Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Friends wedding weekend, hotel was just perfection! Staff couldn't do any more for us and were so friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is beautiful, a real gem of Estepona. Pool, bars, restaurants, cafe, breakfast, all absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel. We had a peek in the Spa, beautiful, didn't have time to use it, but was so gorgeous. Room was beautiful, bed was so comfy, and I never find that when I'm away; balcony and aircon, all fab. Mini bar, we didn't use this, but was handy having the fridge for cold drinks and snacks that we bought out and about. Bathroom was super clean and if you want, clean towels every day, and room service, making bed etc. Lidl is close by for snacks, Burger King at the end of the road if you feel the need. Cafe bar at the pool food was fab! Honestly couldn't fault anything, it really was great. Restaurants nearby, we got a couple of Ubers to get to them, simply because we were short on time, but you could walk if you wanted a stroll. Thank you so much all for a really lovely stay!

The location was nice for me because I traveled by car, and since the hotel is right near the A-7 (Autopista del Mediterraneo) that easily takes you to many other places, it was the best spot for logistics, but if the expectation is to be in the heart of Estepona or getting out and walking to visit shops and restaurants you must consider another option.
The room keeper knocking door and get in so determinedly to clean the room at 8:30h.

A Meia pensão incluía jantar, era à carta mas apenas tinha 5 pratos... 1 de massa cozida com queijo, outro de carne de porco com puré, dois de peixe com legumes, o outro eram Gyozas fritas sem qualquer acompanhamento de hidratos... 6 noites a comer o mesmo passamos uma fome tão grande que tivemos que ir ao BurguerKing... Penso que para um hotel de 4 estrelas isso é uma vergonha.

Sitio apartado, lejos de la playa para ir andando, la media pensión es solo la cena y no es buffet libre, las 2 noches que cenamos eran los mismos primeros platos a elegir, segundos platos iguales y postre. Todo muy muy caro, una cerveza o refresco 3.75€, café 4€... Imagina todo lo demas.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026On a rien aime dans cet hotel, je ne sais pas comment il a obtenu cette note de 8,5, alors que cet hotel a besoin d etre renove, tous les equipements sont tres vieux... rien ne nous a plu, la femme de chambre ne fait pas le menage et personne ne la controle, petit dejeûner mînable et pauvre, la clim ne marche pas et fait bcp de bruit, et fais passer l eau, il n y a de brouillard electrique, ni cafe , ni the, la tele ne marche pase pas, on a appeler la reception plusieurs fois mais ils n ont pas pu resoudre le probleme...le lit est dur, je ne le recommande pas cet hotel

Didn't use the spa but the pool was superb. Plenty of sun loungers and that's in August. Best thing about the entire stay was the friendliness of the staff, however. Absolutely delightful and very welcoming from start to end.
Air con not the best and the towels a bit thin and tired looking but not a deal breaker. The lovely staff made up for this in every way!

De la media pensión el menú de la cena es repetitivo, después de 5 noches nos dijeron varias personas que a los clientes de más de tres noches suelen ofrecerle otra cosa, se lo dijimos al metre DANIEL y nos dijo que no, por lo que vivimos a cenar lo mismo durante dos noches más, creemos que deberían darle una vuelta ya que el hotel está muy bien para tenga esta reseña negativa.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Everything was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was super welcoming and went over and above to accommodate us. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities were also very clean, smelling lovely and quite spacious. We booked half board and thoroughly enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast the following morning. Loved the fact that dinner was served by the pool. It was the perfect ambience to celebrate our anniversary! This was our 2nd visit but will certainly not be the last.
The only thing I can mention as a negative is the lighting in the room. Both the bathroom and bedroom could do with a brighter option.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, muy agradables y muy buena atención. Hacen todo lo posible porque todo esté bien para el cliente. Hotel muy tranquilo y silencioso, buen ambiente de clientes, ideal para relajarse y desconectar (en nuestro caso justo lo que buscábamos).
Mal comunicado con el acceso a la playa, lo que hace necesario coger el coche si no quieres andar 20 minutos de cuestas en pleno verano. Por poner otra pequeña pega, las cenas son a la carta y es poco variada en mi opinión, ya que si estás un tiempo más largo de vacaciones necesariamente tienes que repetir platos. Aún así, comunicamos esto al personal de restauración e hicieron lo posible para que esto no ocurriera y tuvieron algún detalle con nosotras.

En fin … La otra cosa incomprensible el jardinero con una motosierra talando a las 9 de la mañana las palmaras del jardín que daba mi habitación . También muy inteligente . Lo podían hacer a las 11 y todos felices.

We did not realise how much of a main road is next to the hotel. You cannot access the beach easily by walking so we had to Uber to different places. It is also not as close to Estepona as we would have liked. Puerto Banus was actually easier to get an Uber to.

