Einmal gibt es keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück, das andere mal kein Rührei, ist dem Personal aber auch egal, da die nur mit ihren Handy beschäftigt sind. Gehe so schnell nicht wieder da hin.

Great stay! Very nice hotel — overall experience was a 10 out of 10. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and everything was well organized. Also a big plus: it’s only a 10-minute walk to a large shopping mall, which was super convenient. Definitely recommend! The only thing that wasn’t entirely clear in advance was the parking situation. I assumed a parking spot would automatically be included for the duration of the stay, but it turns out you need to reserve a spot separately in advance (€15 per day). Luckily, we were able to park at the hotel from the second day onwards. Until then, we parked in a public garage a bit further away (€20 per day). It wasn’t a big deal, but it would’ve been nice if that had been mentioned more explicitly in the confirmation email :) All in all, we had a lovely time and would happily stay here again!

This hotel is very close to the Metro and a train station. There are amenities very close by. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Apartohel nuevo bien comunicado en metro y con todo el menaje necesario para un desayuno o una cena rápida en el hotel. La zona muy tranquila, limpia y segura. Lo único negativo no tenia plazas de aparcamiento y tampoco hacen ningún esfuerzo por entregarte la habitación antes de las 15:00.

Séjour très agréable de trois nuits pour un concert à La Défense Arena. Chambre spacieuse, agréable, bien équipée et avec une grande salle de bain. Personnel disponible et à l’écoute. Parking sécurisé. Je ne peux que recommander l’établissement !

My stay was really very successful I stayed for 7 nights in a basic studio, I liked the property very much ..what I liked best about the place; the staff were very friendly and cooperative especially Ruth and Leo, and all the rest.. the Residhome is 10 minutes walking ro Quatre Temps and CNIT mall, which made it excellect close to the shopping area and having super U supermarket just in front of the hotel was an advantage ..the metro and RER were 10 minutes away which made it good location for transpotations.. the studio is well equipped and the girl responsible for the room cleaning is super clean and very helpful... sure i enjoyed my stay at Residhome Puteau France. SURE if I were to visit Paris again, I will go to Residhome ..

This was our home base for the Paris Olympics. It proved to be a nice neighborhood with easy access to local trains and buses. The staff was very helpful in both English and French. The only negative would be the breakfast buffet, which lacked diversity.

I stayed at the property during my 2-day solo trip to Paris. Even though the property is situated in the commercial district, it is a relatively calm and serene location. It is quite close to La Defense Mall (one of the largest Paris malls) and the La Defense metro station. Through the metro, the location connects very well to Paris city. The property is very well maintained. My room was quite comfortable and large. The staff at the reception is well versed in English (which put me at ease immediately) and courteous. In the wee morning hours, they happily agreed to click my best possible pictures during the check-out. Overall, it is a good value for money. I would indeed recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris.

Tres bon personnel, à l écoute.hébèrgement très confortable et spacieux... séjour très agréable.

Nous avons rencontré un problème avec l’hébergement. À notre arrivée tout s’était bien déroulé, même si la réception ne trouvait pas notre réservation au début, nous avons pu accéder à une chambre mais, tout basculera dans la matinée à exactement 6h du matin… Le réceptionniste nous demandera de quitter la chambre ou bien de payer pour cette chambre, après être rentrer sans notre autorisation (sachant que nous dormions). Dans l’incompréhension nous avons essayer d’avoir des explications, mais impossible d’avoir une discussion jusqu’au moment où nous avons contacter Expédia… J’ai immédiatement demander un dédommagement car ceci ne devrait pas arriver, surtout à 6h du matin !!!

Studio conforme aux photos et bien équipée. Plateau de courtoisie à l'arrivée bien sympa. Il ne manquait que la 2e serviette de bain.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice quite & safe area, just in front of a bus stop that can take you to La Defense train hub where you can move easily to anywhere in Paris & above. The room is comfortable and well equiped, although lacking some more clothes drawers.

Nice if you need somewhere to just sleep if you’re going to be out all the time. Was decent, only one elevator working, electricity went out one day and in 7 days maid only came once. Not really worth that price, but decent if you only need to sleep or shower. Had to ask for extra towels also.

Au top notre séjour. La disponibilité du personnel surtout de l'accueil

Hotel situato in posizione periferica ma collegato benissimo a tutti i punti d'interesse con mezzi pubblici. La fermata del bus è proprio davanti e dopo 3 fermate si arriva alla stazione metro La Defence, in 15 minuti si arriva in centro. Camera spaziosa e cucina molto ben attrezzata. Unica nota negativa la pulizia della camera mai effettuata in 7 notti di soggiorno. Peccato, perchè l'hotel è davvero bello.

