Me sorprendió mucho el albergue pues nosotros ibamos en habitación privada y no somos tan jovenes como la mayoria de los huespedes y estuvimos de maravilla. La habitación un poco pequeña pero para ser albergue muy muy bien. Muy bien situado.

It was my 3rd time in Ibiza, and first time being there alone, by myself. As a solo traveler and also being a woman, I strongly recommend Amistat Hostel. The guests are very friendly, you will never be alone! The staff is also lovely and very helpful. The property is clean, probably one of the best hostels I’ve been in Europe. The location is perfect, you have everything near by. For sure I will come back next year.

Unfortunately in my last day, I had a problem with a guest man, but I talked to the staff and the manager was really helpful, he solved the situation, he helped me a lot and made me feel 100% comfortable and safe.

- There was one guy with black hair at the reception, I asked him about bar hours and hept repeating "I don't know, ask him". I mean, why the heck they put you there if you don't know - The free drink if you do online check-in is only between 10pm and 11pm, which is not worth it since people are always outside at that time.

La limpieza, fui el año pasado y se nota como bajaron el presupuesto a la limpieza, a los baños sucios 24/7

Que hay locker en la habitación y que hay privacidad en los baños.

El trato del personal, sobre todo uno rubio en la recepción y uno de pelo largo que limpia la piscina. Todos te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, se ve que no tienen ningún tipo de preparación para trabajar en hospitalidad. Además: las camas no tienen privacidad (en muchos lugares le ponen una cortina que reaulta muy cómoda si quieres descansar mientras hay otros huéspedes despiertos). Y otro punto desfavorable es que la cocina donde estàn las heladeras abre tarde, entonces si regresas temprano de alguna salida no puedes acceder a tus cosas para al menos tomar un vaso de agua o comer algo

Building access and location. And the staff. Specially the BAR - they are the best! And the fact that there are activities to gather people since most are travelling alone.

Small rooms and lack of daily cleaning. Plus the 4fidges werefull of stuff and I couldn't use it during 4 days. It needs a daily maintainance so that more people can use it.

Es la cuarta o quinta vez ya por Amistat y fenomenal como siempre, solo que me dijeron que si quería una manta tenía que esperar a las 23:30 de la noche, pero bueno, todo lo demás muy bien!! :)

L’emplacement.

Les gens dans les chambres, et notamment un réceptionniste qui était désagréable.

Lo unico que me gusto es la ubicación, esta muy cerca de una cala.

Realmente si eres español y no hablas inglés, mejor escoge otro sitio. Solo puedes hablar con los camareros y algunos van pasadisimos a las 22 de la noche. Los huespedes, q son el 99,9% extranjeros, son super sucios, fui a abrir mi taquilla y estaba llena de basura de la anterior, en unos cuantos retretes habia un zurullo pegado y en casi todas las instalaciones huele super mal, parece que en la entrada hechen axe para disimular. Era mi primera vez en una habitación compartida, y cuando dices hola no te responde ni dios, en los vestuarios tampoco, parece q los guiris padecen de limpieza y de educación. Esa no es la jungla para alguien de aqui, mejor ir a un hotel.

Pokoje stísněné, kuchyň neměla téměř vybavení, v pokojích byl velký ruch a u posteli nebyl ani závěs, ve spánku se me dotykal cizí člověk!

Atmosfera super friendly...poche ore e conosci già tutti...la sera scendi in piscina e al bar a prendere un cocktail e diventa subito family come se li conoscessi da sempre pronti per andare alle meravigliose cale o alle feste di Ibiza...di sicuro ci ritornerò sono stata benissimo ho conosciuto persone meravigliose con il quale stiamo organizzando già di ritornare tutti qui insieme per una nuova e altre avventure....tutto perfetto c'è quello che serve per essere un ostello ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo io lo consiglio...per la terza volta io sono venuta ad Ibiza ma questo era il mio primo viaggio qui da sola ed è stato davvero top...io sono rientrata oggi e mi mancano tutti...unica cosa l'aria condizionata x me un po' troppo forte la notte 😅 xò li perdono...!!🤣🤣❤️

Amazing location, close to loads of things, specially the station, I could do everything by bus.

The bathroom was with the drain a bit blocked, but it happens as it was a girl bathroom and a lot of hair get stuck, but would advice the staff to check the drains more frequently.

Muy lindo hostel, muy buena onda todo en general. Muy buena atención los chicos de la barra poniendole onda en especial Joao y Kike.

