La nostra esperienza al playa park e stata magnifica, lo staff molto ma molto gentile, il ristorante tutto buono e magnifico cibo di alta qualità. La nostra camera affacciava sulla piscina era veramente magnifico di notte un' atmosfera incredibile. Ringrazio Gaetanino di Firenze e ringrazio al bagnino che ci ha permesso di stare tutta la notte in piscina

Struttura abbastanza nuova e recentemente rinnovata, nel complesso molto piacevole. La colazione è abbondante e abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la piscina infinity a sfioro e i diversi servizi extra offerti gratuitamente. Ottimo anche il servizio di pulizia, effettuato quotidianamente con cambio degli asciugamani ogni giorno. L’aria condizionata era efficiente e perfettamente funzionante.

La biancheria da letto e i cuscini apparivano piuttosto logorati e usurati, come se fossero stati utilizzati per molto tempo, e sarebbe sicuramente opportuno sostituirli. Anche la pulizia quotidiana del bagno potrebbe essere più accurata. La qualità del cibo è migliorabile, così come la cordialità del personale all’ingresso del buffet, che in alcune occasioni ha lasciato a desiderare. Infine, le camere sono poco insonorizzate e i rumori provenienti dall’esterno e dalle stanze vicine risultano facilmente percepibili.

El trato del personal, las instalaciones y la ubicación.

La struttura è molto bella con un gran potenziale. La nostra camera era grande, accogliente e confortevole, con il cambio quotidiano della biancheria. L'Hotel offre anche un ricco programma di attività organizzate per chi desidera partecipare. Colazione ricca e varia così come il buffet del pranzo o della cena. C'è anche la possibilità di cambiare per una volta la cena a buffet con quella alla carta presso il ristorante. Ci sono tre piscine molto grandi di acqua salata. Come spunto di miglioramento, suggeriamo una maggiore cura nella manutenzione ordinaria e nella pulizia dei dettagli (guide finestre scorrevoli). La camera resta comunque pulita e confortevole. Infine ci tengo a fare un ringraziamento speciale e personale ad un persona italiana dello staff e ad uno dei direttori perchè dopo il check out ho avuto un problema personale importante e da parte loro c'è stata una disponibilità, una collaborazione e un'empatia straordinarie nell'aiutarmi. Un supporto umano e professionale di altissimo livello che fa davvero la differenza...grazie

La zona de restauración/buffet y su personal

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, las camas son muy mediocres.

Las instalaciones y el personal del hotel son estupendas/os. Volvería a repetir solo por las buenas instalaciones, la comodidad y las habitaciones tan cuidadas.

La comida. Aunque había variedad no estaba exquisita. La calidad de la comida es media/baja. La limpieza del hotel en general es muy buena, sin embargo, la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones es flojita.

La habitación apestaba a pozo negro , dimos la queja y el personal en vez de buscar otra habitación o otro hotel para reubicarnos , pusieron ambientador , después de varias horas que desapareció el olor a ambientador , volvió el olor a pozo negro en ningún momento nos sentimos cómodos ya que dormimos con la puerta del baño cerrada y el balcón abierto , no pudimos usar el aire acondicionado venden una habitación que no está apta para el uso , concretamente habitación 137. No lo recomiendo , por lo menos esa habitación y el personal de recepción de tarde.

La habitación era genial pero estaba justo debajo de una piscina y sonaba toda la noche la depuradora, pero sin duda nada malo para no volver a repetir si vamos de nuevo.

Hi hotel is nice and clean food was good but we booked with jet2 on there all inclusive plus on getting to the hotel we were told only one all inclusive now we thought nothing off it but at night the drink package is awful when you go to bar in the theatre bar there is bronze silver gold bands for drinks which is a absolute joke you can have this but not this it’s organised chaos the so called cocktails have never been cocktails hope hotel reads this as they are letting themselves down the drinks side is a disgrace even the bar staff don’t know what’s happening you don’t get told anything about the different drinks package till it’s too late needs making on there website what’s what as some people could end up with a bill at end of stay as done on wrist bands could think that drink is ok and it’s not

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Playa Park Zensation, en Fuerteventura, ha sido muy positiva. Sin duda, uno de los aspectos que más destacaría son las camas: increíblemente cómodas. Dormí hasta 10 horas seguidas, algo que para mí dice muchísimo de la calidad del descanso. La comida también me sorprendió para bien, con una buena calidad y variedad, y el trato del personal fue excelente durante toda la estancia. Además, me gustó mucho que el hotel ofreciera actividades asociadas, ya que poder disfrutarlas con confianza y seguridad, sabiendo que eran fiables, fue un punto muy a favor. La habitación era enorme y muy cómoda. La sensación era más la de estar en casa que en una habitación de hotel, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera todavía más agradable. Por último, la ubicación me pareció muy buena, ya que permite disfrutar de la zona cómodamente. En resumen, ha sido una estancia de la que me llevo muy buen recuerdo. Destacaría especialmente el descanso, la comida, el personal, el tamaño y comodidad de la habitación, las actividades y la ubicación. Sin duda, un hotel que recomendaría y al que volvería.

Nice hotel in good location. They are constantly cleaning etc which is great. We had a great time then on the final day the male on reception spoilt it by being very rude. We asked about using the spa showers to shower before our flight and were told it was fully booked. I asked about a courtesy room and they said no. We went to the spa ourselves and it was completely empty so we had showers anyway?! When I asked why we were not informed of booking the spa changing rooms he curtly told me “you didn’t ask” and was very rude in his manner which I did not appreciate. The air con in the zensation building was non existent and rooms very tired, we moved to another room after first night which was the double the size and better. WiFi by the pool is also terrible. Food and drinks were good but no fresh orange juice in the mornings. For what we paid it was good value but we would not return. I think they would benefit from heated pools as even in August they were freezing. Entertainment guys were great!

