Reviewed May 14, 2026I paid for the hotel for 1300 euros. for some reason, booking did not confirm the hotel reservation, and my money was debited from the bank account. as a result, booking replied to me that it would refund my money now, in 12 days. and so I was left without money and without a hotel.

Det är extremt dyrt- som överallt i Sierra Nevada- särskilt med tanke på att hela liftsystemet och pisterna var helt stängda den vecka vi var där pga storm veckan före. Vi borde ha erbjudits lägre priser s på rummet pga detta. SPA med pooler är för högljutt för att vara trevligt att vistas i. Saknades vilrum utanför bastun. Detta gjorde det svårt att veta var man skulle företa sig när allt var stängt ä

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026El hotel esta muy bien situado, el desayuno buffet muy completo, el spa es un plus aunque con mucha gente. Personal amable pero no informa correctamente sobre los upgrades.
Parece ser que el hotel esta haciendo todo para sacar pequeñas sumas de dinero extra, lo cual en hotel así para una cadena como Meliá es un pena. Ejemplo: chanclas de plástico (en contra de la sostenibilidad) obligatoria para el spa, venden 4 euros (sic) chanclas calidad barata cuando hay chanclas de telas incluidas en la habitación. Otro ejemplo: desayuno bufet gigantesco, pero prohíben hacerse un bocadillo para llevárselo a las pistas al medio día, eso si venden 12 euros un cesta picnic para llevar ... resultado prefieren tirar el pan para intentar sacar 12 euros más (re-sic) ... sin comentarios y adiós sostenibilidad de nuevo. Otro ejemplo, precio habitación individual lo mismo que doble ... Todo esto hace que la palabra que viene a la mente es: "cutre". WIFI lento.

Le prix était assez cher, mais nous n'avions pas vu que c'était durant la "semaine blanche" espagnole. Nous aurions aimé que le parking soit gratuit.

В номере шумно. Тонкие стены. Двери в номерах не спасают от шума. В одну из ночей сработала сигнализация. Персонал никому не объяснил, что происходит Не поднялся на этажи и не подходил к телефону. Гости в панике в пижамах выходили из номеров. Постояв на улице ночью, возвращались в номера. Ресепшен вел себя не профессионально

El spa está bastante bien, fuimos con un bebé y aunque pasábamos poco tiempo, era cómodo. El buffet tiene una calidad muy muy buena. Prácticamente no necesitas salir del hotel salvo para subir a la montaña.

W oknie nie było zasłon i w pokoju w nocy było jasno co powodowało problemy ze snem. Zabiegi w strefie wellness relatywnie drogie.

Er was door het hele hotel zo ontzettend veel kabaal, ook in de nacht, zodat er nauwelijks te slapen viel. De gasten in dit toch vrij dure hotel houden met niemand rekening blijkbaar. Onvoorstelbaar!!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Muito bom, porém no momento que EU fiz a reservar pedí para decorar o cuarto pq era aniversario de casamento e não fizeram ,e tbm acrescentei na reserva umais uma cama para minha filha pequeña e não colocaram , minha filha teve que dormí comigo e com minha esposa na mesma cama deixando a experiencia um pouco frustrante e ainda pagamos a estadía da criança mesmo ela dormíndo na mesma a cama q a gente !

El acceso del garaje hacia el hotel, plazas de garaje muy estrechas y no es tan real como te pintan que garaje y subir las maletas sea lineal, debes caminar por el garaje con tus maletas y bajar cuesta del mismo... es un garaje incómodo.

Sobre todo el servicio del personal.destacaria la amabilidad de Raquel en el restaurante alma.por cierto el restaurante alma es muy bueno con una carta que todo está estupendo,eso sí la espera es un poco larga La habitación estupenda con unos buenos colchones,unas toallas maravillosas y multitud de servicios para el cliente.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue el acceso a las habitaciones porque había que coger dos ascensores
