The hotel location is great. Near a lovely beach and 10-15 minute walk to old town! Delicious breakfast served on terrace with a view. Roof top pool had lovely views. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We would stay again

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. However our room was bit gloomy but to be honest we didn’t spend a lot of time in it apart then to sleep! Parking is a bonus but we thought a bit expensive. The positives of this hotel outweigh any downsides

Il manquait des étagères pour pouvoir placer les habits. L'armoire était déjà rempli par le coffre fort, le minibar, le plateau de café et un duvet.

Do apto em geral, não fazia parte do corpo do hotel, não havia serviço de limpeza e a discrição da Booking não mencionava nada disto. Cobraram estacionamento no hotel, mesmo havendo vaga no apto e estacionamento no prédio onde o apartamento se encontrava. Ridículo, meio de ganhar dinheiro extra de turista.

The rooftop pool is definitely a major plus, and I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The room was rather small, especially for a family.

The hotel is located near Lido Beach, in a convenient part of Alghero. However, dependable public transportation is limited, a problem that affects the city as a whole.

Very good breakfast with omelette. Location is perfect just cross the street and you are on the beach. We enjoyed to play table tennis.

Apartment was really nice with sea view.

The apartment has potential, but several issues impacted the value of the stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, especially at night. Furthermore, the €60 fee just for a basic change of sheets, towels and light cleaning felt overpriced for an apartment rental.In terms of facilities, the game room features a ping-pong table, but no paddles or balls were provided. Additionally, the hotel lacks standard guest amenities like an espresso machine or a water dispenser in the main building. Improving these basic services would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Hotel je na fenomenalnoj lokaciji, preko puta plaze i laganom setnjom udaljen od prelepog starog grada.

Bili smo smesteni u apartmanu koji je bio odlican, ali smo dobili peskire kad smo dosli u isti. Kad sam otisla da zatrazim ciste peskire na recepciji su mi rekli da se isti naolacuju 3 eura.

Bardzo dobry hotel na pobyt i bazę w Alghero. Szybki dojazd z lotniska. Położenie przy promenadzie i plaży miejskiej, 5 minut do plaży Lido, 20 minut do plaży Maria Pia. 20 minut spacerem promenadą do starego miasta za murami obronnymi. W najbliższej okolicy kilka restauracji i barów przy plaży. Dostaliśmy pokój o wysokim standardzie, z przestronnym balkonem (stolik, krzesełka) z widokiem na morze (część frontowa hotelu). Czysto w pokoju, codzienne sprzątanie, na życzenie wymiana ręczników. Elementy wyposażenia nie zużyte, pokój po renowacji. Jest lodówka, bezpłatny sejf. Pokój odpowiedniej wielkości. Śniadania na przestronnym tarasie na 4 piętrze. Smaczne, duży wybór produktów, obfite. Na 5 piętrze (dachu) basen, wystarczającej wielkości. leżaki, dostęp tylko dla gości hotelowych. Na poziome -1, siłownia, pokój zabaw, masaże. Bardzo dobra, sympatyczna, pomocna, profesjonalna obsługa. Personel uśmiechnięty, życzliwy. Naprawdę miłe zaskoczenie co do jakości zakwaterowania.

W łazience na deszczownicy grzyb, także kabina prysznicowa do wyczyszczenia/renowacji.

Service war leider nicht gut. Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich, Parkplätze des Hotels kosten zusätzlich (ohne vorabinfo). Poolhandtücher unklar wie man an diese kommt. Preis Leistung des Hotels ist nicht gut

De locatie is top, 1 min lopen naar het strand en het personeel was uitstekend vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Het zwembad en dakterras was geweldig en fijn om te zitten. Denk er alleen aan dat er geen parasols op het dak zijn vanwege de wind wat logisch was.

Het hotel is een beetje gedateerd op sommige plekken en heeft wat reparaties nodig(douchecabine was los).

Se podría decir que el desayuno fue aceptable. Aunque faltaba fruta, muy poca variedad en general.

Las fotos publicadas son muy distintas a la realidad, las habitaciones familiares son pequeñas, es una habitación para dos personas que adaptan colocando dos “camas” para los niños. No queda casi espacio para las valijas. El baño muy incómodo, pequeño, la ducha un desastre, pequeñísima, triangular, inaceptable. Cobran las toallas de piscina. La vista desde la piscina es fea, nada que ver a las fotos publicadas en booking.