We visited for a weeks holiday in August. What a fabulous Hotel! From arrival through to departure we could not have been happier! All Reception staff we came across were extremely helpful and friendly, check in extremely smooth and let to our room sooner than we expected (seen other reviews that they are rude - not true at all, seems if you don’t get your way you can then accuse them of being rude?) We had a wasp creating a nest outside our room - someone was sent straight away to remove. We asked about leaving suitcases in a locked room at reception and taking showers on our last day where we had a late flight booked the day before, where we were able to book the showers in the wellness suite and they even provided fresh towels for us to use… fantastic service! We were able to keep our bands to take advantage of the food and drinks right up until we left the hotel ☺️ The Hotel is absolutely spotless! You can really tell that everyone that works here takes pride in the hotel, lifeguards even clearing cups that other guests left by the pool. Our room was cleaned daily by extremely happy cleaners and towels changed when we needed. We stayed in the sensation block, the rooms are spacious and the interior clean and modern. Our terrace opened out onto the kids pool and was perfect for afternoon sun - so we utilised the sunbeds on our terrace and enjoyed the morning at the rooftop pool which was absolutely stunning! The pools and surrounding areas were absolutely spotlessly clean, water crystal clear! A little cold when first entering, but much needed with the heat - good old British saying it’s fine once you’re in! again lifeguards even clearing away fallen leaves throughout the day - and staff cleaning the areas around the pool’s immaculately in the morning. From what we saw there were plenty of sunbeds to go round - they were stacked at the end of the day and those that needed them around the pool would get them out around 10am the following morning - you could see everyone waiting, this is the only thing that would have been better. I get people like to pop towels down early, however it led to a rush at this time for those individuals instead of being able to relax. Food was lovely! Very fresh and a great variety, we also ate out a few evenings to mix it up a little. Location is fantastic, a short taxi ride to the most beautiful Oliva beach (only 9 euros for 2 sunbeds on the beach and 8 euros for the taxi), and a short walk to the market and supermarket… walk 10/15 minutes further and you’re in the main strip where you can find shops galore and lots of places to eat and drink. The seating area is really chill and there was a lovely bit of entertainment there each night, guitar players and singers. We didn’t experience the evening entertainment much as our teens wanted to head out for beach walks etc but we popped our head in one night and could see bingo/quiz and other entertainment put on. All in all a wonderful holiday in a gorgeous hotel - which exceeded our expectations. It was extremely well priced! We traveled with easyJet holidays, a smooth holiday from when we arrived at Gatwick to getting on the plane back home. Could not recommend more! Thank you or a wonderful stay! 🩷

Had a really good stay at Playa Park Zensation. The hotel was nice, there was a good atmosphere and plenty to do. The animation team were great and always friendly.

Lovely and clean, good layout. Entertainment George & Gino are exceptional! So much positive energy and absolutely awesome with the children (mine 10 yr old). Only Personal preference & criticism, no air con in restaurants & theatre absolutely roasting.

We visited in March 2026 paid for a superior suite in the Zensation block which included access to the roof top infinity pool area, It didn't seem to matter where you were staying, anybody could just arrive & lay down in the roof top area...I heard on several occasions this being told to other guests, 'don't worry about it, there are no checks anybody can come up here, you don't need to pay for a day pass'...I mentioned this on my review after our holiday, but after reading recent reviews on here (Joanne M from Wakefield) it looks like nothing has been done & still anybody staying anywhere in the hotel can just wander up & access this area!!....something needs to be done about this, unless the hotel are quite happy to let people pay alot less money but still use the Zensation facilities...I loved the hotel/staff/food...& privilege roof top facilities, but unless something is done about this abuse of the facilities, I will, like others will just pay for a room elsewhere in the hotel, but still wander up to the roof top infinity pool for 'free'...Management you need to sort this out!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 10-day stay at Playa Park Zensation, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for much more. We booked two Junior Superior Suites and specifically requested ground-floor rooms next to each other and that’s exactly what we got. The rooms were a great size, beautifully suited to our family and, importantly, had excellent soundproofing. Our only small criticism was the lack of a mirror near a plug socket outside the bathroom. There is plenty of space for a full wall to wall mirror in the main bedroom area, which would make getting ready much easier when several people are trying to do their hair and makeup! A very easy thing to rectify, and certainly nothing that affected our holiday. The pool area was fantastic. The slide was perfect for the children and the kids’ area was brilliant without ever feeling too “full on”. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, which made such a difference. The entertainment throughout the day and evening was also excellent plenty going on if you wanted to join in, but equally easy to take or leave if you preferred to relax. The food was fabulous. We particularly loved the buffet, which was really well laid out with a great variety and, despite the hotel being busy, there was no horrible queuing. We also really enjoyed the à la carte restaurant. Every member of staff we came across was genuinely lovely, reception staff, cleaners, waiters and everyone in between were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lifeguards deserve a special mention. They were exceptional with the children. They didn’t speak English, but that didn’t stop them communicating brilliantly using Google Translate and making a real effort to engage with the kids. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The entertainment team were also excellent and really helped create such a happy atmosphere around the hotel. But the pièce de résistance for us was Mirri from Power Swimming School. Our five-year-old grandson arrived on holiday absolutely terrified of swimming. He didn’t even like having a shower and would cry at the thought of getting in the water. After just two one-hour lessons with Mirri, the transformation was genuinely unbelievable. He was swimming 10 metres, floating independently for 30 seconds, swimming underwater without goggles and confidently diving into the deep end! Watching his confidence grow in such a short space of time was incredible. Mirri has a wonderful way with children, she is patient, calm, encouraging and completely understands when to push them and when to give them a little reassurance. She didn’t just teach him to swim, she completely changed the way he felt about the water. Playa Park Zensation really should be shouting about Mirri and Power Swimming School. She is a huge asset to the hotel and an absolute bonus for families staying there. Having someone of her ability on-site makes such a difference, particularly for parents and grandparents who want their children to become confident and safe in the water. Overall, we absolutely loved our 10 days. It was the perfect balance of fun, relaxation, great food, brilliant facilities and genuinely lovely staff. We would happily return to Playa Park Zensation and would highly recommend it, especially to families. A fantastic hotel with a fabulous atmosphere and, for us, a very special swimming teacher who made our holiday even more memorable. ❤️

overall I really enjoyed my stay here, amazing staff, clean and the food was superb I think the all inclusive drinks menu is very poor, 6 cocktails in total all very below average, not a pina colada in sight, other drinks very lame too The other thing really wound me up is paying extra for a superior junior suite to use the top roof pool area which is now a free for all, i spoke to numerous guests with various wrist bands on who hadn’t paid for a day pass and they were been served at the bar too, this needs enforcing please

Jedzenie trochę monotonne, głownie pod brytyjskie podniebienie, śniadania w zasadzie codziennie takie same.

