- No envían instrucciones para el check in - El departamento estaba sucio y encontramos cucarachas - Varios zócalosw despegados y humedad en todo el piso Creo que podrían arreglar esto para mejorar la experiencia.

The apt was not well equipped with things for the kitchen , the lighting was horrible no AC and it was hot , the apt had a gas leak that we had to tell them twice to fix it And it was always a weird smell in it Will not recommend anyone to stay there

La empresa que lo administra debería definir su concepto de negocio. O es un departamento completo, para rentar por booking o es un hotel. No brindan estacionamiento, pero lo peor del caso, es que el departamento no tiene nada de lo esencial para vivirlo. No tiene jabon para lavar los platos, no tiene ni un trapo para secar los platos, no tiene aire acondicionado. Ya no tiene alberca o no se sabe, ya que la señorita de recepción responde con monosílabos a las preguntas. La persona de recepción nunca está, y hay que llamarle. El mobiliario en la sala, es de muy baja calidad, se percibe barato.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026When i arrived, the location sent by the manager was wrong, and i lasted around 1 hour to get in. The apartment wasn’t clean. I found hairs on the blankets before going to sleep, it was smelly, and the floor was totally dirty. I had to purchase blankets, towels….The manager refused to accept it was dirty, and after several back and forth discussion, he finally sent someone to clean it the next day. On another note, the building doesn’t allow you to use the amenities so you have to ask security to let you in (you get no access). The manager disrespectfully contacted me to complain about noise when i wasn’t doing any noise. The showers don’t work well, the water runs very cold or very warm. This is by far one of the worst place i’ve ever stayed.

El depa de primera, pero no tiene NINGÚN tipo de utensilios para limpiar, pastillas para el lava vajillas, etc. Podrían cobrar un poco más y complementar el depa con estas cosas básica.

Lo negativo es que estuve tres días y no hicieron limpieza al apartamento ninguna vez. No tienen lavadora, hubiera sido excelente tenerla.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2025It has a very good location, with a Soriana supermarket on the same building and walk in distance to La Mexicana. We liked that they offered the cleaning service once a week. The apartment is nice, ample and the bed is comfortable.
That it did not had a washer as shown in the pictures, the staff told us that is wasn’t included as part of the amenities. We had to pay extra for a cleaning service outside of the building.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025Pésima atención del personal, sistema de estacionamiento cero funcional, te hacen bajarte a pie en una sección del edificio por un tag, tienes que dirigirte a otro lugar para acceder y ningún otro huésped puede entrar al estacionamiento hasta que no devuelven el tag al lobby. Si vas en grupo te puede tomar media hora que entren tres autos a la propiedad. Jamás me hospedaría de vuelta aquí, no lo recomiendo.

For a serviced apartment, we had certain expectations regarding the services provided, but many fell short. Housekeeping Services: During cleaning, no additional soap or shampoo was provided after the initial supply at check-in. Privacy Concerns: The staff entered the apartment without prior notice on multiple occasions—once to show the unit to a prospective tenant and another time to remove the microwave. This lack of communication was very disruptive. Gym Facilities: The gym lacked basic equipment, and one of the machines was broken throughout my stay and never repaired. Bathroom Odor: There was a persistent and unpleasant smell coming from the bathrooms. Kitchen Supplies: The apartment was poorly equipped upon arrival, with very few essentials like pans, pots, glasses, and cups. We had to repeatedly request additional items to make the kitchen functional.

As pictured, lobby is stunning. Gym is great, dance and boxing-rumble studio nearby, banks, dining everything, nearby, the park too and is pet friendly.

El estacionamiento es un desastre no hay señalización esuy complicado encontrar donde estacionarte. Ya en el depa, no habia papel de baño y en teléfono que ponen para hablar a recepción nadie contestó. Así mismo nunca encontré la clave de wifi. Experiencia totalmente decepcionante

El acceso es horrible, no hay señales y hay muy mala comunicación con el personal del supuesto hotel con los departamentos. El checking fue horrible, no pudieron explicar ni dónde estacionar el carro. No había personal. El departamento sucio, no tenía jabón ni shampoo, ni una botella de agua. Esa propiedad no debería hacer parte de expedía

Reviewed Jun 29, 2024The location, the rooms; as well as, the lobby, administration, and cleaning staff. This property could absolutely be a 10.
The pool was filthy. Covered in algae. The administration staff is working very hard and diligently to resolve this; but, I did pay $2000 for facilities that were unusable. After I sent a video to the management they initiated Cleaning. Obviously it’s the maintenance’s job is to maintain the pool. The maintenance staff is not up to par. They have no idea what they’re doing. I had to tell them why the dishwasher wasn’t working …. Incorrect installation. The apartment windows were stuck shut. They’d been closed for so long that the gaskets were stuck. The washing machine/dryer combo does not dry. Probably a faulty humidity sensor. Again, The administration does try to fix the problems as soon as they’re made aware. Apparently, the current administration staff is dealing with the shortcomings of the previous one that had neglected the proper for a very long while.

We went for a wedding in Santa Fe. The Hotel was over Booked and 30 guests of the wedding were not able to check in including us. The staff did not care much and did not offer any kind of arrangement or solution. Two days later I was able to finally check in and the apartment was beautiful but there is no AC inside the rooms and it was extremely hot. After only one night we moved again and did not get any reimbursement of the night that we did not stay. Terrible experience.
