Accueillant, courtois, disponible, réactif. J'ai aimé le hammam, la longue plage, et l'espace disponible pour les clients : pas besoin de se coller uns aux autres. La wifi était bonne partout.

Une seule chose : le volume de la sono est souvent trop élevé. Le soir surtout ( jusqu'à 22h00 , 22h30 environ, .. heureusement pas plus.)

Staff gentile e disponibile, pulizia ottima nelle camere, camera vista piscina e mare anche se inizialmente era stata assegnata un altra camera che a nostra richiesta è stata cambiata.colazione ottima, servizio in spiaggia inclusi come il kayak e la barca con fondo in vetro, baristi simpatici. Spiaggia bella, camera grande

El personal súper amable, fuimos con un bebé y siempre estaban super atentos con nosotros para ayudarnos en lo que necesitásemos. La habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. La comida deliciosa. El ambiente muy agradable, la playa que está justo a pie del hotel muy tranquila y maravillosa, atardeceres increíbles. Hotel recomendable 100%. Totalmente agradecidos por lo estupenda que fue nuestra estancia.

Was situated in a lovely public beach. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Le personnel très accueillant souriant et aimable! Notre chambre très propre, beaucoup de Choix au petit déjeuner et dîner chaque soirée un menu varié. Franchement rien à dire tout était très bien 👍 la plage OUAAAAH MAGNIFIQUE!

La piscine pas chauffée

The hotel looks a little bit tired and needs some renovation. But the rooms are big with a nice balcony. Food was not so many choices but was tasty. Close to the beach

Some staff were not friendly and when we came to the bar the bartender asked for some cards which we needed to show him, we were all inclusive. But when I came to reception they said that we don't need anything just say room number. The cocktails were not so tasty and the wine and beer was ok.

Set your expectations correctly when visiting this hotel it is a 3 star and you will have a great time. Food is ok , you will always find something to eat .The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your needs . Hotel sat on a fantastic beach.

No water supply for half board guests during dinner. Old, heavily used facilities.

The food was good enough on the all inclusive and there was you could always find a tasty dish on the buffet. The pool and bar area are not bad at all. Easy access to Grand Baie with daily shuttle or cheap bus ride. But the he staff really carry this resort. They go out of their way to help, sometimes without being provided the tools by the establishment. They made the difference.... without them this place would have been poor.

The beach right in front of the hotel is okay, but there a lot better in Mauritius. Rooms are pretty average but the beds etc. are in need of an upgrade. The entertainment was poor.... the so called entertainment manager went AWOL after day one and wasn't replaced. The beach facilities were not up to standard or what is offered in adverts. All this meant we had to provide our own evening entertainment and fun for the family. Hotel generally has a run down feel.

All the staff were very good, especially Desant. The entire experience was great, and everyone was friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tarisa Resort! The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with not too many people around, making it a peaceful getaway. A big shoutout to the manager, who tried to accommodate my vegetarian food preferences. But the real star was Lakshman, the cook—he made the most amazing food for me! Every meal was delicious, and his attention to detail truly made my stay even better. For the price they offer, they are doing an amazing job! I will definitely be back for sure. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Descent, about the facilities, and some space seem to renovated. Quiet place and next to Choisy beach The stuff!!! these guys were absolutely perfect! The reception stuff was kind and helpful!!! The guys at the bar and the restaurant, were absolutely perfect. Especially the barman with the special secret cocktail recipe!!!!

The staff were friendly & helpfull especially in reception. The restaurant manager was really good. Good services & very good value for money.

The location is beautiful, the cleanliness and the staff.

The food was not varied and mostly Indian cuisine.

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere der Pool. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Im Grossen und Ganzen stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Friendly staff at resort and bar area. Close to beach area. Otherwise, entertainment is good.

Outdoor pool chair pillows dirty. Puttputt courts dirty. Full of sand. Music very loud every night until 22h30..can't sleep when tired. Was very noisy in corridors after 23h30 at night. Food was repetitive every day.

