Hilton Garden Inn Foshan

Better internet

Friendly staff. Great location. Next to mall

Breakfast. Insufficient refill

Great accomodation and great customer service.

Not much to do in the hotel and the staff was kind enough to assist whenever they could.

Location

Everything was good.

Location was super, breakfast and staff very brilliant.Michelle & Peter at the restaurant, were so helpful.Early morning taxi was arranged on the dot.

Nothing to complain

It's nice and clean.

The hotel could do with exhibitions, providing guests with events and trips.

Good location. Just opposite shopping mall and Metro station.

Metro istasyonuna yakın

Kahvaltıyı artırmak lazım düşünün Hilton kalıyorsun çin yemek menüsün Hakim olamaz

The check in lady was amazing and very professional accommodating. Great counter service. Next to a big mall for good food choices. Great location and hotel.

My wife and I came to China to attend the Canton Fair and met Amanda at the front desk. She is a very responsible front desk clerk. During our stay, she helped us solve many problems. My wife likes her very much. On the last day of our departure from China, we had some communication misunderstandings with the driver. Amanda helped us solve it and ensured our smooth departure. This trip to China has been very satisfactory to me. I hope to meet her again when I come to Hilton Foshan next time.

The shower tap was not working properly. Only hot water is coming. Also, the room's small fridge was not working. Informed reception but didn't fix it.

Very friendly and helpful

Everything was nice! Breakfast, rooms, clean and - Ok!

Employees of the hotel can’t speak English, seems to be ok in China, but better to speak with them without translator.

Great location, wonderful breakfast and good size and clean rooms

The housekeeper is very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel at very reasonable rate. Great omelette.

Breakfast is really good, and many options are available. Location is also so convenient, and the shopping mall is in front of the hotel.

Nothing I could notice.

Very pleasant and efficient staff, from reception to restaurant to cleaning. So friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities spot on for a two-week stay.

Good

Every thing so good , breakfast was good.

Nothing to say

the location was amazing super convinient right in front of a mall!

The cleaning was just not good, I could see stains from cups and mugs from before. When you walk in, it doesnt feel very fresh, feels old and musty. You can smell cigs in the hallway, not very classy. The staff didn't know much English which is okay but then they can't really help much. I did not like that the restaurant stops serving at 10pm without prior notice, it's too early to close for room service in my opinion.

The rooms were good size with views of the city. Some rooms were smoking rooms so make sure to designate non-smoking if that is an issue. Otherwise, the facilities had a nice breakfast buffet, well known restaurant on the 5th floor famous for its dim sum and spa facilities. The staff was very helpful too. We could not have asked for more.

Ease of access to Metro, cleanliness

Restaurant didn't appear to be open for guests and the smell of cigarette smoke was strong

Excellent place very close to subway station ,restaurants, Walmart , and a big mall

the Room is clean and quite

NONE OF THE STAFFS SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND YOU. THE BREAKFAST IS NOT GOOD ALL CHINESE DISHES. ONLY BREAD WAS THERE NO JAM. VERY FEW ITEMS FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME.

I had a pleasant stay. Michelle, Mandy and other members of staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to assist me, even with the language barrier. Their dedication to helping guests made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their efforts and would recommend this hotel to others. The room was well equipped with everything I needed, and the food was great.

Nothing

Some staff crew cannnot understand English language

Good

It’s a great one and we had a comfortable stay. Very easy to access to Foshan factory locations and foods were also really good. We had enough verities to select the it was delicious. Highly recommend for those who are traveling for vacation or work purposes.

Good location opposite large mall in Foshan.

Right across from good mall

好

If you were not part of a tour the restaurant was not open, the bar was closed most days and there was no atmosphere. Location is great and if you do not need a pool then it’s a comfortable hotel. You might need google translate to talk to the reception staff at times.

Loved the location in the midst of everything. Enjoyed the breakfast too.Staff extremely honest.Forgot some money in the safe and was called by hotel to pick-up.

The TV had only one English channel .Had no sports channel. Also difficult to change money.

Breakfast was only catering for Chinese there was nothing for western people at all. I spoken to one of the restaurant mangers and told her am head chef in England, then another came and asked for any ideas to improve the service. WE had a very friendly chat about western breakfast and she took it in, and said must speak with the general Manger about this..and that's were it stop nothing happen.. came to that my last four days of my stay I don't go down for breakfast ..

I was very surprised that my daughter was checked and warning by the security while she’s late back to the hotel, and the tone was not friendly, and she felt it’s offended, it’s definitely not a pleasant experience. It’s our first time staying at this hotel and we were having business trip here. The hotel definitely need to do something for that!

Good and Comfortable. Very near to mrt. Exit B and just walk out you will be able to see the hotel.

Only the location slightly out from main attractions.

Spacious bed room n location

Cleanliness of the room

Good area, nice and quiet. Clean and easy access.

Clean, friendly staff and close to shopping and Metro.

Every thing was excellent.

the room setup and spacing! the luxury lobby with helpful staff with english speak! first time saw the robot delivery to rooms! convenience location with parking lot and opposite with one of the big shopping mall.

the room was unable to adjust the cold air but just warm air or room temperature! at night i was sweat with no air condition. the room shower head are so confuse to adjust the hot water! confuse for customers.
