Super schoon, hygienisch hotel. Schoner kan haast niet. Grote kamers met horwering schuifdeuren wat echt geweldig is. Perfecte ligging, 5 min van strand en centrum. Echt vriendelijk personeel, ook de receptie niet te vergeten. Naar mijn idee beste hotel van Corralejo.

Fantastic buffet for breakfast, lovely pool view room that was very relaxing. Pool area was spotless & good atmosphere in the day time. Location is perfect.

Literally nothing other than I wasn’t keen on the lager that was on tap. But that’s very minor.

Un ringraziamento di cuore va a: Gabriele (reception), Belen (pulizie), Paco e Dris (addetti al ristorante piscina e al bar serale), Carlos (cuoco del ristorante piscina), Ilario, Elba e Juan (addetti alla sala del ristorante serale), Augustin, Anna e Patricia (cuochi nella cucina a vista nel ristorante serale), senza di loro non sarebbe stato lo stesso e rivederli è stato confortante, questo perchè indipendentemente dalle stelle di un albergo, è il personale a rendere un soggiorno indimenticabile oppure un incubo, difatti ricordiamo ancora oggi con tanto affetto anche Jorge (al bar piscina), Tessa (reception), lo chef Jose e Jaun Jose (metre del ristorante serale) che putroppo non abbiamo ritrovato anche quest'anno. Ringraziamo anche Marta (direttrice) e Julia (experience manager) per essersi rese disponibili nella risoluzione di alcune problematiche che si sono presentate.

E' il secondo anno che torniamo al Barcelò, proprio perchè il primo anno siamo stati così bene da decidere di tornarci. Quest'anno a differenza del primo, c'è stato qualche intoppo, non tutti attribuibili alla struttura, e con questo mi riferisco alla maleducazione dei turisti, ma la struttura può migliorarsi facendo rispettare le minime regole previste per il benessere di tutti: in piscina è vietato fumare sigarette e sigarette elettroniche, eppure i tre quarti giravano con questo maledetto microfono in ogni dove, in ogni luogo e soprattutto in piscina. Così come il fatto che fosse vietato occupare le sdraio per più di 30 minuti senza essere presenti o per altre coppie, sappiamo essere un comportamento usuale ovunque, ma se vengono fissate delle regole, chi è designato a farle rispettare, deve farlo senza indugiare, invece quest'anno è stata la normalità,. Anche per quanto riguarda il cibo, a differenza dello scorso anno ho avuto difficoltà, consiglio di ampliare l'offerta senza glutine e senza lattosio e di prevedere un'area dedicata, e magari di fare qualche salsa senza usare per forza il latte/ derivati, molto spesso nel buffet c'erano piatti che avrei potuto mangiare ma che non ho potuto perchè puntualmente c'era lattosio, inoltre non c'è nulla di più fastidioso (in vacanza) che dover decidere una sera per l'altra cosa voler mangiare (con una scelta molto ridotta per me) o appostarmi tutte le mattine per 3 settimane fuori dalla cucina aspettando che lo chef uscisse per poter chiedere la mia colazione, visto che in sala alle 7:30 non c'era mai alcun addetto al quale rivolgersi. Non abbiamo gradito il fatto che non sia stata preparata una box per la colazione del giorno di partenza, colazione naturalmente inclusa, il giorno 29 lo abbiamo chiesto e ci è stato risposto che non era prevista e che ci autorizzavano a prendere dal buffet del giorno e tenercelo per il giorno dopo, da un 4 stelle non me lo aspetto.

Comentario ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nuestra estancia en la suite fue excelente. Al llegar nos recibieron con una botella de champán, un detalle muy agradable La suite era cómoda, estaba muy bien cuidada y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. En general, una experiencia fantástica y un hotel que recomendaría sin duda.

La comida, el precio para lo que ofrecen, y la poca visión de fidelizacion de clientes por parte de quien estaba de encargado/a de la administración de la recepción en ese momento. El día miércoles 12 de agosto por la mañana. Me alojé una noche y les pregunté si podría dejar la habitación una hora más tarde y me iban a cobrar 25 € después de haber pagado más de 300€ por UNA Noche! Y otra cosa que se me olvidaba, la noche anterior llamamos varias veces a recepción porque hacía mucho calor en la habitación ya que no funcionaba el aire correctamente y no hacían más que colgar el teléfono cada vez… terrible

Definitivamente lo mas extraordinario del hotel es su personal, ENCANTADOR todos !!! desde recepción (sobre todo) hasta los meseros del desayuno ( solo fui régimen desayuno) , un 10 !!!! Otra cosa muy notable, la calidad del desayuno ME ENCANTO !

