Room. Food.

Could not sleep at night due to loud disturbance from the room above. The disturbance continued for an hour in spite of repeated complaints.

The buffet dinner and breakfast was boring . More or less same stuff except pazham kanji . Curries lack taste . The feel of sumptuous ness was missing . Even teas is made by people who Does not Know how to make - Also the amount of room fresh nee application in rooms makes people sick .

Our Driver's Stay was well taken care too. Vishnu, F&B Manager, Outlets & his Team were very hospitable and took good care of us. Thanks to them all.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is immaculate. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and very accommodating. The food in the restaurant was superb and the room was very clean, luxurious and comfortable. There is a beautiful swimming pool which I did not get to swim in but looked very inviting and lush. I had a massage, facial and pedicure at the spa and I can honestly say they wete the best treatments I have ever had. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come back.

The staff are outstanding. They go out of their way to provide the guest with anything they need. If you're looking for a good south indian breakfast, look no further than the coffee house.

Perhaps a speciality restaurant would be a good addition.

Par excellence... there was a great combination of Kerala/ Indian /Western food. Mr Vishnu and his team gave us brilliant service with the smile. The packed breakfast for us in the morning, was also quite nice

I loved the staff at the cafe, the manager Vishnu was such a sweetheart and accommodated to my needs, the waiter Karan was also so very nice and efficient, Princy at the counter was also so friendly and I felt at home. Thank you to the whole team

breakfast is very basic , overall experience is poor , no essential at the room , instead of paste there is some tablet given , items missing and no clue .... very very poor not even a 2 star hotel service... water is full of chlorine and having skin itching

Lovely hotel. Bright, airy and tastefully done. Rooms were really nice with lovely views of Kerala landscape. The staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. The breakfast was not a run of the mill buffet but very well curated. 10 stars for this experience

Operation of the light in the room - very difficult to figure out what switches operated each light in the room. The staff may offer the guest for help, but insisting that they will handle the luggage is not courteous. If the guest wants to carry the bag or bags themselves leave the bags with the guest.

Front desk a bit slow and took a long time to assign the second room which we booked earlier along with other room

Das Frühstück war einfach super, tolle Auswahl. Das Personal hat sich richtig reingehängt, ohne anbiedernd zu sein. Hier passt die Phrase "die Extra-Meile gehen" perfekt. Kein Teppichboden, sondern Holz und Marmor im Zimmer war auch sehr angenehm.

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive and well maintained. What truly made our stay special was the staff. From Aswaini at the Front Office to Vishnu and Abin in the F&B team, everyone was extremely courteous and attentive to our requests. A special mention to Vishnu, who was always one step ahead and ensured that everything was taken care of seamlessly. Their hospitality and professionalism made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant to dislike. Any minor areas for improvement were easily overshadowed by the excellent service and hospitality.

Excellent ambience and superb rooms, really didn't expect this quality in a small town like Thrissur. Food is very good, choice of food offered in the buffet was excellent and unique, much different from the usual buffet spread. Staff courtesy and service was very good. Spa was also extremely clean and the masseur was good.

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was ideally placed at the entrance itself. One can't miss it. And the staff too were too polite and helping.

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. However, the area where the dishes were arranged felt quite cramped. The space was insufficient, and spreading it out more would have made it more convenient, especially during busy times with more guests.

Amazing Property. The Staff, especially front Desk Sreesha was so accommodating as I had requested a late check out due to a medical emergency for my mother and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. Incredibly well done! One the best property I have stayed in Kerala and the country!
