Per la seconda volta alloggio in questo albergo, mi sono trovata sempre bene, molto accogliente, rapporto qualità prezzo ottima, abbiamo alloggiato nei bungalow, ringrazio sempre Walaa e il Sr haitham che alla resección sono stati molto bravi ed efficienti

Plaja yakın olması, yemeklerin çeşitli ve lezzetli olması. Çalışan personelin güleryüzlü ve yardım sever olmaları.

Sadece konaklama ile ilgili müşteri ilişkileri sorumlusu Natalia Hanımın ilgisinden memnun kaldık. Natalia Hanım her sorunumuzla ilgilendi. Bir de otelin konumu çok iyi.

Öncelikle otelin yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Yemekler çok kötü hijyen yok. Yemekhane kokuyor. Sabah omlet yapan adam 1 aylık peçeteyle tavayı siliyordu peçete bildiğiniz simsiyah olmuş. Yemek çeşitliliği yok. Sahil kumların içi full pis çöp dolu. Tatile gittiğinizde kendinizi özel hissetmek gerekiyor fakat otelde plastik bardakta içecekler veriyorlar. Çalışanlar bişeyler talep edildiğinde surat yapıyorlar. Sanki çalışmak istemeyen insan topluluğu orada zorla çalıştırılmak isteniyor gibi bir hava var. Animatörler gereksiz laçka insanlar onlarında değişmesi gerekir. İşin ÖZETİ şu ki otelin konumu güzel fakat oteli baştan yıkıp içini tertemiz yapıp çalışanların değişmesi ve hizmetin doğru düzgün yapacak insanların çalışması gerekir. Tamamen yazık ve REZALET.

Misafir ilişkileri Natali yapıcı biriydi.yemekler inanılmaz kötüydü.bu Mısır'daki 12.tatilim ama bu kadar kotu yemekhane görmedim.plaj tarafında içecek servisleri çok komikti.plastik ve çay bardağı kadar servis ediyorlar.kuyruk oluşuyor.daha birçok kötü yanı var ama yazarak zaman kaybetmek istemedim.cunku düzeleceğine inanmıyorum.

La posizione. La struttura è vicino al mare.

Al momento del check in, non danno nessuna informazione generale. Alcuni staff della ristorazione cercano di estorcere sempre mancia. Ho fatto presente che mancava la cassaforte in camera, non hanno detto nulla. Opzione all inclusive scarso, Snack sempre hamburger tutti i giorni( Non varia). Nella spiaggia è pieno di corvi che fanno bisogni ovunque. Nel main buffet mancavano sempre bicchieri. Ad esempio La colazione inizia alle 7.00 e alle 7.30 non mettono piú bicchieri, cosi sei costretto a chiedere ai camerieri e loro ti chiedono poi la mancia. All inclusive dicono che hai la possibilità di andare 2 volte al ristorante a la carta, puoi prenotare nello schermo ma non c’è mai disponibilità ( noi in 1 settimana di permanenza non abbiamo trovato posto) , siamo solo riusciti a mangiare Da franco semplicemente perché ci siamo lamentati su whatsapp a Natalia) Lo staff della pulizia non ci hanno messo la carta igienica, anzi ci hanno proprio tolto la carta avanzata per farci un dispetto perchè non ha trovato mancia. Non ci hanno messo pure gli asciugamani. Non sanno la parola “all inclusive”. Non è un hotel da 4 stelle. Mai più

My favorite resort as usual...always meets my expectations...really liked the staff from Wala at the reception which managed to give us an early check in and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. Special kudos for the animation team as well which impressed everyone including the people passing by the resort...

Nothing...maybe renovate the bungalows would be good since I read in the reviews that they need some renovation and I actually booked them but go upgraded to the newer rooms as a gesture so I haven't seen them recently but in the old days they were great.