La cama muy comoda..la terraza, vistas piscina. Personal muy amables.Sobre todo la de la limpieza - Maria ,siempre muy atenta.

Recently returned from a great stay. Room was excellent and food was very good quality. Only downside was the lack of adherence of the hotel to stick to the ‘rules’ they put in place around access to rooftop pool area and reserving of sunbeds in the main area. Still people reserving and not using sunbeds for hours at a time. Leaving the rest of us without - so if you say that towels are going to be removed if not used, then suggest you do it. Maybe it’ll help.

Great hotels nice rooms but make sure you have air con otherwise they’re too hot. Food was good plenty of choice and generally quite warm. Al a carte was very good really nice steak. Pools are freezing even when it’s really hot. All staff work extremely hard always cleaning

This was our second stay here at Playa Park Zensation and it didn’t disappoint. This hotel feels very chilled and the staff are really friendly and welcoming and will go over and above to help you. Lovely selection of food and drinks and seemed very clean. Love to rooftop pool area, a great place to relax and read a book or take in the 360 degree views of Corralejo.

My boyfriend and I had stayed at the playa park zensation and couldn’t get enough of it! The service is impeccable all the staff members were so lovely and the cleanliness of the hotel is amazing everything is so thought out for the best customer experience. There is so much entertainment for the kids and the adults if I’m honest, you can get a timetable on your phone and or by looking at the screens in the lobby, another thing is the fact that you can see what is on the menu for your upcoming meals, I’ve never seen that in a hotel before, its so much better than just guessing what’s going to be put in front of you. The location is about a 15 minute walk to popcorn beach and a 5 minute taxi to Waikiki beach and all the shops near which will cost you around €5. Not to end on a bad note but the only downside are the Sunbeds, my boyfriend was having to get up at 06:50 in the morning in order to secure a spot as people will take up a lot of the chairs and then leave the accommodation! But over than that no complaints!! Enjoy!

We have just returned from a weeks stay - our first visit to Fuerteventura. Before booking we were impressed by the reviews and the reality didn't disappoint. Spotlessly clean, attentive staff and comfortable rooms - especially in the main block floors 2 and 3 and Zensation. - some rooms DO NOT have air conditioning, so check your booking carefully. As with many hotels, securing a sun bed for the day could be a challenge - however by upgrading to access the rooftop pool and sun terrace this was avoided. The food was fabulous - 2 of our party are gluten free. By contacting the reception team by WhatsApp specialist food requests could be made with 24 hours notice. They were able to provide gluten free pancakes, pasta, pizza etc and were VERY accommodating. The local water park is well worth a visit and the catamaran afternoon was enjoyed by our whole group. There is a fantastic sweeping white sand beach with awesome waves about 4km away - the local ones are more stony coves. The main street is about a 15.min walk away and has a music square with a variety of restaurants and cafes and a variety of live music. Alternatively the hotel has live music at the beach bar each evening. We had a lovely relaxing week and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura e nel complesso ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è molto bella e dispone di diverse piscine, tra cui una splendida piscina a sfioro sul rooftop della zona Zensation. Noi abbiamo soggiornato proprio nella Zensation e la camera era molto grande, dotata di aria condizionata, accappatoio, ciabatte e tutti i comfort necessari. All’esterno avevamo anche uno spazio privato con lettini e tavolo, molto piacevole. Molto comoda anche la posizione: la struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma per raggiungere la zona dove c’è più movimento e vita la sera bisogna fare circa 10 minuti a piedi, cosa che comunque non abbiamo trovato problematica. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la dotazione del bagno: erano presenti shampoo, bagnoschiuma, crema corpo e sapone per le mani, tutti disponibili tramite appositi dispenser. L’unica piccola nota riguardo alla camera è che ci è stata assegnata una stanza con bagno per disabili, per cui durante la doccia il pavimento tendeva ad allagarsi leggermente. Nulla di particolarmente problematico, ma sicuramente migliorabile. Abbiamo scelto il trattamento di mezza pensione. La colazione, sia dolce che salata, era molto buona e ricca. Per il secondo pasto potevamo scegliere tra pranzo e cena: abbiamo provato entrambi e in tutti e due i casi abbiamo trovato una buona varietà e, cosa non sempre scontata nei buffet degli hotel, cibo davvero molto buono. Inoltre, ci è stata offerta una cena presso il ristorante à la carte, che è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e qualificato. Molto comoda anche la gestione delle informazioni: al check-in viene fornito l’accesso al sito web della struttura, dove è possibile consultare facilmente tutte le informazioni e i servizi dell’hotel. Nel complesso, però, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Per quanto riguarda le note negative, il lavandino del bagno risultava un po’ instabile e presentava della ruggine nella parte sottostante; personalmente avevo quindi qualche timore a poggiarmi con forza. Un altro aspetto che, secondo me, andrebbe migliorato riguarda i lettini in piscina. Già alle 8 del mattino erano quasi tutti occupati da asciugamani, ma senza nessuno presente: alcune persone lasciavano il telo per “prenotare” il lettino e poi si allontanavano. È una situazione che ho riscontrato anche in altre strutture, ma in alcuni hotel il personale provvede a rimuovere gli asciugamani quando nota che i lettini vengono lasciati occupati per molto tempo senza essere utilizzati. Credo sarebbe una soluzione corretta, soprattutto per garantire a tutti gli ospiti la possibilità di usufruire degli spazi comuni nel rispetto reciproco. Infine, la sera abbiamo notato qualche scarafaggio nella zona della piscina. Non è stato un problema particolarmente grave, ma sicuramente è un aspetto che andrebbe tenuto sotto controllo.

We had a lovely week here in July. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The activities around the pool were great for our 12 year old son the daily football was a favourite.

