Grateful for the assistance I received with switching rooms when I had accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one. The staff were patient and helpful in accommodating my switch.

接客もすばらしく、とてもゆっくりできました。

Loved this old-style hotel next to the Okayama station. Rain-covered walkways up to your train! Vast lobby with a lovely cafe. Great indoot pool with very kind staff. We dined at the Teppen-yaki restaurant on the top floor. The Kobe beef was top of the class, and so was the chef: what a pleasant meal. Not cheap but worth it. The room was vast and the beds super comfy. Recommended!

丁寧な接客で、気持ちよく宿泊できました 今回はホテルの中にあるお店での顔合わせで利用させていただきました。 顔合わせでのお店もすごく親切で接客して下さり、素敵な時間を過ごす事ができました。

よくなかった点はコンセントが少なかった事かな… あったけれど、見つけられなかったのかも お湯を沸かす時どこのコンセントを使えばいいのか迷いました

交通方便，附近有AEON,,唐吉軻德，高島屋，JR車站1樓有超市可逛

お部屋も快適で、ロケーションも良く、本当にゆっくり、のんびり出来ました。

朝食付きで、今回は一度利用しましたが、種類は少なく、食べたいと思う物があまり無かったのは残念です。 他の人気のホテルの朝食を参考に、改善して頂きたいです。

這是第二次往宿了跟上次一樣住三天兩夜，地點沒話說搭車出行購物用餐非常方便。是我在岡山住宿的第一首選。

設備有些老舊房間有些煙味未除顯得有些陳腐的味道！清潔打掃很乾淨，唯浴室水管有稍微堵塞的情況，洗澡時泡沫消散不及從排水孔回流的情況。

眺めは良かった 駅からほぼ直結なのがいい

這次因為颱風影響班機延後需要多住一天，但是又剛好遇上週末訂房很滿，飯店員工很努力幫我們找房間

這次旅程前後幾晚分別住了不同的房間，一樣都是17平方公尺標準雙人床的房間，房間配置大大影響住起來的舒適度

位置極佳，從車站的商場有通道可以直接走到飯店的2樓。房間空間滿大的，29寸行李箱整個打開都不是問題。

前もって予約して頂き、全て対応して頂き、いつもの様に、快適でした。

入浴剤を入れて、ゆっくりさせて頂いたのですが、次の日、お風呂にお湯を入れますと、前日の入浴剤のラメが浮かんでたので、念入りにお掃除して頂ければと思いました。

Absolutely nothing! High price definitely not 4 star hotel

Where do I start - honestly, everything. In more detail: Hotel Granvia Okayama doesn’t match a 4-star European hotel by even 1%. We checked in and immediately went for a coffee - the latte tasted like milk. Just milk. But that wasn’t even the worst part. We’d booked a “better” room on the 16th floor, and it was so tiny we couldn’t even fully unpack our suitcases. Then came the real low point: the night. The bed was a nightmare - I’d expect that kind of bed in a prison, not a hotel. Concrete-hard. Maybe they were going for a “contemporary art piece” concept with it, who knows. And the pillow - the pillow smelled like it had spent years in a smoking room where someone eventually opened a window and hoped for the best. Truly disgusting. The day before checkout, we asked reception if they could collect our suitcases from the room the next morning (we had five, so not a small ask). Naturally, no one showed up, and we had to call down ourselves to remind them - they’d simply forgotten. To sum up: this hotel is nowhere near 4-star European standards. Honestly, I’d put it on par with an Ibis.

The location if perfect: right in front on the train station and on the main street. With the tram (or a 20 minute walk) we could easily access the Castle and Park.

お風呂が広くて、桃のバスソルトがとても良かったです。朝食もメインのメニューが選べてお腹を満たせました。

Great hotel for those doing a quick stay in Okayama - it is literelly inside the train station.

Our first room was old and not clean, but when we complained, they were quick to change us to a better one (Compliments to the staff!). I stayed with the impression that the quality of the rooms varies a lot, so perhaps it is worth it to pay a little more to stay in a newer one.