No me gustaron 3 cosas y creo que es fundamental: 1.- EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO en la habitación, pobre, muy pobre, y este punto en un clima como fuerteventura es de revisar, creo que es muy viejo requiere alguna reparación, solicitamos hasta 3 veces que lo revisaran, y no hubo manera de que se arreglara 2,. COBRAR POR UNA CAJA FUERTE, creo que hasta 3€ el día lo demás se explica solo. 3.- COBRAR HASTA 2€ para que te cambien la toalla de la piscina. y cuando nos lo llevábamos la playa no podíamos cambiarla... un Hotel de playa creo que no debe estar en ello.

Staying at the Barcelo Corralego Bay hotel which I expected it to be relaxing and quiet, however the hotel is undergoing an extension of their gym, and there is lots of noise throughout the day by the pool, from early morning to late afternoon, very loud banging and electric saws constantly, Jet2 should of previously advised us of this and given us the option to move to a different hotel, which they did not. If anyone is thinking of coming soon, take this into consideration as you won't have a peaceful holiday.

We have just returned from 9 days at the Barcelo Corralejo Bay and we have really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a pool view and it also had a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. The beds were spacious and comfy. The room was a great size and maintained to a high standard. The pool area was also well maintained. The pool opened at 9.00 there was plenty of sunbeds so no need to be rushing to reserve! The hotel provided towels for the beds which could be replaced as often as needed - remember your pegs, it can get windy! The restaurant served a wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner. The food was all presented in an appealing way and there was plenty of choice. Some theme nights offered a further variety. Drinks were charged to your room number, so no need to carry cards down to the restaurant. The entertainment finished at 11.00 and the bar stayed open until midnight. You are given a bracelet at check in, which is your room key (no need to be worrying where the card is!) We found this really handy. Although mine stopped working a couple of times reception were quick to sort it. The beach is a short stroll away (lots of seaweed in the sea from the rocks though!) and you can walk right down to the harbour. The shops are a short walk the other way, and there’s plenty of them! The bars and restaurants are a bit further on but all in walking distance. Overall this is a wonderful hotel. We liked it was adults only and there was a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are really friendly, they certainly make you feel welcome. I can’t comment on the pool bar which was used for all inclusive lunch as we never used it - we were half board and found a supermarket nearby that did baguettes! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

Had an issue with room allocation but thanks to Gabriel at Reception and the manager Leah this was resolved quickly. Very happy with overall stay and we will be back. Double Trouble Sisters!

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at the Barclelo Corralejo Bay. We were all-inclusive guests and would recommend other guests going all-inclusive. The breakfast service was the same every day but with so much to choose from - English breakfast items, yogurts, fruits, pastries, mimosas, all kinds of coffee and fresh juices etc. Lunch was served in the pool bar and you had a whole menu to choose from - I had the fantastic Caesar salad more or less every day but my partner had steak, a huge pizza, a delicious pork wrap - all amazing and included for all-inclusive guests. The pool bar served all kinds of drinks including frozen strawberry daiquiris and pina coladas, and branded ice creams and lollies. We were very impressed by the lobby bar which served all kinds of cocktails (including, without limitation, Aperol spritz, mai tai, Long Island) with name brand alcohol and were included in the all-inclusive. The dinner service changed daily and we particularly enjoyed the Italian night. The servers in the restaurant and the pool bar were so friendly. Everywhere was immaculate, the cleaners work tirelessly and the cleaner on our floor (third floor, block C) was especially lovely. There was daily evening entertainment which was usually a singer/band but there was also a flamenco show which was great. The hotel also put on other free activities for guests including a paint and sip class which was fantastic and a cocktail making class. I enjoyed partaking in the aqua gym. My only complaint was the blonde female aqua gym instructor was very rude on one occasion to a hotel guest participating and made it clear that her “paying clients” took precedence over hotel guests. She made the guest move to the back of the pool during the class to give her paying clients “more room” (which was not necessary), which resulted in the guest leaving the class. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for everyone partaking, but especially for the poor guest. It wasn’t clear that the instructor was a third-party instructor with external clients and not a hotel-employed instructor. The other instructors who were employed by the hotel were fantastic - very welcoming and encouraging. Overall, one of the best all-inclusive hotels we have ever stayed at. We would highly recommend.

