Desayuno y cena de calidad muy mediocre. Habitación pequeña y con una distribución muy rebuscada en el baño.

Great location and nice reception rooms - bar / lounge area was very comfortable. Food quality was good. Gin and tonics very good!

Given the cost of the rooms and that the hotel was far from at capacity we were very disappointed that when there were problems with 2 of the rooms that these were not addressed straight away with offers of a room change. We booked 4 rooms for the night (we were given 2 on the first floor and 2 on second floor) and in 2 of the rooms there was a failure of the shower water temperature - sudden changes from dangerously hot to very cold. This was reported immediately, before we went into dinner. Hotel looked at the issue but did not fix the problem and only after breakfast the next day did we receive an email offering use of showers in other rooms. Too little too late. Furthermore I opted to have dinner included but was not told this would be a buffet. Would not have opted for this if I’d known. The next morning in order that we could sit together we were placed in a draughty separated area of the restaurant. Asked to be moved into the main restaurant; which was accommodated. Just seemed thoughtless to have placed us where they did given the restaurant was far from at capacity! Given the problems with the hot water , which was reported and then discussed the next morning, it was strange that no goodwill gesture was offered on checkout. We had to leave very abruptly the next day due to the threat of being snowed in. The resort itself was closed due to high winds and severe snow conditions This was meant to be a special occasion, a 50th birthday celebration with friends. The weather made for a disappointing trip, obviously beyond anyone’s control, and the hotel did not live up to expectations

Habitacion espaciosa, aunque muy obscura. Buenos desayunos para comenzar el dia de ski. Muy buenas vistas de la Sierra.

La ubicación no es buena, pues al menos en la época que fui no era ski-in ski-out y hay que tomar el transfer del hotel o un remonte para hacer cualquier cosa. Mejor quedarse en el pueblo. Te cobran extra por muchas cosas como el estacionamiento a 30Eur y si quieres bañarte, tienes que pagar para las zonas húmedas del spa. La propidad esta más o menos bien mantenida pero ya se quedó en otra época. El servicio no estuvo a la altura de un 5 estrellas

Está todo muy bien. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, zonas comunes cuidadas y personal, en general, atento y profesional. Se puede llegar y salir esquiando, aunque también hay opción de transfer continuo y telesilla en la puerta que te lleva a Pradollano. Servicio de recepción y restaurante/bar de 10.

Tal vez el servicio de spa podría estar incluido en el precio.

Everything was very good except the staff , Very impatient with non-Spanish speaking guests. This was seen in the spa manager, the parking garage manager, and even the restaurant manager. The only good group with a big smile was the reception team. When you work in a 5 star hotel, you have to be fluent in English. They had very rude behavior, although the problem was their lack of understanding of the language.

Property is good . Waiting for the car in meeting point Mira than half an hour ! Driving time was 10 minutes but they made decision to keep you waiting and the lady who was in charge didn’t have intention to send the cars down even when they available. I saw it because I was sitting there , ad ask the in English to send car to my family and I can understand spanish very good and heart her conversation…. And it happens 2 times not just once !

La cocina de los restaurantes muy mejorable y algunas personas del personal nada profesionales, menos para un hotel de 5 estrellas tenga a personal así de mal educado, en concreto un camarero que si mal no recuerdo se llamaba Juanma o algo así en el bar, inaceptable el trato a huéspedes que pagan su sueldo.

Хорошие завтраки (помимо шведского стола можно заказать по меню); шампанское для гостей отеля с лобби и мармелад для детей; возможность хранить лыжи в отеле и наличие трансфера практически до подъемника

Неудобные подушки, и то, что трансфер не курсирует по времени туда-обратно, а нужно звонить каждый раз в отель с городской площади с просьбой забрать и, соответственно, ожидание. На конец февраля там еще был ремонт дороги, что значительно увеличивало спуск к подъемникам и возвращение в отель

La amabilidad del personal

La comida en general, está muy lejos de ser " 5 estrellas " 197e para una habitación pequeña , cuyas vistas era una oared cubierta de nieve .