Das Frühstück hat allen Erwartungen entsprochen, das Personal ist sehr nett und die Lage ist optimal . Dieses Hotel kann man gerne weiter empfehlen.

Fantasztikus reggeli, jó ár/ertek arany

Ottimo hotel sul lungomare curato in ogni dettaglio: dalle ciabattine ai teli mare a disposizione, al welcome drink. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La spiaggia di fonte è quella cittadina che è comunque bella. ma se ci si vuole spostare è presente un bus che ti porta in tutte le spiagge dei dintorni. Mettono a disposizione una cortesy room se si vuole sfruttare la giornata anche dopo il check out.

Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto sarebbe utile avere un posto dove stendere asciugamani e costumi visto che è presente un balcone. Doccia un po' piccola.

Nagyon jo helyen van a szállás, szép tiszta rendezett. A személyzet is nagyon kedves volt. A reggeliző a 4-ik emeleten található, ahonnan szép a kilátás a tengerre. Nagyon kedves a szállastól, hogy utólsó nap ,nekünk délután ment a gépünk, volt lehetőség a csomagokat megőrzésre be rakni és van egy külön szoba ahol le lehet zuhanyozni és törölközőket is biztositottak. Mi jol éreztük magunkat.

Sajnos vékonyak a falak.

Hôtel conforme à nos attentes : excellent confort général, proximité du centre-ville (20 mn à pied), amabilité du personnel, bon petit-déjeuner, parking auto, vue sur la mer. Merci pour la bouteille de Prosecco offerte à notre arrivée !

L’emplacement, la piscine, les services avec une salle de courtoisie pour pouvoir se doucher et se preparer apres le check-out. Et surtout tous les petits soins du personnel. C’etait mon anniversaire j’ai eu beaucoup de petites attentions. Ca m’a énormément touché. Une bouteille dans la chambre…un gateau et une chanson au petit déjeuner…

Rien. Sauf peut etre quelques transats qui ne fonctionnaient pas à la piscine.

Totul impecabil. Curățenie, amabilitate, interes față de client.. am putut face un late checkout cu doar 20 euro. . Au un loc de joacă și o sală de forță. Piscină și restaurantul cu un view extraordinar!

A szállás szép épületben van, a szoba tiszta, kényelmes, napi takarítás van, ágynemű és teljes törülköző csere naponta. Tökéletes klímatizálás. A strand 50 méterre van, jó éttermek a közelben.Reggeli a tetőteraszon, szép kilátással.

A feláras tengerre néző teraszról 80 %-ban a szomszédos épületek láthatóak, a tengerre utca szélességben lehet kilátni. A szobában a WiFi nem működött rendesen, gyenge jelerősség volt. A szobában nem volt üveg pohár, csak műanyag eldobható és csésze. Egy kapszulás kávéfőző jobb lett volna a szobában, mint instant kávé vízforralóval. A hajszárító gyengén működik.

Personalen var fantastisk, liksom frukosten

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji. Blisko plaży, do starówki ciut dłuższy spacer. Śniadanie smaczne, urozmaicone. Personel pomocny.

Pokój ciut mały, jak dla 4 osobowej rodziny, zeby wejść swobodnie do łazienki należało przesuwać jedno z łóżek.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko pięknej plaży San Giovanni i Maria Pia, do centrum Alghero spacerkiem promenadą. Śniadania bardzo dobre, wyciskany sok pomarańczowy, dobre jakościowo produkty. Piękne zachody słońca, świetny basen na dachu.

The positives are the good location and the pool. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the old town, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The pool is a nice bonus, especially during warmer days.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects that did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. The reception staff were often unhelpful and came across as unfriendly. The hotel does not offer proper double beds, only two single beds pushed together, which was not comfortable. The mattress and pillows were also uncomfortable. The hotel itself feels dated and in need of renovation. While the location is convenient, the immediate area around the hotel is not particularly attractive. Even the rooms with balconies do not offer pleasant views, as ours overlooked a car park and what appeared to be a construction or building site. The service at reception was particularly disappointing. On my birthday, I asked for recommendations for good restaurants in the old town for a special meal. Rather than listening to what I was looking for, I was simply directed to a restaurant the hotel appeared to be promoting. Throughout the stay, it felt as though staff were not interested in helping guests and could not be bothered to provide thoughtful assistance or local recommendations. Noise was a major issue throughout the stay. I was woken up early every morning by noise from other rooms, housekeeping, and activity in the corridors. The soundproofing is very poor, and you can hear almost everything through the walls. If you are looking for a quiet stay and good sleep, this may not be the right hotel for you.