تجربتي في فندق غزالة كانت استثنائية بكل مقاييس الضيافة، فموقع الفندق أكثر من رائع ذات شاطئ رملي أكثر من رائع ، كما أن روعة المكان تكتمل بتعامل الموظفين الراقي والودود مع الجميع. وأود أن أوجه شكراً خاصاً للإدارة المتميزة وعلى رأسها مستر أسامة المدير العام لاهتمامه البالغ برضا النزلاء، و مستر إبراهيم عثمان المدير الليلي على تعامله المهني الراقي معنا و سرعه الاستجابه، ومستر محمد سمير من الاستقبال لترحيبه الحار وسرعته الفائقة في تلبية الطلبات. لقد كانت لفتة كريمة منهم بترقية غرفتي وتقديم ديكور خاص ومبهر لي، مع منحي ميزة تسجيل المغادرة المتأخر حتى الساعة الرابعة مساءً . كرم ضيافة يعكس قمة الاحترافية وبكل تأكيد سأكرر الزيارة

ホテル従業員が良く働いている。清潔。ホテル施設の改善中。外国人のゲストリレーションスタッフがwhatsappも通して、ホテルゲストの要望に応えてくれる。

バンガロー、浴槽付き部屋、最新のモダンな部屋とランクされているが、一番良いモダンな部屋に引き出し収納がなく、全て棚のみで、荷物をカウンターなどに出しっぱなしにしなくてはならない。ベッドサイドテーブルのみの照明しかないため、部屋の照明が圧倒的に暗い。シャワーキャビネットはレインシャワーもあり良いが、排水口が詰まっていたため、洗面台のシンクの排水口も一緒に、配管工に修理させた。窓ガラスに手垢が付いている。エアコンの温度調節が無効のため、寒いかスイッチを切るかの2択しかない。予約時、ホテル宿泊料金に12%のサービス料金を支払い済みであるが、従業員にはその額が支払われていないようだ。ホテル側がそれを彼らの給料として使っているため、従業員はサービス料金を受け取っていると言う認識がない。この件は、ホテル側から全従業員へ周知させる義務がある。さもなければ、我々宿泊者は更に彼らにチップを支払わなければならなくなる。今回私はUS$70を宿泊時にサービス料として、ホテル側に支払っている。booking.comの回答では、そのサービス料金は全てホテル側に支払っているとのことである。レストランのパスタは、驚くほど不味い。メニューの種類は多彩であるが、タンパク質の提供が少ない。ビーチが極端に過密状態で、まるで神奈川県湘南の夏の海辺のようだ。

Il nostro soggiorno al Ghazala Beach è iniziato con qualche difficoltà, legata alla chiusura temporanea della piscina. Una situazione che, soprattutto viaggiando con i propri figli, avrebbe potuto influire negativamente sulla vacanza. Invece, grazie alla straordinaria disponibilità e professionalità della Guest Manager del Ghazala Beach, Natalia, e della Guest Manager del Ghazala Garden, Tatiana, la nostra esperienza si è trasformata in un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di essere trasferiti al Ghazala Garden, dove io e i miei figli siamo stati accolti benissimo e, cosa ancora più importante, siamo stati seguiti e assistiti con grande attenzione per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Buffet ricco e soddisfacente, personale gentile e attento e rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile, considerando anche la posizione a Naama Bay. Consigliatissimo!

First, I would like to extend special thanks to the hotel for placing their trust in Mr. Mohamed Saber, recognizing his dedication and boundless assistance to all guests. I also want to acknowledge the reception staff—specifically Walaa and Aya—as well as the entire team, from the animation crew to the bartenders. Second, The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the social scene at Naama Bay. The beach is fantastic, and the atmosphere is incredibly lively—there is never a dull moment. Bungalow pessimi, piccoli, datati e privi di ristrutturazione da anni, il personale del ristorante "prenotava" I tavoli appogginadovi il proprio telefono per non farti sedere. Il cibo, si sa, che in Egitto, meno spendi e poco ricevi. Ogni tanto una cena fuori resort non guasta. Peccato che attaccata alla spiaggia ci sia un centro da cui vanno e vengono motoscafi tutto il giorno a 50 metri dalle sdraio, puzza di benzina ed olio sempre presente in mare.

