Its location was very close to the Old Town and the bazaars. The hotel's meals were delicious and prepared with care. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel's private beach was well-maintained, and the sea was beautiful. We definitely recommend it; it is a great hotel for a family vacation.

-The staff were really helpful and always looked for solutions to accommodate our requests. We were always greeted with warm smiles and friendly service :) -Whenever we had an excursion, guards recorded car plates and received phone numbers of the drivers for our safety. -The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied with the variety offered at each meal. -The room was spacious and clean. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for their attentive and excellent service.

The bartenders could improve the variety of cocktails they offer, especially when it comes to classic cocktails. They do the basics well, but a wider selection would make the experience even better.

- The service is amazing! Every member of the staff is very nice and attentive - The food in the main restaurant was OK. Not great, not bad - I liked that there were two main restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner, one is much quieter and closer to the sea - By the way, the beach is soo close to the rooms! We had to go to the reception every single day to fix the cards of our room because they stopped working all the time. Ir was very annoying:( The food in the Toscana restaurant was awful

the stuff was amazing, they were really helpful, the room was really big, comfy and clean, facilities were really good.

The food was average, and there were no sealed bottles of still water in the room. Drinking the tap water made us sick during our stay. Even if you ask for a sealed bottle of water, they bring you tap water in their own bottles instead. So, I recommend buying your own bottled water.

The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They genuinely take care of their guests and make you feel special. Otel temizliği çok iyi Muhammed Ayman ve Shaban Salah işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlardı, Old pazara 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde, kesinlikle deneyimleyin pişman olmazsınız.

İki şeyi beğenmedim birincisi plaj havlusunu odaya kadar getirip sabah değişim için vermemiz, ikincisi mini bar da ücretsiz suyun olmaması büyük şişelerle masada duruyor sular ve tadı hiç güzel değil büyük şişeleri de dolaba koyamıyorsun.

JAZ Otel'de harika bir tatil geçirdik. Tüm personel son derece kibar, güler yüzlü ve misafirperverdi. Özellikle animasyon ekibinden Ksenia, zait (zuzu ) Anna ve sonic ismini doğru telaffuz edemediğim diğer arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ederim. Tatile iki arkadaş olarak geldik ama kendimi sanki 50 arkadaşla birlikte tatil yapıyormuş gibi hissettim. Bizimle gerçekten yakından ilgilendiler, bizi yabancı gibi hissettirmediler ve samimi dostlarıymışız gibi davrandılar. Bu güzel anılar için hepsine teşekkür ediyor, tekrar görüşmeyi diliyorum.

Yemekleri harika. Çalışanlar çok iyi ve sürekli güler yüzlü.

İçki seçenekleri. Ve mısır sıcak olduğu için içeceklerin soğuk olmasını bekliyorsunuz fakat soğutma sistemleri zayıf yada yetişmiyor. Hafif soğuk olan içkiniz 3 dakikada mısır güneşinde hemen ısınıyor :))

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa al Jaz Elite Palace e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. La struttura è splendida, elegante, estremamente curata e sempre impeccabilmente pulita. Ogni ambiente trasmette attenzione ai dettagli e grande professionalità. Il vero punto di forza, però, è tutto lo staff: semplicemente straordinario. Dalla reception, sempre sorridente e disponibile, al personale del ristorante, attento, gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, fino agli addetti alle camere, che hanno mantenuto la stanza perfetta ogni giorno con grande cura. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale sempre presente, cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati dal primo all’ultimo giorno. Firstly, Mandou from the entertainment team. He was the best person we met. An incredible person. He knew how to cheer people up with his beautiful smile. Thank you countless times for making our trip so special simply by existing. ❤️ I would also like to thank everyone at the reception (EVERYONE WAS AMAZING—I’m so sorry if I forgot anyone’s name 😢), especially Hussein. When we checked in, they kindly upgraded our room. Later, we had an early flight to Cairo, and before we even asked, they had already prepared breakfast boxes for us. When we returned around 11:00 PM, there was no place to eat at the hotel. The wonderful Madonna noticed that we had been out all day, and the team kindly arranged and brought us a delicious meal to our room. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The housekeeping was absolutely perfect. As someone who works in a hotel, I naturally pay attention to cleanliness and check every little detail. I honestly couldn’t find a single thing that wasn’t spotless. Everything was cleaned perfectly. Every single member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I sincerely hope that not only your careers, but everything you wish for in life comes true. You all have such kind and pure hearts. Thank you so, so much for everything. We will never forget your kindness, and we hope to see you again soon!

