Everything so far is outstanding...Upgraded to the best suite available as a Genius...fresh food...nice house keeping, front desk very hospitable & Upper Management very attentionate...a super hidden jewel...super surprised ...

Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, Waschbecken TV funktioniert nicht,nach Reklamation wurde neue von anderem Zimmer organisiert, das Waschbecken verstopft, Leitungswasser salzig nach dem Duschen juckt ,das essen war schlecht, und beim essen holen man fühlt sich beobachtet und das Personal kontrolliert wie man serviert ,all inklusive soft nur Werbung meistens musste man extra bezahlen

Animation team very entertaining. Bar staff very hit and miss. Not told about drinks available to purchase until next to last day. Restaurant needs better organisation. Please invest in more cutlery, crockery and glasses. Rooms very clean. Towels a little rough.

Not sure how the reviews are so good. The staff themselves are lovely and polite but everything else is just awful. Firstly the aircon just doesn't work, and the rooms didn't have anything to tell the maids to stop waking us up every morning by walking in. The hotel must hire out the outside by the pool to other people who are constantly pestering you to buy stuff with severely overpriced things. This constantly makes it uncomfortable and difficult to relax. There was a large man who I think did the massages who was especially inappropriate in how he operated. We had the all inclusive package, which was absolutely awful. The glasses used were around 150ml and these were used for everything making it rather annoying to keep getting refills. Theres a seperate menu which didnt have everything it said. The only options included was 1 spirit boukha, 1 beer one draft and wine. There was a pick of 2 coctails that had about 10ml of spirits that also tasted awful. The private beach was nice but alcohol wasn't included defeating the all inclusive part. It was also inconvenient having to sign and say our room number everytime we wanted something, especially due to the small glass sizes. Finally, apart from the bad atmosphere the food wasn't the best either. There was a good selection for lunch and dinner but it was mostly bland and often lots of flies. Overall this place is neither relaxing nor a party destination and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. The staff was nice but the stress staying here defeated the purpose of the holiday.

Good animation team very friendly

Animation is very good around the pool during the day time. Rooms are a bit out dated but they do. Food is quite repetitive. More like a 3 star.

Piscine petit dej

Hotel was expected as per the online rating. All staff were friendly our cleaning lady was amazing. Can't understand why the toilets in the foyer were cleaned regularly but no toilet seat on one if the toilets, why wasn't it replaced. Food was OK but a bit repetitive but the constant wait for clean crockery and cutlery was daily. Signs in restaurant state that excessive waste a food will be charged for but the manager obviously didn't want confrontation - the amount of food waste was ridiculous. I dont know how some cultures eat but here they'd fill the table with plates full of food and eat just a small portion - tables were left really messy for staff to clear up and frustrating for others guests. Entertainment was provided by their own animation team and was mainly dancing or karaoke but the music was so loud that even in the lounge area it was impossible to have a conversation. Same thing during the day, they'd start with some nice quiet calming music and then pump it up with a loud bass beat so relaxing by the pool was not something you'll achieve here.

Avoid ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE . The pictures I will include shows just how awful it is its not worth a penny of hard earned wages COCKROACHES RUNNING around food room 1 plug for fridge a dirty dangerous fridge stained bedding dirty walls no seating outside and 1 door as a window a hostel is in better condition and the hotel staff don't care and the booking agent teletext holidays don't care they give excuses.

The staff were very kind, polite and friendly and always like to entertain and make lots of fun for us. It was great value for money as it was close to the nearby shops and restaurants. The food was great as the chefs were very helpful with serving all the different dishes. The only downside was that our rooms were not up to our expectations as the TVs were not working/broken and the breakfast buffet was a little bit disappointing. We would recommend the hotel and we’ve had a wonderful week in Tunisia.

Most of the staff at the hotel cannot be faulted, they are so friendly and welcoming from the entertainment team to the housekeepers. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, with one working plug (the plug for our TV didn’t work or you would also be able to use this as a second outlet), a bed as hard as nails, barely functioning AC, and a shower that was also barely functioning. The food was also mediocre at best, if you are a fussy eater you will likely struggle for variety everyday. There are a few local market shops near by, including one a five minute walk from the hotel beside an ATM where all the goods are price marked. There is plenty of entertainment on during the day, however at night there was several occasions where they seemed to play the same ai generated jazz song from 4pm until the mini disco at 9pm. There are also a few local stray cats that wander around and in the hotel, they’re all very friendly and love to soak up the attention from guests. For what you pay for the hotel, it’s not bad for your money however 4 stars is a very generous rating.

Great hotel and friendly staff. The rooms need modernised. However, the food was good and the hotel was clean. All of the staff made us feel very welcome and the Animation Team were fantastic.

