Die Gäste, viele Gäste waren abgehoben, stolzieren mit Proseccoglas und und Handy durchs Pool um ihre Körper und "aufgeblassenen" Brüste zu pos(t)en. Die Musik am Pool ist insebsondere am Nachmittag viel zu laut Für den Preis hätte ich mir noch schönere und größere Zimmer erwartet

De prachtige uitstraling, voorzieningen en goede service van het personeel. Niets is teveel gevraagd en wordt direct geregeld. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en kunnen naast het buffet ook diverse andere gerechten worden besteld. Buiten het fantastische zwembad, is het hotel direct aan een fraai strand gelegen met goede ligbedden, parasols en prima service. De kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien met een ruime inloopdouche en een zeer uitgebreide minibar.

De service bij het zwembad begint te laat, namelijk om 11:00 uur.

The location was exactly as advertised. On the beach. The staff were exemplary, courteous, helpful and made our stay special.

I was somewhat underwhelmed by the accommodation. The hotel was at the more expensive end, due in part to the location, I just felt that the bedroom was a disappointment

Wonderful hotel

In de avonduren een geweldig mooi complex. Super aardige medewerkers en goede restaurants en gezellige bar.

Grote verschrikkjng op de dag. Werkelijk iedereen van buitenaf komt binnen en ligt in het zwembad, bevolkt terrassen is overdadig aanwezig. En mn veeeeeel mannen met Arabische achtergrond.

Pool was freezing To far away from anything It’s the little things with attention to detail:- On checkout wasn’t asked if everything was ok with our stay nothing was done complimentary for a big special birthday, not even a welcome card

Very modern and chic design

My room wasn’t cleaned to a high standard daily. Dirty cups were left in my room, a glass fell over and the glass remnants were not cleaned properly. My cups were not replaced. I received no turn down service for the whole duration of my stay. But a friend staying on the same floor did.

The pool area was beautiful in fact all communal areas in the hotel were lovely.

I think the rooms could do with updating they need to match the highly appointed communal areas.

1. The mattress options are too soft for people with back issues 2. Slightly odd that people from outside the hotel can also buy access to the sun-bed area (even during the high season, when it’s already packed). Therefore, during peak hours one might end up in a situation where all sun beds near the pool and beach are taken and then there’s nothing to do but wait while someone leaves.

The lobby and breakfast was good, other than that i didn’t like anything.

The room service is too slow, i cant remember a time once i called room service and they picked up without the need of calling the reception for more than three times (maybe more) to let them know what I want, and believe me it took me 3hr+ just to order food and they never even called back until i personally went to reception. If you order any item, for example hangers, you will not get them unless you call or pass by the reception, so in a nutshell, their service as a hotel needs a lot of organizing . for a five stars hotel, and the room rates and what you have to pay, this is not acceptable. There were ants in the room, the ants were around all my sealed chocolate that i bought as souvenirs, and i had to get rid of the chocolate there. As a five stars hotel, it is not acceptable that there is no free parking area for guests, and u have to pay 35€ per night, just to park ur car, i would understand if this was a 1/2/3 stars hotel with lower rates, but comparing it with what you have to pay i see that free parking for guests is mandatory. You can never find beds on the pool, after 2pm, again as hotel guests, so if you’re thinking about a chill afternoon, or waking up whenever you feel like waking up and then passing by the pool, i tell you, forget about it you wont find a bed, even if u were a guest, you”ll have to wake up early and maybe continue sleeping on the tan bed rather than sleeping in your room just to have a bed for the day (yes, i’m being sarcastic here).

Hotel pool was lovely. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was well presented with an array of food to choose from as well as a menu for eggs cooked your way.

The afternoon pumping music. It was too loud especially if you wanted to have a conversation or read by the pool.

Ambiente che combina relax spiaggia. con il vibe della piscina. ColaIone super, grande flessibilità del personale. Struttura molto ben mantenuta. Molto buoni i due ristoranti dell’albergo. Puerto Banus e Porto Romano a 20-30 min di taxi.

La struttura molto bella ma organizzazione dei servizi e personale pessimo. Impossibile godersi la colazione o stare in piscina.

Il servizio. Il servizio colazione a causa del personale scortese e con una chiara voglia di non lavorare. Anche il personale di piscina, assolutamente assente. Una lotta per fare colazione su un mini tavolino o in una stanza interna freddissima (mi sono anche ammalata). I tavoli migliori venivano riservati. Anche in piscina. Mentre ti affannavi a fare la lotta per ottenere un lettino ti passavano davanti le signorine addette al servizio piscina che accompagnavano degli ospiti a cui avevano riservato i lettinoi con ombrelloni, e ovviamente nelle postazioni migliori. Ho girato centinaia di hotel 5 stelle, per me questo è il peggiore.

