Hotel Melamun

Sehr hilfsbereiter Personal.

Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst alles gut!

Special thank you to Agus and staff for making my stay very comfortable rooms are clean and tidy great shower also a bath. Pool is large and a good selection of restaurants nearby

AC too hot

Rien

Such a lovely place to spend a couple of days. We just had one night - unfortunately. It's very cozy, rooms, beds are very comfortable. And especially the staff was just great. Kids enjoyed the pool right in front of our rooms. Food from the restaurant nearby (ordered via hotel) was also very tasty. We would definitely come back.

The staff was absolutely brilliant. They were always smiling and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The pool was great — we used it a lot, as we didn't swim at the beach (it wasn't suitable for swimming; it functioned more as a dock for the boats going on dolphin tours). The breakfast was delicious, and we even received free drinks (coffee, tea, juices) during the day upon request. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and even a grocery store just five minutes away. We were also able to rent a motorbike through the hotel.

Wide bathub, clean room and surroundings, pool was small but okay. The staff was excellent and nice. Good hospitality! The bed was wide and comfortable.

The hotel is quite old, so i think it needs some reparations. The bathub was actually clean, but the old stain made it look a bit dirty.

Absolute gem of a place. Perfect room and the bathroom had a bath and separate shower. Great pool too. The staff were really good and very helpful.

Food cooked by another restaurant and delivered.

Stay was okay for this area

The cleanest beddings and towels among many hotels we ve been in bali, much appreciated ✨

Staff were excellent. Loved that staff were in training

Nothing. Absolutely perfect

The poll and the inner yard

There is no POS so you cannot use your VISA to pay and we had to change money so we asked to wait for the payment but they imposed on us to pay at that moment because they were afraid we will run away and they will not get the payment even if I guaranteed the payment with my card so this couldn’t happen.

The room was alright

No shower gel and shampoo in the room. We couldn’t completely turn off the light in our room it was‘t working so we had to sleep with some light on :(((

Beautiful hotel, with nice pool. The staff is super friendly, professional. Nice breakfast!

The Property was Nice & easy to find, About the food, property offer & provide delicious food as well, The location close to the Dolphin Tour. Special thanks to Winan for your willingness to spend your time to inform us about the activities or point of interest that we could fo or visit during our trip at North Bali, she was so communicative and friendly. Also the gentleman (Security ) that we met this morning so friendly to, he was so patient assist us and make sure we are safe before we go to see the dolphin.

There are several concern from my side: 1.Please bring your own soap, shampoo, & dental kit , property not provide it 2.Management should consider to do proper training to all staff incharge about product ,knowledge , standard service 3. Management Please consider to provide towel in room in stead to waiting guest to ask about the towel. With my experience they not put towel in my room as they already received my reservation that on my booking already state i was travel with 2 adults h& 1 child. 4. I thought property should have staff stand by at reception to welcoming, handling guest check in. From my experience when i check in there is no one on reception , i had to wait about 15 minutes there then i decide to look 5around, finally see the staff was hiding behind counter Bar at restaurant. 5. Please do maintenance on bathroom washbasin

Although the room could have been cleaner, the staff has been amazing in accomodating our requests also in regards to the offer for breakfast. They will certainly grow better with a little bit of extra training. The pool and the flowers in the garden make this place really authentic and beautiful. Thank you

- Nice swimming pool and garden - Very friendly and helpful staff - Polite manager who was willing to listen to our feedback and seemed to be determined to solve the issues

- The rooms look like they need a renovation (looks better on photo than in real life) - Mold on some walls - Bathroom was not clean enough. Mainly the shower had mold everywhere - After a long trip we wanted to relax for a bit… but we were instanly chatted up by some guy called “Sudi” that tried to sell us a dolphin trip. Very unpleasant and annoying. Not worthy for a hotel

Nice hotel with swimming pool. Near the beach and nice retnstaurants

No restaurant in the hotel

Staff were extremely welcoming. Starting from the room itself, exceptionally spacious room and well equipped AC. Bathroom was also spacious and clean but dont expect a high end finish. As for breakfast it was nothing special, having a basic meal with no fresh juice options.

I was a little bit disappointed with the breakfast.

Best part was the staff. But the food was great and they kept everything so clean.

Absolutely useless staff (there are many) except for the manager. They don’t understand English, didn’t clean the room for 2 days until we asked, didn’t have towels in the room, we had to ask for toilet paper. They called us 30min after we left because they forgot to make us pay when we clearly asked if everything was ok when left (we thought Booking would take care of the payment). They spend the day playing on their phones and don’t know the answers to the most basic questions about the hotel or city. The hotel is far from the city center (20min by foot on the main road - no lights at night on some portions) The rooms are old (broken stuff in the bathroom, dirty bathtub and shower, etc.)

Boutique style hotel with bungalows overlooking the pool and gardens. Staff friendly and helpful, trainees very enthusiastic and keen to please and be helpful. Quiet and peaceful. Room maintained very clean and hygienic. Bed comfortable and we enjoyed restful sleep.

Restaurant only open for breakfast, bar not functioning. Few restaurants and cafes open in the vicinity due to the adverse effects of Covid.

The Pool

Airconditioning

the staff was very nice. the room was clean. big shower with nice warm water. the breakfast was good. the location is not far from shops. very cute place to stay with nice swimming pool and cute little bungalows with terrace.

nothing I didn’t like. but the bathroom could use a little refresh.

Nice little place where you can relax. The beds are super comfortable and the staff supportive.

The breakfast could have some healthy options and the staff often needed to ask the manager or check with another person because they were sometimes a little bit clueless. The hotel was also 1 k away from the streets with some good warungs and the beach.

We had such a nice stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and even made a special arrangement in our room because we were on our honeymoon. Overall the hotel is very clean, modern and will have everything you could possibly need in a hotel.

everything was great. the place, the staff, fascilities,

Should be renovated

very clean and nicely kept, the staff were so friendly

water pressure/temperature in the shower was a bit random

Quiet hotel with excellent rooms. Separate bath and shower as well as double sink.

Pretty nice place. Very firm beds. Very quiet. 10 minute walk to ocean. 30 minute walk to Lovina Beach and the places in Lovina we enjoy most.

The room, lobbys and staff were very nice !! We didn't like the breakfast at all :-( the juce was a kind of powder (sugar?) mixed with ice cube and water it was really not good at all which is so sad because they actually have fresh fruits.. :-/ the fresh fruits you eat on the side had no taste and toasted bread + eggs or mie/nasi goreng or the pancakes (you can chose so we tried everything my boyfriend and I..) really had nothing special.. So 5 points for the hotel/room/staff but 0 for the breakfast :-(

Thabks to all the staff, especially the manager who was willing to help. They are very kind and always provide good service... I will return to this hotel next time when I visiting Bali