SEGUNDA VEZ QUE VIAJO DESDE CHILE y fue una experiencia buenísima: personal amable, me asignaron la cama que quería abajo en la litera, cocina bien equipada y HASTA ME CELEBRARON MI CUMPLEAÑOS EL 11 DE AGOSTO!!! La piscina es perfecta, baños también así que 10000% recomendable el hostal.

Bar e piscina muito bons, seguranças jovens e bonitos, recepção 24 horas.

Chuveiro péssimo, limpeza ruim e tivemos problemas com itens que perdemos no último dia, a recepção não ajudou e tivemos que falar diretamente com a equipe de limpeza para recuperar, o suporte deles não foi eficiente.

Sono andata sola ad Ibiza per qualche giorno e ho alloggiato in questo ostello. Tutti molto cordiali e disponibili

Áreas comuns, atendimento 24 horas no hotel, localização e atendimento da galera do bar (nota 1000).

Limpeza do quarto, o banheiro não ter um pano e ficar imundo quando se toma banho (a poça de água que se forma ao tomar banho), e o ar condicionado que não gelava nunca.

C’est assez proche de à la fois la gare routière et le port. Le fait qu’on m’a changé de chambre. Ils sont quand même conciliant quand il y a un problème.

La climatisation !! le 1er soir, on m’a attribué un lit où il y avait la clim juste au-dessus, je n’ai rien pu dormir de la nuit. Et en plus ils ne fournissent que des draps. Le rapport qualité prix, mais bon comparativement aux hôtels de l’île, ça reste correct.

Ho apprezzato la pulizia della struttura, la sicurezza, la comodità del letto, la posizione la disponibilità dello staff.

A mio parere, l’unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il freddo durante la notte, in quanto sono piuttosto freddo. Ho apprezzato molto lo staff che ha fornito le lenzuola aggiuntive.

La sola unica pecca è la pulizia in bagno però capisco che sia difficile nel modo in cui l'hanno fatta che sia pulita,per me non è stato un problema magari per altri potrebbe esserlo

Líbila se mi lokalita, nebyla příliš daleko od centra a také byla dostatečně klidná, jako velké plus hodnotím soukromý bazén pro hosty v areálu, kam jsem se přišel ochladit! Personál byl příjemný, spolupráce s ním byla v pořádku a také potěšil uvítací nápoj a možnost se připojit na večerní párty.

Mínusem za mě byla pokročilejší digitalizace, kdy je člověk závislý na telefonu, aby si přes QR kód otevřel dveře do pokoje, nicméně v areálu je bezplatná Wi-Fi a také dost možností nabít si telefon v případě toho, že ho má host vybitý. Pak mě nemile překvapilo to, že jsem se nemohl přikrýt standardní peřinou, ale jelikož jsem byl ve sdíleném pokoji za nízkou cenu, jsem ochotný to samozřejmě přehlédnout, není to velký problém.

La experiencia en el alojamiento ha sido muy buena en general. La habitación con baño privado era muy cómoda, las camas y las almohadas también, y estaba todo limpio. La primera noche el aire acondicionado estaba un poco bajo y pasé algo de frío, pero simplemente avisamos a recepción y lo solucionaron rápidamente. La atención es muy buena y el personal estuvo siempre bastante disponible para ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Un punto que me pareció especialmente positivo es que tienen lockers de pago y permiten utilizar las instalaciones antes del check-in y después del check-out. La piscina está muy bien y además ofrecen diferentes actividades durante la estancia. También tienen una cocina para los huéspedes, que se mantiene limpia, está bien equipada y tiene suficiente espacio en las neveras. Además, hay juegos de mesa disponibles para utilizar, lo que está genial para pasar el rato. En cuanto a la ubicación, está bastante bien, a unos 10-15 minutos andando de la estación de San Antonio. Hay un par de supermercados a una calle y también una pequeña playa a unos 5 minutos andando. El desayuno, por 9,90 €, me pareció bastante bueno para el precio. Es tipo buffet y considero que merece la pena.

Como punto a mejorar, el check-in online que envían por correo no nos funcionó y, al ser 6 personas, el proceso fue algo lento. También noté un trato desigual en el bar, ya que en más de una ocasión un trabajador prestaba mucha más atención a los clientes extranjeros y prácticamente ignoraba a otros huéspedes cuando intentábamos pedir algo. Fue bastante evidente y no debería ocurrir. Ha sido un detalle, la atención siguió siendo 10/10.

EXCELENTE ubicación, una gran experiencia, excelentes servicios ofrecidos, piensan en todo lo que el viajero necesita. Muy buenos precios, teniendo en cuenta el lugar Todo en muy buen estado y muy limpio.

