Everything was great . Breakvest, staff,,rooms very nice

It was nothing like Ramada in Antalya. Really a disappointment.

AC not really cold, refrigerator not cold at all.

The staff were very helpful Taxi rank right outside hotel.

Originally I was put into a tiny room, that stank of smoke. I had booked a king room. I asked to be changed. They told me it was a king, but no problem moving due to smell. I informed staff it was a queen bed at best. I was also asked did i look at the photos of the room I booked (I know the size of a king bed) to which my answer i couldn't smell a photo as the room stank, couldn't care less about bed size for one night. They moved me to another room, that had left over bottles in it. And the bed was made from concrete.

Everything was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast personnel were extremely courteous.

The location is good, close to the centre.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Apart from a 3 star standard room, there wasn't any facilities a 4 star hotel should have. The breakfast was good.

Essendo primavera, l'aria condizionata non era funzionante, solo il riscaldamento, e la stanza era troppo caldo. Ho dovuto tenere la finestra aperta, ma subire il rumore da fuori ogni notte. Il bagno aveva un forte odore, ma dopo la mia segnalazione hanno pulito le scariche / ventilazione e risolto bnene questo problema.

Wij zijn in de nacht aangekomen met me zusje en personeel van de receptie was zo onvriendelijk we mochten niet eens zitten bij lobby uiteindelijk moest we betalen voor de hele dag terwijl we maar paar uurtjes moesten omdat we afspraken hadden bij ziekhuis ik raad niemand aan deze hotel

Het was ook echt geen 4 sterren hotel

I only liked the location of the hotel.

The breakfast was very basic with little or no variety in the food. No creativity whatsoever in the food and nothing exciting to eat. The staff are cordial but not very friendly . The hotel lacks class and the lobby is not clean nor attractive when you enter the hotel. The cleaning equipment are stalled close to the elevator where you can see them which gives you the sense of being any where but at a hotel.

The cooling system could be improved

早餐还可以，地理位置不错，附近生活圈很方便，但是对于出差来说不是很友好，从早上7点多开始堵车，所以出差人士不是很建议选择。

房间相对比较小，隔音一般，靠近马路的房间，半夜能明显听见摩托车的噪音。

Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlarin sorduğumuz sorulara daha iştenlikle cevap vermelerini beklerdim. Bir de iki gün iki gece kalmamıza rağmen h. K odamıza girmedi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitliydi, çok beğendik.

Otelin konumu gayet güzeldi. Düğünümüzden sonra Tunalı taraflarında olduğumuz için tercih ettik. Düğünden çıkıp geçtiğimizden haberleri vardı fakat herhangi bir jestleri olmadı, gelinlikle girmeme rağmen bile bir tebrik etmediler :) Yinede genel olarak idare ederdi.

Second day room smelled like cigarettes. We call the front desk they told us it is probably the room upstairs which is smoking is okay at that room. They didn’t change our room. Terrible experience.

En prisvärt hotell som ligger centralt, nära allt och alla. Mycket bra frukost. Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse.

Konum mükemmel. 3 kişilik aile olarak junior suit odada kaldık. Oda ve yataklarımız genişti. Kahvaltıda bolca çeşit vardı. Araç için otel personeli vale hizmeti sağladı. Genel anlamda gayet iyi bir konaklama oldu.

Personel ilgisiz ve somurtkan.

Temiz ve konforlu bir otel. Özellikle kahvaltısı çok iyi. Bulunduğu konumda çok kaliteli eğlence mekanları ve publar var.

Jakuzili odada kaldik. Jakuzisi guzel ama cok yavas doluyor ve cok gec bosaliyor. oda da gayet iyi ve yeterliydi. Acik bufe kahvalti guzel. Otelden cikisimiza 15 dk kala check out un bitmesine 15 dk kala, kartimiz kapiyi tekrar acamadi. Bu da sacma geldi. Park sorunu cok buyuk konum geregi anlasilabilir ama biri veya vale carparsa sorumluluk kabul edilmiyor ona gore. Her gun odaya su birakilmasi guzel dusunulmus. Oda ve nevresimler temizdi. Sac havlusu verilmedi ona dikkat edilebilir. Klima yok. Deluxe odada insan klima bekliyor. Cami acmak bazen yeterli olmadi ayrica Tunali Hilmide cam acmak demek surekli gurultu duymak demek. Klima yerine fan-havalandirma sistemi vardi ama o da gurultulu sonucta gece calistirmaya musait degil. Bir de Turkiyede bir otelin Euro uzerinden hesap yapmasi tuhaf geldi. Rezervasyonu yaptigimiz anda olan fiyatin daha uzerinde fiyat odemek durumunda kaldik euro artmis oldugundan bu surecte. Konumu avantajli. Yurume mesafesinde market ve restoranlar kafeler mevcut.