This was my forth time staying at this hotel and never been disappointed as it has high standards, thus having a deserved four star rating. The hotel is located in a quiet area a short 2-3min walk from the main strip and just 80m from the beach. The building and areas all look pristine and clean. There are two pools (one is heated) and an adequate number of sun loungers with parasol shades around them. The communal areas are well kept and clean. The rooms are spotlessly clean, a nice airy decor and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable resulting in a good night's rest. From the moment you check in, and throughout the stay, the staff are very friendly, welcoming, polite, accepting, respectful (especially important for me due to how I am) and if you need any help you only have to ask and you get it without any fuss. The housekeeping keep the room looking immaculate on a daily basis. I was recognised by some of the staff (reception, restaurant, bar and management) and given a geniune welcome back. The food in the restaurant is very good with a good choice (changing daily), so something to suit everyone. You can take as much or as little as you want. Prices for drinks are reasonable despite it being a hotel and cheap when you're from the UK! There's a good relaxed atmosphere and despite being adults only, a good age rage of people staying at the hotel. The nightime entertainment depends on your tastes but it varies every night so there will be something you like most nights. I can fully recommend staying at this hotel and I'm indeed staying again in September!

The Hotel was nice enough. beautifully renovated hotel lobby and main restaurant. Food was good - breakfast standard fare. Lunch we could have in the pool bar - nice staff. good choice of food. We could have free ice creams and lollies for the pool bar. The food at night had themed nights Food was good great variety for All inclusive The pool was heated but cold but refreshing - I did aqua aerobics twice a day - Emanuela was lovely. The floor around the pool is old, tired cracked tiles. Locals can use the pool for classes as part of their gym membership. The rooms were nice spacious - bathroom recently renovated - furniture was chipped and tired - we had a hot tub bath on the balcony. Staff were nice some more than others. Overall it was a nice stay. not far from the beach or the shops

Loved the jacuzzi in our room, used it everyday to cool down. Very friendly hotel, clean. I don't find it easy switching off from work but here I did, straight away. Can't wait to go back.

Did not. like bottom floor taught the back patio doors weren't that secure pools should be open till at least 8 in evening and you should be aloud get all inclusive whether your staying one night or 3 nights

Although the hotel is a bit older, it is very well maintained and it is clear that the staff take great care of it. The rooms have been renovated, are modern, clean, and tastefully furnished. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The biggest highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet. The selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food every day. There was always something new to try, and the quality was outstanding. The location is another major advantage – it's perfect for exploring Corralejo, with everything within easy walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Corralejo.

Currently waiting on the transfer to head home and couldn't be any more upset at having to leave this hotel. From start to finish, it has been an excellent experience. The food, rooms and staff have all been amazing, and I would highly reccomend that you book this hotel. A special mention goes to Driss who has looked after us so well throughout our stay.

Fifth time we have stayed in this hotel. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Food is unbelievably good with such a range of freshly prepared foods available. We stayed half board with breakfast and evening buffet. Rooms, pools and well landscaped areas are clean and well looked after. 4 times we have had the Bali bed and Jacuzzi experience on the private terrace, so peaceful. Beach is just a 2 minute walk across the road with beach bars on the sand with wind surfers to keep you entertained. 10 minute walk down to music square at night time past the number of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from.

Been many times to this hotel and keep coming back. Staff are excellent and always friendly. Good food excellent location and very nice rooms. Perfect if you’re looking for an adult only relaxing holiday.

Lovely rooms, good food (especially lunches on the poolside terrace), fantastic location lovely pools and all the staff are very friendly and can t do enough for you. Took our son and daughter in law with us this time and they enjoyed it just as much as we did.

This was our first time at this hotel and the island,and we had a fantastic time ( 7 nights) . All staff bar,reception,restaurant,cleaners were super friendly and gave the extra mile to insure a great holiday. Rooms with balcony jacuzzi very spacious and kept super clean with regular towel changes when needed. The restaurant...well wow! What a selection of food ever night, we were half board and breakfast and evening meals were fantastic. Now for a few minor grumbles, they could do with making the entrance totally no smoking as when the automatic doors open the smell of smoke blows through the main bar. Also in the main bar the air conditioning needs to be a bit cooler,was slightly uncomfortable some evenings. And lastly towels left saving beds for hours when no one is there, maybe bed allocation to rooms would solve this. But dont let this put you off we will be back . Thankyou all.