Особенно хочу отметить Mohammad Ali работающего в баре у бассейна, всегда улыбчивый и приготовит всё что попросишь. Персонал русскоговорящий так как много туристов из стран СНГ.

Всегда есть, что могло бы быть получше, но в этом отеле и по этой цене всего достаточно.

Tutto veramente ottimo. La spiaggia sabbiosa è ampia, facilmente raggiungibile e dispone di comodissimi lettini e grandi ombrelloni, il bar della spiaggia propone una buona scelta di cibi e bevande per chi dispone della formula all-inclusive. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo dei ristoranti a buffet, che era internazionale, molto vario e non ripetitivo nei giorni. Nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera vista giardino, essendo al primo piano abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una bella vista anche sul mare: nel complesso camera spaziosa, molto pulita e ben curata. Il personale davvero ottimo, nota di merito per il ragazzo delle pulizie (Maher) oltre a lasciare la stanza sempre impeccabile, si è dimostrato molto gentile. Ci ha sorpreso ogni giorno con bellissime e divertenti creazioni fatte con gli asciugamani sul letto, un'attenzione ai dettagli che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo! Posizione ottima, basta attraversare la strada e ti trovi a Sharm vecchia!

The hotel is stunning and extraordinary and the atmosphere is very comfortable. They have the most beautiful beach in Sharm and, equally important, the attitude of the employees was courteous and respectful and the service was excellent.

The property is in a perfect location close to all amenities and airport. It has its own private flat sandy beach in a secluded Bay area that is very well protected. What makes this hotel exceptional are the staff. A special mention to Sameh the beach bar / à la carte restaurant manager who made everything run perfectly. Mohamed the pool barman who never stopped all day and evening tending to everyone’s requests and needs. Baseem who helped with great joy around the bars and restaurants and always had a smile on his face. Mohamed Youssef and Madonna the customer relations team who were always on hand to solve any problems or requests with great joy and pride. I could mention so many others from the housekeeping team, bar and chefs but a great thank you to you all.

The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, professional, and always smiling. From the reception team to the chefs at the buffet, everyone provided service with genuine warmth and kindness. What stood out most was that their hospitality felt sincere and not driven by the expectation of tips, which is something I rarely experience in Egypt. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and is pleasantly sized. The rooms, pool, beach, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of each other, making everything very convenient and comfortable. The entertainment team also did a great job creating a fun and lively atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The shows and activities added a lot to the overall experience. Since the hotel is adults-only, it offers a peaceful and relaxing environment during the day, while still providing enjoyable entertainment at night. However, from my experience, most of the activities wind down after midnight, around 12–1 a.m.

The buffet layout could be improved, as it sometimes feels a bit disorganized. While the food is generally tasty, I believe a wider variety of dishes would enhance the dining experience. The beach area could also benefit from additional service and staff attention, The pool area would benefit from some renovation and modernization, and the towels could be upgraded as well to better match the overall quality of the hotel.”

Très très belle expérience, le personnel était tous aux petits soins pour nous, toujours aimable, toujours serviable. Nous avons été agréable surprise de la disponibilité du Chef Mohamed ARAFA, qui nous disait bonjour tous les jours et il a même fait un plat que ma femme voulait goûter. A chaque fois qu'on sort de l'hôtel, le gardien arrête les voitures pour nous faire traverser la route. Bâtiment le serveur du Restaurant était aux petits soins et super gentil, super aimable. Franchement c'est un hôtel à conseiller si on veut se reposer.

Resort fantastico! Struttura pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort, la location è davvero bellissima. Lo staff è stato sempre attento, gentile e con il sorriso, pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. Una nota di merito speciale a Youssef, che ci ha trattato benissimo: sempre disponibile, cordiale e ha fatto il possibile per venire incontro ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The beach, food, and atmosphere were lovely, and the hotel team was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Rony from the animation team for her support and positive energy throughout our stay.

Overall, everything was very good and we had a pleasant experience. There were only a few small things that could be improved, but nothing that affected our holiday significantly.

The hotel is geared toward elderly people — most guests are over 45–50. The worst thing about this hotel is the food. I have something to compare it to, as I was paying $256 per night. The rooms are quite outdated and in need of cosmetic renovation. The staff is inattentive. As for the beach — if you don’t get up by 7 a.m., you simply won’t find a spot. The hotel doesn’t have its own reef.

