Makes more sense than the two tiny bars most hotels provide. Free Toronto Star newspaper is a nice touch. Well maintained property: always something being upgraded and improved; gardens are weed free and contain thriving plants.

The person at the front desk was rude, nosey, and accused us of having more people in the room. When told he could come check himself, he refused. He also told someone staying with us that I had an additional room that I was hiding and that I had stayed there previously with multiple people which is not only egregious but incredibly inaccurate as that was my first time staying there. I’m in North Bay often for work, and will never be returning to this establishment.

The doors of the rooms are really loud. And since it's a transit point, the people come and go the whole night which was annoying. Since I only stayed for one night it was ok. But won't recommend to stay longer, also north bay isn't a place you'd like to spend more time