A perfect little spot to unwind in Fuerteventura. The stay has been lovely. The staff is very friendly and attentive from the moment you arrive. The gym instructors, waiters, receptionists… everyone is focused on every detail to make your stay unforgettable. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from the center of Corralejo, the dunes and only a few steps from the beach, unbeatable. If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a few days away from the routine, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back without hesitation.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The food and staff are excellent. The hotel is kept very clean. The rooms are a great size and have everything you need. Our room was above the reception this year so it wasn't as quiet as we would have liked but the room itself was still good. The hotel is located near the beach and the main street so everything is within walking distance. If you want a relaxing holiday that's adults only with great staff and great food / drinks then book here. We have been to this hotel 5 times and will be booking again for next year.

You really must try this hotel. The staff are so helpful, caring and kind. We had an amazing room upgrade which really made our holiday special. Rooms were clean and the decor as classy. Gorgeous pools and grounds. Food was excellent we stayed on half board. The cocktails are so tasty and the measures are generous. Good night time singers will get you tapping your toes. Fantastic hotel , very friendly staff , very helpful , pool area is great, plenty of space , didn’t use the heated pool as the other pool was plenty warm enough for us ! We were full board and the choice of good wax amazing , I’m gluten free & lactose free , the chef on the first night took me around to help with choices but everything is labelled so really easy to choose , he offered to make food for me if there was something I wanted that wasn’t gluten free like pizza . The beach is just over the road , with pure yellow sand & clear blue sea . The town is the other way , with lots of restaurants and bars , in the square there is music every night . There is also entertainment in the hotel which changes every evening . All together a really relaxing holiday ! Thank you to all the staff who have made it even better

Lovely, clean hotel in a great location. It’s classed as a boutique hotel with only 3 floors & we felt this gave you more of a personal experience. The main shops are only 10 mins away with bars along the way & the beach is very close There is a local craft market on Thursdays & Sundays nearby which is very interesting The reception staff were always on hand to give out information & were polite & very friendly We stayed in room 2108 which gets the morning sun & overlooks the pool The storage was remarkably good, much better than most hotels we’ve been to The balconies are large, private & have 2 lovely sun lounger chairs & stools The food was good with plenty of choice & the sweetie trolley was a lovely surprise considering it was an adults only hotel & they were enjoyed by everyone. They even included Lindor which we’ve never had before We never had to queue for a table, despite needing a table for 4 & the staff were very efficient All the staff, everywhere, were lovely, no exceptions, The bar service was excellent, especially Juan & Robert who remembered you & often offered personal service. A lot of branded drinks were included in the all inclusive package. There are 3 pools & the one with the shallow steps is heated, it was lovely We never had trouble finding a sun bed even though we went out every morning & didn’t look for one until around lunchtime There were only a couple of things that I think could be improved 1. The water for the room was only available in quite small glass bottles 2. We arrived late at night when the entertainment was on & it was very difficult to hear as the music was so loud 3. The entertainment itself was mediocre & always very, very loud All in all we had a fantastic holiday & wouldn’t hesitate to return

Always sunbeds available at any tome of the day. 5 minute walk to main strip in corralejo. Some of the evening entertainment was mediocre, but a couple of the singers were great. If your looking for a relaxing break, you won't regret booking this hotel.

Beautiful, scenic, resort in Corralejo. Lovely vibe with adults only, stress-free, hospitable friendly staff. Juan is very chatty and cheeky! Nothing is too much trouble and staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, well fed and lots of drinks! Would return in a heartbeat. The beach is super close, 5 minute walk and the food at the hotel is really beautiful. Pretty much perfect. The rooms are really lovely too, air conditioned, clean and modern with a lovely lobby and lots of plants. The resort has a really tranquil vibe, there is very little noise from outside the rooms and hotel. Value for money is spot on, cannot complain. Gracias.

My friends and I stayed in this hotel from 10 June for a week. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Hotel is in a good location, about 5 minute walk to the beach and about 15/20 mins to the main town. Some shops nearby too. Our rooms were lovely, in a quiet location which suited us. The pool is cordoned off till 9am (lots of people queuing for beds). We never had a problem getting sunbeds whenever we went down. We stayed All Inclusive, breakfast and evening meal is a buffet in the main restaurant, lots of choice with different themes each evening. Lunch is served in the pool bar. What can I say, this was brilliant. Lots of choice, tapas, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, fish and steak plus more. We worked our way through the menu during the week we were there and didn’t have a bad meal. The drinks are also high quality. Lots of nice wines, branded spirits and the cocktails were amazing. We went on a trip to a nearby island called Los Lobos, which we’d definitely recommend. We booked before we went but lots of booths selling boat tickets by the Marina. The staff really are what makes this hotel. A special thanks to Paco, Bruno, Driss, Juan, Francesca, Juane and all the staff for looking after us and making our stay special.

