Déjeuner médiocre le soir pour dîner tout le monde se jettent sur le repas mangé avec plein d assiette sur la table quel gâchis de nourriture plage médiocre bc de bruit niveau place central

Beaucoup beaucoup de bruit très peu de qualité de nourriture et de quantité du au nombre d'Algériens très mal élevés qu'il y avait dans cet hôtel. Il faut savoir choisir sa clientèle. Les Algériens remplissent leur assiette avec le buffet et laisse plus de la moitié quand ils partent on dirait que chez eux tout va bien et qu'il n'y a pas de gens qui meurent de faim.

The food wasn't alot of choice

The hotel was clean, the location was good, and overall the stay was comfortable. The reception staff were polite during check-in and the property itself was nice.

I was disappointed with how the lost key card situation was handled. During check-in, nobody informed me that there would be a charge for replacing a lost card key. When I spoke with the receptionist, the general manager was present and insisted that I had to pay for a replacement. I stay in hotels regularly and usually replacement key cards are provided free of charge or the policy is explained clearly in advance. I also felt the situation could have been handled in a more reasonable and customer-friendly way.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist für den Preis sehr ordentlich.

J'ai fait un mauvais choix quand j'ai choisi l'hôtel, vraiment il n est pas à la hauteur

Il y’a eu une rénovation par rapport à l’année c’était une belle surprise pour nous de découvrir cela.

Siamo arrivati alle 9 per fare colazione e non c era quasi nulla poca scelta e pochi alimenti. Ho chiesto frutta fresca

Nel bagno c'era l'immondizia di chi mi ha preceduto e nonostante lo avessi fatto notare alla reception con discrezione e garbo. La spazzatura è rimasta li.

Très belle hôtel assez proche des 2 Médinas, la plage de l’hôtel est magnifique en plus nous avons eu du beau temps du soleil en Novembre, c’est ma première fois en Tunisie et je compte prolonger mon séjour.

J’aurais bien aimé un buffet plus traditionnel avec des plats locaux.

Checkin rapide et accueil chaleureux, le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, la plage est accessible via un chemin fleuri très agréable et la chambre est spacieuse.

Le personnel est serviable, la chambre est spacieuse et l’emplacement assez pratique.

Rozložení hotelu působilo příjemně, vše v místním stylu Tunis. Každý den se uklízelo okolí bazénů, pokoje, zahrady. Recepce 24 hod. Uvnitř hotelu hodně zeleně, palmy, hezké zahrady, uličky pěkně v noci osvětlené. V okolí několik obchůdků, kavárny. Pláž vzdálená cca 300m uličkou plnou zeleně, procházka na cca 4 - 5 minut klasické chůze.

Jídelna a chod jídelny. Neuklizené stoly pro další hosty, servis hodně slabý. Sami jsme chystali příbory, ubrousky. V případě příchodu do jídelny v pozdějším čase již nebylo moc co vybrat k jídlu a vše působilo neúhledně. Jídelna je jediná věc, co bychom vytkli. Jinak vše dobrý.

La plage était indiquée comme pied dans l eau alors qu il faut contourner 2 autres hôtels avant d arriver à la plage. Buffet mal organisé entre les différents service. Eau potable payante mais impossible de s'en faire servir sur place. Il faut envoyer un serveur en acheter au bar ... Nappes toujours sales et couverts rarement à disposition à cause du Buffet à volonté Les serveurs ont du mal à se positionner et être "au service": à part les anciens !!! En plein mois de juillet, l animation était vraiment bancale : le DJ le soir ne savait pas gérer ses platines ce qui refroidissait souvent l ambiance Pas de place de parking Le nettoyage est fait à pleines eaux ouvertes des 9h entre les chambres (heure de sortie en masse vers la piscine ) donc le sol et les escaliers sont très glissants L eau stagnante près de la piscine a verdit le pourtour: la nuit sans test ils ajoutent juste un seau de chlore dans l eau pour l éclaircir.

Rien aimais du tout il parle que d argent aucun accueil ni à l arrivé ni au départ vous êtes livré à vous même restaurant très sale me fait penser à une colonie de vacances de très très mauvaise qualité pour moi le 4 étoile sont mensonge je donne 2 étoile suis au max pour cette établissement beaucoup trop cher pour un hotel sans service

Séjour très désagréable aucun sourire aucun bonjour ni arrivé ni départ chambre sale et sente très mauvais restauration dégueulasse du petit déjeuner au dîner le même menu pendant 3 jour matin midi et soir on est livré à nous même pour un transat à la piscine j ai du donner au personnel de l'argent clim inexistante les photo sur le site c du mensonge très mauvaise expérience vraiment je le déconseille

Accoglienza !!!il menù abbondante e molto gustoso!!! Tranquillità nella camera ,il sentiero chi porta in spiaggia molto curato e bellissimo .lo staff del ristorante sono molto preparati e disponibili rispetto alla esagerazione di qualche cliente .