朝食付き一泊で予約しました。3人で利用しましたがトリプルベッドも想像以上にゆったりして良かったです。 また、夕食は予約無く入店し夜景を見ながらゆったりと食事ができました。 その夕食代がサービスしていただいたようて…感激でした。岡山に来た際は、グランビィアホテルにします。

朝食のコーヒーマシーンが一台で、混雑して来ると待ちがあり、少し残念でした。 ボットに作っておくのも有りかなと思います。

早餐菜色豐富，很夠水準。飯店由車站循連通道即可抵達，即使雨天也不用擔心淋雨。車站內購物與用餐選擇一應俱全，非常便利。飯店距離岡電車站也很近，地點佳。

Plus particulièrement la soirée "jazzy" au restaurant avec une formidable chanteuse et sa pianiste, très douées. Le bœuf wagyu était vraiment très bon, cuit comme on l’avait souhaité.

Fabulous hotel, a minute's walk from Okayama station but no noise from the trains. Perfect for travelling in and out of the city and for shopping. Breakfast was amazing, fantastic selection of different dishes, all fresh and delicious. Room was clean and tastefully decorated with all amenities as needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

酒店有點舊的感覺但畢竟是大酒店，仍有大酒店的格局。

Located in the complex of Okayama main train station and very short to Okayama main streets. we visited the hotel as part a considerably long trip in Japan and this hotel was for one night stay, sort of as a transit station between two main destinations. The room we got was big with 2 big single beds (as common in Japan) and strange way of organizing the bathroom facilities. Bath/Shower, restroom and sink – each one in separate mini room. All the required toilets items (as usual in 4 starts hotel) were there as well pajamas. No table for working, but sofa and nice window looking outside. Free WiFi, ironing and purifier “attended” as well. As mentioned, shower room was together with the bath in the same room so there was a lot of space, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was both western and Japanese. All in all was good, however it did not include any white cheese, very few type of bread, mainly white. Coffee machine provided all the required coffee flavors. Like many other hotels breakfast in served in the highest flooer of the building which provides you great panoramic view of the area and on the training station – the Shinkensen. The hotel also offers dinners and shows in this high floor, but you can go down to the train station and have a lot of varieties of Japanese food until 21:00. Since we were with a group we barely need the hotel staff, but whenever needed they were extremely nice. The hotel is very welcoming and recommended.

明るくて、お部屋も広く、ツインベッドはクイーンサイズで広々。 間違えて喫煙ルームを予約してしまって、満室で禁煙ルームへの変更不可でしたが、空気清浄機がしっかり稼働していて、タバコ臭さも感じなくて、清潔感があり、ゆっくり出来ました。

フロントが少しだけ遠かったことがちょっと残念に思ったくらいです。

ホテルは綺麗でした。アメニティもちゃんと揃ってよかったとおもいます。

予約した部屋が喫煙可能な部屋だったのもあると思いますが、臭いが少し気になりました。

I love its location and it’s a very comfortable hotel. The staff are excellent and extremely welcoming and helpful. I am repeat customer here as it’s a very short walk from the JR station.

It’s a bit dated, the bed was uncomfortable with saggy mattress, bathroom dated, breakfast choices poor.

離車站、唐吉訶德、aeon、高島屋 超近 窗外的風景超美窗戶超大，房間格局很不錯廁所與浴室設計的格局很有巧思，有三人房的選項，熱水一下就熱、浴缸與蓮蓬頭是分開的開關，有Netflix、Youtube可以看，前台的服務人員都超級客氣、停車場是室內平面的，我們開nissan的serena都非常好停。

會忘記車子停在第幾層 要記一下，房間光線比較暗要適應一下

Location is within walkable distance to some tourist attractions including Korakuen Garden, Okayama Castle, The Ashigawa Canal Walk. Two big shopping malls are round the corners - Takashimaya, Aeon Mall. Eateries are plenty around.

Can’t ask for anything more.

お部屋自体も綺麗でしたが、その他の細かい設備も清潔で寝具も心地よく快適でした。サービスも丁寧で、レストランやバー、ジムやプールなども利用できるのでホテルだけでゆっくりと時間を過ごせます。駅前の立地なので夜遅くの食事にも困りません。また利用したいです。

The entire place smelt old and dusty, from the moment I entered the lobby I could smell it. The room was not any better smelling.