If you describe a room as a speparate bedroom and bed in a livingroom I understand that there is a livingroom and bedroom which could be separated. usually people do separation with the appliance called "door". but here i was sleeping at the bed right next to entrance door, i would call in coridor but deifnentely not in living room! and there was no way to separate the only room from theis tiny corridor! Also I'm wondering why on Ski resourt there is no way to dry the ski boots and clothes... you have a lot of things to improve

Es war alles in allem ein sehr gutes Erlebnis in dem Hotel. Das Personal im Garagenbereich war sehr aufmerksam. Bei dem Service Personal gibt es noch Entwicklungspotential.

Der Weißwein beim Abendessen wurde in die Gläser geschüttet ohne uns vorher probieren zu lassen. Dann hätten wir sofort festgestellt, dass der Wein nicht ausreichend gekühlt war - lauwarm. Anstatt uns neuen gekühlten Wein anzubieten, wurden uns auf Nachfrage Eiswürfeln gebracht.

Decepcionante, el hotel se publica con alberca, y no es cierto, tienes que pagar €30 diarios si deseas ingresar, el hotel esta muy viejo, algo deteriorado, los baños de las habitaciones huelen mal, el olor en las habitaciones muy desagradable, huele a cigarro y a viejo, parece un hotel de los 70's, no me gusto, no regreso.

It really felt like home at the Vincci, staff were always eager to satisfy your every need. Food was really good, we tried everything from breakfast, snack and dinner (à la carte). Picking us up every time we needed it from the village was so convenient. After a long exhausting day snowboarding you are welcomed with hot chocolate and delicious pastries was very unique. I also recommend the spa where I've had the best massage. Thank you for everything.

La restauración en general, el acceso directo a pistas, el personal del SPA que nos consiguió un hueco a ultima hora, el personal del parking, el minibus para traslados...

Todos sonríen, todos te atienden, tú sólo disfrutas. Cuando pagar merece la pena.

sauna is enkel stoombad en zwembad waar je moet voor reserveren en omdat hier maar enkele mensen terechtkunnen is dit heel snel volboekt. Daarenboven stelt de sauna zo goed als niets voor en zeker niet voor een 5* hotel. Bovendien dien je dan nog extra te betalen 32 € per persoon kamer 102 lagen afgebroken stenen op het terras ?? Toen dit is gemeld aan de receptie zij men dat dit niet kon en men excusserde zich in de plaats van een compensatie op één of andere wijze voor te stellen Ontbijtbuffet wordt veel te laat aangevuld + koffiemachine is zeer traag en staat slecht geplaatst namelijk naast het buffet waar de mensen eten nemen. Door het trage koffiemachien staat er meestal ook een rij van een paar mensen die dan elkaar in de weg staan.

Frühstück und die Lager sind sehr gut. Auch Abendessen ist sehr gut. Die Angelstellten waren sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer mit Terrasse ist sehr zu empfehlen, bei schönem Wetter kann man da in Liegestühlen die Sonne geniessen.

Schade, dass das Hotel nicht über genügend Parkplätze verfügt. Wir mussten im Dorf unten parken und mit dem Shuttlebus zum Hotel fahren.

Beautiful hotel! On the top of town so not close to the main square but there is a free shuttle, right next to the slope (ski in and out) and the small chair lift that brings you to and from town and gondolas. Great breakfast and a few different options for dinner. Ski pass machine and ski rental shop on site. The highlight - the staff! Kind, attentive and helpful. Special shoutout to Angel - the star of front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay special, gave all all the tips on where to ski/ rent/ eat etc. Thank you!

Cama muy cómoda. Nos dieron una habitación superior por disponibilidad. A un paso de las pistas. La camarera de la cafetería fue muy simpática con nosotros. Lugar tranquilo para disfrutar de la nieve.

Very professional organization. Everything runs very smoothly. At the same time it has a very individual approach. They can’t do enough for you. Particularly the reception staff. The only criticism is the gym that is absolutely tiny and is lacking some equipment. A bench would be very useful. Loved our stay in the hotel. Will be back.