تجربتي في الفندق مميزة للغاية، وأستطيع القول إن التعامل مع النزلاء يستحق التقدير الكامل. فريق العمل متعاون إلى درجة كبيرة، وأقيّمهم 10/10 من حيث الاحترافية والاهتمام، والنظافة العالية للغرف والمرافق نظيفة بشكل لافت، مما يعكس اهتمام الفندق

بالنسبة للطعام يحتاج الاهتمام والتطوير. صحيح أن الجودة الحالية تعتبر جيدة مقابل السعر، وكثير من النزلاء يجدونها مرضية، لكن من وجهة نظري الشخصية أتمنى أن يكون هناك تحسين أكبر ليوازي مستوى الفندق

Amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at this resort for 7 nights and had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, and most importantly, all the employees were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and made me feel so comfortable throughout my stay. A special thank you to Walaa ❤️ She was absolutely wonderful — so kind, sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring. She always made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Her warm personality and amazing hospitality truly stood out. After 7 nights, I left with such beautiful memories and a big smile. You can really feel that the whole team cares about their guests and wants them to have the best experience possible. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Walaa, for making my stay so special

Ho soggiornato al Ghazala Beach e sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta dell'esperienza. La posizione è fantastica, direttamente sulla spiaggia e nel cuore di Naama Bay, con negozi, ristoranti e locali raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. La spiaggia è molto bella, con sabbia e un ingresso in mare comodo, perfetta per rilassarsi. Anche l'atmosfera dell'hotel è piacevole e l'animazione è stata divertente e coinvolgente. Una nota di merito va sicuramente al personale, dalla reception mr haitham a tutti sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. Anche la pulizia e gli spazi comuni sono stati all'altezza delle aspettative. Nel complesso è stata una bellissima vacanza e sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo il Ghazala Beach per un soggiorno a Sharm. Consigliato soprattutto per chi cerca una struttura comoda, direttamente sul mare e vicina a tutto.

Un po’ di animazione in più

La struttura è molto carina, si trova a Namabay a due passi dal centro, la cosa positiva che ha mare e piscina sullo stesso lato. Il personale molto carino e gentile. Sopratutto il cameriere YAHYA una persona carinissima, gentile e sempre a disposizione. Molto bravo anche ASHRAF, ci ha accompagnate in stanza portandoci le valigie e poi riaccompagnate in taxi. Il cibo era discreto... qualche varietà in più non avrebbe guastato. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è che dopo aver fatto il check out, ci hanno spostato il volo di 10 ore, siamo tornati in resort e ci hanno dato gratuitamente possibilità di utilizzare i loro servizi gratuitamente, fra cui colazione, piscina, mare, e la camera che avevamo lasciato.

The hotel staff was very welcoming starting from the front desk ( Mr. Ahmed & Ms. Walaa) and the house keeping ( Mr. Mohamed Ali) and restaurant staff (Mr. Fayek) all gave us the feeling of being welcomed and enjoying our stay.

The hotel animation team needs to have more engagement with the guests and additional exciting night activities to be arranged. Also snacks and ice cream available only for one hour during the day.

Our stay at Ghazal Beach was great! The staff was always kind and friendly. We had a small inconvenience with our room late at night but they were quick to give us a room upgrade and were extremely accommodating with our needs. They make all guests feel welcome and they also offer a ton entertainment and activities that make your stay worthwhile! We will be happy to come back soon, especially for the staff’s kindness and care.