Il personale non è assolutamente qualificato, non parla inglese nè italiano, sgarbato e a qualunque domanda risponde Si senza capirla, non dà le informazioni necessarie relative agli orari, servizi e tour della struttura che bisogna scoprire da sè. Il cibo servito nei buffet e nei ristoranti alla carta è scadente e alcune cose immangiabili, in particolare le paste e i cornetti della colazione asciutti e senza sapore. I cocktail e la birra servita sono preparati con materie prime scadenti, se chiedete una bevanda di marca per la quale si dovrebbe pagare un extra vi diranno che non c'è. I camerieri a servire sono pochissimi e ogni volta dovrete cercarli per ordinare.

Il resort è molto accogliente, esteticamente bello. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Varietà di ristoranti a buffet e possibilità inclusa nel soggiorno di fare due cene nei due ristoranti alla carta. Sono incluse anche le bevande, tra cui alcune alcoliche. Di fronte a Old Sharm, ci si può andare a piedi in pochi minuti. Animazione moderata e non invadente. Non lontano dall’aeroporto. Il mare non è speciale anche se è comunque bello, ma c’è possibilità per 10€ a persona di essere portati in barca in una spiaggia privata poco lontano con una bella barriera corallina dov’è fare snorkelling. Un posto ottimo per chi vuole rilassarsi, consigliatissimo!

Zéér proper hotel met verschillende (thema) restaurants met goed eten. Ook een prachtig en groot strand waar je ongestoort kan genieten van jouw vakantie.

Veel animatie voor een 16+ Adults Only hotel met animatoren die meermaals vragen om deel te nemen aan activiteiten. Ook de cocktails kunnen beter gezien de inconsistente smaak.

The resort is wonderful, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were there for a total of 7 nights and wished we could have stayed longer!

Много раз останавливались в этом отеле и всегда только позитив. Мне больше всего нравится закрытая бухта и практически всегда отсутствие или малый ветер, что позволяет активно плавать. В остальном, конечно все как у всех за исключением возрастного ценза.

Не борщить с ценовой политикой особенно для постоянных клиентов)) Также поставить стол для настольного тенниса на подготовленную площадку на открытом воздухе.

Возможно отель не очень инстаграмный и много пенсионеров. Но с другой стороны тихо и спокойно

Я достаточно привередливый турист, но этот отель был на высоте. Чистота и в номерах (спасибо горничному Фатхалле), и на территории, ухоженные сады, уютные и чистые бары (особенно приятно посидеть в пляжном баре, выпить чашечку кофе), прекрасный пляж, где соблюдается личное пространство. Достойная вечерняя развлекательная программа, при желании можно и потанцевать, персонал вежлив и внимателен.

An absolutely brilliant hotel, very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was spotlessly clean and the staff went out of their way to help at any opportunity. A few small niggles with our room were sorted immediately. A great beach also well maintained and always sunbeds available. Breakfast was really nice, and lunch and dinner OK but a little repetitive but always something to eat. Wine was drinkable by Egyptian standard and plentiful. Also a good selection of cocktails from the bars, with a good service. The bartenders could make many variations of the same cocktail, not all of them good, but our waiter sorted it by making them himself to the right recipe. Definitely a hotel we would consider coming back to.

The inconsistency in drinks, especially cocktails. Bartenders ought to be trained in how to mix them, but unfortunately most were just thrown together at random and many were just left and a new one ordered hoping for better.

Well organized hotel, with very kind staff, professional services. Good wifi all of hotel territory, very good kitchen in bigger restaurant, on main floor. Nice beach, sunny places, beds, pool, fine massage. Special thanks for the hotel, restaurant staff, they are flexible and problem solving guys.

In lower restaurant the food was not so tasty, but in upper one was very good and very varied.

Geçen sene 2025 yılında da kalmıştım ve yine tek tercihim oldu. Kesinlikle ilk başta çok temiz ve çok sakin bir otel belki 16 yaş ve üstü olmasından kaynaklı olabilir. İber otel için o kadar fazla şey yazılabilir ki ama buraya sığmaz sadece şunu söyleyebilirim gece uçuşumuz olduğu için valizleri emanet e bıraktık gün içinde gezdik geldik ve otelden ayrılana kadar bütün imkanlarından faydalandık. Sahabe camisi karşımızda , çarşı yanımızda.