Overall - A Passable Stay. Not too pleasant. Location - Average Food Options - Average Staff and Cleanliness - Average Room does not provide minimum amenities such as Water for Drinking.

I like the environment around, I like the location, I like the breakfast place which was well located

The pool was very bad need to renovate completely, the staff at the reception should be well trained, they don't have manner. Needed to know how to welcome geust.

Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour passé au Tarisa. Nous étions 4, la demande concernant la proximité de nos chambres ainsi que l'équipement (lits 1 place, 2 places) a été entendue. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et à l'écoute. La nourriture variée (11 jours en demi pension) Difficile de trouver du négatif. Pour résumer un exellent rapport qualité prix car l'hôtel n'a "que" 3*

Well positioned near the beach, but very little else in the immediate area. Not easy to find restaurants open and no pavements make walking hazardous. Would not recommend staying here unless on AI basis. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable

on the mont choisy beach so could not ask for more as this is a beach with the turquoise water. staff offered us an early check in at 11am even though we just wanted to leave our bags. They did well to be very attentive to my younger kids.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse extraordinaire ! Nous étions en formule petit-déjeuner ( très bon) et chaque matin il y avait toujours quelqu'un qui avait un mot gentil. Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

we had an average experience, I was told to make a rapid test but my friend not, spa was closed at 16h00 due to covid protocol as per staff but staff not wearing mask on buffet at breakfast, no bathtub in room but same it is mentioned on your advert, buffet not worth value for money, lots of flies and bees on the buffet, no greetings on phone or in restaurant, trying to book spa on next day but could not have proper answer, hotel very noisy, you can hear lots of noise from our rooms all day,

I Like its India food ( Tandoor) and staff was very friendly.Its location is also good. Swimming pool was not very clean.

Nära stranden. Både ac och kylskåp var ur funtion när vi kom. Ac'n lagades direkt och kylskåpet byttes ut, dock funkade inte den heller. Maten var ok men dyrt och inte så brett utbud på buffén.

The security and reception have been very helpful, however breakfast service and lunch service was really awful. I specifically asked for a room with proper WIFI connection but this was never prioritised.

Une catastrophe au point de vue hygiène et propreté, sol jamais nettoyé, nourriture quelconque et à peu près toujours la même. Pour se rendre à la plage il faut traverser une zone avec des tentes de camping et des voitures. le week end et jour de fête la plage est envahie par des campeurs. je n'ai jamais vu de ma vie une plage aussi sale. Au bout de deux jours j'ai appelé expédia le service client pour changer d'hôtel mais cela n'a pas était possible.

Bon séjour en famille, activités nautiques disponibles pour tous: canoë , bateau pour faire du snorkeling , pédalo ...

Séjour de 6 nuits /1/2 pension / 22 au 28 décembre 2014 - l'hotel est idéalement placé pour ce qui est de l'accès direct à la plage de Mont-Choisy, diverses activités proposées/plage et plan d'eau conformes à la présentation brochure. Chambre agréable (privilégier étage et pas trop près de la piscine et du bar pour éviter légères nuisances sonores) - les moins : accueil neutre, peu de sourires, nourriture limite en quantité, il vaut mieux arriver tôt aux repas pour profiter de tous les plats. repas de noel pas digne d'une hotel 3 étoiles. pour nos transferts aéroport/hotel/aéroport, nous avons du nous débrouiller, hotel et prestataire se renvoyant la balle.

Pas d'eau réfrigéré à table,pas de clim dans la chambre 111,mais ma remarque est constructive,sinon sur l'ensemble du séjour correct ,et un bon rapport qualité prix

The hotel is right next to the beautiful Mont Choisy beach. Facilities are good, they also have some water activities specifically for hotel guests. Rooms are ok, breakfast spread is also good. Overall, good experience
