal times, decent snacks are available during the afternoon. At 4pm they cook pancakes, which go down really well with the guests. We had a great holiday

Gittiğimizde rezervasyon bilgisi bile ulaşmamıştı. Plaj havlusu konusunda yardımcı oldular. Ücret talep etmediler. Hotel çalışanı kibardı. Havuzlar küçük, biz denize gittik.

Açık büfe çok iyi. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğinde fazla fazla seçenek var, ne yiyeceğimizi şaşırdık. (: Genel olarak çok yoğun bir otel ama biz hiç bir problem yaşamadık. Gayet güzeldi.

Overall I would say a good 3.5☆ maybe a 4. Fairly quiet during October with more mature guests. Nice hotel, good location, plenty bars & restaurants in walking distance. Suites are a good size, comfortable. Most people had ended up changing their rooms. Opt for a pool view where possible as land views pretty dire. Food is ok, tad repetitive after 5 days.

The room were clean. Food was dibolical from brekfast to dinner ended up eating out most of the time. Two bars however only one small one inside the restaurant was open and had hardly any drinks! The pool was clean, looked at the indoor pool and walked straight out looks lik it hasn’t been cleaned all summer along with the showers down there. Didn’t see the Hamam, jacuzzi area open once. Sofas in the reception area need to be replaced, Rips through every one of them. The only good thing about the hotel was the rooms being clean and the swimming pool. Oh and lots of rude, loud russians! Will not be returning!

Great location close to beach shops and Bars..staff are excellent and very polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable.Beds are very comfortable and the added bonus of a jetbath in the bathroom is a nice touch! The pool area is clean and well kept. The chef and his team produce good food throughout the day. Our stay was enjoyed by all. Not enough Brits use this Hotel..we are delighted we found it!

Rooms lovely but all inclusive not for us...limited choice of food and drinks. Location perfect and front desk service manager was a lovely friendly man. Hotel would benefit by adding a kettle in the rooms.

otel konum ve mimari olarak çok güzel, çalışanların hepsi güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. tek sorun müşteri kalitesi. bulunduğumuz dönemden dolayı otelin tamamı rus müşteriyle doluydu. ne yazık ki bazı müşterilerin aşırı alkol almasından kaynaklanan rahatsız edici aşırılıkları vardı. müşteri kalitesine dikkat edilirse gerçekten mükemmel bir otel olabilir.

Love this hotel. Second time we have stayed here. Close to the beach and everything is in walking distance.

I stayed with at Mersoy Bellavista for not so long. However it was a perfect relaxing holiday. I am hoping to stay longer after a month or so. Enjoyed the swimming pool area and the mattrasses around the pool. Nice room. See you soon.

Min age 16 makes it a comfortable stay. Servise very Good. Beautiful setting.

4 days stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Manager courteous. Food quite good. Not much for a meat eater but reasonable choice and nicely presented. Would recommend for the price we paid.

For a hotel with a tagline, “Luxury Redefined,” this hotel was anything but a luxurious experience. It’s a shame because with good management, this could have been a fine holiday. Beware, this hotel has old rooms and new rooms. We booked the Mersoy Bella Vista based on the positive reviews, but buyer beware: you can hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. All in all, this hotel’s management needs a major attitude adjustment, and some renovations to some of its rooms. Though we could live with outdated rooms, we couldn’t live with the foul smell of raw sewage in 38 C degrees heat, and management that was unwilling to do anything about it. If you want a sure bet on your room, look elsewhere because if you run into any problems, the management won’t do a thing to address them. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend in good conscience. In our two weeks traveling around Turkey, this was the only hotel among our four hotels that lacked hospitality. I feel badly for anyone who stays here and doesn’t see the true side to Turkish hospitality.

The standard of the hotel was good. Considering I was staying at the Mersoy Bellavista half board, I ate at the hotel restaurant at least once a day and the staff at the restaurant were super super friendly. They really gave the hotel a nice atmosphere and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel!

Persoonlijke ervaring met hotel teleurstellend omdat er niet werd voldaan aan de verwachtingen. Kamer was anders als geboekt en vooral de reactie van hotelmanager daarop (negeren van de gast) was teleurstellend. Echter weet zeker dat veel mensen dit hotel prima zullen vinden en wil vooral persoonlijke teleurstelling niet als referentie laten dienen voor anderen. Echter mijn ervaring leert dat slecht management uiteindelijkt leidt tot slechte kwaliteit. Houding van hotelmanagement was/is 4-sterren hotel onwaardig. Echter dit zegt niets over de individuele vakantieganger, die wellicht hun verwachtingen (nog) wel zien uitkomen. Personeel was matig, kwaliteit eten (buffet) matig-goed tot sommige zeer-goed. Omgeving rumoerig maar daarvoor kies je dit hotel in het centrum van Icmeler. Kort samengevat voor 90% van reizigers een prima hotel, voor mij eens maar nooit meer.
