Zijn er voor een nacht geweest op doorreis en dat was prima.

The concrete floor design inside the front gate entrance… there are long deep lines cut out of the concrete, I was worried that my foot would get stuck and twist or break my ankle every time leaving and entering the courtyard. Walking very slowly and carefully each time.

The set up and architectural design

Bath rooms - i simply don’t understand what made them to built it that way . Everything else perfect!

Great resort for chillin. Staff are great and will bend over back-wards to help you out. Breakfast was decent with an egg station. We opted for the villa with pool and it was great!

The bathroom lighting was minimal and to shower after was too dark, there was no floor mat provided so it was a bit slippery

Pool is nice. Faces beach front so it’s pretty. Bed was comfy and rooms were large.

Shower was ABYSMAL and looked so so so dirty. Awful having to stand in it and my friend refused to haha

Dat ze bedbugs hebben en dat als je klaagt ze geen tijd hebben van manager tot assistant manager. Verder intreseert het management niet hoe de kamer er uit ziet oud bad roestige spijkers nog in de muur van uit de bouw van complex.

Мы брали без завтрака, но сходили посмотреть и хорошо что бронировали без завтрака ( выглядела еде не привлекательно) номера старые, мы один раз меняли номер, но это не очень помогло. Основной бассейн- старый, но чистый. Плитка вокруг бассейна плохо закреплена. Полотенца в номере пахли хлоркой, а из вентиляции все время был запах канализации.

Vriendelijk personeel, kamer aan het zwembad. De inkom van het domein en de lobby was veelbelovend . Grote kamer, bed was goed met nette lakens. Aan het strand, maar geen mogelijkheid om aan het strand te liggen.

Sterk verouderde kamer. Buitenbadkamer was zeer vochtig, en gaten in de plafondafscherming. Met veel water gepoetst, niet aan de kanten. Het ontbijt was vooral gericht op Chinese toeristen ( waren de meesten)

La piscina es magnífica y el personal fue super amable con nosotros todo el tiempo. Si van a hacer la excursión de los delfines, salen desde la misma salida a la playa que tiene el hotel. Nosotros no pudimos hacerla por las condiciones climáticas. Incluso nos quedamos un día más para ver si podíamos concretarla pero si hay olas fuertes directamente no salen los barquitos, asi que solo estuvimos en el hotel. Nos ayudaron con el transporte desde el aeropuerto y hasta canggu. Excelente servicio

Los baños tenían bastante olor a humedad y para llegar a cualquier lugar del centro tenés que caminar un par de cuadras.

la salle de bain n'était vraiment pas propre et la chambre était située près de l'accès du personnel tous le matins nous étions réveillé car ils parlaient très fort il ya vait une piscine côté terrasse et trop bruyante car les enfants ne faisaient que hurler malgré le personnel et parents à côté aucun respect pour toutes les chambres qui donne dessus

Nice pool.

Unfortunately the rooms were different, than the pictures shown on the booking landing page. The quality looked much better in photos. When checking out, we organised with reception for some help for the bags and they forgot.

The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. The doors are damaged and still use old-style locks. Smoking is allowed in the lobby, which is not appropriate when there are children present. The location, however, is convenient.

Breakfast is great with lots of variety on offer. The pool is beautiful overlooking the sea.

The room was a little tired and could use a few small fix ups

Kan hier alleen spreken over de kamer die wij hadden (704), hadden een privézwembad, heerlijk en aanrader! Wij hadden dit keer aardig wat opmerkingen en hebben dit te kennen gegeven. Hebben er ook opgestaan om de manager te spreken want het personeel, met name achter de receptie konden het vaak niet oplossen, zeggen ja naar het was vaak een nee. Het team is erg jong en daar zit waarschijnlijk de valkuil. Uiteindelijk is niet de manager zelf gekomen maar de persoon die hem vervangt en met hem hebben wij een goed gesprek gehad. Excuses heeft hij gemaakt en zal de problemen zo goed als het gaat gaan verhelpen, in ieder geval heeft het aandacht. Wij hebben gezien dat dit hotel onder een andere groep valt ten op zichte van 2 jaar geleden, toen waren wij hier ook (was Kutus Kutus is nu Sanga Sanga). Hebben hierover het een en ander gehoord en begrip voor hoe het nu gaat. Hopen dat het team nog veel gaat leren. Het is met name een 'doortrek', hotel. Je ziet ook vele groepen komen die de volgende dag weer doorgaan ivm rondreis.