Just home from another lovely visit to Barcelo. Everyone makes me feel like being at home, And treat me like family. Having visited over 20 times you only have to read my previous reviews to know I think it is superb, although when l visit next September l hope the temperature will be a little lower for my own taste but can’t wait to go back. This was a last-minute booking and we’re so glad that we selected this hotel from the minute we walked in the reception made us feel welcome Our room was on the first floor, which was very spacious spotlessly clean beds so comfortable The swimming complex was great one heated pool which was a nice treat. Lots of sunbeds. The pool towels are great because they cover the whole of the sunbed. Usually you find them too small. We really enjoyed the food there was lots of choice if anyone says different they must be very very picky. There was always plain food if you didn’t like spicy or sauce or sauces to go with the plain food there was lots of choices both for starter main and deer couldn’t fault it. The restaurant staff were lovely and we found it easy to get a table and the drinks were served quickly. We can’t really comment on the entertainment as that’s not our thing so we didn’t really stay for that. However it didn’t disturb us at all. There is a couple of pool tables in the shuttle board game which was fun. We stayed half board which is enough for us. We have come back and feel like we’ve had a really good holiday And it was all down to good accommodation and good staff

Great hotel. Wonderful food, comfortable beds and always enough sunbeds by the pool. Staff are very friendly! My two negatives: 1. The wristbands have a ‘waterproof’ key to get you into your room. It is not waterproof! We had to change our wristbands every other day because they stopped working due to being in the water. A good idea but highly impractical. 2. Maybe I am picky, but dinner starting at 19:00 seems rather late to me. I am pregnant so maybe that’s why, but I feel waiting until 19:00 to start dinner feels a while! It would be much nicer for it to start at 18:00/18:30. All in all a wonderful hotel and we would recommend

This was our second visit to this hotel and had a lovely relaxing holiday. Very clean in all areas. Staff excellent. Breakfast and lunch good but evening meal could have been a bit more varied. Great location.

It was our 5th stay at this hotel and it failed to disappoint. From checking in to checking out, we couldn't fault it. The staff are absolutely amazing and they couldn't do enough for you. Leah the Guest Experience Manager was the icing on the cake, always took the trouble to speak to us, she made us feel very special. The food again was superb, the atmosphere in the bar was great and the staff were fabulous. We shall return.

This is our second visit after ten years the Hotel and staff were great the pool lovely but tiles were coming off the floor it appeared to be a bit tired. The Pool bar food was a repetitive menu the drinks were great.

This was our 4th stay at the Corralejo Bay Hotel. We had a great time once again,I can’t fault it. The only downside is that the time goes too quickly! It’s our perfect place to stay.

A wonderful stay in this well presented adult hotel. Very comfortable emperor bed in a well appointed 2nd floor room overlooking the swimming pools. Very relaxing, poolside activities if you want to join in or just chill out in the pleasant grounds. There are cabanas available and a very well equipped gym, health club and spa. The hotel is situated on a quiet road with only a short walk into Corralejo and its various bars and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The food service is buffet and is presented to a very high standard with plenty of choice. The pool bar serves lunch which is freshly prepared and served at your table by pleasant staff with a great sense of humour. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel in great location and wonderful staff. Lovely breakfast, beds were extremely comfortable, shower in bathroom was excellent. Couldn’t fault a thing about this hotel and can’t wait to return in the future

Absolutely nothing to dislike

So disappointed with this hotel We have stayed many times in the past and were looking forward to our visit. This hotel needs a good makeover. Very old furniture “up cycled” in rooms areas around pool need attention cracked tiles and generally tatty exterior, outside furnishings very worn. Food! (Buffet) below average quality. It looks like they are trying to Penny pinch ie chicken wings and gloopy paella that’s stuck to the pan! Pasta with watery, lack lustre sauce, nothing of any real gravity Cheap penny sweets ….. This is an adult only hotel . Unfortunately some members of staff on reception were beyond rude! Simple requests totally ignored. On a previous visit a piece of my clothing went missing and it seems the same has happened on this occasion. Having spoken to an acquaintance who stayed at this hotel last summer who also experienced an item of clothing missing when they arrived home, I think this is a common occurrence. Shame it used to be a lovely place Goes without saying we will not return!

