Room was spacious and the tv with dance music playlists is great.

Some staff aren’t very friendly and they refuse to call you a taxi. Linen is pretty dated. The lift does not go to the ground floor and the stairs are pretty steep with suitcases. The 4pm check in is not ideal, when the standard is 3pm every where else.

From the warm welcome to the excellent service, every detail made my stay truly unforgettable. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone I met was genuinely welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire stay. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping lady, who was always so kind, attentive, and lovely. The level of service was truly exceptional. My room was perfect, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view that made the experience even more special. I also want to give a huge compliment to the restaurant and pool bar team. They were absolutely amazing — super, super, super friendly and truly top-class! The food was delicious, from the fries and the burgers to everything else we tried. And the cocktails were fantastic as well. The service, atmosphere, food, and drinks all contributed to making the experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Everything was top-notch, and the entire team deserves the biggest compliment. The only thing I regret is that I stayed for only a few days. I genuinely wish I could have stayed much longer! This was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life — and honestly, one of the best holidays I have ever had. If I could give more than five stars, I would give ten, fifteen, or even twenty stars without hesitation. They truly deserve the absolute maximum and more! A huge thank you to the entire Ibiza Rocks Hotel team for making my holiday so incredible and unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back very soon, as soon as possible. Honestly, I didn't realise you had a chill pool and the main area pool so great to have both choices. The shop being besides the hotel was perfect for any pre-drinks or just stuff you need that was great and under-rated and the taxi rank being available. Atmosphere and variety of ages being present just meant it a lively atmosphere and I had the best time. Just so easy and enjoyable.

Fun atmosphere, all the guests were on a similar party vibe and up for a laugh. It is loud but it’s a party hotel, don’t stay here if you want rest and relaxation. Really enjoyed our time here partying

Mucho ruido como decían todos los comentarios. Enfocado a un público inglés, alemán, extranjero, pero igualmente está bien. Lo único que si te cuesta dormir, te molesta el ruido y las conversaciones en voz alta a las 2a.m , no es tu sitio. No tiene microondas No tiene cubiertos Las Almohadas muy finas No tiene estropajo ni fairy. Nosotras lo compramos en un supermercado.

Service was very poor. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Not even got the clean towels. The safe and the telephone were not working despite having notified the staff

La pulizia della camera lasciava a desiderare, non c’era una ventola nel bagno che non aveva la finestra. La doccia perdeva e c’era sempre una pozza d’acqua in bagno.

Modern facilities, a youthful atmosphere, and a great location

A member of staff working at the entrance of the property behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner towards my boyfriend, who is currently disabled. He was told to take the long way around because the staff member refused to lift the rope and allow us to use the normal route to reach our room (certain paths to the rooms are closed during pool parties). Despite knowing nothing about our situation, he accused us of pretending and implied that we would simply go out and walk normally once we left. The idea that someone would fake a disability in Ibiza, struggle on crutches, and go through all of this for some supposed benefit is absolutely absurd and deeply offensive. This kind of behavior is utterly unacceptable in a hospitality environment. In my opinion, someone who treats a disabled guest in such a degrading and disrespectful manner should be immediately dismissed from their position. I strongly urge management to investigate this incident and take serious action.

All the events being included and access to pool beds is nice, however the pool parties aren't really anything to rave about. The air conditioning got really cold and circulated around the room well which was nice after coming back from being in the extreme heat all day

Cockroaches found in the bathroom, the water would get extremely cold and then hot suddenly almost burning myself while showering a few times. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough and also not cleaned until the day before we left. The lighting is terrible, the TV could at least be smart, I expected more from this hotel, will not be returning.

The atmosphere around the hotel was good. We only went to the more chilled pool but it was really nice. The room had a fridge and there was a small freezer at the top, big enough for a bag of ice. There was a supermarket about 12 min walk away which sold everything and we bought ice from the shop at reception

The hotel and the rooms themself are deffo dated. Appreciate the price is low and it’s Ibiza, however the room wasn’t clean. We found false lashes in the bed, glass underneath the bed, and Parma ham on the floor

Das Hotel ist echt für Party Leute gerichtet. Du kannst sehr gut im Hotel schon feiern. Die Zimmer waren vollkommen ausreichend von der Größe her. Falls ihr die Ruhe wollt dann im Voraus dementsprechend die Zimmer nehmen.