De kluis die in de kast staat zit niet vast aan de muur / bodem, is daardoor alsnog onder een arm mee te nemen. De kluis weegt namelijk niets en is hierdoor makkelijk te tillen en elders te openen. Slot van de buitenpoort is kapot, kan niet gemaakt worden hoorden wij. Antwoord receptie: kunnen ons huisje wel op slot doen maar niet de tuin, dat is goed vinden zij. Maar wij zijn hier niet van gediend.. Anderen kunnen het privé zwembad in, de kleding pakken die buiten droogt, kunnen bij ons huisje die wij bewust kozen ivm privacy enz. WiFi is waardeloos! Steeds is het verbonden met WiFi maar zonder internet. Ofwel hierdoor kun je nog niet internetten en WhatsApp gebruiken. Dit was niet alleen bij ons het geval maar ook bij vele andere toeristen en dit is bekend bij de leiding. Twee jaar geleden waren wij hier ook en hoopten dat dit een tijdelijk probleem was maar helaas was dit nog steeds en zal dit probleem altijd bestaan. WiFi steeds uitzetten, weer aan zetten betekende soms 15 seconden er even op en er dan weer eraf. Wij gingen voor langdurige wifi maar naar een restaurant / cafe elders in Lovina waar wij dan een heerlijke wandeling naar toe hadden en daar van alles nuttigen onder andere naar Nah Rah, een tapasbar die geweldig is, een aanrader. Kortom, er is hier geen WiFi in dit hotel. Konden geen Netflix bekijken en de tv zenders vielen ook steeds uit omdat deze steeds naar wifi ging zoeken. Veel schoolkinderen, voor les die hier ook verblijven en best luidruchtig. Idem was dit in 2023 toen wij hier ook waren waarvan wij toen dachten dat het een toevalstreffer was.

The one-bedroom villa that my family stayed was wonderful with blended Balinese and modern design. The whole resort was big with lots of green spaces making it very relaxing. The restaurant was good with live band in the evening,

The resort was really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff could not provide adequate customer service for such a good resort. At check-in we did not get an explanation of the room and how to turn the lights off. The next day we wanted to know the laundry menu (they forgot the menu in the room) and if we could get transport. We were asked to wait in our room and someone would come in 10 minutes. We waited 1hr & 15mins with no-one coming as promised. We had to walk in the heat for our destination and to find someone to do laundry. The next day the new staff answered about the transport straight away - thank goodness! Upon check-out they checked our room and reported we had a small stain on a towel and they expected extra payment?? There was no stain! Just some dust or food from cleaning our face when swimming in the private pool. They did not give the pool towel so we had to use the bath towel! Please improve these things with customer service with proper training of staff that are so young or even a manager to overseas the staff professionalism.

Not much. Good location, lovely grounds and nice pool area

The staff were nice, however on checkout I was not asked how my stay was. I would have given them feedback directly, but wasn't given the opportunity. One of our rooms smelled disgusting. The prior occupant must have been smoking continuously inside the room and the aircon didn'twork. We were moved to a different room. Our second room seemed okay but when we went to bed late that night the pillows and cushions stunk of sweat and body odour. When looking more closely at the pillows we could see the yellow colour of the pillows through the pillow case that were stained from sweat and body odour. The restaurant food was below average at best. It seems like the same sweet and sour sauce is used in everything. The spring rolls had a sweet sauce that also tasted like the pizza base sauce, with a little bit of tomato added. The spaghetti bolognaise tasted the same but with meat added.

Prachtig wanneer je binnen komt en door de tuinen loopt. Ook zwembad/strand erg mooi al is het geen echt Beach hotel want je hebt er geen bedden. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Kamers zijn gedateerd, dat is dan nog niet zo’n probleem maar badkamer was erg verouderd en vies. Er lekte iets in de badkamer en douchen in bad is niet praktisch. Douchekop hangt erg laag en maakt alles nóg natter. Ook veel schimmel en kalkaanslag in de badkamer. 2 medium handdoeken pp en nergens om je handen aan af te drogen. Doen niks aan muggen; we hebben meerdere tijger muggen gedood want wij willen niet lekgeprikt worden of dengue krijgen. Muziek in de avond veelte hard en niet echt van goede kwaliteit. Eten is erg matig.

Het complex erg mooi en sfeervol opgezet. Het is een groot park met veel bomen/groen en maar liefst twee zwembaden waar je heerlijk in kunt afkoelen. De kamer die wij hadden was prima en het bed oké.