Having just returned from this hotel i must say I have no real complaints about it. The check in was quick and efficient,our room wasn't ready when we got there but it was a very early flight so thats understandable. The room itself was very good,as we walked in the door there was a double bed and then a room with a single bed and as you walk further in then there was 2 single beds together so we had plenty of space probably 1 off if not the biggest rooms we had,no tripping over each other,then the shower and toilet were separate aswell with a balcony looking over the pool. Cleaner's very good, room cleaned everyday and changed the towels. You can rent pool towels at reception. No complaints about the food either we had breakfast and dinner and sometimes changed dinner for lunch. Gino and George are brilliant they constantly have something going on to keep people busy and George helped my daughter with her archery one day even with other people waiting the patience he showed her was brilliant can't speak highly enough of him and I would definitely go back to this hotel

First time to Fuertaventura and the Playa Park Zensation and we were very happy with our choice of Hotel. The room was I'd say the best we've ever had as it was on the ground floor with a separate bedroom and opened up onto a private balcony/veranda with our own sunloungers and was within a few steps to the pool area so no need to go down early to reserve sunloungers although in the whole time we stayed I never saw any problems with finding a spare one. The room was very spacious with a separate kitchen which was well equipped with everything you'd need. Room's were spotless and were cleaned everyday with fresh towels daily. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant and the drinks on tap was a great asset and because it's not a massively sized Hotel the restaurant never felt busy which made for a very relaxed experience to enjoy our food. The hotel location is a good 15/20 minute walk from the main shopping thoroughfare and harbour but wasn't a problem for us and there's also a lovely small shopping square literally 5 minutes walk which had numerous shop's, bar's and restaurants to choose from. Without a doubt we will return to the Zensation and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Decent 4 start hotel with good entertainment team, food was decent enough for a week, drinks ok too

The entertainers were great, not in your face all the time. Great variety of food and bottomless drinks. Good acoustic music every night. Nice rooms and very clean. Located near to the volcano and a seven minute walk to the beach. Shoutout to George and Gino for great entertainment always happy and cheers you up. You can get a good off-road buggy ride around the island. Would highly recommend.

I cannot rate the place highly enough, the place is spotless, the staff are amazing and the Entertainment team with Gino is amazing. The kids love it here and all the little details like being able to WhatsApp the reception to get anything booked or anything to help is super handy. 3rd time visiting and it never disappoints

Hotel was a great 4 star hotel. Gino and George were superb entertainment staff for the children. Not cheesy, just great wholesome fun! They were just amazing with the kids. The aqua gym with George was good fun for adults and children, a bit of exercise is needed with all the food! Food buffet had a great selection, something for everyone and the dinner selection was different every evening. Fresh and good quality food for a buffet set up. Same for the breakfast and lunch options. All the staff we dealt with were professional and friendly, nothing was an issue for them. Location; 10-15 minute walk to the water park, 20 minutes walk to the main streets. Nice, safe and quiet area. Rooms were well laid out and plenty of storage for a family of four. Lounge / pool bar area was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Music played there every evening during dinner buffet. Night time entertainment was in the night bar. Only went once and was nice. Hotel was very clean inside and out. Only negatives were that you had to put towels out at stupid o clock in the morning to get a place at the pool and there’s no AC in the rooms but the fans help with the heat and there’s a nice breeze once the windows are open. This is a great place to get away with the family to rest up and chill. It’s great value all inclusive hotel and has some truly great staff!

What an amazing holiday! We honestly had the best time and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel is family friendly and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We arrived early morning, so unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but the hotel provided us with pack ups that included different varieties of snacks and a bottle of water. There’s such a lovely atmosphere, and it’s a brilliant place to stay if you’re travelling with children. There was no noise whilst we were in the room and the room we had was a comfortable size for two adults and a child. The hotel was also spotlessly clean and really well looked after. Gino and Jorge are absolutely incredible! They were so entertaining, funny and engaging and really made an effort with the children. They created such a fantastic atmosphere and were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Our son absolutely LOVED the Mini Disco and looked forward to it each night. Every member of staff we came across was so friendly, welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and you could genuinely tell they cared about making sure everyone was having a great time. And the food…was DELICIOUS! Everything we had was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed every single bite. There was so much variety and it didn’t get repetitive like some all inclusive hotels can. The location is fantastic too, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for us and made getting out and about so easy. We genuinely had such a brilliant time and were genuinely upset when our trip came to an end. FIVE stars without a doubt, we absolutely loved it and have made memories for a lifetime time.

We visited for a 7 night stay from 29th July. Upon arrival at 2030 we were directed to head straight to dinner while our admin was sorted out, meaning that we were able to have a relaxing arrival with dinner not being hurried. This was great and much appreciated. This set the scene for the remainder of the holiday. Every single member of staff that we came across was friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the many staff in the restaurant who kept the area spotlessly clean replenished the enormous range of different dishes so that there was always an amazing choice. The facilities during the day were perfect for what we wanted. The pools downstairs had entertainment (water polo, exercise) and plenty of space for swimming and tumbling in the water. The upstairs infinity pool was much more relaxed and tranquil which gave us a great choice of where to go depending on our mood. We loved the bingo and the quiz in the evening bar and the entertainment after this was consistently good. All in all a great experience and a great holiday. Many thanks to everyone at Zensation.

Fantastic stay at this hotel, super clean, safe and fun. The animation team are fantastic and we had a great time, so much so we didn’t need to explore outside the hotel too much. Food was a bit similar each day but good quality and rooms were lovely, would definitely go back. A better football pitch would be a huge improvement

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at Playa Park! The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout our visit, and the staff worked hard to keep everything in excellent condition. The food was very good, with plenty of choice every day, and the all-inclusive package was great value. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our holiday even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable break. We would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here at Playa Park Zensation! Throughout our stay the staff worked incredibly hard to make it so relaxing, enjoyable and clean. We stayed for a week and wish we could have stayed longer, and that’s thanks to the amazing staff. Gino and George are the best entertainers we have seen always engaging with the kids and offered so much variety. The rooms are really spacious and nothing was ever to much to ask from the receptionists. We would definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone who was looking to stay in Fuerteventura.

Such a fun week away with my family. The infinity pool was lovely and could get sunbeds daily. We were so impressed with the food in the buffet…always something for everyone every time. The animation team were fab along with the nightly fun entertainment. We also kept everyone entertained with our karaoke efforts every night!! Would highly recommend.

