There was no clear schedule of turning off the beach party. One day it might be ended around 11pm, the very other day around 1am. This is our personal preference only, and others 100% enjoyed it.

L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è la posizione, anche se in fondo alla baia di Naama Bay.

Poca scelta nel buffet, ma la qualità del cibo molto bassa e le condizioni igieniche della sala in cui si mangia, sia quella interna che soprattutto in quella esterna, sono veramente pessime, così come i camerieri non hanno mai addosso una divisa fresca e pulita.

Про местный вай фай можно забыть. Работал раз через раз с ограничениями на 500 мб в сутки. Еда было так себе. Кислые салаты это просто ужас. И назойливый персонал, который постоянной лезет под руку во время приема пищи, чтобы забрать тарелку или вилку. Ещё что-то говорят, и это отвратительно.

We were given a connecting room so we had to listen to the neighbors talking until dawn. On Friday nights the beach was run like a club so we had to endure the noise until 3am.

The location was good.

Food not much choice and repetitive. Snack at the poolside very limited. Works being done right above our room with the spa. Also when lay by the pool was very noisey at times with the work going on. Was offered to move room but we should have been told about the works prior to staying.

Most mornings there was good selection especially the pastries and general hot foods, staff were receptive also and would accommodate on any requests but to be honest due to early diving we spent little time in the morning for breakfast’s

Breakfast was ordinary, the yogurts etc side could improve with better fruit and cereals, some days depending what time you were there the Russians would pile there plates leaving nothing for others and also push in on the omelette stand where we had to say excuse me there is a que, we were early as we were diving every day, sitting outside was a shame because of the Crows being bests..although we were all inclusive getting served at some of the bars was painful especially when we were not in the hotel most of the day and times we had to wait for bottles of beer as the bar didn’t have any and small measures served was not ideal which meant back and forth, we weren’t big drinkers at all due to our diving, the yellow topped guys could help the staff in stead of just watching the bar staff which you could clearly see they didn’t like at all like micro managing, we got the reasons but they hotel could learn from this towards their staff.

I was told, one drink with breakfast. One drink with dinner, disappointed to find out the drink with dinner is water only. Not even allowed juice.

Friendly staff in the main, with one or two utter numpties.

The crows that invade the outdoor restaurant and pool, they are a real health hazard. The very loud music played around the pool during the day and the bar in the evening. The WiFi in the room was dreadful, dropping out constantly and only managing 3-4mps when working.

The food was below average in vatiety and taste. Even the water is restricted during lunch and dinner although I was taking the all inclusive option. The elevatir wasn’t working and the stairs are too high for someone +60

The hotel is in good location. Shops are walking distance. The hotel looks very run down and needs of modernisation. The toilet needs updating, flash keeps breaking down. The hotel does not meet 4 star hotel, it's more like a 3 star hotel. Staff was friendly but they need to have professional boundaries with hotel guests.

Avoid this hotel guys the room was was really bad like u living in the 60th tv not working no WiFi in the rooms the food was absolutely terrible and disgusting had bad tummy for 2 days then u go down on the beach and there a guy called brakat he’s the most unprofessional life hard i ever meet he’s insulting me and harassment me and the reason he said because I’m chatting to other guest and because I’m British Muslim I shouldn’t been talking to anyone that was shocking to me I wouldn’t advice anyone to go there and I wouldn’t go back my self there even for free

-Food “dinner” not expected. -My room was just Infront of the DJ 😂😂 Avoid Room No.121 if you are early sleeping person or you don’t like loud music but after a day u will get used. -No WiFi in rooms.

