La posizione

Deve essere rinnovato,non corrisponde più ad uno standard del 4 stelle però il rapporto qualità prezzo va bene.

Posizione ottima, personale, salvo qualche piccola eccezione, ottimo. Ma una nota di merito speciale va ad Antonello della reception.

La struttura ha del potenziale, ma purtroppo non rispecchia la sua categoria. L'arredamento è decisamente datato e i pavimenti appaiono vecchi e consumati. La nota più dolente riguarda la manutenzione generale: i bagni sono vecchi con rubinetteria arrugginita, e persino sul balcone si trovano tavoli e sedie intaccati dalla ruggine.

Die Lage und der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist toll! Die Promenade ist direkt vor der Tür!

Die Toilette war sehr niedrig und die Spülung funktionierte sehr schlecht. Anscheinend auch in den neben liegenden Zimmern, da man des öfteren langes spülen hörte.

Having stayed at many hotels across Europe, I would not rate this as a four star. Maybe originally it was but it appears not much was changed or updated since. It could definitely use some new mattresses, window covers, lighting and bathroom fixtures.

Mobiliario un poco antiguo pero acogedor

Colazione buona, abbondante e variegata (dolce e salata). Buono il cappuccino e caffè, in generale le bevande calde della macchinetta automatica (non scontato). Terrazza panoramica dell’hotel molto scenica, spaziosa e ottima per un aperitivo al tramonto; anche il ristorante con alcuni tavoli a bordo piscina suggestivo. Posizione buona, vicina alla spiaggia, ai supermercati e alle fermate dei mezzi. Il meraviglioso centro storico di Alghero raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata sul lungomare.

In generale non rispecchia esattamente le caratteristiche di un quattro stelle: arredamento antiquato, materassi vecchi, reti rumorose e scomode, vista la carente manutenzione della camera e del bagno meriterebbe qualche stella in meno; struttura nel complesso datata e camere non insonorizzate (si sente qualunque rumore arrivare da corridoio e dalle camere vicine). Personale in generale non esaltante, cordiale sì ma il minimo indispensabile.

Nos encantó que la habitación fuera muy espaciosa, ya que íbamos con un bebé de 9 meses. Con un balcón con bonitas vistas al mar y la ubicación nos pareció buena, está a primera línea de playa y en 10 min caminando estás en el centro histórico de la ciudad, es un paseo muy agradable ya que vas por al lado de la playa. El desayuno fue muy bueno y las chicas muy amables y agradables. La piscina también nos gustó mucho. Hay dos ascensores. Y destacar el restaurante del hotel, la comida buenísima 🤩

Lo que menos nos gustó fue el colchón de la cama.

Good location, alot of storage in the room(a bit too much), bed very conformable and the roof top bar was amazing the sunsets you get to see up there are out of this world!! Staff in the rooftop bar were very friendly and attentive. Can't comment on the pool as we didnt use it and why would you want to when you have the beach right across the street! Rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels are given. Has a fridge in the room.

Rooms are very dated they need some tlc, reception staff could be nicer and a bit more helpful, steps coming up onto the hotel need to be replaced before someone has a bad fall!

Great location right opposite the beach. Very clean.

Very dated, I’m very surprised it’s a 4 star. I would say a good 2 star would be more appropriate. There were paper cups for your toothbrush and plastic dated everything in the bathroom. My toilet seat had a massive crack in it and it cut my bum cheek. It was replaced however when I complained. No kettle or hot drink making facilities in the room and no plug socket by a mirror to get ready. The bed was rock hard. Very few sun beds around the pool.

There was no breakfast provided, and the location was acceptable.

The toilet was in poor condition and did not meet the standards expected from a four-star hotel. The dinner was extremely disappointing, the swimming pool was not clean, and the pool shower was not functioning. There were not enough sun loungers for the number of guests, and many of those available were broken. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained and, in my opinion, does not deserve a four-star rating; a two-star rating would be more appropriate. In addition, the hotel charges €20 per day for parking, yet there are only four or five parking spaces available, and they are too narrow to allow guests to park comfortably."ble.

Nicely located, the room was spacious and clean.

It's a very old hotel and the facilities are quite "rusty". We paid extra for the buffet style breakfast and it was quite sad - the choice was very limited, the bread was old and hard and it reminded me of the hotels we've stayed as kids in Serbia in the 90s. Definitely not worth 12 EUR per person.

De locatie is prima. Tegenover het strand en in 15 minuten loop je naar het centrum van Alghero. Een straatje achter het hotel (overal met een witte lijn) is het gratis parkeren.