Мне понравилось удобное расположение. От автовокзала идти примерно минут 10, до ближайшего пляжа минуты 3, до набережной с барами минут 8) так же мне понравилось, что прямо в хостеле можно купить билет на тусовку в клуб, это очень удобно. Ребята на ресепшене помогают добавить электронный билет на телефон ) бармены просто душки, веселые и общительные!)

La ubicación!

Las personas que trabajan ahí ningún respeto con las personas que nos quedamos allí. Ellos no tocan para entrar a la habitación y entró un hombre a hacer el baño mientras yo estaba en la ducha????? Luego obvio no me dejó cambiarme en la habitación y tuve que ir en toalla a un baño del pasillo.

I hope my comment serves as a warning to anyone thinking about booking a stay at this dump. I’ve been a Booking.com customer for 10 years, and I’ve never had such a traumatic experience. Booking.com should prioritize its customers' safety and end its partnership with this hostel. There was an Italian guy in my room who invited others over to do drugs there. One of these people wasn't even a hostel guest; while high, he would become extremely aggressive, causing trouble and threatening the other guests in the room so they wouldn't report his presence. He would sleep in empty beds in the room and sometimes use the beds of guests who had gone out to parties. When the guests returned from the party, they would have to wake him up and get him out of their beds. Throughout my stay at this hostel, I witnessed terrible things that left me absolutely terrified and unable to sleep for a whole week. When using drugs, the Italian guest and his friend—who looked like a homeless person—would become highly agitated; they’d scream, punch lockers and beds, blast music, and threaten the other guests, creating the worst atmosphere I have ever experienced. I asked the hostel to change my room but got no response the first day. After sending a follow-up message, I was told that a room change was Booking.com's responsibility and that I had to contact Booking, not the hostel, to make the request. I messaged Booking and, to this day, haven't received a reply. I spoke to the hostel staff to report what was happening in my room, but I was ignored; they just kept saying I should contact Booking.com and even mocked me, saying I was in Ibiza and that this sort of thing was completely normal there. I recorded audio capturing much of what happened during my stay in this room, including audio of guests snorting cocaine and becoming completely aggressive after using it.

Tudo ! Até o momento é um dos melhores hostel que já tive e espero voltar para Ibiza e me hospedar lá novamente. Equipe muito simpática.

É in una zona buona, a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione dei bus di San Antonio. Ci sono buone attività se vieni da solo e vuoi conoscere gente.

I bagni, dovrebbero essere puliti in maniera costante sopratutto perché le docce aperte fanno sì che il bagno sia sempre con il pavimento sporco e bagnato. Non è il max nella pulizia. Non mi piace che non ti preparano il letto ma devi mettere tu la federa al cuscino e il lenzuolo. I letti sono molto alti, se sei al letto di sopra quasi tocchi la testa al soffitto quando ti alzi.

Mi è piaciuta molto la cucina funzionale e con pentole nuove, stoviglie pulite almeno mangi cosa vuoi e non spendi soldi per mangiare male in giro. Le persone che alloggiano sono tutte simpatiche e amichevoli.

Gli armadietti troppo piccoli di notte fai fatica a cercare le tue cose e i vestiti rimangono stropicciati. E armadietti senza luce interna. Di notte è davvero difficile trovare le tue cose.

Расположение в паре минут от моря и магазинов. До остановки- около 15 мин. Чисто, весело, персонал супер. Впервые вижу хостел,который соответствует своему рейтингу. Кондиционеры работают хорошо.

Кухня закрыта до 12. В душевых хотелось бы больше крючков. И цена - но это Ибица)))

Vorteil vom Hostel war das es 5 min vom Strand war, 11 Minuten Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle wo alle Busse überall hinfahren und 2 Minuten Fußweg der Supermarkt ist.

Personal einige Mitarbeiter sollten meine Meinung nach viel Freundlicher mit den Gäste umgehen die in der Rezeption arbeiten. Das Personal fand ich im allgemeinen könnten mehr auf die Wüsche oder auf die Fragen die man hat eingehen und helfen. Im allgemeinen hab ich mehr erwartet vom Personal Team.

Great stay has everything you need and expect from a hostel. Food at the restaurant in the hostel was ok, other than that, everything else is great!

Q el wifi anda demasiado mal, el aire acondicionado lo ponen cuando se les da la gana. Llegué y me habían dado una cama q ya estaba ocupada. El bartender q es portugués se quiso hacer el vivo y riéndose sin ni siquiera conocerme, sobre argentina. San Antonio es lindo pero si queres vivir la experiencia Ibiza es mejor quedarse en D’eivvissa