Not child friendly. We were registered with my son indeed, but then he was asked to get out of pool. He started crying. And we spend all days out of hotel, the vacay was spoiled. Disappointing. Also the corridors are old and just a bit renovated. For this money there is no feeling of luxury hotel

L’area piscina può essere un po’ caotica per alcuni per via della concentrazione di persone e del volume elevato della musica.

Da música na piscina da tarde de tarde. É uma autêntica discoteca com música muito alto mesmo. É muito incomodo. O preço das refeições no hotel são proibitivas. Aliás, há muitas vezes um luxo tão ostensivo que se torna incomodo. Mas esta questão tem mais a ver com os hóspedes que com o hotel. Limpeza dos quartos nem sempre atenta

Não gostei da demora deles e da reorganização para resolver um assunto. Ao fazer o check in, eu optei por pagar meu consumo nos bares e piscina num carta de débito. A cada consumo que eu fazia, eu pagava na hora. Porém na hora do checkout eles me vieram com uma conta bem estranha dizendo q eu tinha consumo a ser pago no meu cartão de crédito no valor de 109 euros. Acontece que ali tinham coisas que eu sequer havia consumido. Eles pediram para eu assinar uma carta de próprio punho dizendo q não era meu aquilo e garantiram q eu não seria cobrado de nada. Foram super cordiais. Disseram ser normal aquela situação. Então fiquei tranquilo. Ao sair do hotel eu chequei minha fatura do meu cartão de crédito e estavam sim cobrando a fatura que não era minha de 109 euros. Estou desde então (dia 19/8 cedo) tentando falar com eles. Que ficam mandando mensagem automática e não resolvem de vez meu problema. Ainda estou viajando e tendo que ficar me preocupando com isso.

Nice property, nice pool, room was small for the price and I’ve stayed at very expensive 5 star hotels around the world

Understaffed and overwhelmed. Took 1.5 hours to order water to my room. I asked them to decorate for my baby moon, they acknowledged and then never did it. When we checked it, it took over an hour and they admitted they forgot about us. I’d call the valet for my car and they still wouldn’t go get my car…they’d literally forget or act like they never got a call. I’d call and ask for help with luggage during checkout and nobody would come after 30-45 min. The hotel was a complete joke. I never comment on any hotel. I’ve been on 297 trips and flow 1.08 million miles, enough to circle the earth 43 times and this hotel was so bad that I was compelled to spend 10 min writing this review. Oh and it’s far from everything. Will never go back.

L’hotel è una struttura fantastica, molto bella e curata, con una piscina davvero spettacolare. Ho particolarmente apprezzato l’atmosfera dell’area piscina: la musica, le colonne sonore e le playlist erano fantastiche, così come la presenza del DJ, che contribuiva a creare un ambiente piacevole e di alto livello. Molto positiva anche la camera, grande e spaziosa, così come il bagno, anch’esso molto ampio e dotato di bidet, dettaglio sicuramente apprezzabile. Colazione molto buona

alcuni aspetti del servizio non sono stati all’altezza della struttura. In particolare, il servizio in piscina è risultato spesso molto lento e piuttosto disordinato. Anche il servizio in camera ha evidenziato diverse mancanze: le bevande e gli altri prodotti consumati non venivano regolarmente reintegrati, gli accappatoi non venivano sempre sostituiti, le tazzine e i bicchieri sporchi rimanevano in camera .Anche l’acqua di cortesia non veniva rifornita regolarmente. una criticità importante riguarda la piscina durante il fine settimana: il sabato e la domenica veniva consentito l’accesso anche a persone esterne all’hotel. Questo rendeva molto difficile trovare posto, sia in piscina che in spiaggia per gli ospiti della struttura.

We really enjoyed our stay at METT Marbella. The hotel is beautiful, with a fantastic location, beach, atmosphere, and a genuinely helpful team.

The main disappointment was the rooms. They are quite basic and don’t reflect the standard you would expect from a five-star hotel and a brand like METT. Housekeeping also needs improvement, as the cleaning was not consistent and we had to leave notes several times. I understand this is an older property that METT took over and renovated, but I wish more investment had gone into making the rooms feel more luxurious and refined. That said, the service was excellent. We had an incident upon arrival, and the entire team handled it extremely well. From reception to the supervisors and managers, everyone followed up and genuinely cared. Special thanks to Haraj, and also to the housekeeping manager who personally came to speak with me, listened carefully to all my feedback, and took it seriously. Even at checkout, the management came to see me and jokingly called me “the famous Maya,” which was such a lovely touch. 😊 With better housekeeping and more luxurious rooms, METT Marbella could easily be one of the top hotels in the area. We loved everything else and would happily return.

Very nice hotel , good service in the dining room , less in the pool , the hotel design is beautiful, the beach very close . There was a girl by the name Maria she was so nice and helpful, she spent 1 hour helping us to buy train tickets, she always helped us with a smile , we really recommend this hotel

Les restaurants et le service

Stayed here originally for 4 nights and extended an extra 2 nights. Lovely hotel Breakfast was a highlight every morning and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back.

