1. El termo de agua caliente solo alcanzó para 1 persona y éramos una familia de 4 en el apartamento. Lo vimos en la cocina y era extremadamente pequeño. 2. Por el precio que pagamos debía tener wifi en el apartamento. Al consultar dijeron que había que pagarlo aparte.

It is next the road, very noisy (My room faced on the roadside, bus, car, autobike, people,,etc) If you are sensitive to noise, you'd better avoid this facility. Only free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area.

Terrazzino piccolo che confinava esattamente con i terrazzini delle stanze di fianco, nonostante ciò è stato bellissimo godersi quel momentino di relax mentre il sole cala o la mattina appena svegli. la piscina bellissima ma non posso esprimermi oltre a riguardo non avendone mai usufruito.

J’ai fait une location de 3 studios La piscine était en travaux pendant notre séjour non précisé par booking ni par l’hôtel Des cafards partout dans les chambres et sur les draps et les salles de bain et de la crasse sur les portes serviettes de la salle de bain et surtout une chaleur insupportable le soir dans les chambres car pas de climatisation dans les chambres

Reviewed May 28, 2026Seul. Point Fort de cet hôtel. Et le serveur du snack Tom une personne très gentil et souriante qui non a donné de bons conseils pour nos vacances et planifier nos excursions un grand merci à lui !!
Nous n'avons pas apprécié que la moitié de la piscine était fermée durant tout notre séjour nous n'avons eu aucun geste commercial de la part de la direction. Mais enfants et moi étions terriblement, déçu. Car nous n'avons pas pu profiter du tout de la piscine

No water in the swimming pool. People smoking weed so could not sit on balcony or have windows open. We tried 2 rooms, both smelt of stale tobacco smoke and cheap old plastic. People shouting at each other from balconies. Not very peaceful at all.

Couple of issues, balcony door wouldn’t close and fan in the bedroom rattled because of the light shade. Light shade removed and all ok. Reception informed about the door and fixed.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026W pierwszą noc otrzymaliśmy apartament dolny , bez balkonu, widok na ścianę , mimo iż zarezerwowaliśmy z balkonem i widokiem . Zmiana była możliwa dzień później bo nie było innego wolnego apartamentu . Jest to nie wporzadku że dają zdjecia innego apartamentu a potem umieszczają nas w piwnicy. I tłumaczą że zawsze dają najlepsze zdjecia . Gdybym zarezerwowała apartament dolny bez widoku to okay. Ale zarezerwowałam inny wiec czuję sie oszukana.
Pierwsza noc w apartamencie dolnym , zamiast w zarezerwowany górnym z balkonem.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026We stayed here as a group. The hotel was lovely. Clean, tidy. The rooms were really spacious with a large balcony all overlooking a large pool area. Big bathroom. Whilst the hotel does back onto the road we experienced no noise from the road at all. Staff were really helpful and friendly throughout. I’d definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Went on a trip to Whala! Tenerife from the 8th-13th of march. Excellent hotel, clean, tidy, pool area has loads of sunbeds. Staff friendly. Around a 5 minute walk to the centre of las americas, a good walk though with plenty bars restaurants around the area also. Snack/ pool bar has a good choice also and very reasonably priced. Only issue would be that there is no air con in the room, rooms have a ceiling fan though. All in all an excellent value for money hotel.