Manque de prises électriques dans les chambres et un lit enfant pas confortable dans les chambres quadruple (matelas qui dépasse du sommier). Piscine intérieure très petite pour l’hiver

Le personnel est formidable, accueillant , souriant est disponible à tout moment surtout une dame à la réception était très gentille et sympathique, le restaurant est fabuleux, des plats très variées, délicieux, les serveurs était très aimables . Les chambres était très propres.

J n' ai pas apprécié la distance vers la plage et y avait pas de parasol ni transat par apport à d autre hotels, et la chambre qu on nous a donné leur chasse d eau ne fonctionné pas , on versés l' eau dans un bidon, le responsable était plutôt arrogant et ne connaissait pas la valeur du client au point de faire des remarque inapproprié.pas distractions mis a part un dj .

Le personnel est sympa ( la dame de l’accueil olfa c est un bonbon tres gentille , a l’ecoute et a pu nous aider au maximum , un grand merci a elle ) , par contre le gerant du restaurant qui nous fixe du regard , et a chaque moment verifie nos plats , faut changer son comportement, Le petit déjeuner est toujours le meme , et pas assez varié L hotel est vraiment ancien , faut tout changer , faut pas s’attendre à un confort , tres mal isolé , on dirait on est a l’extérieur , les photos n’ont aucun lien avec celles mises sur le site , faut se méfier L’animation ne respecte pas du tout les horaires , ça commence à n’importe quel moment mais on a eu fun

L'accueil été bonne ,nous sommes arrivés tard a 30min de la fermeture du repas donc on nous a proposé de manger avant les formalités. Cependant nous avons tous les 3 été malade suite au repas ou au petit déjeuner, la chambre 408 ce situe juste au dessus de la salle des fêtes nous avons eu beaucoup de Mal a nous reposé. Dommage qu'il faut également payer en supplément pour boire durant le repas . Je ne fait que très rarement des commentaires négatif mais là je me permets car nous sommes venu a l'hôtel nous reposer nous avons peut dormis et en prime nous sommes malade . Mise a part ça la chambre est jolie propre et la vue sur la piscine est sympa .

I recently stayed at hotel menara with my family of 4, coming from London. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were always friendly and helpful. At first, we were given a not so great room but then they accommodated us to two, much better rooms fortunately.

Chambre propre, aucune remarque de ce coté là Parking sécurisé

- Parking trop petit, mais sécurisé - Nécessite un rafraichissement. Drap/couette médiocre. Commande du chauffage ne fonctionne pas. - Cher pour sa "qualité". Je n'avais pas l'impression d'être dans un 4 étoiles - En quittant la chambre, la porte était bloquée, je n'arrivai pas à l'ouvrir. J'ai appelé au téléphone mais personne n'est venu. J'ai du réessayé encore et encore et heureusement j'ai pu l'ouvrir. J'étais stressé car j'avais un avion à prendre. En descendant, la réceptionniste n'a pas présenté au moins des excuses, mais en plus m'a dit: " Fallait pas verrouiller la porte, ici personne ne va entrer dans votre chambre " !!!!

It was a great experience the food was good , the stuff was great and overall the experience with the hotel was good The only bad think is the TV's not all working

It was great overall, Staff were really helpful and we had fun in the facilities. Just a note to improve, Adding a prayer room would make the experience exceptional. Atmosphere was calm too, especially in rest hours. 4/5

Photo pas du tout conforme à ce qu’il ya sur le site, temps d attend pour récupère notre chambre 24h après une chambre pas du tout celle qui nous a été donné l’hors de la réservation, trop de bruit le soir à partir de 1h du matin certain client ne respect pas les autres mais aucune interdiction de la part du service de l’hôtel pour les mettre en garde donc fin du séjour peu dormi grâce à ses personne aucun respect!!!!

Le personnel était bien présent et bienveillant malgré sauf la Damme qui s’occupe de cuisiner des petits sandwiches dans le restaurant elle est pas professionnelle elle m’a demandé de ramener mon père pour faire la queue pour avoir un petit sandwich alors que mon père il est paralysé sur une chaise roulante…. !!!

The staff were good. I especially liked the cute woman who freshly fried donuts at breakfast and who made crepes at lunch. The indoor swimming pool was really warm. The internet was good - even in the rooms.

There weren't any plug sockets next to the beds. There was no animation (probably because it was the winter) - no shows.

im Badezimmer gab es keinen Platz zum Aufhängen der Handtücher, Hygiene auf dem Geschirr ,Tische, Stühle und dem Buffet muss überprüft werden, schmutzig am Strand anzukommen,