Maybe a miscommunication, but I sent an email previously and nobody answered, I requested to split the bed into a twin bed, but when I get into de hotel it's not split and nobody wanted to split, I asked to clean the room, but it was done at the 5th day, after some stress.

We requested 2 twin beds and got 1 queen size instead. It took a couple of days to get that sorted.

Séjour bien passé, staff gentil et accueillant. Hôtel et littéraire confortable. Cependant petite mauvaise odeur dans la douche et la bouilloire était un peu cassée. Globalement très bonne expérience. Merci

Désagréable a cause des réceptionnistes et une superviseur (Africaine) si elle ne fait pas attention elle et son équipe l'appartement risque de perdre du clientèle.

Mon séjour a été très agréable et tranquille.

Très bon séjour, quartier résidentiel sympa à qq minutes de la défense. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, le lit est confortable.Dans l'ensemble de personnel est accueillant et serviable (sauf un qui semble plus intéressé par les vidéos sur son téléphone plutôt que de répondre à une salutation.... bref) La moindre dépense devra être immédiatement réglée à la réception, on est loin de l'époque "mettez sur ma chambre) ;-( Idem malgré les indications sur le site, n'attendez pas à obtenir un réappro des capsules Nespresso ou de boissons, vous trouverez néanmois des supérettes pas trop loin..... Dommage que les règles sanitaires (port du masque) ne soient *aucunement *respectées par les personnels de ménage, ni dans le couloirs, ni dans les chambres, point signalé une fois à la réception mais malheureusement non suivi d'effet. Ce point est pourtant important pour les clients voyageurs, pour lesquels un test antigénique négatif est requis 24h avec leur départ... Un très très bel outil cette résidence avec un niveau d’exigence à améliorer

I’ve stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks and after countless follow ups and countless promises, they have cleaned my room only once. The house keeping service is horrendous. They keep telling you “yes yes today they will clean” but to no avail. They really need to re look at their service. Overall good hotel and comfortable bed and room size with a kitchen. But house keeping is critically lacking. I’ve heard other customers also complaining.

Esta muy bien. Muy buen barrio, tranquillo ,facil acceso al centro por metro. La television estaba estropeada y tras 2 reclamaciones no lo arreglaron.

El trato del personal de recepción fue pésimo no quería hablar español el negro de la recepción

샤를드골 공항이나 파리 시내에서 숙소까지는 택시비가 꽤 나왔지만, 다 떠나서 일단 숙소가 너무 좋았어요❤️ 1. 리셉션 직원분들이 엄청 친절하고 설명을 잘 해줬음, 프린트 요청했었는데 정말 흔쾌히 바로 해주겠다고해서 기분 좋았음💛💛💛 2. 엘베 있음 3. 침대가 엄청 높고 푹신푹신함, 머리카락이나 먼지 하나도 없었음 4. 주방, 주방용품(수저, 칼, 그릇, 후라이팬, 와인오프너, 와인잔 등등), 싱크대, 세제, 키친테이블, 인덕션, 전자레인지, 식기세척기 다 있음 5. 전신거울, 금고, 책상, 다리미 등등 웬만한 것은 다 구비하고 있음 6. 화장실 좁지 않았고 진짜 깨끗했음, 어메니티 있음, 수건 많이많이 제공해줌, 휴지도 기본으로 2개 구비해둠 7. 신축이라 그런지 냄새 하나도 안났고, 방음 진짜 잘됨 8. 숙소 3분거리에 슈퍼 있고, 15~20분 걸어가면 큰 쇼핑몰 있음! 9. 숙소 주변이 정말 조용하고 안전하다고 느꼈음, 바로 옆에 학교인지 학원인지 교육시설 있음, 인종차별 전혀 없었음 저는 혼자 5박 스테이했고, 굉장히 만족했어요! 다음에 또 프랑스에 가게 된다면 여기에 머물고 싶어요 :) 프랑스에 몇번 여행 오셔서 이번에는 파리 시내가 아닌 곳이나 라 데팡스 주변을 구경하고 싶으시다면 무조건 여기 추천해요!!!!!! 참고로 바로 옆에 이비스 스타일스가 붙어있는데 이비스 할바에 여기로 하세용!!!!

L’hôtel est bien situé on y est au calme. Mon séjour s’est très bien passé de l’enregistrement au dernier jour. Tout y est propre, la salle de sport est super sympa et le must, la petite salle pour se poser et prendre un thé ou un café tranquille quand on n’a pas envie de sortir mais qu’on ne veut pas non plus rester enfermé dans sa chambre.

Résidence quasi neuve, accueil sympa, très bien équipée, calme et super bien située. Au top !