O serviço do restaurante não melhorou! Continua a ter uma boa cozinha e um serviço que não está ao nível do hotel e do restaurante! Por exemplo, o tempo que leva para pedir uns simples ovos mexidos da para tomar o pequeno-almoço e nos irmos embora!

То что когда заказываешь завтрак или ужен они не говорят что за напитки нужно платить отдельно, в конце при отъезде они предоставляют еще чек за напитки.

Refeições muito pouco variadas

O facto de disponibilizarem um quarto de cortesia tanto quando chegámos cedo ao Hotel no dia de check in, permitindo-nos equipar para o ski como no dia do check-out, podendo tomar um duche às cinco da tarde antes de regressarmos da viagem. E também terem um shuttle de serviço para os clientes se deslocarem na estância para Restaurantes, etc. Tudo isso sem custos extra. Muito simpático.

No pequeno almoço a escolha de pão era muito limitada para um Hotel de cinco estrelas e a reposição de ingredientes por vezes demasiado demorada. Um dia esperei dez minutos para reporem bacon e “baked beans”. O chão do quarto não estava impecavelmente aspirado. Havia bastante pó debaixo da cama.

Todo los detalles “pequeños” que marcan la diferencia! Ej: Después de un largo día en la nieve, a la entrada en el hotel, desde el garaje… Poder dejar el equipamiento y encontrarte con El chocolate caliente y los dulces… Una llamada a la puerta y un chico con una sonrisa y unas chocolatinas… Abajo en la recepción, poder tomar un vasito de agua con un aperitivito… No podemos olvidar un súper detallazo: el baño del garaje… poder disfrutarlo antes de salir de viaje, después de un día de esquiar y sin estar ya alojados en el hotel… ya que hemos hecho el checkout por la mañana… un baño como el de casa, con todo los detalles… no lo olvidaré!!! Y sobre todo, la amabilidad que encontramos desde nada más entrar en el hotel, recepción, restaurante, bar etc Nombres con lo que nos quedamos… Andrea, Gema, Johanna, el chico de recepción, el del bar y todos los demás! La verdad que la amabilidad y el buen servicio son dignos de un 10!!! Gracias por ofrecernos unos días inolvidables en su hotel!!!

The staff was amazing, excellent guidance for us as first time in Sierra Nevada. The massage at the spa was excellent, is was super professional. The ambience at the hotel was great. The indoor climate was good, it was clean. The transportation with the chair lift up hill or down to the square was a romantic, cozy addition. The breakfast was super.

I recently stayed at Vincci Selección Rumaykiyya (Feb 25–28.2026) and was deeply disappointed. Despite its five-star rating, the experience lacked the basic hospitality and quality expected at this price point. • Dated Rooms: The Deluxe or Superior Double was dark with tiny windows and hasn’t been refurbished in years. • Excessive Charges: The hotel "nickels and dimes" guests—charging for parking, daily spa access, and even basic drinking water (no complimentary water provided, even on arrival). • Poor Dining: Both breakfast and dinner were underwhelming and overpriced; the quality simply does not match a luxury designation. • Uninviting Service: Staff interactions felt uncomfortable and biased toward specific business "agreements" rather than guest satisfaction.

La recepción del coche al llegar y la ayuda en la salida para cargarlo, el personal es encantador. La habitación está muy bien, buen tamaño y cama cómoda. El guardaski huele genial, es muy agradable volver al hotel y la ubicación es genial.

Hay cosas que no son acordes a un 5* como no tener ni un agua de cortesía en la habitación, una máquina de café rota en el desayuno durante toda la estancia o la mala organización con el transfer (aunque el servicio bien hecho es genial) El spa deja mucho que desear, y el gimnasio es un habitáculo de unos 10m2 nada apetecible ni útil si realmente quieres entrenar. Si son dos servicios que realmente te interesan.. lo tendría en cuenta.
