The property is ideal location and good value for money for what you get however it needs improvements in n all departments it has really gone down hill over the last few years less staff facilities iE cleaning not up to scratch pool area sun beds flimsy It needs some love put back into it the apartments need updating to suit the current market if it had investment it would be a great place to stay once again

I am very disappointed; I visited a year ago and was very satisfied, but this year I was given an apartment in a terrible state. There was no internet in the room, the stove was broken, light bulbs were missing, and the hair dryer had a short circuit—it was scary to even use it. Cleanliness was non-existent; it was very dirty everywhere. I do not recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026La piscina está bien. La ubicación es buena, estás cerca de la playa y cerca de la salida a la autovía en coche. En la zona es fácil aparcar. Cada dos días, el servicio de limpieza cambia las toallas y las bolsas de las papeleras. Parte del personal de recepción es amable.
Las fotos disponibles en Booking no se ajustan a la realidad. Mal cuidadas las habitaciones en general. Tuvimos que arreglar nosotros mismos la ventana de la terraza y la puerta del armario. En varias ocasiones nos pusieron toallas agujereadas y deshilachadas. No hay servicio de cafetería para el desayuno ni bar en la piscina. Los enseres que equipan la cocina dejan mucho que desear. Entraban hormigas por la terraza. No hay demasiada privacidad con las terrazas contiguas. Las alternativas que nos ofreció el alojamiento estaban en las mismas condiciones.

Poco pulita, la notte si trovavano scarafaggi in stanza, una notte ci siamo svegliati con uno scarafaggio nel letto e infatti abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera. Nella stanza che ci hanno assegnato dopo non era presente uno specchio intero ma solo quello del bagno, phon non funzionante, doccia che perdeva, una sola luce oltre quella del bagno, pressione dell acqua bassa

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Location was fab, right beside a big supermarket and 5 min walk from the beach (although it’s down/up a steep hill/steps). Pool area was small but was not busy so no fighting for sunbeds. Pool area also had a bar which offered happy hour. Rooms were basic and slightly outdated but did the job for our stay.
No aircon in the apartments but reception give you a fan if you ask for one. Pillows are very thick and quite uncomfortable giving me a sore neck.

Hotel doesn’t want to provide it for you, and when you ask them they will roll eyes on you, and eventually- not give it to you. They said “high internet speed” but your internet works for a couple of hours… And about “cleaning”… i put pictures for you to see how the room looks after cleaning. Really bad experience.

La struttura è un po' datata non rimodernata, nel complesso abbastanza decente, fornelli non funzionanti, dato in dotazione una piastra elettrica del medioevo che non cucinava bene, la pulizia camera dopo due giorni prevedeva solo il cambio asciugamani, il letto lo lasciano così senza rifarlo, pulizia del bagno molto buona. Per chi noleggia un veicolo elettrico da passeggio non sono dotati all esterno di prese elettriche e per far ricaricare il veicolo abbiamo dovuto insistere, quasi discutere per accedere alla corrente della reception

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Wir hatten extra Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht, wegen Weiterreise. Preis ohne Frühstück wäre 88.-, wir haben 117.- bezahlt mit Frühstück. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 08:30. Wir müssen um 08:15 los. Kein Kompromiss oder abgepackte Lunchbag möglich, wir hatten keine grossen Ansprüche. Nach Diskussionen bekommen wir 2 Voucher für Hotelbar (einen hätte es sowieso als Willkommensdrink geben sollen). Dann das beste: als wir um 20h den Gutschein einlösen wollen, war die Bar geschlossen - die Hotelbar schliesst um 19h. Das hatte uns natürlich niemand gesagt... auch hier wieder keine Alternative (Getränk aus Automaten in der Lobby z.b.) möglich. Sehr enttäuschend, schlechter Service und zudem wird man um bezahlte Leistung beschissen!

La falta de limpieza fue horrible, la habitación como tal no estaba mal, tenía bombillas fundidas que no encendían. Ahora cuando entrabas en el baño era de terror, baño sumamente sucio , daba mucho asco, estuve por comprar lejía y echar. Había hongo, luego cuando entrabas el plato de ducha se hundía y el agua salía por fuera, muy asqueroso todo, creo que deberían cuidar un poco más la higiene y más en el baño.

It is dirty and old. The receptionist is super nice, but it is nothing as in the photos posted here. Old, dirty, and dark, plus it can be loud if your balcony is facing the street.

The rooms were very outdated, the balcony curtain was moldy. The electrical equipment in the room was faulty, with the main light not working and a random light turning on in the middle of the night. No fan or air conditioning which was unacceptable in the weather conditions. Pictures on the website do not match the actual rooms. Unfortunately I would not make a reservation again and wouldn’t recommend.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Doar personalul, amabilitatea acetora- cu o excepție, și amplasarea hotelului. L-am ales doar pentru că este aproape de Mercadona, de terase și restaurante, pentru liniște, dacă apartamentul este pe partea spre ocean.
Mobilierul vechi, deși au mai făcut mici, foarte mici schimbări, încă lasă de dorit. Spre exemplu, o singură noptieră și aceea mică, fără sertar, pentru 2 persoane?!! Serios acum, tot omul are un telefon, un ceas sau orice alt gadget, o carte..., cum să împarți ceva de aprox. 30 cm pentru 2 oameni?!? La baie, miros de canalizare, prosoapele sunt și acestea foarte vechi, iar trusa minimă de îngrijire este sub limită. Până și suporturile, desigur mă refer la pahare deoarece nu se pune problema de altceva, sunt cumva pe ”economie”: tot 1 pentru 2! Păturile vechi, iar șifonierelor fie îi lipsește o ușă, fie acestea sunt defecte... Raportul calitate preț nu este nici pe departe corect. Vorbesc din punctul de vedere al unor clienți vechi, care apropo, nu se bucură de fidelizare, care vin de ceva ani și au termen de comparație. Repet: dacă nu ar fi amabilitatea personalului și nu s-ar afla în zona în care ești aproape de Mercadona, stație de bus, nu aș mai alege Udalla.

We had to leave a day early. We informed the hotel of this on arrival but there was no effort to give any concession like free breakfast. We weren't looking for any refund. We thought they could have offered something.

Power kept cutting when trying to cook food leaving us with a lot of wasted money on food and no money to get anything else and staff on desk just said to come back down at 7am to speak to his other colleague if it’s still like that so not helpful at all

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Udalla Park. L’appartement était propre, confortable et bien entretenu, avec une très belle vue sur la rue. L’emplacement est idéal : le bus depuis l’aéroport s’arrête juste devant l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. La résidence est également très proche de Playa de las Américas ainsi que du centre-ville, permettant de tout faire facilement à pied ou en quelques minutes. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Tenerife. Merci pour votre accueil ! 😊

Reviewed May 27, 2026Le personnel très gentils à l'écoute. La chambre est spacieuse, il y a tout pour cuisiner. Un frigo et un petit congélateur, un balcon franchement c'était bien.
J'aurai voulu qu'on me change les serviettes de bains mais sinon rien a dire.