La piscina è adatta ai bambini,(per famiglie in generale)si relazza poco e la musica abbastanza alta anche di mattina .chi si prende cura della spiaggia devi essere più accogliente.

Hotel reception staff were helpful and the property in general was kept to a good standard. The only issue I had was that the air condition in the room was leaking and when I came into the room after being out it was all over the floor and I nearly fell on my back! I asked the reception if they could get someone to check which I believe on the second time of me complaining someone did come up, but unfortunately it just leaked everywhere again so I was using the towels from the bathroom to soak up the water.

The property was very dirty my room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days had the same bedding on I was bit all over there was bugs in the bed,went to reception and told them they said it wasn’t there problem had to leave the hotel in the end and pay for another room somewhere else also was all inclusive and didn’t eat from the hotel as they didn’t cater for English people wouldn’t recommend this hotel the stay wasn’t good and spoil our holiday

We liked the private beach, there were a lot of seating options at the beach and lots of food options.

The beds were very uncomfortable, not enough staff, the beach was full of seaweed and jellyfish, the access to the water was not cleared from the jellyfish and seaweed. The entertainment was in a closed room where people were smoking with kids around and didn't have enough seatings for everyone. The tables weren't cleared fast enough and they weren't providing water/drinks in a timely manner as they were understaffed. Lack of organization and seating at the swimming pool.

Zimmer sin sauber. Essen ist gut, aber eigentlich immer das gleiche und das in verschiedenen Variationen. Nudeln, Reis Kartoffeln und Fisch. Dann gibt es Kartoffeln, Fisch, Reis und Nudeln... Ach ja, Karotten gibt es auch in allen möglichen Versionen.

À mon arrivée il faisait 40 degrés dans la chambre l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas j’avais la difficulté à dormir tellement il faisait chaud j’ai demandé à la réception pourquoi l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas il m’ont répondu il fonctionne seulement à partir du 15 juin et ça aucun sens

The stay was a good experience overall just a couple of little bits that i would of liked to know before going, it is well worth upgrading to full board with drinks included as the extra costs isn't much but soon adds up if there's more than 1 of you and there are not many English people who stay otherwise i couldn't falt the staff or place itself

Var ett billigt hotell & vi köpte till all inclucive till en billig peng, men hade nog lite högre förväntningar. Men knappt någon frukost att välja på. Lunch & middag var ok någon dag, vi valde att äta middag ute på något restaurang. Inga snacks mellan måltiderna, ville du ha en drink fick du dricka vodka, gin el whisky. Rött, vitt vin el öl. Vanlig läsk var cola eller Sprite. Sängen va nog det sämsta jag någonsin haft. Men trevligt poolområde, provade massage på hotellets spa den var kanon👍 Även dom flesta i personalen var trevliga.

The checking in and the checking out process was terrible, had to ask to move room as the first one condition was terrible smell of dump ,ants every where, smell off sewage all round the hotel.the food quality at breakfast and dinner is the worst i have ever seen, tasteless an 8 years old can cook better than that. On the weekends they're prioritising locals people who uses the pool and beach and no one cares about the hotel's guests. I work in the tourism industry for 20years now and it's very sad to see this happening in this lovely place it's obvious that there is no care form the owner/management at all and the property in desperately needs off renovation

The stuff are very rude and unwelcoming. One of the waiters actually yelled at a guest in the restaurant. The food is very very limited with no options and the cups and dishes broken. The rooms didn’t have any towels, shampoo nor body wash and we were ignored when we asked for them and the shower was broken. I left my personal towel at the pool and it was stolen and the stuff weren’t helpful at all especially the people in the reception. It’s the worst experience I ever experienced at a hotel. The worst hotel and it’s nothing like the pictures.

Lot of potential, nice layout of rooms and hotel in general. Unfortunately the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Ripped bedding sheets, mould in shower, and worn fabrics everywhere.

I have booked a 3 nights with breakfast breakfast included, and when i went to the hotel says that my booking is room only and i paid for the breakfast

the worst 4 days ever! the room was open plan and the wind was blowing inside threw the door,it was another door connecting with neighbors toilet (very stupid) so if some one having big deal there the smell is staying in your room too because there is no ventilation in toilet! the shower didnt work all the time you need to wait every couple minutes for it to get power! the beds were old creep and very hard (not possible to sleep together as a couple) tv is too small and remote was broken! in the corridor windows were smashed,the breakfast was annoying every day just boiled eggs, the swim-pool was not cleaned at all and all leaves from palms were lying at the bottom, it was very dark aswell at evening time, no lights around the pool, absolutely no lights on the walk way to the sea! Wifi almost never worked! also no one said a word what non residents must pay 10 pounds each for passport stamp to return home!

I recently stayed at hotel nesrine. The staff were friendly, the room was ok. There were alot of people staying at the hotel at the weekend. So it was lively and the food was good. As soon as monday came all the guests had gone and the buffet went away so we were served food by the hotel staff. The food was really bad every day after the weekend. There arent so many restaurant options in the area, so it was bad food or travel out and pay more money to get some decent food.
