I requested documents according to my place of residence ? but no one answered me...

Great breakfast, spacious room and well equipped.

The team was very Helpful with me, always asking if I need anything, very polite.

Nice room

Was far from the city center or mall Need more English speaking staff

close to airport, easy for business trip

Always good with kids, and good for ski, as ski place is near! And breakfast is perfect!!

Location is a bit far, but good for ski, so worth to going!

Very nice place to stay

Nothing

Amazing location with all the necessary facilities. Perfect place if you are visiting the exhibition. For the next time I definitely will stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was very good offering European and Asian food Especially nice was executive lounge acess. Very useful after long day have some good dinner and drink some coctails.

The style and facilities

In approximity to Shenzhen international convention center.

Everything was perfect

As an American visiting China on business for the first time, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Much nicer than the Crowne Plaza's in the US. Much of the staff spoke English and all were very welcoming and did their best to help. The facilities are absolutely stunning with a gorgeous pool and a riverwalk right outside the hotel door. Robots deliver your take away and there's an ice cream vending machine in the lobby. It's one stop away from the Expo center and the metro (subway) is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was among the most extravagant I've ever seen. This is the equivalent of a 5 star hotel in the US.

The location is a bit isolated. There are a few restaurants and convenient stores outside the hotel but that's about it. The food in the hotel (aside from the breakfast) was average.

Stayed there on a business trip. Ideal for that purpose and a very nice and clean hotel.

Friendly staff.but usless as no one spoke English. But use internet translator...extremely inaccurate

Fantastic room, great facilities, great breakfast (lots of Western choices and made to omelets). Great staff. Will defo stay here again. For the price, unbelievable. Can't actually recommend this hotel enough. Pool has full facilities including sauna, hot tub seating area, great.

Comfortable Hotel for expo visitors. Recommended.

Super Hotel, top Lage für die Messe, moderne grosszügige Zimmer, schönes Design, nettes Personal, gradioses Frühstück

Location, breakfast, staff

Near china plast exhibition halls

Far from really cities and really expensive just for near to exhibition

Closeness to exhibition centre

Great room, room service and breakfast. Bar opened on Friday night with food available. Nice swimming pool/sauna with attentive staff.

Bar only opened on the Friday night

Since it is a five-star hotel, there were not many breakfast options available. The room was pretty good, and only the issue was with the breakfast. Every day, the same menu was repeated.

New Crown Plaza Hotel Next to the new convention center out by Shenzhen Airport, Rooms Very Nice. Comfortable beds

Very friendly staff, there was always a member of staff on duty who could speak decent English which is great as the hotel caters for international travellers. Staff also did a very good job of helping in anyway possible and helped to retrieve a lost item without being prompted.

Everything

mmmh the price of the drinks.

Excellent staff. The room was considerately arranged to accommodate my arrival at midnight per my booking notes. The location is 20 minutes by foot + subway to the airport and 50 minutes to CBD. Subway Line 11 to the CBD has a premium cabin with nice seats so it does not feel that long. Room was spacious with modern facilities.

Nothing from my experience

The atmosphere of the hotel and the size of the room.

No

The room is spacious and comfortable. The gym room is well-facilitated. visitors must feel relaxed staying in the hotel. The location is convenient to a business trip.

cleanliness and the breakfast is international, the hotel is large and comfy, even when its almost fully booked you don't feel it. they changed my room immediately because somebody smoked in it before me, which is great customer services, also the reception staff speak English.

the smokers inside the hotel (yes , Inside) in the lobby and in the halls are too many, I don't know if its ok to smoke inside the building or not, but for me its not acceptable. Also no shuttle busses to the exhibition.

Staff.. food.. location

I liked everything. Very clean.

Everything was great. Staff was polite. They could work on their ability to make a cocktail, but other than that, great.

Super service all the way from frontdesk to the restaurants. Very helpfull while arriving at 5AM and no cash for the taxi. Fixed with a smile. Full value for money.

Far from the center

Very friendly staff.

very good instalations and people very friendly, near the exhibition center walkable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and upgraded my room. tidy & clean, 2mins walk to metro station.