Tek ve ilk olarak mini bardaki her şeyin ücretli olması. Bence gazlı içeceklere de ücret alınmaması lazım

Repas médiocres, gastroentérite à la clé. Le personnel de la clinique médicale hébergée dans l'hôtel nous a arnaqué de EUR 2'800.- pour 2 jours d'antibiotiques et 2 poches de solution saline - réclamation en cours auprès du management de l'hôtel preuves à l'appui.

Šajā naktsmītnē ar vīru uzturējāmies no 13.01.līdz 17.01. Bijām rezervējuši nummuriņu ar skatu uz dārzu, taču ierodoties bijām patīkami pārsteigti,ka mums bez maksas tika piedāvāts uzlabot nummuru un tikām pie nummuriņa ar skatu uz jūru,vēl jāpiezīmē,ka,lai gan ,,iečekošanās,,ir paredzēta no 14.00,ierodoties plkst.10.00,mums uzreiz tika uzliktasaproces un piedāvātas brokastis,uzreiz pēc brokastīm tikām pie mūsu jaukā 3217.nummuriņa.Viss personāls ir absolūti jauks un pretimnākošs,gan administratori,restorānu un bāru darbinieki ,animatori,utt.Viesnīcā valda izcila tīrība,ēdiens ir gards un daudzveidīgs,ir lieliska smilšu pludmale, par papildus samaksu,10EUr no cilvēka ,ar laivu var aizbraukt uz ļoti skaistu korallu rifu un pasnorkolēt.Katru vakaru patījami bija klausīties dzīvās mūzikas priekšnesumus un skatīties daudzveidīgās animatoru programmas.Izejot no viesnīcas ,dažu minūšu gājienā,pieejami veikaliņi, restorāni un ļoti skaistā mošeja.Vārdu sakot,pavadījām šajā viesnīcā neaizmirstamas,brīnišķīgas brīvdienas un noteikti atgriezīsimies vēl! اعجبتني خدمتهم بالمكان خدومين ومبتسمين وتعاملهم لطيف هذي الحسنة الوحيدة عندهم.. الاوتيل مرتب وحلو وكبير لدرجه ماودي اظلم الموظفين مره كويسين وخدومين والاكل عندهم منوع ومقبول والغرف واسعة وكبيرة والحمام حتى كبير والبلكونه كبيرة ، والفندق اجواءه خيال مره تونس المسبح نظيف والبحر نظيف

للاسف التكييف عندهم سيء جدًا جدًا مهما يصلحون بالمكيف مايتعدل! وخدمتهم بطيئه بشكل! مهما اتصل واطلب خدمة يطولون مره مره مره بشكل قاااااتل ، بشكل يعصب ماقدرت اتحمل فوق الحر خدمتهم بطيئه ويقولون بنصلح ولا يتصلح شي! مو بس غرفتي حتى غرفة الي معاي كلهم كذا.. اخر شي قالوا بننقلكم غرفة ثانيه رحت شيكت عليها نفس التكييف!! مره حر ، يقول انتوا متعودين بالسعودية تكييفكم ابرد شدخل ؟ الطبيعي ان طقسكم حار ترفعون التكييف ! والله العظيم اني قعدت ٣ ايام فقط ولا قدرت انام من الحر وبرضو بخصوص المواعين بالمطعم كم مرة لاحظت الصحون مو نظيفه برضو ماحسيت في امان وخصوصيه ! طلبت منهم فيش وانا طالعه قلت لهم لا رجعت باخذه منكم انصدمت اني لمن دخلت لقيته بغرفتي! كيف دخلوا حطوا الفيش وطلعوا وانا مو موجوده ! وبرضو باول يوم لي الكرت ما اشتغل شافني عامل النظافه وفتح لي الغرفه كيف تاكد انها غرفتي! برضو دقيت عليهم طلبت مويه قالوا احنا بس نحط مويه ( وحده ) بكل غرفه فقط ولا تقدرون تطلبون ! يعني معقوله هالكلام ؟ الواحد مايعطش !للاسف ، اقامة ماعجبتني ابدًا لدرجة قعدت ادور فندق ثاني ابي اغيره، بالاخير قدمت رحلتي ورجعت🥹 والله للاسف كلام كثير عجزت اقوله هذي التفاصيل المهمه..