Una de nuestras habitaciones era suite con terraza y nos llamó la atención que no tuviese aire acondicionado. El ventilador de techo hacía ruido y la puerta al jardín no podíamos abrirla porque podría entrar cualquiera…. Por otro lado el hotel está pensado para extranjeros, los horarios, la animación… La cena es demasiado pronto y a las 23.30 todo apagado. Era difícil encontrar hamacas libres tanto en la piscina de abajo como la infinity pool si no hacías cola o corrías como un loco para pillar sitio.

Recently stayed at Playa Park Zensation and we really enjoyed it. All the staff are polite, helpful from check in to check out led by Bob. Food and drink were really good and the À la Carte experience is definitely recommended. Beautiful pool area and entertainment led by Gino is brilliant. Hotel is slightly out of the main strip but easily accessible by either a 15-20 walk or a €4 taxi ride. Will definitely be returning 👏👏

Just back from our 2nd visit to Playa Park and did not disappoint. Superior Junior Suite room 3002 ground floor overlooking pool amazing room and location. Gino and George are amazing they really make the hotel lots of activities and enjoyed the evening entertainment. My personal opinion is the hotel is fab for ages 9 -17 loads for them to do, and loads of friends to meet activities vary between shuffleboard, killer pool, killer darts, football, waterpolo, jenga to name just a few. Food amazing and varied salad and fruit very fresh and coffee lovely. We will definitely be back and cannot wait.

Well we have been home now for three weeks and are missing this hotel. There were three of us a couple over 65 and a teenager of 17 and we all really enjoyed the experience. The one bedroom apartment we had was very spacious and cleaned every day. The apartment was on the ground floor which had a terrace complete with two sun beds and a table with four chairs. Also it was only about 15 feet from the pool so we didn’t have to fight to get a bed by the pool. The food was very good and did change daily so even if you’re a picky eater you would find something nice to eat. We did like the idea of getting your own drinks soft , wine & beer however the bars were very good. We would like to thank every member of staff for making our eleven night holiday so memorable. We would like to single out Gino because he is a great an all round entertainer but the way he interacted with our 17 year old daughter who has special needs was brilliant. Thank so much and who knows we could be visiting again in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Playa Park Zensation. 3 of us stayed in a junior suite which was super clean and modern and all the essentials you need. They set up the sofa bed in the front room which made it like a two bed apartment which was perfect. Both the bed and the sofa bed were super comfortable, we all slept so well during our stay. We had a slight issue with a leak in the bathroom ceiling but within 5-10 minutes of reporting it, the maintenance team came in and sorted it followed by cleaner, super efficient and no hassle at all. The cleaners came in every day and did a wonderful job, the beds were all laid beautifully each day and fresh towels too. We requested additional toilet rolls and again they were delivered so quickly. Check-in was so slick, scanned a QR code, filled in a form, got wristbands and handed a bag of snacks and water each which was so welcomed as we arrived at 11pm. Loved the fact that the room key was on each wristband so no worries about carrying around a key and everyone could access when they wanted to. The hotel staff were super helpful, my daughter has coeliac disease and they were so accommodating. They explained what was gluten free in the hot meal section and even cooked her a fresh chicken & chips to be safe (chips on the buffet not GF). She could also pre-order a gluten free pizza or pasta via WhatsApp to the hotel, just had to specify what time she wanted it and the pizza arrived for her not long after and she said it was good. The pool area is super clean and a really chilled and relaxing environment to be in. The pools are great, plenty of space for everyone. They aren’t heated but are actually quite warm. A great shipping centre within 5 min walk with a supermarket but also some great restaurants. 15 mins into town/beach & about 25 mins walk to an even more special beach by the sand dunes. Would definitely consider returning to this hotel.

Had a wonderful time at this fabulous hotel. It was our first visit and hopefully not our last! We stayed as AI in the newly renovated standard rooms with air con in the Zensation Block and overlooked the back including the hydro pool which was lovely and peaceful. We had a stocked mini bar, robes and slippers and after contacting reception by WhatsApp (a brilliant service) they informed us unlimited use of the roof top infinity pool and a free hour in the spa. The rooms were lovely and air con worked really well. Food was lovely and fresh and something for everyone. Well cooked too. The breakfasts were a real highlight including English sausages, hash browns and lovely warm pastries and croissants. The Mr Whippy machine went down a treat with my lot as well as the usual ice cream on offer. Desserts weren’t as varied as other hotels I’ve been to but still delicious! The newly renovated outdoor area is lovely with big comfy sofas and is shaded so great for sitting in at the end of the day with a couple of gins to cool off! The pools are very good, not the biggest and quite deep but never felt overcrowded. There is a seperate kids pool and a pool with a slide in too. We used the infinity pool area too which felt very exclusive with padded sun loungers but the pool up there is freezing. The real highlight was the staff at the hotel. Everyone from check in to check out was friendly and helpful and made you feel special. Gino and Jorge were fabulous and made the days and nights so much fun with lots of activities. I love aqua gym but it was only on 3 days out of the 7 so would love more of that! The lifeguards are very strict with no food/vaping round the pool and no inflatables though balls/ pool toys are allowed. The evening entertainment was really good. Every night started with a mini disco, followed by Ginos bingo and quiz which we loved, a band or tribute act followed by karaoke, if you fancied something more sedate there was also live music in the outdoor bar area. In the sports bar they showed the work cup matches so we watched the final without having to wander out. The hotel is reasonably close by to the beach and old town. It is walkable, we did it but the hotel will also organise a taxi for you. We had a fantastic time at Playa Park Zensation and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We had a lovely time from the minute we arrived staff on reception welcomed us it was an easy quick check in we stayed in the Zensation suites in a superior room with a large balcony over looking the pool which was lovely the room was spotless was cleaned everyday with fresh towels our safe broke we called reception maintenance came straight away couldn't fix it so replaced it. The food was lovely with a lovely relaxed atmosphere friendly staff who welcomed you into the restaurant. The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere and all the staff are just so lovely and friendly there is a small shopping complex across the road from the hotel which has a market on Thursdays and Sundays. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach and into Corralejo. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a chilled relaxed holiday.