This is listed as a 4 out of 5 star property. Shouldn’t be. Very tired property. The main reason for the 1 star, though, is the staff. Just trying to shake us for money the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Examples: a taxi from there to the airport is 15 minutes. They wanted $27 for that. Without blinking an eye. Ridiculous. I paid that to go from Dahab to Sharm El Sheikh which is 1h20m drive. or, as I was checking in and turned to the counter to show my passport, a dude from the hotel had grabbed my bag and walked off with it. Luckily I saw him. Last example: after we had checked out a guy from the hotel ran after us and wanted us to sign for some kind of order. But the property is tired too: A/C in the room barely worked. Safe was so small it didn’t even hold a laptop. Shower drain was so clogged up that the entire bathroom floor would be flooded when taking a quick shower. The shower did have a lot of pressure.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine direkte Lage am Meer und bietet somit idealen Zugang für Strandliebhaber. Allerdings wird die Nachtruhe durch die nahegelegene Bar, die bis Mitternacht lautstarke Partys veranstaltet, erheblich gestört. Die Größe des Zimmers ist angemessen, allerdings sind die Duschräume sehr klein. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist zwar ein Pluspunkt, jedoch wird dieser durch den Lärm von der gegenüberliegenden Bar stark beeinträchtigt. Es ist überraschend und enttäuschend, dass das Personal an der Rezeption kaum Englisch spricht, was die Kommunikation erschwert. Das Restaurant ähnelt mehr einer Studentenkantine als einem Hotelrestaurant, mit sehr begrenzter und täglich gleicher Auswahl an Speisen. Für Gäste, die auf der Suche nach kulinarischer Qualität sind, bietet dieses Hotel leider keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Zusätzlich müssen Abendgetränke bei Halbpension separat bezahlt werden. Fazit: Das Lido Sharm Hotel könnte für Reisende geeignet sein, die unkomplizierten Zugang zum Strand priorisieren und wenig Wert auf kulinarische Erlebnisse oder umfangreichen Service legen. Wer jedoch Wert auf komfortable Zimmer, vielfältige Gastronomie und effizienten Service legt, sollte sich möglicherweise nach Alternativen umsehen.

Excellent location (I was diving next door at Emperor divers & the boat was just a 2 minute walk away too). Unusually in Egypt everything in the room WORKED! I stayed B&B only as I was boat diving every day, it was only a short walk to the few restaurants that are still open in Naama Bay (most have been superseeded by the vast numbers of all inclusive hotels in the area), at least (for example) the Hard Rock Cafe is only a 5 minute walk away. The room was a good size & quite comfortable.

The staff were generally efficient, but not very warm/welcoming. I was disappointed to see only one 600ml of water in the room (2 bottles/day were advertised in the welcome letter, but when I asked, I was told it was 1 bottle/person & I was travelling alone)... COME ON LIDO! I was buying 1.5lt bottles of water at the (thankfully) local supermaket for 12p RETAIL! Hydration in the typical Sharm heat it the number one priority & with the tap water unsafe to drink you should do better than this - especially when asked! So many hotels offer 3+ ltrs daily... Not sure why the 'Sunset Lounge' was closed at 17:30 each day? (actually just an area in front of the hotel you can swim off).

Good hotel for price-performance scale.

The hotel personnel were very helpful and kind, they even helped me to buy a ticket to Cairo. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, by the beach and the area has lots of supermarkets and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was ok for being in Egypt, but it can improve a bit.

The hotel staff is welcoming, friendly, always helps to resolve any issues, room cleaning is good, the food for this hotel is suitable for the price, you won’t go hungry, everything is prepared tasty and fresh, the beach is clean.

The jacuzzi near the pool did not work well

Even toothpaste was chargeable !!! The food was so bad and quantity was not enough and quality was very bad

Nothing according to the price it’s worth it

We were there because the dive centre (Emperor Divers) was next door and we spent every day with them. We had half-board accommodation. The hotel was very convenient for our plans but we cannot comment on anything beyond the room and the meals we took. However, the staff were excellent and very friendly to us.

Everything was better than I expected. The hotel staff are friendly I thank all the hotel staff especially the security employee and Mr Karam and the bar employee Samir and the animation staff Rika and her friend thank you all

The location is super. The hotel is located in a beautiful corner overlooking Naama Bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Karam. The beach is extremely nice with lots of magnificent colored fish just under your feet. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
