Hampton Inn by Hilton Durango

me cobraron doble

The rooms were clean, easy exits, staff were very nice, very good parking area and it’s surrounded with gym, restaurant and it has very good view around the hotel

The breakfast was really good worth the slightly higher price since we didn't have to leave the building

The rugs in the hallway were pretty dirty differently we're clean in a while

Servicio en mostrador

Insuficiente limpieza Mejorable el desayuno Terrible café

The hotel was very good and I would have given it a higher scoring, except for a couple of things. The breakfast was exceptional! The rooms were clean and the hotel overall, of a high standard, so I felt that it was good value for the money.

The check-in process was clunky and I had to wait an extraordinary amount of time to receive the keys to the 2 rooms I had reserved. The young man at the front desk kept apologizing for the delay, because he was using a cell phone to do my check in, but had to wait at the mercy of the other 2 women at the front desk who were checking in their clients via the hotel PCs. In addition to this concern, the hotel was advertised as "dog friendly." I had even written to the hotel in advance about my travelling with my dog. They did not inform me prior to my arrival that this was not a hotel who could accommodate dogs. They made an "exception" and allowed my dog to stay. Because they are not dog friendly, there were no places anywhere around this hotel to walk my dog and have him relieve himself, other than the concrete driveway. I see the next question and so in advance i have to explain my response here....The room and hotel itself were exceptional, but I have to say that it did not meet my expectations because it was touted online as a dog friendly hotel when clearly it is not.

staff rooms

no espresso breakfast was bad gym basic and needs an outdoor area

Instalaciones

Everything

No complaints at all

Service top notch! Food good selection!

Todo

Absolutamente nada.

Location and convenience to shops and restaurants

Great location, excellent customer service. Friendly staff and nice hotel

Hotel was very comfortable.

Great place and not far from airport. I would most likely go there again. Staff is super friendly and always helpful.

Very friendly people

Ahuevo

Excellent

First day i did not get my room cleaned and whe i asked to have it done, around 5ish they said not possible until next day. Also, my case for my glasses was missing right after housekeeping left and reported to lobby and never found it or returned to me. I’ve stayed there before and never had issue until today. Disappointed.

Breakfast was great

Wonderful stay—convenient location near restaurants and cultural exhibits. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was absolutely fabulous! Highly recommend.

It's a very quite place, clean and I love the access to downtown, very convenient, the personal were friendly and professional

Un cuarto muy bonito

Very convenient to everything and a very helpful front desk,

Only thing didn’t like is the head shower. Need upgrade. Other than that perfect

The area was good the Hotel nice as well. Shopping close by as well.

Hampton Inn in Durango was great.

Super clean, smelled very good out in lobby and in room! Staff was courteous and special shout out to the front staff that helped me print out some important papers I needed for an appointment! Thank you so much, will definitely book there again.

Odd

We loved everything about this hotel. It was perfect. I loved the gym. There's a Starbucks right outside the hotel and restaurants and a bar. The breakfast was amazing!! And the hotel was very clean. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The only thing I would recommend is to turn the A/C on in the gym all the time. It gets do hot in there.

Clean, friendly staff, and welcoming. Checking process was quick they ask for an identification at check in. Room was very clean. The interior of hotel was clean and tidy.

Always clean premises, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The breakfast bar Buffett is really good ,staff is amable and very serving but I just had one incident that I reported with Abigail and never heard back about my issue.

Everything was excellent from customer service to security from breakfest food and grrst locations cor shopping and dining out. The best hamptom ived stsyed in way better then the ones i stayed in the USA. This one sets the bar for your hotel chain.

Beautiful hotel! The staff that checked us in were so nice and very friendly! Overall great experience.

I had a very disappointing experience during check-in at this hotel. The receptionist was unfriendly from the start and showed no willingness to help. When I got to my room, the bathroom was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. I called the front desk to report it, and her response was, “I don’t have any cleaning staff, deal with it tomorrow”, said with a rude and dismissive attitude. I felt completely ignored as a guest. This kind of service and cleanliness is not acceptable in any hotel. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not be returning.

Very clean and comfortable, staff are very welcoming.

Went to Durango for a wedding and this hotel was a great place to stay in Durango. I’ll stay there again the next time I go.

Friendly service, very clean, and great location if you are in Durango.

The rooms were well maintained, and all of the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also very good.

The breakfast included was blah, could be improved

Friendly staff, loved the walking distance to restaurants!

Nice rooms over all clean pleace

They have 24 hr security. Free parking in a garage below with security as well. Water pressure was great. Tv channel options were good also. The free breakfast was good. Several options of items and drinks. They have a shampoo and lotion fispensers, but no conditioner or shower gel. They do have little soap bars. Id go back for sure.

Everything

No pancakes.

As always a pleasure to stayed in this hotel. I love the Hilton Brand