We stayed here during the Easter holidays for a week as a family of 4 with a 5 and 7 year old. We were in one of the ground floor apartments which are nice and spacious. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The food was nice, the staff were nice and of course like all the others have said, Gino was the star of the show! The weather was a bit rubbish whilst we were there so didn’t manage to utilise the lovely pools as much as we would have liked (they weren’t heated so a bit cold) but Gino and Sam kept the kids entertained with endless activities and game playing getting all the kids involved. There was a big modern entertainment space for the kids disco, quiz, bingo and entertainment every night. There was rarely a wait at meal times and there was plenty of variety. The pizzas are also very good! The hotel didn’t feel overly busy at any time even though it was the school holidays. There’s a nice little square with a supermarket just a 2 minute walk from the hotel which is nice to visit. They have a market there weekly. I think the only room for improvement would be maybe an upgrade and /or clean of the play park and football and tennis facilities. I also went for an hour in the spa which also could do with a good scrub. The drinks menus are also confusing as there is different levels and even if you have the premium level you still have to pay for some drinks. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

We stayed at playa park early July for two weeks a family of four adults .The hotel has recently been upgraded and the improvements are lovely .The atmosphere at this hotel is very special there is a fun relaxed vibe and there is alot of good quality entertainment both day and night .The hotel is really clean and the food is very good .A big thankyou to the amazing gino for making our holiday so special x also I would like to thank milen ammadu and Karen for there exceptional customer service all staff were great ! We can't wait to return to this hotel we have many amazing memories !

It was a very frustrating start to the holiday due to issues with room allocation after request for ground floor were not provided. Assistant Manager eventually sorted a suitable room. They were very helpful for rest of stay. Food was good, (better last year though), a lot of the main menu meats and fish were in sauces and not a lot of choice otherwise. Desserts, fruit and ice-cream were available. The lunchtime menu could've been better, very limited choice available especially if you have paid extra to go all-inclusive. Breakfast was the best time to eat, plenty of variety. If you upgrade to all-inclusive, ask what levels there are and check what is included before buying, so you know what you are getting for the different levels. Hotel itself is very nice, 3 swimming pools, whirlpool, plenty of sun beds, pool bar and seating.

Me and two of my friends stayed at this hotel for 10 days from 11th-21st July. We were really impressed overall, the pool area is very good, reserving sunbeds wasn’t an issue unless you got up late. Gino was very entertaining during our stay. He’s very good at hosting the daytime activities and the evening ones, the daily bingo and quiz at 9pm every night was always fun. We loved the spa, it has a sauna, steam room, a hot pool and a cold plunge and it was so relaxing and worth the money. The food was good for all inclusive food and the self service drinks were nice. There was a decent variety each day. The theatre bar for the entertainment was good, my only issue is sometimes the queuing for drinks in there took a while and only one person serving. The staff were good though, especially Samba and Adriana. The room we had was very spacious and lovely and cool which was great after a day by the pool or beach. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to couples, families etc..

Our experience has been amazing from the day we arrived. The entertainment duo Gino & George are excellent. Aqua gym and so many activities to keep us busy - with a spa to cool down. The food does the job but breakfast takes the win!! Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at Playa Park for ten nights. When giving the overall score for our stay I struggled as for me, I wanted to give it 4.5 stars! The location is a 15 minute walk from the main strip but is close to the little shopping centre, where there is a Hyper Dino supermarket and other shops and restaurants. There is a pleasant atmosphere around the hotel. The main pools are busier with lots of activities going on. The rooftop infinity pool is much quieter for anyone wanting more peace and quiet. We had a room in the Zensation block which was on the ground floor with our terrace just a short walk from the children’s pool. This was nice as several days we stayed on our terrace rather than going to the rooftop pool. Our room and the hotel in general is very clean. Our room was cleaned every day and staff were constantly brushing up the pool area, cleaning leaves from the trees. We stayed half board plus. There was lots of choice for breakfast. My husband praised the sausages (he’s used to them not being up to standard in many European destinations but he reported that they were very good). My one criticism, if you call it that, was around the food for evening meals. I’m vegetarian and I struggled at times with the labelling. For example it would say ‘pizza’ but then it was difficult to see what the toppings were. Or Spring rolls with no further details. One day we ended up with tuna pizza. Don’t get me wrong, we never went hungry but some buffet restaurants abroad we have been to have had labels showing V for vegetarian so there was no doubt. There was always pizza, pasta, chips, salad but it would have been nice to have a veggie lasagne or cannelloni or something similar. We also could help ourselves to drinks which included water, beer, wine, sangria and soft drinks with meals. I think for what we paid we felt we had a good value for our ten day stay. We throughly enjoyed our holiday which was during the World Cup and whilst it was disappointing to see England lose, the atmosphere in the hotel and in Corralejo in general when Spain won was fantastic and something we will remember forever!

This was our 6th year staying at playa park and will unfortunately be our last, slowly gone downhill over the years. Food quality is not great and had issues with sunbeds that we have never experienced here before. Staff are all excellent but it’s time to for us to try somewhere different

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. Great facilities and location. An abundance of activities and good vibe created by the staff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some of the most attentive and personable staff I have met, in particular, Gino and Jorge provided guests with a welcoming and (extremely) fun atmosphere, Gino’s bingo / quiz / karaoke night is not one to be missed!

Infinity pool was amazing, stunning views from the rooftop. Other pools equally lovely. Room clean and spacious, everything you'd need provided included tea making facilities, room fridge stocked with a selection of soft drinks including water. Spacious balcony, clean and in excellent condition with pool view. Food very tasty in both restaurants, plentiful supply and good variety. Staff extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive.

We usually stay at RIU hotels, although not in Fuerteventura, and so I’m measuring this hotel against those stays in those hotels. We upgraded to the all inclusive bronze package which suited us as we already had access to the roof top pool by staying in a Superior Junior suite in the newer Zen building which I would recommend as I think these rooms are probably nicer than the rooms in the older buildings. The maid cleaned the room thoroughly every day and made the beds. We did notice the room felt damp as did the bedding and our clothes which we put down to a combination of the extractor in the bathroom not working and floors being mopped every day. We remedied this by leaving the French windows open in the day and I’m sure the hotel would have fixed the extraction fan had we mentioned it. On arrival there was only one pillow each, some hangers were missing and the bottom sheet was rough and bobbled. These issues were promptly rectified. Overall the all inclusive was OK but not up to the same level as RIU which is also 24 hour. The snacks were adequate if not extensive between meals but there is no food if you are peckish later in the evening. You can have a coffee but not a hot chocolate from the roof top bar, you can have orange from the machine but not freshly squeezed juice. The buffet breakfast we found to be very good. Starters and deserts for lunch and dinner were very good. Main course we found a little hit and miss with some rather strange concoctions but there was always something. Gino and Sam work extremely hard (as do all the staff) and deserve special mention for their tireless work in the entertainment team. I would recommend this hotel and I’m sure it’s a better choice than the RIU Oliva beach in Fuerteventura but it’s not quite up to the standard of the better RIU’s elsewhere which we prefer.