Om te beginnen, dit is geen 4 sterren waard, maximaal 2. We hadden kamer nummer 1. Ruim, hoge plafonds, slaapbank erin dus handig in verband met de koffer. Er was een terrasje, buitenzitje met 2 verschillende stoelen, heel vies en we keken uit op een afval hoop met defect tuinmeubilair. De douche cabine was krap en de douchekop zelf hing naar beneden. De toiletbril paste niet op het toilet en trok slecht door (de bak vult zich niet met water). Het geheel leek uit de jaren 60 te komen. De airco stond op 16 graden maar alleen de hele nacht op stand turbo koelde het onder de 25 graden. Bed was ruim maar heel hard. Als zijslaper levert dat je pijn in je schouder op. Het gehele hotel van zwembad tot kamers en ontbijtzaal doet sterk verouderd aan. Het personeel was niet onvriendelijk, maar als hospitality je business is dan valt het verschil met vriendelijk des te meer op. Een welkom bij de receptie als je incheckt, een vraag hoe het verblijf was als je uitcheckt ontbrak allebei. Begrijp me goed, die vragen zijn niet echt belangrijk voor ons maar het geeft de sfeer goed weer. Het personeel op de rooftop bar was wel heel vriendelijk.

Arredamento un po' scarno per un 4 stelle

Great location for the beach (Just over the road) and a pool if you wanted a change from the beach and only a relatively short walk into the old town which was ideal.

At the price point I did expect a breakfast, even if just continental with option to upgrade maybe?

Frühstück war nicht gut und wenig aus Auswahl. Man sitzt fast im Keller. Parkplätze gab es keine zur Verfügung. Kein 4Sternen Hotel! Strand gerochen nach faulen Eiern und schmutzig.

Le petit-déjeuner était parfait et pas cher. L'emplacement est vraiment bien proche de la plage, du centre commercial juste derrière et des restaurants et bars le long du bord de mer. La chambre au dernier étage était calme et la climatisation fonctionnait bien. Les serviettes de bain étaient changées presque tous les jours et les produits pour la douche étaient distribués à profusion. Le personnel pour le nettoyage était très sympathique et serviable. Le rapport qualité/prix correspondait à notre attente.

Au restaurant, les responsables n'étaient pas sympathiques en particulier une serveuse-cheffe nous a quasiment réprimandés comme des enfants en prenant à parti les autres tables car soi-disant mon amie fumait trop alors qu'il y avait d'autres tables juste derrière nous avec des fumeurs. Comme je travaille moi-même au contact de la clientèle, cela m'a particulièrement choqué et déplu. On ne traite pas les clients de cette façon, c'est honteux! Nous n'avons plus mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel le reste du séjour. Sinon les lits sont plutôt étroits et pas très confortables. La salle de bain mériterait aussi un rafraîchissement. La porte de douche ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir complètement à cause du lavabo. La piscine est (trop) petite et mal aménagée car pas assez de places à l'ombre.

Der Pool ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber sehr sauber und schön! Unser Zimmer war relativ klein aber dafür sehr günstig!

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr ungemütlich.

Caos nel servizio della cena, non si mangia molto tranquilli con tutta la gente che orbita e aspetta intorno ai tavoli mentre la gente mangia. Niente di grave comunque.

The location is amazing - right in front of the beach and about 20 minutes from the old town by foot. The breakfast was also really good and there were many choices.

The furniture is a bit old, it would be good to do some renovations.

Era muy amplio y todo estaba bien. Muy amables. Fuimos un día tarde a cenar al restaurante que tienen y fueron también muy amables y estaban buenas las pizzas.

Quizá sí que los muebles y instalaciones son un pelín menos modernos pero está bien para lo que se necesita. El wifi era sin contraseña y no nos sentimos seguros a utilizarlo si puede entrar cualquier persona al wifi.

The location was the only good thing.

The room, furniture, mattresses, box springs, and even the hair dryer, dated back to the 70s. It was so humid in the room.

L’hotel è di fronte al lungo mare, ha una piccola piscina dove si può passare un po’ di tempo se non si ha voglia di attraversare la strada e andare in spiaggia. Carina la terrazza dove si può prendere l’aperitivo al tramonto. La colazione è varia e buona. Il personale è gentile.

Gli arredi sono vecchi, in particolare il bagno. Sicuramente non un quattro stelle.

Pas grand chose à part l'emplacement

Le bruit d' un vrai hall de gar jusqu'à 2h du matin les deux nuits que nous avons passées. Les gens hurlent dans les escaliers et cela recommence dès le matin à 7h30 à l'ouverture du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner n'était vraiment pas terrible. Rien de frais ou presque hormis les œufs et le bacon.

The hotel is 20 metres from the beach so the location is amazing. It is 1 mile to Alghero port. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly

The pool could do with a clean

Idéalement, situé en bordure de mer et proche du centre historique d’Alghero. De plus, le Rooftop au-dessus de l’hôtel permet de boire un verre en ayant une vue extraordinaire sur la vieille ville sur la plage et sur le port

Il n’y avait que 12 transats au bord de la piscine, et pour la plupart pour ne pas dire tous abîmer et dangereux de s’allonger dessus. Le robinet de la douche de la piscine était cassé, il était compliqué de prendre une douche avant de rentrer dans la piscine

Si può sicuramente migliorare in termini di pulizia, la gentilezza del personale è esemplare, soprattutto in reception. Purtroppo abbiamo visto delle scene poco raccomandabili da parte del proprietario… forse non ci dovrebbe passare proprio in struttura, e quando lo farà dovrà avere più rispetto dei clienti.