The beach

The quality delivered does not justify the high price though it’s a high season. Additionally, Air conditioning is not functional well, no trash in the toilet which is very strange.

Location was perfect. The food was incredible!

The sunbeds!! If you want a sunbed make sure you go early to get one otherwise you will not have one because a lot of people will put their towels an belongings on there. The staff will say you cannot reserve beds however there were a few beds reserved so not sure if people who are not guests are paying to use the pool facilities.staff will also remove towels if the beds are unoccupied for 20-25 minutes. Also do not book the sunset room if you are wanting a view it faces onto a car park, we also had ants in our room.

Before i check out they gave a bill of 600€ for parking infront of the hotel three times 300€ and every hour ur late to check out is a 100€ i was in the reception at 2:45 pm and it was 300€ thats what i did not like

Great swimming pool

Der Service am Pool und Strand ist außergewöhnlich gut und auch das Essen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und luxuriös mit sehr großer Dusche und schönem Balkon mit Ausblick. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, ein Eiergericht wird nach Auswahl auf der Karte zum Tisch gebracht + Warmgetränk nach Wahl und den Rest kann man sich vom sehr üppigen Buffet holen, alles sehr frisch, teils Bio und sehr lecker. Wir konnten jeden Tag etwas anderes probieren ;)

Eigentlich nur 2 Themen: 1. die Minibar- und Snackkarte am Zimmer: diese ist overpriced und wurde plötzlich nach 2-3 Tagen gegen eine viel günstigere ausgetauscht weil wir nichts konsumiert hatten... das finde ich etwas unverschämt denn hier wird versucht noch etwas mehr Umsatz zu lukrieren obwohl man eh schon sehr viel für das Hotel ausgibt (ich habe beide Karten fotografiert, siehe Bilder). Auch das Reinigungspersonal könnte zumindest ein wenig genauer sein (Bidet wurde nur erst nach 3 Tagen gereinigt und der Balkon wurde ganze Woche nicht geputzt - hier hätte Man zumindest den Sand wegkehren können. Und 2. ist der Strand leider eine Katastrophe. Es liegt sehr viel Müll herum, auch im Bereich der Liegen weil die Leute alles runterschmeißen (Strohhalme, Zigarettenstummel usw.) und auch das Hotel scheint nicht interessiert zu sein aufzuräumen. Bei starker Strömung und Wellengang den wir hatten war leider auch sehr viel Müll im Meer und man musste schon etwas weiter rausschwimmen damit man nicht ständig irgendwelche Plastikteile an den Armen kleben hatte... hier müssten die Hotels gemeinsam an einer Lösung arbeiten um den angespülten Müll wegzubekommen.

Faciliteiten waren uitstekend, personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk maar wellness viel wat tegen. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en laat niets te wensen over.

Na de lunch verandert het hotel in een club met DJ met enorm luide muziek; echt niet normaal meer. Dat trekt een dance scene publiek waar ook velen van buiten op af komen waarbij het hotel duidelijk wil verdienen aan cocktails en heerlijke maar zwaar overprijsde hapjes. Ook gezeur dat betalende externe gasten de ligbedden van de hotelgasten innemen en niet OK dat het hotel hier dubbel op probeert te verdienen. Ook in de nacht werden we veelvuldig wakker gehouden door feestvierende jongeren die rond 04.00 uur uit de clubs terugkwamen en vervolgens op hun kamers nog een afterparty organiseerde. Het hotelpersoneel probeerde dat te managen maar het was bijna elke avond raak met slaande deuren, luide muziek en schreeuwende, vaak dronken, gasten.

Upon arrival we were told that they are currently really busy and that we should take our luggage to our room by ourself. They offered us welcome drink, but we never received one also. Our initial room that we received was dirty, full of other people hair on bed, pillows, sofa. It was also heavily infested with ants and other bugs that were crawling from behind the big desk directly out of the wall and could be found everywhere(in bathroom, on bed, sofa, etc...). After multiple requests that were denied and even shown videos to the front desk and hotel manager, they finally changed our room after 11PM on that day. Again no service was provided to help with luggage or anything else. To finish it all, on last day heavy wind was blowing and the large sunshade from some other guest was ripped and hit our sunbed and then went directly inside the pool while we were lying on the sunbed. The result - hotel stuff came and decided to close our sunshade and not allow us to use it anymore, but allowed all the other guests(including the ones that got their sunshade ripped) to use sunshades normally as nothing happened. This was my second year coming to this property and staying there and I must state that it was a very poor experience for a 5 star property and embarrassment for Mett as a hotel brand.

It has the worst hygiene I ever seen. When I checked in the room was not clean I shared the photos, in the breakfast all the cups, dishes and cutlery smells very bad it’s not clean at all.