Afstand naar het strand, niet werken van de kamersleutel, diverse baby’s in de ontbijtzaal terwijl het adults only zou zijn. Geen gezelligheid, gaan we nooit meer naar toe. Erg veel achterstallig onderhoud aan zowel de kamers als de buitenkant van het hotel. 4 sterren is echt onbegrijpelijk

The hotel car park is very small, so it's easy to scratch or bump your car. It also costs an extra €15, but the gate is open 24 hours a day, so you can actually get in without paying, but the staff wont tell you.

La cama de la habitación super cómoda, nos cambiaron de habitación a una con vistas a la piscina y tenia muy buenas vistas y una terraza bastante grande. El personal en general excelente y las habitaciones con mucha luz. Tienes cerca varios supermercados. Te proporciona toallas si lo necesitas para la piscina El spa tiene un coste de 25€ por persona 0 ruido en la habitación.
Tienes que coger coche para prácticamente todo. La limpieza para el precio que tiene es escasa. La piscina para el precio que pagas por noche tampoco es excepcional. La TV no es smart tv. El bufet del desayuno escaso para el precio y mucha contaminación cruzada con el tema del gluten.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Es el tercer año que nos alojamos en el hotel en verano y no puedo tener más que palabras de agradecimiento para todos. Lo que buscamos es una estancia reparadora y eso consigue dárnoslo el hotel sobradamente. Todas las instalaciones están pensadas para el descanso absoluto y ese “desconectar” que tanto ansiamos en las vacaciones. La política del hotel es precisamente esa: un turismo relajado, sosegado y fluido que quiere paz, desconexión, calma y tranquilidad. Estos resultados son posibles, en gran medida, gracias a ser un hotel Adults Only (“recommended”). Está cuidado, moderno, decorado con gusto, con la temperatura de AC correcta, y cada año hay detalles nuevos que gustan. Buscan innovar y mejorar con el paso del tiempo. Su zona de piscina es un remanso de paz, rodeada de palmeras tropicales y un jardín que embellece. Cuenta con servicio de bar/restaurante en piscina, que sin duda es un plus. Las bebidas y la comida son de calidad. Hemos probado de todo y todo estaba de vicio. Nuestro régimen era de media pensión y podemos afirmar que tanto en el desayuno como en la cena se ofrece producto de alta calidad que se disfruta mucho al aire libre. En esta ocasión, usamos el Centro Thalasso, que nos encantó. Es un circuito muy completo que juega con la aromaterapia y la hidroterapia marina que te deja como nuevo. Pero para nosotros la principal razón por la cual volvemos un año tras otro es su personal, porque ellos son los que dan ese trato tan humano que te hace sentir como en casa y los que marcan la diferencia. Raquel, la directora, sabe cómo llevar el hotel perfectamente y cómo hacerlo brillar, siempre con ideas creativas para hacerlo mejor cada vez. Y todo el personal que tiene son sencillamente maravillosos: Adrián, Jose, María José, Desiré, Karim y Axel. Gracias a todos por vuestro trato exquisito y por ser como sois. Una mención especial se merece nuestra queridísima Grisel, vales oro! FORMÁIS UN EQUIPAZO.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The room itself was lovely and accommodating, the pool area was wonderful, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing!
The bed was really uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell of smoke traveling from another room, though I know that part isn't the fault of the hotel itself.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The hotel felt truly luxurious from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. Our room was comfortable and had a lovely terrace with a fantastic view overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the spa facilities – it was a relaxing and memorable experience that added a special touch to our stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.
There was very little to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be that our stay was too short to fully enjoy all the facilities the hotel has to offer.

La cascada de la piscina no estaba en funcionamiento. Las plantas de la piscina necesitaban un poco de mantenimiento ya que, al levantarse un poco de viento, algunas ramillas comenzaron a caer (para nada peligroso). La habitación 311 fue en la que nos quedamos y estaba perfecta pero, por un lado la ventana/puerta exterior no cerraba correctamente, es decir, no hacía "vacío" y entraba una línea de aire que generaba cierto ruido. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido dentro de la habitación a máxima potencia, pero hay una puerta que separa el ruido del dormitorio propiamente dicho.

A localização não é a melhor pois fica longe de tudo o que obriga o uso do carro ou táxi para qualquer deslocação . Uma toalha de rosto com um buraco enorme!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Pool bar didn't open until midday. food was truly awful and spoilt our stay. We paid for half board but after the second night of being unable to eat any of the evening menu meal, we had to go out for all our subsequent dinners for the next five days. Staff told us that the menu never, ever changes. It is always the same menu, every week, every month, every year! Also zero entertainment. Would not visit again!