Güzel bir gün geçirdim. Kahvaltı hizmeti, ürün seçeneği gayet fazla kaliteliydi. Odanın merkezi ısıtma olması ve havalandırmanın az olması dışında bir sorun yaşamadık. Genel olarak tavsiye ederim. Çalışanların ilgisi için teşekkür ederim.

Odadaki ütünün altı yanıkmış. Ütülemek istediğim gömleğim mahvoldu. Yıllardır el değmemiş eskimiş bir otel. Bu fiyata değmez.

Hotel konumu Kızılay’a ve çevresine yakın olması açısından avantaj gibi gözükse de, trafiğin yoğun olduğu cadde üstünde ve eski binalar arasına sıkışmış haliyle çok iç sıkıcı. Gündüz hotelde dinlenmek için kalmak insanın içini daraltır. Kahvaltı yeterliydi ve çalışan personel sorun çözmek için pozitif yaklaşımlı. Diğer şehirlerdeki RAMADA otellerine göre değerlendirme yaptığımda orta seviyede bir otel olarak kalıyor. Kahvaltı dahil oda ücreti civar dört yıldıd otellere göre bir tık düşük olduğu için tercih olabilir.

Most staff do not speak understandable English. Food in restaurant is expensive and of low quality. I had agreed that I could have late check-out and leave my things in the room as I would come back next day. Suddenly I was in an unfriendly manner asked to leave my room with no delay and I could no leave my things as agreeed. When I complaint about this treatment I was informed if not happy I could just cancel my reservation. A very bad experience.

The location was good and I thought it should be a nice hotel compare to other Ramada hotels.

It was very basic, not clean, not comfortable. Some Inns were better than this.

Good selection if you stay in this area. Staff is attentive, breakfast is fine in a restaurant with a view. Standard room is small but has everything you need. All necessary amenities in the room. Kind of hipster neighborhood (in good sense) with good bars and nice crowd.

Very centrally located , we weren’t exploring much in the area but it’s an easy walk to a lot of restaurants and stores which was very convenient and nice

The rooms didn’t seem to offer air condition. While I understand it’s still considered winter here, the rooms were incredibly hot and didn’t offer the option of changing the air. We went into our room and found it exptremely hot , and they asked us to open a window. We tried the window option but still didn’t fix our issue. Once we told them this is was rectified by changing our room to one with an AC . We came to Ankara after around 18 hrs of travel so this situation didn’t help at all. But thankful to the helpful staff

Ankara çok soğuk bir şehir, odanın banyosunda ısıtma yok, banyodan çıkınca üşütmemek mümkün değil.

İki gece konakladık, odalar temizdi ,personel güler yüzlüydü ,otelin konumu iyiydi ,kahvaltı şehir oteli için güzeldi,merkezi klima vardı odamız sıcaktı,odalarda halı olmaması hijyen açısından iyiydi,herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık

처음 간 앙카라 리마다 호텰인데 프론터 직원의 친절한 표정이 인상적이였습니다.

The biggest disappointment was the language barrier. Only few of day staff were able to speak english. None of the night shift staff were able to speak english. We had water leak in one of our rooms at 3 am, no one was able to understand and help. One of the staff was even giving us hard time and got so aggressive. Breakfast is very simple, not many choices, no fruits and nuts.

Room condition was not good. Staff was not friendly.. breakfast was not good.

Hotel has good environment, nice decor and helpful staff. Only -ve is little for from centre. Excellent food option around the hotel specially the resturant behind the gas station. I will defiantly stay agin in this hotel. I will give 10/10 of complimentary breakfast.