A very personal touch from a large hotel chain. Buffet was one of the best, with everything very fresh and the menu was kept to a sensible level of choice. Often hotels offer too much choice and quality suffers. Garden areas are thoughtfully laid out and well maintained. Pools are fab.

The rush to 'own' sunbeds in the morning is ridiculous- seeing residents on the steps just before 9am to grab their space is so embarrassing! Ownership of sunbeds was not monitored. Quite how this is done sensitively is a really tricky dilemma. The buffet dining room is very well laid out. However, the feet on the chair legs need attention. The scraping of the feet on the hard floor is really loud, resonating through the room. Soft pads are needed. How the staff manage a shift in that condition is a wonder.

Just returned from a fantastic 10 day break again to this lovely hotel, All the staff from reception,pool, room,service, restaurant and management were faultless. The small pool was heated and my wife loved it. The hotel is just a short stroll to the main strip in corralejo and is ideal for people with walking difficulties and close to the beach .It was nice to meet staff again from previous holidays and Leah the guest experience manager who helped with all our needs. We will be returning soon thanks all, your loyal guest Rita ,John Fairhurst.

This was our third visit to the Barcelo. What an improvement in all aspects. Friendliness of staff, quality of food, cleanliness. We shall be returning.

Just back from a 9 day stay at this hotel. Leah was a tremendous support when we had an issue at the start of the holiday The lunch time meal set up is pure chaos, we arrived quickly unpacked and went over to eat etc. After 30 mins of being totally ignored by staff even after several attempts to be served etc we left in disgust and complained. We never actually went back to tbe lunch area, much preferred to go out and explore and eat away from the hotel at lunch. Leah made the effort to make everything that bit easier for us then. She is a credit to the hotel. Food on the whole does the job, and the menu varies constantly. Entertainment was good in the evenings, Room was comfortable on the whole. And it's hilarious to watch everyone run at 9am for sun loungers and then not go back for ages. I did notice that there were several maintenance issues all round the hotel that needed adressimg. We had issues in room solved quickly. But things like soap dispensers falling off walls in the toilets in the main areas, loose taps etc, broken tiles on the floor etc makes the hotel feel tired. All the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful So big shout out to the staff who keep the place going, but step up the maintenance, clean windows etc Not quite a 4 star hotel in my eyes (the staff make it a 4 star not the building)

worth a few more visits we will be booking again this year.. We will have used this hotel 3 times in the last 2years and will be using them next year too.

This is our 5th stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. A warm welcome is always received at check in. Staff cannot do enough for you. Rooms are spotless along with the rest of the hotel . Food is delicious with plenty choice and always fresh. A drink at the bar is a must and a big shout out to Bruno who serves drinks to perfection! Will definitely be returning in the near future

Just come back from a 2 week stay at this hotel. Hotel was very clean and had super friendly and helpful staff. Bedrooms were kitted out well with huge bed, mini fridge, living area, good sized bathroom and balcony. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate returning in the future.

My recent stay in the Barcelo Corralejo Bay Hotel was absolutely first class! I was concerned about travelling alone and being alone in such a big hotel, but I needn't have worried. I felt completely at home even when eating alone. It wasn't nearly as difficult as my anxiety had anticipated. The friendliness of the staff is exceptional and those who knew me from before remembered me well. I felt very well cared for in every respect. And it makes a difference that the hotel is Adult Only. Many thanks to all the staff, from the chefs to the service staff throughout the hotel; the staff around the pool and especially the spa staff; and not forgetting the cleaning staff who keep the hotel absolutely spotless and shining at all times, as well as the Reception staff who are always there whenever needed and are a fount of information on all things. Final thanks to Leah Babilkova, the Guest Experience Manager, who remembers me each time I visit and makes a point of catching up with me during each stay. She has become a firm friend and for that I am most grateful.

Loved every minute there as a couple, food, hotel, and the island tour were all amazing . Found a new place to go for holiday and def will be back

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very attentive and went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable. Staff at the pool bar amazing, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. There were lots of vegetarian options for lunch and dinner and each night it was different so you didn't get sick of the same food.

Great place to stay if your what some peace and quiet good food plenty of choice and near the main strip but not too near about 300 meters and about 200 meters to the nearest beach

Lovely hotel in ideal position. Staff very friendly. Emmanuela is a great fitness instructor, really friendly and helpful.

