Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Dear Hotel Manager I recently stayed at your property for six days and wanted to share both positive feedback and a concern I experienced during my visit. First, I want to commend your housekeeping team—the room and property were very clean, and the maid service was excellent throughout my stay. However, I encountered an issue with the breakfast service. I was only provided meal vouchers for three days, even though my reservation was for six. On the first morning, when I attempted to take my breakfast to my room, the staff member collecting vouchers informed me—quite abruptly—that I was not allowed to do so. When I then asked if I could at least take my coffee with me, I was told no as well. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and left a poor impression, especially given the otherwise pleasant experience at your hotel. I do appreciate that coffee was available in the reception area, which was a nice touch. Still, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, as it may help improve guest service and communication regarding breakfast policies in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Bernadette, Gonzalez 10/14/-10/21/2025 ROOM 409