We had a lovely week at Playa Park, we went on a big extended family trip. Staff were all very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Food was good, the à la carte restaurant was lovely too- the swordfish was amazing! Buffet was good, fresh tasty food. We were a little disappointed with the snack bar, food was very limited and we saw flies on the food. We didn’t use this much due to the variety at the buffet at other times. Great location- a short walk in to the town and local amenities. Rooms- well maintained, beds were extremely comfortable, curtains blacked out the light well, very clean and cleaners were great. Premium package- complimentary drinks and able to dine in the à la carte more often. Also use of the roof top bar and pool which was a lot quieter. Transfer time was around 40 minutes so not too long! A few issues were: seating at evening time for the buffet, once the school holidays started it became very busy and our party had to sit separately. The slide for the pool also closed at 5pm which seemed very early- especially with the clock changes. The daytimes were very hot so this was an ideal time for our 2 year old to go in the pool, she was disappointed the slide was closed. You also aren’t allowed to use floats in the pool (rings and lilos) which we would understand if the pool was busy but there were very few people in it due to it being so cold. They could also do with some umbrellas that could move (they were fixed in to the ground), so we could have sat out 9 month old on the grass and be covered from the sun. Finally- Gino was brilliant. A great energy to the hotel, our little girl loved him and is still speaking about him now we are home - she’s even named a teddy after him that she bought in the airport. Good location, close to a Villa Comercial El Campanario shopping centre with it's supermarket , smaller shops and bars/restaurants. Small Bus station 200 metres away for bus into Corralejo centre or to Puerto de Rosario in the other direction. Pleasant atmosphere, staff where polite,helpful and pleasant, reception dealt very well with any queries and advice.Good bar service whichever one you called at.Evening show entertainment was very good, Spanish Elvis was a bit tongue in cheek but he could really sing. Our room was in the Zensation block, good size, we had a first floor room with a lovely balcony looking onto the pool. Dressing gowns and slippers, mini bar. Clean and tidy. Noise was not an issue, our neighbours where quiet, we did not hear anything at night. We had use of the rooftop pool and bar which was nice. Pool area was nice, never had a problem getting a sunbed, pool was cold at this time of year You could use the Spa once a week (we stayed 14 nights) , and also eat in the a la carte restaurant once a week , that was a lovely experience. The main restaurant was good , never had an issue finding something nice to eat. We were Half Board Plus so breakfast and evening meal (or swap to lunch), Half Board Plus included beer and wine, soft drinks with the meal, which was great. We thought overall it was great value, in a good location, centre 15-20 minutes walk either main road or beach front, harbour 30 minutes. All the things we were hoping for before we went materialised (apart from the weather). Would stay again in the future on a return to Fuerteventura.

Lovely hotel, very nice rooms and pool area( pools not heated) and spa. Very helpful, charming staff. Not right in the centre, about a 15/20 min walk, which we really liked. S Small shopping plaza across the road. Food is buffet style, a little repetitive but good quality. There is an à la carte restaurant too but very similar food. Perfect hotel for a week in the sun.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment we stepped into the foyer the staff were amazing, friendly and efficient. The rooms were beyond expectation more like a mini suite than a hotel room. To have a veranda back and front was fantastic. The food was the best I have had such a variety, always warm and fresh which is hard to find now. All wine white, red and rosy as well as beers and soft drinks were free and we were just half board. No big rush for sun beds either and great entertainment for all ages at night and during the day. Loved every moment, you won't be disappointed. ❤️

My partner and I visited this hotel again for 1 week all inclusive break. On arrival one of our suitcases unfortunately was left on the transfer coach. Although it took nearly two days to retrieve the reception did a marvellous job helping us to get it back. The staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful . After I slipped and fell in the restaurant whilst having breakfast they were all helpful especially Amou. In the bar each evening music entertainment was provided which was mostly good. The bar staff were very helpful especially Karen and Sergio. The weather wasn’t great but we enjoyed our stay and will return.

This was our first trip to this hotel, and we will return. We loved our ground floor, one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool, with its own terrace, a huge room and well appointed. The buffet restaurant was exceptionally good, the variety and the quality of food was the best we have ever experienced in a buffet restaurant. Very friendly staff made the holiday for us.

12 night stay in the Zensation block. Enjoyed our holiday very much. As has been previously been said, all areas very clean, lovely tasty food both in the buffet and Italian restaurant. All staff exceptionally helpful, friendly & professional, a special mention to the ever smiley Samba & Sergio and the lovely & kind Karen. All the staff work very hard and are a credit to the management, they give the impression they are a big happy working family which gives the hotel a very pleasant atmosphere. If I was being picky it would be an idea to invest in plate warmers as even though the hot food was hot, it soon went cool on the cold plates. It would be good if there was some sort of check on who was using the Zensation roof top pool/bar area as on several occasions during our stay I heard guests 'explaining' to other guests that you can just go up there whenever you want as nobody bothers/checks if you have paid for a day pass/the Zensation block or not, which is a good perk for those who haven't paid to use the facilities but not so good for people who have paid extra to realise any 'Tom, Dick or Harry' just uses the area when they feel like it! It would be annoying if you came to use the area in an afternoon & all sunbeds were taken and some by guests who shouldn't even be there-this needs sorting out. If we were to holiday in Corralejo again Playa Park Zensation would be our first choice.

Third visit in as many years. Hotel, facilities, rooms and staff are great. Breakfast and Lunch are fine, evening meal not that great due to quality and variety, we decided to eat out most evenings. Tiered all inclusive system, which I don't like.

