It’s a beautiful peaceful property with a lovely white sand beach only 20 minutes from the airport! The rooms are lovely and the grounds are green and lush. The pool is huge with lots of umbrellas and lounges. The spa is great! The food delicious! The staff are all super friendly! It’s always our first stop in Bali!

Literally everything! The staff was beyond hospitable , accommodations were luxurious and unique, the breakfast offering was first-class, and the beachfront location cannot be beat!

Uns hat alles an diesem Hotel gefallen, es war einfach traumhaft! Die schönen Bungalows, das leckere und frische Essen, der tolle Pool und der schöne Sandstrand. Wir haben sogar umgebucht, um die letzten Tage unserer Reise nochmals in diesem Hotel zu verbringen! Ganz besonders fand ich die Atmosphäre in diesem Hotel, es war ganz entspannt und ruhig und wenn man etwas brauchte, war sofort jemand da. Wir haben uns unglaublich willkommen und wunderbar umsorgt gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind der wahre Schatz dieses Hotels. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Tutto. Il Jimbaran Puri è uno di quei luoghi che riescono a trasmettere immediatamente l’anima più autentica di Bali. È un resort lussuoso, ma mai ostentato, perfettamente inserito nell’ambiente e rispettoso delle tradizioni dell’isola. Le camere e le ville sono immerse in una vegetazione tropicale rigogliosa, tra giardini curatissimi, piccoli templi, statue e architetture in autentico stile balinese. Passeggiare all’interno della struttura è già di per sé parte dell’esperienza. Ciò che rende speciale il soggiorno, però, è l’atmosfera: il tempo sembra rallentare e le giornate trascorrono accompagnate dal sorriso e dalla straordinaria gentilezza di tutto lo staff, sempre presente ma mai invadente. Bellissimo il ristorante direttamente sulla spiaggia, dove cenare con il rumore del mare e il tramonto davanti agli occhi diventa uno dei momenti più piacevoli della giornata. Anche la piscina e gli spazi comuni mantengono lo stile balinese, contribuendo a creare una sensazione di tranquillità e armonia. Il Jimbaran Puri è un luogo capace di regalare giorni davvero indimenticabili, rilassanti e autenticamente balinesi. Un resort nel quale si torna senza esitazione.

This is a beautiful oceanfront property with tons of open space and extremely large villas with private pools and gardens. The service is top notch and the beach front dining at sunset is such a treat. I have stayed here 3 times and will continue to return.

Un hotel absolutamente maravilloso. Desde el momento en que entras hasta el momento en que te marchas, todo es impecable. El lugar es precioso, cuidado hasta el último detalle, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el trato: cercano, atento y extraordinariamente profesional. Hemos viajado muchísimo y somos bastante exigentes con los hoteles, y sinceramente aquí no podemos poner ni una sola objeción. Todo funciona, todo fluye y consiguen que te sientas realmente bien atendido sin resultar invasivos. Una estancia fantástica de principio a fin. De esos hoteles a los que volverías sin pensarlo dos veces.

I’d stay in a beachside cottage next time (as opposed to a pool villa). The villas are a little distance from beach & restaurant/pool & feel a little disjointed. They’re also alittle dated.

The Jimbaran Puri is a beautiful hotel located on a gorgeous stretch of Jimbaran beach. A perfect place for watching the sunset each night. We had a pool villa which was large! Bedroom, dining area, lounge area and a garden with a decent sized pool. Traditional in style so you know you’re in Bali. The restaurant at night served delicious food and the staff were just lovely.

We thought the breakfast was good (excellent banana fritters) but not great. And the afternoon tea (complimentary for the villa) not great either.

Balinese peacefulness and old school ambience

Bath not deep enough but the facilities were well maintained and exuded Balinese charm.

Magnificent property, with stunning gardens, fantastic service from the most polite, kind, and friendly staff.

That we left after 4 nights to go to Seminiak. If you want a romantic, chilled, far from craziness, stay in Jimbaran. Seminiak is a crazy busy place, and I hated it. I'm very regretful for not knowing that beforehand.

Access and surrounds were great

This hotel might have been the best experience I've ever had. The location is just perfect. And the facilities itself might seem a little bit ‘older’ but it has so much charm and it's so well maintained that it's unreal. The people there are of an exceptional level

There is nothing to dislike.

Liked the fact that it was a boutique resort (not a massive property) and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Not only was the property right on the beach but also the famous Jimbaran beachfront cafés were just a 10 min walk away on the beach. The pool was lovely and the fact that it didn’t feel crowded even in mid June was the biggest plus.