As we always say as soon as we walked through door we just think it’s good to be back….!, we always get a good welcome with the reception staff (Gabriel!) all the staff are always welcoming, including the smiling maintenance man who reset the safe pass code which we made a mess off it !! we had a nice room overlooking the pool. As far as we’re are concerned the buffet service for all meals are excellent & plenty of choices, breakfasts are well prepared including the porridge, we mix & match depending on what we feel like eating, the same at dinner, my wife particularly likes the fish! We chat away to all the staff & just generally enjoy it all There was a lot, well to us, of new staff who just fit the “Barcelo” way including Robert on the bar with whom I learned some Swedish……..(tack sjalv) I always say that if you have a disability this a great place to go helpful staff, plenty lifts & ramps….. Leah & her team are always willing to help in anyway they can nothing is too much trouble, the hotel 5 minutes away from Main Street shops bars are aplenty 5 minutes from beach which is now a little bit easier to walk now they are putting a boardwalk along it… Once again thank you for an excellent holiday at The Corralejo Bay See you soon……

I would just like to say a huge thanks for your empathy and kindness shown to myself and my husband who stayed at the Barcelo Corralejo Bay from 6/5/2026 to 13/5/2026 staying within room 2008. Yourself and your team allowed us to keep the room on until our departure time due to personal reasons. Our stay within the hotel gave us chance to recharge and reset for the ongoing events ahead. Your staff are a credit to the hotel and please can you thank them for the professionalism and friendly hospitality. Due to all the above we have rebooked to come back again from the 2nd September 2026 for a 7night stay staying in the deluxe premium room with private terrace. Would there be any possibility we could be allocated room 2008 again as that was previously perfect for us and once again make a request to keep it on for our departure time which will be around 16.00pm. beautiful place.excellent and friendly staff.great base if you want to go out and about as only 5 minutes from the main strip and about the same to the nearest beach but entertainment in the hotel every night as well if you cant be arsed to move.massive buffet for breakfast and evening meal and very good pool bar restaurant for during the day but most important for us is that everything is accesible for disabled visitors.four lifts to go down to the restaurant.5 to take you up to your room and even a lift to the hairdresser who is brilliant.extremely friendly and attentive staff from management to bar staff to restaurant staff.love this place.

Wonderful hotel, close to both the town and 250 yards from beach, lovely staff that are so helpful towards anything you may need, fantastic choice of food in the restaurant with so much choice at both breakfast and evening dinner.

Brilliant location, rooms spacious with a really comfortable bed, also the hairdryer is really good not the usual on the wall thing that you can’t style your hair with, towels large and fluffy No problems getting a sunbed even with the sad soul’s queuing up at 8.30am for the pool opening at 09.00 to claim their loungers Breakfast plenty of variety, lunch at the pool bar was good, you order of a menu with waiter service Now evening meal, plenty of variety, lukewarm warm maybe having some microwaves available so people could heat food up could maybe help The bar and staff were brilliant, all branded spirits, and the cocktails were some of the best I’ve had, special shout out to Robert, entertainment was also very good Would i return yes definitely, just on a final note the hotel seems to attract the over 50s clientele so maybe younger couples would find it not to their taste

The staff at the Barcelo are second to none. In the bar their cocktail making is spectacular, nothing too much trouble. The food choice in the buffet restaurant is excellent. Always something to enjoy. We have been before and will return!

We are rapidly approaching the end of a weeks holiday here. There have been no surprises as everything has been pretty much as expected. The room - possibly the only (slight) disappointment. The room is a bit dated. However, it’s clean & comfortable with lots of storage. Tea and drink stocks could do with being topped up more often. Food & drink The food is good, not spectacular. We never had a bad meal. Breakfast and supper are in the buffet, always plenty of choice. Lunch is at the restaurant by the pool, this definitely is the best food at the hotel and set in a nice ambience. All the drinks and cocktails are made with premium brands the lager is Cruzcampo. Pool. There are two pools, one is heated, the heated one also has a jacuzzi. The heated pool is bearable, I was told the other pool was very cold, so didn’t try it! The pool doesn’t open until 9, but people are queueing by 0815. I’m not sure why, we often didn’t go to the pool until midday and still had decent seats, Staff Staff in this hotel are very good - Always friendly and smiling, they work incredibly hard. Location : The hotel is set a very short distance from the beach and retail outlets. One further point to note. The average age of the guests is relatively old. I’m sixty and felt like a youngster here! It is very quiet throughout the day. It livens up at night with live singers from 2130. All the singers we have seen are very good. Many of the oldies are quick to take to the dance floor and have some fun so fair play to them! In summary if you want a relaxing holiday, this would be a good choice.

