Prachtige ruime kamer. Alles aanwezig. Heerlijk groot bed. Heerlijk zwembad. Ook fijn dat wanneer je al uitgecheckt was en nog enkele uren kon blijven voor vertrek naar luchthaven. En je ook nog kon douchen.

Kussens konden beter.

Very nice breakfast with good selection. Clean hotel and the staff was friendly. Hardly anyone on the beach in front of the hotel.

Excelente Hotel solo ten cuidado en quedar en una pieza lejos del lobby. Nosotros quedamos lejos y era incómodo.

Breakfast every morning was sensational, and the view from the restaurant of the hotel was just magnificent. But the best part of our stay was the service. We met such wonderful people who were always super helpful and kind. The location of the resort was fantastic, where you could see the planes coming out the sky as they were entering the airport landing strip. Just along the beach, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from serving fresh fish grilled to perfection. Our stay at the Intercontinental was just the best and we definitely plan to return in the near future.

The hotel rooms have single-ply toilet paper. I know it may sound silly, but I just feel that for a 5-star hotel, you pay a lot of money. It makes a difference, but honestly, that is me nitpicking purely because it was such a fantastic experience.

The aesthetic decor was beautiful, access to the beach. Overall was just very well kept up.

There was nothing negative about the property. It was amazing.

Everything, this is our second time here. With some years between and we will come back again. The staff are exceptional, the location is stunning, the food is excellent.

Nice options at the breakfast buffet and poolside dining was great. Spacious room that was reasonably clean. Lovely location on the beach front

The room was quite dated and the power plug in the shower for both rooms I booked didn’t work. The shower was also leaking water out onto the floor in one of the rooms. I felt the rooms were very expensive for what I got. I slept extremely poorly during my time there as everyday between 4:30-5:00am, someone would start doing some work and making loud banging noises outside the room, it sounded like it came from the garden area. Then around 6am, there would be lots of noise and banging coming from the hallway. So I was consistently woken up multiple times.

Very nice place. Lot of things to do especially with kids.I hope if from first day the information about a game room was available. The view is fantastic. The staff are very nice and friendly.

Maybe more cleaning in the beach area. I know it’s not belong to the hotel and lot of people throw their stuff there, but we are coming because of the ocean. I wish more people yoga classes, everyday even with charge will be a huge improvement. The resort is little bit old, but this not bothering me.

Thank you for the pleasant stay. Lovely resort and lovely staff. Always a good choice for my family to relax one week or more. Various a la carte restaurants. Clean quiet beach with soft bright sand. Beautiful sunset. Beautiful very well-maintained park garden with many pools palm trees and frangipani trees. A good choice to return.

Getting a little old. Having to queue for breakfast,one hour wait at Japanese restaurant, having to jump in the morning to grab a sunlounger.

We love all the facilities, the pools, stuffs, jogging tracks etc.

The sink is clogged; the water isn't draining properly.

Das Hotelareal war sehr schön, aufgeräumt und hat in sich stimmig gewirkt. Die Meeresfrüchte-Restaurants gleich nebenbei waren ein riesiges Plus weil doch preiswerter als im Hotel und geschmacklich einwandfrei. ACHTUNG: Das Hotel liegt sehr weit südlich. Wenn man vor hat, Ausflüge in den Norden von Bali zu unternehmen, dann ist dies das falsche Hotel, da man dann jedes Mal 3h pro Richtung (z. B. nach Ubud) unterwegs ist! Dafür war aber insgesamt weniger Trubel rund ums Hotel.

Diese zwei Kritikpunkte verhindern eine 10er-Bewertung: 1) Das Zimmer roch extrem muffig. Wir hatten die Klimaanalage dann mehrere Tage auf voller Leistung laufen und die Situtation verbesserte sich, aber von einem 5-Sterne Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich etwas anderes. 2) Der Strand war bestenfalls als "so lala"zu bezeichnen. Von tropischem Paradies extrem weit entfernt.

Wunderschöne Anlage, tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück, spitzen Service, ein ausgesprochen freundliches Personal egal ob Putzfrau oder Manager. Eine Anlage die kaum Wünsche offen lässt.

Man merkt dass es bereits etwas abgewohnt ist. Ich vermute ein Großteil der Einrichtung stammt noch aus den 90er Jahren . Die Küche war zwar OK, aber für Indonesische Verhältnisse eher bescheiden.

Tutte le strutture sono ben tenute e pulite. La spiaggia molto bella e lunga per poter fare delle passeggiate.

Ho avuto bisogno del help center ma non ricevuto assistenza.Qiesta è l'unica nota negativa che comunque mi fa ripensare se riprendere ancora con booking

Pyszne śniadanie serwowane w dwóch lokalizacjach. Duży wybór bardzo smacznych dań z różnych kuchni, od klasycznej kontynentalnej po lokalne indonezyjskie. Dania na słono, słodko, zupy, makarony, czego dusza zapragnie. Hotel jest zlokalizowany przy czystej szerokiej piaszczystej plaży. Kilka różnych restauracji z naprawdę bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Pokoje czyste, bardzo duże, największy pokój hotelowy w jakim byłem do tej pory w swoim życiu, wykończone w bardzo dobrym stylu i w pełni wyposażone. Piękne lobby i ogrody. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Spektakularny wystrój, obrazy, rzeźby, płaskorzeźby, fontanny, hotel robi wielkie wrażenie. Hotel jest wielki ale rozłożony na dużym terenie dzięki czemu nie sprawia wrażenia zatłoczonego.

Game room wymaga odświeżenia.

Établissement trop renfermé sur lui même . Mais c’est son ciblage de clientèle qui ne veut pas vraiment être en contact avec l’extérieur . J’étais presque le seul à nager dans la mer .

The beach was excellent to walk on. I think much more could be done to remove the plastic off the beach. Even make the guests aware that there is a collection station on the beach . Perhaps provide bags to collect rubbish. The breakfasts were great.

I love my food and whilst most was good, the buffet wasn’t the standard I’d expect for such a premium well respected hotel. Pastries weren’t warm therefore didn’t appear fresh and most of the hot foods were not very hot. In fairness though they were more than happy to make anything fresh which was a fantastic service!

Clean, easy to walk around

On check in no explanation about the room. Apparently we were expected to know room service menu was on the tv, no compendium with how to use the phone. Glad we didn’t have an emergency

Amazing peaceful and gorgeous place! You cannot hear the airport at all

We firstly had a very humid room with mould, which was then changed to a better one with a de-humidifier

It was such a relaxing lovely care free family holiday. The playground and large grassed areas were an extra bonus for the kids.

It was disappointing that breakfast, yoga and extra kids club activities were not included.

Absolutely everything. Amazing staff, food, location. Would definitely go back.

I didn’t realised how big it actually is they had around 400 plus rooms so a lot of people coming and going , plus three Indian weddings they were hosting which actually was a good thing .