I stayed at Playa Park Zensation for my birthday and honestly… it was so much better than I imagined. I can be quite harsh when it comes to hotels, so I don’t say this lightly – I would 100% return. The whole place had such calm, relaxing vibes, but at the same time there was always something going on if you wanted to get involved. Our room was spacious, modern, and really well kept – it actually felt like somewhere you could properly unwind. One thing I loved (and didn’t expect to!) was the wristband key cards. No worrying about losing your key, everything was just on your wrist which made it so easy. The food was lovely throughout the stay, but the Chinese night was a standout for me – so good. The entertainment team absolutely made the holiday, especially Gino. He was amazing. I genuinely miss him and his energy every day since coming home. He made such an effort with everyone, and things like the water polo (which he got fully involved in) were so much fun. I even miss hearing my name being called to come and join in a game – it just added such a personal touch to the whole experience. If you want a hotel where you can completely relax but still have the option to join in and have fun, this is it. Couldn’t recommend it more.

An INCREDIBLE experience from the beginning to the end ❤️ a beautiful hotel which was clean, modern and so so comfy! We were based in the zensation area so we were right next to the hydrotherapy pool ❤️ the rooms were really comfortable and some of the nicest staff i have ever met, EVERYONE from the check in to the cleaners and restaurant staff were so warm and inviting and kind! We also booked some massages which were absolutely bliss, the spa area is gorgeous and so comforting! The buffets for dinner and breakfast were absolutely scrumptious with so much variety we were so excited when we got to try all the different Spanish cuisine!! And thank you so much for the cute bottle of bubble and chocolates on my husbands birtgday such a sweet surprise!We will definetly be coming back again ❤️

We are regular visitors to Corralejo but this was our first visit to Playa Park Zensation & it certainly won't be our last. We chose an all inclusive package which turned out to be a great option as the food was plentiful & delicious. There was a varied selection for breakfast with almost everything you could imagine from fully cooked options, pastries, fruit, cereal etc. Dinner options were great as well with stand out dishes for us being the lovely freshly made pizza, fresh mussels in cream, all pork succulent & tender, Chinese style sweet & sour, special fried rice and Fajitas were all amazing. The property is extremely clean & well maintained. Special mention also to the staff who couldn't do enough for us during our visit. They are a credit to Zensation. We were looked after particularly well by Latifa, Manuela & Amadou at the bar and Maria kept our room extremely clean & well stocked with bottles of water. The entertainment team Vesna & Gino were very good too, with various activities throughout the day, including a sangria making masterclass on St. Patrick's day which was great craic. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special.. we will be back for sure!

Hotel is very much out on a limb so a good 30 mins walk to town centre and has a very small bar area if unable to sit outside. Didn't have much of an atmosphere and no crisp sheets on the bed.All inclusive plus got free entry into the spa daily-went once and didn't bother again. Room was a good size and cleaned very well as was everywhere else,rooftop pool was a nice area but too windy to use much.Outside area had good pool space and lots of loungers-one day we couldn't get one at all but otherwise ok.Felt the restaurant was ok-usual cold breakfast beans etc but lots of fruit and bread and it lacked anything imaginative in the dessert area-mostly bought items I would think.Drinks from the bar were good but better in the late bar which was a much bigger area and had some good shows.

Just back from a lovely relaxing week at Zensation with bro and our wives(half board),lots of positives to say,where to start!Overall all the staff so friendly and helpful,starting with Manager who compensated us with 2 days all inclusive because of room mix up of 1day not getting ground floor apartment I,d booked,fair play.So many cud mention,but of course made particularly special by the entertainment duo,madcap Gino and lovely Vesna who both made so much effort to keep us entertained day and night. Food-breakfast,as good as u cud get,hot or cold.Evening buffet,good choice,better some pms then others (w/end best)nice touch including free alcohol from taps if wanted.How improve?-warm plates wud b nice something management to think of,minor thing.Apartment-extremely spacious and great location by pool,stick a tea towel in yr case if booking same with kitchen like us.Evening entertainment -bit hit n miss,9.30-10.30 acts,some better than others but great to have live music on site every nite. Summery-wud I return?-100%,we had some great characters(how cud U forget "big Cliff"!) and it was like 1 big happy family,thank you Zensation for a memorable week.Steve n Teresa Rushden

We’ve just returned from a 10-night stay as a group of four, and honestly, don’t listen to the negative reviews – we didn’t experience a single issue during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless and really peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. What truly made the holiday, though, was the staff. Every single person works incredibly hard and always has a smile on their face. A special mention to Gino, who was absolutely hilarious and really made our stay memorable. Vesna was also fantastic considering she’s only been here 2 weeks! Danny and Manuella were both so kind and attentive – you can tell how dedicated they are, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. We met several guests who have been returning to the hotel for years, and after our stay, we completely understand why. The food was lovely with plenty of choice – I especially enjoyed the Chinese dishes. A huge thank you to Tony, who went out of his way to prepare a Mother’s Day cake for my mum and nan. Such a thoughtful gesture that made the day extra special and is something we’ll always remember. The evening entertainment was brilliant every night and always got everyone involved – a real highlight of the trip. We will miss the lovely bunch we spent the 10 days with!! We’ve come home with serious holiday blues and are already looking at booking again for October and March. Thank you so much for such an incredible stay – Playa Park, you were sensational! ☀️🌴

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and lovely food! “English sausages” with breakfast! The hotel rooms are extremely spacious. Gino has the energy of the Duracell bunny, which was always entertaining to watch (from A distance 😂). I was treated to a bottle of fizz and chocolates for my birthday. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel and beautiful location great food and attentive chefs coming out checking the food and presentation. Can’t fault it at all really pleased we went.

Just returned from a 10 day break , The trip was a good experience , the room in the Zensation area was clean and spacious ,The food was a much improved from our previous time although a few chipped plates etc could be renewed .The shower was a bit hit and miss with cold to hot water but it certainly woke you up in the morning . The staff were helpful and friendly , A special shout out to the ents team Gino and Vesna, we certainly was entertained , but please extend the time in the evening 11.15 shutdown was to early , If the act goes on past 10.30 it only leaves 30 mins to play music or as in our case a bit of kareoke, Generally a good experience .