Veniamo qui ormai da tanto ed e' migliorato molto . Mi e' piaciuto sempre. Struttura con personale che sono famiglia. Da moammedh al ristornate, a tutti k ragazzi dell'animazione che sono fratelli per me. La struttura e' in pieno centro dv c e tutto. Movida ,negozi,tutto. Barriera corallina stupenda. Villaggio comodo e bello.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto la gentilezza dei dipendenti, la stanza sempre pulita grazie al ragazzo moahmed, il servizio in cucina e la loro disponibilità. Una bella spiaggia fronte mare e due nelle piscine, con da bere incluso ad ogni ora

Il Ghazala Beach Hotel ci ha lasciati molto soddisfatti. La spiaggia privata al centro di a Naama Bay, è ideale, con accesso degradante al mare e con la possibilità, nelle vicinanze, di vedere un esempio dei pesci del Mar Rosso. Il personale è uno dei punti di forza: cortese, disponibile e sorridente a tutti i livelli, dalla Direzione ai camerieri, al personale di spiaggia, cuochi, pizzaioli, animatori, ecc.. Menzione speciale per Mohamed, addetto alle camere, ragazzo gentilissimo, disponibile, sempre sorridente e abilissimo nelle "sculture" di asciugamani. Pulizia impeccabile ovunque e che dire del giardino? Curatissimo, con giardinieri che ti salutano, accogliendoti sempre con un bel sorriso. I cuochi sempre proti alla battuta e disponibili a soddisfare le richieste. Quando sei in vacanza, sono proprio queste piccole attenzioni a farti sentire a casa, con una combinazione davvero riuscita di cordialità, familiarità e professionalità. Anche al termine del soggiorno (formula All Inclusive), durato due settimane, abbiamo ricevuto la massima disponibilità: avendo il volo di ritorno alle 22.00, abbiamo chiesto un late check-out fino alle 18.00, rispetto all’orario standard delle 12.00. La Direzione ci ha accordato la possibilità di rimanere in hotel e continuare a usufruire dei servizi della struttura. In pratica, una giornata di vacanza guadagnata in più! Ci è sembrato inoltre che gli ospiti italiani siano tenuti in grande considerazione e siano davvero graditi. Durante il nostro soggiorno, tra luglio e agosto, la maggior parte degli ospiti proveniva dalla Russia, dall’Egitto e dai Paesi limitrofi, ma noi italiani ci siamo sentiti comunque accolti e considerati con grande attenzione. Il nostro è quindi un giudizio pienamente positivo e torniamo a casa con un ottimo ricordo del Ghazala Beach Hotel.

Se dobbiamo indicare un suggerimento, riguarda forse la ristorazione: si potrebbe arricchire ulteriormente l’offerta con qualche piatto della tradizione araba ed egiziana, come ad esempio il cous cous nelle sue diverse varianti, i falafel e altre specialità locali. Comprendiamo perfettamente che, trattandosi di una struttura con clientela internazionale, anche la proposta gastronomica debba essere pensata per incontrare gusti diversi, ma crediamo che una maggiore presenza della cucina locale potrebbe rappresentare un ulteriore punto di forza dell’hotel. Un ultimo suggerimento: la pasta va cotta al massimo 10/12 minuti ;)

I had a wonderful stay at Ghazala Beach Hotel. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Ms. Walaa for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. A very special thanks also goes to Mr. Mohamed Ali from the Housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job. He was always friendly, attentive, and made sure our room was perfectly clean every day. His dedication and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Ghazala Beach Hotel team. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

The location, the sea, and the coral reefs Among the best staff members at the hotel—who welcomed us with courtesy and respect—were Mr. Ashraf Belman and Mr. Mohamed Sadek (who works at the front office he is tall and wears glasses).