Love this hotel, was here same time last year. Great weather, terrific food, brilliant staff. Had a second floor room with Balinese bed and small spa bath.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at The Barcelo Corralejo Bay and wished we had booked for longer. The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff in all areas are friendly and cheerful and the food is very good with an excellent choice. Everyone should find something to their taste as there is a large choice. The lady chef cooking the omelettes at breakfast is excellent and very efficient. We always enjoyed our meals. The selection of prawns on certain evenings were fabulous. Themed dinner nights several nights a week. The price of drinks in the hotel was very reasonable with cocktails at 8 Euro and wine in the restaurant well priced. The hotel is in most cases no more expensive than the bars on the beach. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Regarding the location, it is on a quiet street, we never heard any noise and it is close to 4 beaches. Turn right out of the hotel and then first left and within less than 100 metres you reach Palm Beach, which also has a great beach bar and restaurant. A little further to the left is Toro Beach, then Waikiki and then Bossa Beach. All have beach bars. I have some walking difficulties but could walk to the port, with a beach bar stop and it is either boardwalk or promenade all the way. We found the Palm Beach and Bossa beach bars to be the best. The only negatives we found were that some guests, reserved sun beds early and at the evening entertainment talked so loudly it spoiled the experience. These are not faults of the hotel just some thoughtless guests. All in all a great holiday and we would definitely book here again if visiting Corralejo.

Our 5th time at this hotel and once again it was fabulous , amazing staff, the food in the restaurant is of a good quality and plenty of choice . A pottery workshop was a great hour and have joined painting classes other years.

Just back from our week at the Barcelo Corralejo Bay. First time to Fuerteventura. We have previously stayed in a Barcelo in Ibiza, which was fab, so thought we would give this one a try. And we were not disappointed! Check in was easy and straightforward. Our room wasn’t quite ready but we were able to leave our cases in the luggage room and head to the pool bar for some lunch. Our room was a standard double, 2 twins pushed together, bathroom with walk in shower and balcony. Fridge in room, though water was only left on our arrival and not daily, which would’ve been nice. Safe in room for an additional 3 euros a day, which we thought was reasonable. Room cleaned daily to a good standard. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there and he was very kindly left a bottle of Cava and chocolates on the day. Breakfast and evening meal taken in the Tindaya restaurant. Breakfast all the usual, from full English to cereals and pastries. Evenings, probably one of the best all inclusive buffets we’ve had. Plenty of choice, including several theme nights. Evening entertainment in the lobby bar, not usually our thing, but we did enjoy some of them, wish I could remember their names, but the 2 sisters, Robb somebody and the country duo were all very good. The cocktails in the bar were fantastic!! The pool area didn’t open till 9, and there were always those waiting to bag their spot….however, we always managed to find somewhere. There staff were very, very good. Very attentive, always polite and helpful, cannot praise them high enough. From start to finish we had an amazing week, and would ( and will) absolutely recommend.

Stayed here for nine nights and enjoyed every day . The room with a side sea view was very comfortable and had Sun on the balcony in the mornings which was perfect. Quiet after the evening entertainment ended so sleep quality was good. The food was excellent, good choice at breakfast and in the evening a very good variety. Highly recommend this hotel

I was here on a day pass (pool, spa, and evening meal). When making an enquiry I visited the main reception, who pointed out a nice lady who would help me, and she did gave me all the information/options I had for a day visitor. I took the information away, and came back the following day and booked. On my day visit I went and found a lounger by the pool, and was able to use a towel too. The spa was nice, and relaxing, but when it came to leaving I was rushed to get changed so they could lock up. I went for my evening meal, but was not told about bringing a card payment for drinks, and they would not accept cash. This was disappointing, as the guy on entrance to the restaurant would not let it drop that I didn't have a card for buying drinks, at one point I didn't think he would let me sit down in the restaurant to have my meal. I had to stand my ground, as it was part of the package that I bought. On leaving the Barcelo, there was a singer on in the lobby area of the Hotel, which was quite small, but it was good. I would recommend a day visit, and hopefully you will get treated better.

This is a fantastic hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Great position for getting around. Well equipped gym, streets are safe and easy to get out and run if you that way inclined. Corralejo as an area has a great music vibe with some lovely hidden gems for food/drink and music. If you are just looking to relax this is a hotel you cant go wrong with. They do a fab cocktail so definitely cant go wrong