Light airy hotel in a good location but the stand out are the staff, just exceptional service. Federica on reception is amazing, gave us lots of local tips and on the best restaurants. Rosa and her team in the breakfast/bar so lovely and friendly. We felt welcomed and looked after all week.

It would be great to have some shade or umbrellas at the pool area so you can sit there longer.

Czystość i fajny pokój

Clean, small and modern and a rooftop swimming pool! Recommendation If you’d like an amazing non-touristy lunch or dinner go to the Trattoria Caragol (see card/picture below!)

It was a little out of the city centre of Alghero, about a 10 min walk. Nothing major and a nice stroll, just to keep this in mind when you book. We did not include the breakfast at the time of booking and we had to choose at check in to get the discount, we ended up not having brea there so no review on that!

Le personnel : aimable, discret et réactif. La piscine. La salle de sport, petite, mais bien équipée pour une salle de sport d’hôtel. Le drap était taché à notre arrivé (rien de grave, ce sont des choses qui arrivent) et le personnel les a changé très rapidement lorsque je leur ai fait remarquer. L’emplacement est un peu loin du centre mais ça ne m’a pas vraiment dérangé, ça permet de se promener. Le personnel a eu la gentillesse de me donner une chambre en étage élevé comme je leur avait demandé. Un parking gratuit aurait été un plus mais il est possible de se garer dans la rue si besoin (en basse saison en tout cas).

Odeur de canalisation. Mauvais wifi dans la chambre dans laquelle j’étais. Insonorisation qui pourrait être meilleure. Des parasols autour de la piscine seraient appréciables.

Room was old and worn looking (404). Curtains worn and with holes the sun shone through. Bathroom with large damp spot on ceiling, broken and rusty shower knob and rusty shower head. Smell and noise from balcony: due to building site. Parking fee of 15 euro even though parking lot mostly empty. They asked for 10 euros when I asked for a bucket of ice.

depuis notre chambre nous avions une vue imprenable sur un appartement de l'immeuble voisin. La salle de bain est terriblement exigue et sans le moindre rangement. De même, le seul rangement disponible dans la chambre était une penderie avec quelques cintres. Le matelas était rès inconfortable. Pas du tout insonorisé, nous entendions tous les bruits de la chambre voisine et de l'extérieur où il y avait des travaux

Great location. Just opposite the public beach. Located right on the promenade that you can walk to the old town within 10 minutes from. Roof terrace pool was a nice touch. Sun all day up there. Pool shallow enough for young children. Exceptional views of the bay from the roof terrace (including beautiful sunsets). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great continental breakfast with a wide choice to choose from. Beds comfortable and nice sized family rooms too. Lifts were handy for my mother (who has mobility issues) so she could go and down the floors with no issues. Will be recommending to family and friends

Celkove hotel a pokoje opotrebovane, uz by vse potrebovalo opravit/novy nabytek/vymalovat, pak by vse vypadalo cisteji a pekne. Diky tomu spise 3*+. Matrace extra prolezele.

Good location close to beach, walking distance to city centre. Staff was very nice. Great playroom with table tennis, games, etc. In general very quiet location.

The furnishing is outdated, especially bathroom. The breakfast was average, little variety of food and every morning just the same. The view from pool isn’t as on pictures, the sea view is covered by other building. We had room on the ground floor right above the service entrance, so the first morning we were waken up at 6:30 a.m. by constant noise from trolleys.

Lage ca. 10 Min vom Hafen / Altstadt direkt am Strand („ direkt gegenüber sehr geile Bar an der Strandpromenade „).

Zimmer extrem hellhörig so dass man ohne Ohrstöbstel kaum schlafen kann. Laute Geräusche von Stimmen und TV grenzen an Ruhestörung. Zudem 2 Baustellen („ direkte Nachbar Grundstücke links und rechts vom Hotel“) und eigene Arbeiten am Hotel mit störenden bzw. Lauten Geräuschpegel führen zur Flucht raus aus dem Hotel. Nicht auszudenken was hier in ein paar Wochen erst los sein muss :(