The restaurant smells unpleasant, the food is terrible, and the staff are unfriendly. Everything lacks cleanliness—even the glasses. The food quality is poor; they use the cheapest juices and low-quality ingredients, and the hotel offers no value for money. If you are planning to visit Ghazala Beach or Ghazala Gardens, you should reconsider. If you want to pick up snacks or ice cream for your family, they aren't allowed to let you do it; instead, everyone has to come and get their own, one by one. They have to present their national ID and passport—and, if possible, a bank card and last month's electricity bill! :D It’s absolutely absurd, ladies and gentlemen. رائحة المطعم كريهة، والطعام سيء للغاية، وطاقم العمل غير ودود. يفتقر كل شيء إلى النظافة، حتى الأكواب. جودة الطعام متدنية؛ إذ يستخدمون أرخص أنواع العصائر ومكونات رديئة الجودة، كما أن الفندق لا يقدم قيمة توازي سعره. إذا كنت تخطط لزيارة "غزالة بيتش" (Ghazala Beach) أو "غزالة جاردنز" (Ghazala Gardens)، فعليك إعادة النظر في ذلك. إذا أردتَ اخذ وجبات خفيفة أو مثلجات لعائلتك، فلن يُسمح لك بذلك؛ بل يتعين على كل فرد منهم الحضور بنفسه للحصول على طلبه، واحداً تلو الآخر. وعليهم إبراز بطاقة الهوية الوطنية وجواز السفر، بل وحتى -إن أمكن- البطاقة المصرفية وفاتورة الكهرباء الخاصة بالشهر الماضي! :D إنه أمرٌ في غاية السخف، يا سيداتي وسادتي.

Posizione veramente eccezionale. Personale gentile ovunque dalla reception alla mensa e per finire alla spiaggia. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole avere tutto a portata di mano con un rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccezionale.

Отдых в этом отеле оказался настоящим разочарованием. Несмотря на то, что я жил в номере люкс, его состояние было ужасным. Дверь открывалась с трудом, иногда приходилось ждать по 30 минут. Замки были сломаны, слив в ванной постоянно забивался. Чистота в отеле оставляет желать лучшего. Везде грязь, мебель и оборудование старые, территория неухоженная. На кухне также очень грязно, есть было неприятно. Повсюду мухи и птицы, которые клюют еду. В бассейне вода была грязной, а лежаки — старые и изношенные. Персонал заслуживает отдельного внимания, но, к сожалению, только в негативном смысле. Сотрудники ведут себя так, будто делают гостям одолжение, совершенно не заинтересованы в помощи и не умеют общаться с клиентами. Этот отель давно нуждается в капитальной реконструкции — начиная с ремонта здания и номеров и заканчивая полной заменой подхода к обслуживанию гостей. Я никому не рекомендую этот отель. Это был один из самых неприятных отпусков в моей жизни.

Tout était parfait, personnel acceuillant et serviable. De Mr Mohammed samir et Haitham Mohammed à l'accueil jusqu'à Mr Mohammed Ali du housekeeping... Toujours là toujours aux petits soins. L'hôtel est magnifiquement situé tout près de la plage, du mamsha, de tout... Le buffet est varié... Les chambres sont confortables. Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Nous reviendrons... Un grand Merci de nous la famille Al Fawal !

Il "Ghazala beach" ē una garanzia! Sono stata 3 volte al villaggia ē mi trovo benissimo... Ē veramente pulito, si mangia benissimo, si trova al Centro di naama bay, davanti alla spiaggia...ē sono tutti carini.... Ē per me Ē il TOP!!! Ve lo consiglio!!!

Cibo pessimo, ho avuto una gastrointerite fortissima dopo aver fatto colazione in resort. Il personale parla quasi esclusivamente russo e se non lo sei non ti fila neanche di pezza. Il posto è invaso dai corvi che fanno bisogni dovunque e rubano qualsiasi pezzo di cibo lasciato alla vista. La spiaggia neanche si vede dall'ammasso di ombrelloni che hanno messo, roba che neanche a Rimini osano. Se poi vuoi fare il bagno hai a disposizione un pezzo di mare grande quanto una vasca da bagno. Potrei andare avanti ma mi pare già abbastanza. Mai più.