Ich habe in der Zeit keine Zimmerreinigung gehabt. Nach paar Tagen wird es schnell dreckig.

Our room wasn’t cleaned for our attire stay which is 4 days which I did ask for a clean and then it didn’t happen. Rooms are dated but clean when we first arrived. The noise at night I jumped out my skin as it’s very echoey so you can hear people coming back in at all hours in the AM shouting screaming music running up and down the corridors. I’m not old fashioned I’m all up for fun wish I had known this before I booked ! You have a taxi rank right outside which we was waiting an hour for a taxi in the Que and it was roasting hot! Recommended for young kids as they can go wild there !

We booked three Ibiza Rocks rooms showing pool view rooms for my son’s 21st birthday, but on arrival all three were street view rooms instead. When I called the hotel about it, I was initially told rooms were available to move them to; when I called back shortly after, I was told none were available after all. This inconsistency, along with the mismatch between what we booked and what we received, made the whole experience feel disorganised and left us feeling misled by the room descriptions and photos on the website. Our attempts to resolve it with staff on site were unproductive, and their behaviour needs sharper words but Tripsdvisor limits what you can say. a follow-up complaint to the company has so far gone unanswered. Given the mix-up and how it was handled, I’d suggest booking cautiously and confirming your room type directly before you arrive. Or AVOID!

Stayed in Ibiza rocks for a week in june and had the best experience. our room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the pool. The breakfast was amazing and the service and staff was perfect and everyone was very friendly. Perfect chill out pool for relaxing during the day with lots of beds free at all times through out the day. Will definitely be returning as we had an amazing stay and it’s amazing value for money.

The reception staff and the bar/waiting staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive always smiling and happy. The security trams were always friendly to us. I did feel safe. The maintenance issues were fixed immediately.

Cost of drinks and how heavy handed the security were in certain instances which I & other people witnessed. I understand there are rules and regulations that need to be upheld but we did witness some very unnecessary heavy handed behaviour from the security team which really upset us.

When we checked in we were informed that we couldn’t get a taxi pre booked from the hotel. We also felt like when we checked in the only concern was paying the taxi and not customer service. We were then informed that for the pool party to reserve a bed which we had already paid for we needed to speak to the events team- at this point the reception was closed. The following day we were told that because there was only 2 of us we were automatically allocated chairs, we can’t understand why this is and why it gives you the option- if we had known we would have booked a three bed bed. However, you can turn up at 12, get an unreserved bed which is free and comfier than the chairs and the alcohol is cheaper as you don’t have a minimum spend. Also, it seemed that nobody was manning reception last night due to Spain winning the World Cup and we needed to get in contact regarding an urgent matter. Finally, the two pool parties- Ibiza anthems and rnb did not play enough old school, it seemed they catered to the younger crowd and we were expecting more 80s/90s.

Rooms were fine for what we paid but the fact they give you 2 balcony chairs and refuse to give another is ridiculous when providing rooms for 3 people. Location good for San Antonio but found the reception staff to be really rude

