ANA Crowne Plaza Okayama by IHG

Close to the station, lots of eating spot close by.

The location is great , just next to the station, make easier to move everywhere. Staff are nice and gentle. And the view of the room was amazing

The room was very little, same as the bed. Is hard to make place for your bags on this size of rooms. The carpets at the corredor were a bit tired.

location, staff and breakfest was great.

room was a little bit too small

Easy location adjacent to the main train station. Very clean , comfortable and quiet. Staff were excellent, courteous and helpful. We stayed on a Sunday night and got a very good price.

Big hotel rooms! Comfy chair for working from the hotel. And great location of the hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The restaurant is located on the 20th floor, so you can enjoy breakfast while overlooking the beautiful Okayama city view. The food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the desserts inspired by Okayama’s local specialties, including Momotaro and peaches. It was a nice touch that made the breakfast feel unique to Okayama. All of the staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The location is also extremely convenient. The hotel is connected to JR Okayama Station, making it very easy to get around. There are plenty of airport and local bus connections nearby, and shopping areas such as Sun Station Terrace Okayama (Sunste) are just steps away.

The only minor inconvenience was that the smoking area is located outside the hotel on the first floor, so you need to leave the building to use it.

Très proche de la gare. Hôtel moderne. Chambre petite mais confortable.

Spacious, clean rooms. Overall the entire property was very clean.

It is very easy to find and convenient location.

I didn't like the smell of shampoo and body wash. Somehow the water from the kettle smelled like coffee, although I never drink coffee, may be past customer used it and the smell remained? It was strange to use the microwave requesting at the reception. Never heard of it. I need to use it as I have diet restrictions.

It’s next to the station.

The hotel smells really bad! Tiny outdated rooms. The bathroom is small and the door almost hits the toilet. Dirty old carpets throughout the hotel. Lots of drunk people at the hotel and I even witnessed a fight between two man in the elevator. I was basically trapped and couldn’t get out. No security came even though the fight lasted a while and the elevator was beeping.

Breakfast was outstanding. Location was perfect.Lounge in the afternoon was especially nice.

Rooms are very small.A perfect three days in Okayama

Great location Wonderful staff Nice views from the 20th floor at breakfast + the breakfast itself was great!

No onsen :(

Atendimento excepcional, café da manhã excelente e localização

Super Hotel, direkt am Bahnhof. Alles gut gepflegt. Super Frühstück. Super Bar/Restaurant im letzten Stockwerk, mit Stadtsicht.

It's proximity to Okayama Station and the attentiveness of the staff at the reception and the breakfast restaurant

The toilet blinds have not been cleaned

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel has a great connection to Okayama Station via a bridge. The restaurant and shopping precincts are an easy undercover walk. The hotel bar has a good view of the station at night. The hotel also provides a pass to a good sports centre with a pool and group classes (about 10 minutes walk).

Large rooms. Great food options. Proximity to train station is a HUGE plus. Friendly, helpful staff. Free breakfast!

Navigating lobby/rooms is confusing and time consuming.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Man bekam frisch zubereitete Eier.

Bed is very small

Adjacent to JR station. Staff provided v good service. V clean rooms . Good sized bins provided . Water and ice dispenser on the same floor. Jug in room to get water. 2 restaurants on site which I did not try.

The shower is in a bathtub with shower curtain. It is not a Japanese style bathroom

The location of the Hotel is very good, just next door to the Shinkansen and Train Station which is ideal. Breakfast is offering a great series of options and is good.

The room was very small and there was little space for luggage and cloths. But all in all OK, for a short stay to discover the city and the surroundings.

The location is superb for what we needed it for. Okayama was our base for 3 nights but we did 2 day trips during our stay. Being so close to the train station (undercover bridge from station direct to the hotel) was such a godsend for saving us precious time during our day but also after a long travel day. It also meant we were close to amenities like convenient food etc. The access to the Sky Lounge was excellent and we utilised it every evening. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was a little smaller than expected.

Easy access to the railway station

Bathroom needed updating

very helpful staff, well appointed room, I liked the restaurant - great service

Great hotel! Really close to the station. Super friendly staff and the rooms have a fantastic view

Its proximity to the train station is so handy along with a convenience store right next door and a wide range of shops and eateries within and alongside the station. The staff were very warm and friendly. The room offered good value for money including a wonderful Okayama-style breakfast with much appreciated healthy options.

Good location of you have to catch a train early in the morning. Good facilities. Staff not so active

Great

Great location to Okayama station. The staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming. The view from the bar was superb and the happy hour was very generous

There was nothing to not like.

Great location, excellent staff, generally very clean

Room carpets could have been cleaner

Staff very friendly Location excellent at train station Clean and tidy

Sky bar and restaurant closed - no alternative bar No streaming in TVs No laundry facilities (closed when we visited) Rooms need renovating No facilities such as swimming pool or spa on site

Good location just next to the railway station. Dinner at hotel restaurant was nice.

Rooms design and facilities were quite old. Not even one bottle of water in the room..