Il bagno vecchio, lo staff che non descrive i servizi, il prezzo alto, la poca cura della struttura venduta come un 4*, ma che sembra a malapena un 2* ed ha le potenzialità di un 5*, l'assenza di un parcheggio gratuito.

L'unico aspetto positivo è la sua posizione, fronte lido , spiaggia con stabilimenti balneari. Ho scelto questo hotel per il parcheggio interno e le colonnine di ricarica auto elettriche disponibili e per la piscina esterna .Un hotel a 4 stelle, ma sinceramente 2 sono troppe . Arriviamo e ci hanno comunicato che il parcheggio interno alla struttura era già saturo, per cui abbiamo faticato nel trovare sistemazione, abbiamo dovuto pagare 10 euro per un parcheggio pubblico che chiudeva comunque alle 21. Posizione per ricaricare auto occupate da due auto che nemmeno usavano il servizio. Questo dalle 14.50 alle 18.30 circa. Nessuno ci dava spiegazioni, anzi il personale rispondeva che non conoscevano i proprietari delle auto. Arriviamo in camera( molto grande e spaziosa)e ci accoglie un odore tremendo che proveniva dal bagno( vecchissimo)Per fortuna dovevamo alloggiare solo una notte. Alle 7.30 del mattino siamo scappati.

Mi è piaciuta la vicinanza al centro storico e la passeggiata serale con vari bar vicini. Anche la terrazza panoramica dell'hotel molto bella

La piscina un po' piccola ma buona per le esigenze di mia figlia. Non ho gradito la spiaggia di fronte perché il mare non era granché... È stato necessario spostarci. Un vero peccato

Parto con il dire che l'hotel è un po' vintage, avrebbe bisogno di una rinnovata ma solo a livello estetico perché è tutto funzionante. Un wow va alla cucina. Avevamo il trattamento di solo pernottamento, la nostra idea era di cenare ogni giorno in un posto diverso ma dopo avere assaggiato la cucina del ristorante interno, non ci siamo mossi da lì. Ristorazione e cucina a 5 stelle. Giuseppe il capo sala, persona eccezionale e ci ha coccolati a dovere. Un mega grazie va anche a Gianni il proprietario, persona super professionale. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata esaudita con il sorriso. La posizione è fantastica.Davvero un hotel da consigliare!!

Kétszer fizettetek ki velem az idegenforgalmi adót. Hiába fizettem ki, másnap az hazaindulás reggelén az éjszakai recepciós nem látta a gépben..mivel siettem Inkább kifizettem.

Tutto perfetto. Accoglienza ottima. Il mare di fronte all'albergo ha acqua bellissima nonostante sia in una zona urbana. La posizione è strategica per andare a visitare le spiagge a nord e per passeggiare nel centro di Alghero la sera.

Per un 4 stelle il letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti ben affiancati. Comunque ci abbiamo dormito in 3 (bambino di 2 anni) e ci siamo stati molto bene.

Bon emplacement, personnel charmant mais hotel trop vétuste et pas du tout au niveau d'un 4 étoiles.

Posizione della struttura e cortesia del personale davvero eccezionali. Hotel pulito L'aria condizionata funziona bene. Avere del personale cortese che ti aiuta nelle difficoltà e ti da indicazioni sagge e ti aiuta nel organizzare trasporti ed escursioni fa la differenza. Buono il ristorante e bellissima la terrazza per gli aperitivi la sera

La struttura è un pochino vecchiotta, basterebbe poco per migliorarla, il fon in bagno è quasi come non averlo se hai i capelli lunghi. Le coperte dei letti sono vecchie anche se buone.

Большой номер с 2мя кроватями (одна большая, друга поменьше для ребенка). Вид на море. Прекрасный видовой бар на крыше. Персонал вполне вежливый. Бассейн на территории отеля неплохой. Есть своя парковка (хотя если искать не на набережной, а за отелем - мест парковочных достаточно много). В округе очень много пляжных ночных баров, где можно тусоваться до утра.

Ремонт очень старый, как будто в советском санатории, зеленая и светлая квадратная плитка на полу и на стенах, старая сантехника, неудобные кровати, неоткрывающийся сейф🤦‍♂️ я такого даже в России очень давно не видел… завтрак очень слабый, даже яичницы не было. Цена для такого отеля очень высокая!! Ночью все места питания в округе закрываются найти поесть было не просто. До старого города далековато - минут 30 пешком!!