We visited Ibiza Rocks Hotel for one of the pool events and initially had a really positive experience. Entry was smooth and well organised, the music was fantastic, the atmosphere was brilliant, and the bar staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, our experience changed significantly when it came time to leave. At 9pm we were informed that the venue was closing and that guests needed to leave the pool area. However, we were specifically told that we would still be able to use the changing rooms afterwards to get changed back into our clothes. We left the poolside before 9pm and headed directly to the female changing facilities. At approximately 9:07pm, two male members of staff entered the women’s changing area telling us that we needed to hurry up and leave immediately while we were in the middle of changing. A female employee present at the time was telling them that this was not acceptable and reassuring us that we were welcome to change there as we had been instructed. Despite this, more male staff members entered and continued shouting at us to hurry up and leave. We were then escorted out by security. For context, we were a group of five women in our late 30s and early 40s who had been at the venue for only a couple of hours and had shared only a few drinks between us. We were calm, cooperative and simply trying to get changed after being told that we could do so. The way we were treated made us feel like criminals. More importantly, having male staff repeatedly enter the female changing area while we were changing felt highly inappropriate and left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable. To make matters worse, while we were being rushed, another male employee commented that we were “sexy”, which was completely unacceptable in the circumstances. There was also the issue of safety outside the venue. On both our arrival and departure, there were men standing near the entrance openly offering us cocaine. For a venue that appeared to enforce its closing rules so aggressively, it was disappointing to see such little intervention regarding drug dealing taking place immediately outside. Perhaps most frustratingly, by the time we were finally escorted out by security, it was only 9:17pm. In other words, all of this occurred over what amounted to a 17-minute grace period after the official closing time, despite us having followed instructions, left the pool area before 9pm, and simply been trying to get changed as we had been told we were permitted to do. The response felt entirely unnecessary and disproportionate. This could have been a genuinely excellent experience. The music was great, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and many of the staff were lovely. However, the handling of the changing room situation, the behaviour of some male employees, and the lack of attention to the issues outside the venue left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. We hope Ibiza Rocks reviews these practices so that women are able to change in a safe environment and future guests do not have a similar experience.

It’s actually a great hotel. Great breakfast, great events and loads to do. However the pillows were too thin so I had to put one on top of another to sleep and i would prefer if the checkout was at 12 or 12:30 instead of 11. Those are the only improvements I’d suggest the hotel makes but other than that, I had a great time overall.

This is a decent hotel for location as it is close to the bars and 6 minute taxi from Ocean beach. There is an onsite supermarket which is quite handy and the rooms are basic but clean and very spacious and our balcony was over looking the chilled pool so wasn’t too loud. Hotel guests had free entry to the Ibiza rocks pool party, each day was a different theme and discounted price on drinks. We had a free welcome drink included (beer cider and wine, no cocktails). Would return for any girls trip and recommend for a hen doo.

It really is popping with fun - loud music, party mood, pools, cheaper drinks than other places in Ibiza. Can meet people easily, the room was spacious, access to pool while waiting for room to be ready. Complimentary drink voucher is nice too.

The room was tacky, doors of balcony didn't close properly. The sound isolation is very low, even at night and in the morning the sound of cleaning the pool area is disturbing enough. Locker rooms are open, unlocked so leave bags on your own risk. It is not always that easy to find the room, the signage should be better. The check in desk staff were not that efficient and in general the hotel has unusual rule of not accepting drivers licence as ID. There could have been an extra blanket. The noise level too might be improved with better equipment or not always the music needs to be played so extremely loudly.

The party scene was why we was there and it def gave that shop and restaurant on site as well as doctor if needed everything u need is there was no need to leave the hotel

Beds weren’t comfortable no sitting designated for guests at the pool security were over the top and rude rooms weren’t clean shower was bad had to call for it to get fixed and the pool parties could have been a bit more vibes and activities for the daily events could have done more apart from dj playing music

Amazing stay at Ibiza Rocks Hotel! The atmosphere was unreal, the pool parties were so much fun, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect, and everything we needed was within walking distance. Had the best time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

staff are very rude, rooms are awful nothing works aircon was dripping. fridge/ freezer didn’t work. There was something hanging off the ceiling in the bathroom could have died. the water flow in the showers is so weak and the water goes freezing cold to burning boiling hot no matter what what temp you set it at . Do not give you a proper bed sheet you get what is basically a pink towel. Once again staff are so rude and not helpful whatsoever

For what we paid it’s a great hotel , centrally located & relatively clean. I liked the security on the doors each night. My only complaint would be the girls on the help desk were quite rude to us when trying to redeem our free food/drink tokens.
