The toilet is opened directly to the room, and not appropriate to the families whom have kids . There’s no Halal restaurants near to the hotel while the location was perfect.

The smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking rooms was unpleasant, and having to push luggage only to discover that the reception is not on the ground floor was inconvenient.

Good location

Very good hotel, for a low price you get a real Marriott-level service, the rooms are comfortable and clean, perfect breakfast with a wide choice of both local and European cuisines. The staff was speaking a decent English, which scarcely can be found in China, and helped with all my requests.

The location is not very good if you come for Canton Fair (it takes 1 hour by subway to get there from hotel), but in general you have all you need in a walking distance - plenty of cafes, shopping malls, park, etc.

Breakfast was amazing, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There’s McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Starbucks, two malls, supermarkets, and plenty of other eateries all less than a 5-minute walk away.

Service is good. Staff were kind and helpful especially when my son was ill and they gave me food to bring breakfast upstairs for him.

We booked two non smoking rooms. But my sons’ room stank of cigarette smell. Our rooms didn’t have bath robes.

Just a little feedback, room for improvement: limited options for vegetarians and vegans on the breakfast buffet, options decreased further as veg dishes were placed in between non-veg ones leading to cross contamination, instead of grouping the veg together. Wrong information from staff of what is veg and non-veg. On one occasion it took a long time for reception staff to understand that we were asking to keep the same room when extending one night, the language barrier was not the problem, the issue was that the receptionist seemed not to know how to set English to Mandarin translation on her device! It is essential that reception staff should be able to communicate.

A little bit too busy on some days. Breakfast selection needs to be more considerate towards those that don’t eat meat and should include some more continental options for foreign travellers.

The parking is underground and once you are in it can be quite tough finding way out as it’s a huge complex.

There is nothing to be recalled after check out from the facility. The only thing that I can say is front counter is good in handling check in and check out process.

My stay is considered not really value for money. The room is said to be upgraded, but there is nothing special about it. Breakfast is so so and nothing excited to boost up the day. Breakfast serving staff is not well trained to take care the food counter, and not greeting clients well when some clients smiling at them.

Excellent stay. From check in, great service from Anber Huang. Attentive and fast response. Rooms were in great shape. Location was near Wanda plaza and a really interesting street with craft beer and a row of shops selling coffee and lemon tea. Nearby a row of street eating shops and slightly further near the river, around 80-100 street food stalls. Absolute wonderful street food. 5 min walk to metro station.

floor tiles were so slippery. if you bring kids or eldery people, should be very careful. all staff(front desk, cleaning staff) is nice but most of them don’t speak English at all. And I saw a cockroach in my room and it made me freak out

Front desk service is helpful. Breakfast is a little too simple compared to other branches.Maybe it's because of the virus outbreak but qualify of the food is great.Could understand that. Nearby parking is painful. Underground free parking lot is like a puzzle to get in and out. Shopping mall next to it is great.