Het feit dat dit eigenlijk geen beach resort is. Het ligt aan het strand, maar heeft geen strand of plek om heerlijk de zee in te gaan. Dat is erg jammer, zeker als het de naam draagt. De douchekop hing wel erg laag. Je moest bijna op je knieën douchen in het bad waar hij boven hangt.

Het bed sliep prima.

Wat een verschrikkelijk slecht onderhouden hotel. De badkamer was vol schimmel en kalk. De rand van het zwembad heeft allemaal brokstukken die los zitten, levens gevaarlijk, je kan er met gemak je voeten ophalen. Eten is matig. Het is aan het strand zegt de website, je kan er alleen niet aanzitten. De hele dag varen er boten naar de dolfijnen. Wij zijn echt wat gewend qua mindere hotels. Maar een 4 sterren verdienen ze echt niet!! Booking ik zou toch echt even iemand langssturen om het opnieuw te laten beoordelen.

Doucheruimte was niet fris en veel te donker douche werkte niet naar behoren. Kamer is erg basic ingericht en uitzicht tegen muur was niet erg fraai

Everything!!! The best hotel in Bali, We regret only staying one night, the incredible staff, Ananda was the guy who picked us up and was too kind to us, what a good service, the food, the comfort of the hotel, I would come back a thousand times more!

Mooi resort met uitgebreide voorzieningen, waaronder 2 zwembaden en een goed restaurant. Ligt aan het strand, even lopen om het wandelpad te bereiken dat langs het strand loopt naar het centrum van Lovina. Langs dat wandelpad vind je diverse restaurantjes.

Lag iets verder weg, maar het is een mooie wandeling langs het strand naar het centrum van Lovina.

La situation geographique. Petit déjeuner ok avec un buffet. La piscine qui fait environ 25 à 27 mètres de long, c'est bien pour faire des longueurs.

Cet hotel est vetuste. Ambiance "all you can eat" que l'on peut trouver à Cancun ou en Republique dominicaine pour tourisme de masse ... en majorité chinois; J'avais une chambre "de luxe" c'etait immonde. une horreur cet hotel. je mets quelques photos de la salle de bain. j'ai ralé alors ils m'ont donné une autre chambre .... moins pire ... mais quand meme tres tres vieille, avec le bruit des clims à coté de la porte . TRes mauvaise insonorisation. je parie que tout date des années 70 et n'a jamais été rénové depuis ....

Location is spot on, right next to the beach, the pool is nice and the overall property is really good and so much green. We really liked the breakfast, everyday it was something different and really good taste. Overall we had a really good experience. Property was clean and quiet.

Positief: het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was ruim, leuk terras en goed bed, groot resort met veel groen. Negatief: zeer slecht gepoetste kamers, grote schimmelplekken in de badkamer, barsten in de muren, zeer muffe geur in de kamer, plekken op handdoeken, haren van vorige eigenaar gevonden in badkamer. De tegels liggen los aan het zwembad etc. + in Lovina zelf is er niet veel te zien.

nous étions 3 couples , 1 des chambres avait le flexible de douche percé, donc inondation lors de la toilette. Pas de rideaux occultant dans les 3 chambres et le sol se décolle dans les deux chambres les moins chères, pas top,le support a serviettes amovible tombe en morceaux,comme un mikado,la lumière extérieure apportait de la clarté qui gênait le sommeil . Bruyant la nuit avec le va et vient des valises, plus de 14 valises sont passées devant nos fenêtres en 30 minutes, après j ai arrêté de compter ,il a fallu prendre 1 somnifère pour dormir. Le personnel de la réception est pas top.Sur les 3 chambres réservées ,il y en avait 1 avec prestation massage et petit déjeuner, ils disaient que non ,il a fallu que j insiste pour qu ils retrouvent ma réservation.

The view and the location are spectacular

The fittings for the room are notably old. The cup, the toilet, the shower have alot of grime. The sliding door pretty much broken.

Big clean rooms, lovely staff. Very quiet at this time of year.

(Local breakfast) The noodle soup at the breakfast is often under cooked , and need to cook a bit longer . I suggested cooking with a smaller pan to get a better texture . The rest of the breakfast was brilliant .

I got food poisoning from their restaurant. When I needed urgent medical assistance at 2am no one assisted even after several attempts of contacting the 24 hour reception via messaging. Was advised I’d get a refund and never did.