The staff are outstanding at the Belmond. Lovely people and we felt at home. They made our anniversary really special. It’s also amazing value for money. Whilst the decor is slightly dated, it’s part of the charm and the service is another level. The beach location is also beautiful.

The room and design of the hotel were so authentic and comfortable. The staff and service were above and beyond amazing. The breakfast was spectacular!

It would be great to have a gym, sauna and spa available and the food could be better (lunch and dinner). The menu was really long menu and perhaps if they narrowed it down and focused on certain foods it could be better.

房間蚊子真的很多！但可以理解是因為傳統建築且崇尚自然的原因。有蚊帳可以使用，身為容易被蚊子咬的體質是沒有真的在房間內被蚊子叮咬。

朝食が美味しく、場所、スタッフ共にとても良かった。

ハエが多く、食事中に気になった。 また、部屋もハエ、蚊が入ってきておりその点は残念でした。

Wir sind noch eine Nacht länger geblieben. Frühstück aussergewöhnlich, wie eigentlich alles andere auch. Toller Pool. Stängig wird man wieder mit irgend einer Aufmerksamkeit überrascht. Das Personal war von allen bisher besuchten Belmond Hotels am Herausragendsten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The room was excellent and staff were lovely (always greeted us with a smile). The restaurant was good, we ate there each night).

The disappointment was the amount of rubbish on the beach. For a beach front hotel with was sad to see. I appreciate this is not the hotels fault but I felt more could be done to improve the outlook on to the beach from the hotel.

We chose this hotel expecting a true Belmond-level experience, especially considering the price and reputation. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. While the hotel itself looks pleasant inside, the surrounding area and beach conditions are far below what one would expect from a luxury resort. The beach is public, which is understandable, however plastic waste and visible trash in the sand and near the waterline were present daily, and no regular cleaning was noticeable. For a property positioned at this level, basic beach maintenance should not be an issue. Service was also inconsistent. During breakfast, I had to wait an unreasonably long time for simple orders , on one occasion, I never received my double espresso at all. This lack of attention does not match the standards associated with the Belmond name. Another significant issue was the mosquito situation. No electric repellents or preventive measures were provided in the room. In other hotels of similar (and even lower) category, this is standard. Here, guests are left to deal with it on their own, which directly affects comfort, especially when traveling with a small child. Overall, the experience does not match how the property is presented online, nor the expectations set by the brand and price point. We decided to leave early and moved to another resort, where the difference in comfort, cleanliness, and service was immediately obvious. This review is written calmly and honestly to help future guests make an informed decision.

Staff was great and positive.

The hotel has not aged well. While it aims to offer a traditional Balinese atmosphere, it feels very outdated, especially when compared to many much better hotels in Bali available at significantly lower budgets. Most of the facilities felt old, and unfortunately the textiles were particularly disappointing. Towels, linens and other fabrics all felt worn and unclean, which strongly affected our overall comfort. The wooden elements throughout the property were also visibly aged and poorly maintained. We chose this hotel expecting it to be a place where we would happily spend our time and barely want to leave. Instead, we ended up spending our days driving two to three hours just to avoid staying at the hotel. In the end, we genuinely regretted our decision to stay here, especially considering the price we paid.

What a wonderful place! Until reaching this hotel, I had been disappointed that many hotels didn’t have much soul - this hotel proved me wrong and embodies everything you look for in Balinese hospitality. Beautifully kept, traditional, luxurious and staffed with kind and wonderful people. Very spacious rooms, incredibly clean. Wonderful service and the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was some of the best we had in 3 weeks in Bali. Some exceptional staff members, including Winwin and Jian and Gude in the restaurant and Sudarma and Topan in recreation.

The resort is beautiful, gardens immaculate. Perfect location directly on the beach but the beach was littered with rubbish. The staff were wonderful.

The villas/rooms are a bit tatty and tired. Paintwork mucky on the corners, not what you expect when paying such a high rate.

Der Bungalow war ok, könnte aber modernisiert werden. Die Preise waren absolut westlich, für Bali viel zu hoch.

Amazing staff, beautifully landscaped grounds, fantastic beachfront location (with chairs and loungers reserved for resort guests). Resort pool is large, deep, warm, and well served by bar staff. Food, especially the seafood, was excellent and well presented. The pisang goreng is a must have! Pool villa was spacious and private.

Everything! Our go to place every time we go to Bali! We love everything about this beautiful property!
